This is to inform you that, i am still waiting for disbursal of amount.As you know very well that my loan was approved on 22/6/2023 and the tentative ETR given by your bank was only for 5 days and today is 28/06/2023 that means today is 7 days.Now I want to know from you that how long I will have to wait for this process.If the process cannot be done, then you also give the answer so that I can see some...

The loan amount is approved for Rs- 145000/- on 22/06/2023 and emandate is complete but on the app still its showing processing and it said that the funds will credited within 5 days and so far it has not been credited in my account. I want the amount yo get credited ASAP....

In my active loans shows its processing from 21/06/2023, is it approved or not please let me know...

I would like to express my sincere disappointment after applyig loan on Cashe app. I am old customer of cashe since 2018.

My loan approved on 16th June 2023 and same day completed Bank mandate and esign. Till today (9 days) Loan status in app showing as Transfer in process but in weblogin i can see loan EMI details with 1st EMI due on 16th July but i have not received...

Have applied loan on 23rd still showing under process.

It's been 4th day still i have not received my loan amount.

Kindly help to respond someone as I m getting threatened calls. Cashe team has hacked the phone and calling to all my contact list and call list even though am in contact with Mr. Swapnil and Mr. Maybank.

I am requesting to cahse team members to follow the guidelines and don't threaten by abusing badly.

Payment is delayed but will clear soon. I am fed up and mentally harrased by recovery team....

Still no one has reverted, as it is critical, getting threatened calls and calling to all call list from my phone which I never shared to bank officials. Team members are provoking me to die as I did not make the payment on time. Please look into this and help me to get out from this mess. It is like mentally killing.

I am Ravikumar had a travel loan from the CASHe and paid amount of 63498/- and had a balance of 46251/- but they offered me to 5 % of the loan amount for clearing EMI on the basis of restructure an amount of 3918/- for clearing of one EMI. They have restructured my loan up to 78354/- with process fee all together amount upto 99504/- where I have not recevied any amount from CASHe after resturcture also which is very high...

My credit says approved as on June 19 2023, but it is still showing processing from their end. It's been more than 6days that's under processing status...

I have paid emi of May 2023 on Cashe link on 1st June 2023.

However Cashe debited same amount on 2nd June 2023 again

Now Cashe asking June emi again however they have debited the amount already.
All documents attached....

I have paid cashe emi on 1st June 2023 of Rs9756.

However they deducted again the emi on 2nd June 2023 by ecs.

Both payments screenshot attached.

First payment was for May 2023 and second CASHe deducted which I consider as June emi.

However Cashe continue to notice of default payment and not replying to my mails....

My credit says approved and after doing emandate formalities now it's saying processing from past 2 days.. i am in urgent need of money and there is no contact number or chat option to get an update on when the amount will be disbursed to my account.. please help. I had applied for a loan from cashe app. Submitted all the relevant documents and esign mandate as well. Loan got approved but did not received the amount in my bank account yet. Mailed cashe team several times but did not receive any response. Its been more than a week now and still not received the payment. After requesting the team member also, my friends, colleagues, relatives are getting threatened calls to clear the outstanding. They killed my mental health and calling more than 100 times for immediate payment.

Please help me to get some more time to clear the loan amount. EMIs are delayed to family health issues and unexpected issues....
