The loan transfer is getting failed for past few days, please help as there is no support provided and there is no customer service to contact to....

Money not getting transferred even after excess credit limit. Its showing processing and at the end it says transfer failed in history. No support from the help desk. No reply on my email as well. I am constantly trying to apply fo loan feom last 5 days but no help. No customer support services. How is it an instatnt loan app when you cannot provide instant loan. My first experience with cashe was fabulous but this time its the worst...

My credit line is approved as my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com, but i am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried to apply but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write many mail to the cashe support team. They are giving the same reply as below.

We applied loan to cashe APP on 29.05.2023. but still showing in app is Processing. they given rules are mention as amount credited in your account with in 15 to 20 Minis.

but still they show as Processing. please do the needful

I have applied for Cash Request of 20000/- on 26/05/23. I was conveyed at time of applying that LOan will be disbursed Maximum within 24 hours. Based on that I applied for Loan as I needed it very urgently. But today on querying received a mail saying that they are facing technical issue and amount will be disbursed in 5 days.
