        My loan number [protected]..
        I applied a loan for 120000 on 5th it finally got approved on 14th.. after finishing esign and e verification amount has been disbursed but it has been 36 hrs still it's not credited in account.. on disbursal page it showed as amount will be received in 2 hrs .when ever I try to contact them I get only automated msges.. no proper reply ..

          I have applied for the loan of Rs. 20000/- in Cashe app on 13th July 2023. I completed KYC verification, emandate and esign processing also. In app, it shows your loan was approved. But there is no disbursed amount credited in my account for past 2 days. Why??

              My CLN IS 4506157 and my disbursal is pending from 12.07.2023 for name sake it is instant loan app and nothing comes in work and it is already 8 days and we are paying high interest rate to meet emergency needs and this is totallly worst loan app ever seen all apps either approve and process or reject this is of another kind app very sorry to say this is worst ever app which is not having customer support also even level 2 and level 3 escalation also wont work in this totally wasting tike of customers

                  1. I am not able to complete my profile in application,
                  2. Applied for the loan through browser, login by number, still no approval .
                  I have done so many mails to the cashe but no response from their side.

                  yesterday your representative called me for verification but he is not listen the problem,
                  Receiving the messages that send the documents, from where i send my documents if i was not able to access your application.
                  Need serious help kindly tell to your representative to call me listen to my problem and approve my loan if not then reject it.

                    I have never wondered it will be such a big pain to get loan from cashe or bhanix my above mentioned Loan is stuck and nothing working on it . the customer service is of no use . No one is available to address the problem . i have been tracing since last 6 days . App says get loan in 10 minutes but thats not the case . i have sent around 15 emails no response from customer support.

                    can someone look in to it .

                            I have sent multiple mails, but there is no response. I am not sure this will be an end or you people will kill us by torturing mentally and harassing friends, colleagues and relatives

                                Transfer failed
                                Please help i have tried like many times to transfer the loan but in the it straight goes to transfer failed and not getting the mentioned credit line as well. Messages 10000 times in email no response. Please help

                                  I paid my all dues and tried to get a loan again. My credit is 43000. But shows only avail of 35000.still I tried like 50 times to transfer the loan but in the it straight goes to transfer failed and i have emailed the support team also but there is no response. Please i am in a medical emergency and i need the funds. Please help.
