This is regarding about cashe loan(Bhanix finance)

My name is pavan kumar mp and my CLN#[protected] my phone number is [protected] one of cashe executive cheated me to restructure the loan amount which I have taken rs 116000 which i have not paid since from 3 months due to job loss becuase of cash people black mailed me i filed case against cashe also. and finally they asked for restructure the same loan amount now it's been re structure the amount to 177312 and ur executive told me that they will re structure the same loan amount to 12 months so he asked me to pay 4000 which I paid 4k for restructure the same loan amount but now it's been increasing to 177312 which this amount is very highly impossible to pay first off all I don't have money to pay in that cashe people charged me high amount. So am informing NBFC and CC mail to all cashe email. Cashe executive people are cheated me for re-structure the loan amount first off all I have financial issue cashe people made blender mistake which I will not make the payment. Cashe executive told me that my monthly EMI will be 10k so only i agreed. Now cashe people are re structured to 14778 per month which is i need to pay more than 178000 which I don't have money to pay this much of amount. Cashe people charged heavy intrest amount and also gave false stories they made me to click every button in cashe application and I applied it now they are telling i need to pay what ever they they said. Please help me on this I got fraud from fake loan cashe company. Please verify cashe phone number which I got false statement from cashe executive below are the phone numbers.

I read out a no of complaints on this forum against Cashe in which different amount was sanctioned to the customer but amount not disbursed and later on cashe declared as complaint resolved however few customers refuse this resolution and claims that the amount still bot credited to their account. It means Company giving false declaration. I am also an applicant and my loan approved since 27th June but not credited. What is this phishing. Either company should noy approved the loan, (it's their right) but if approved then shouldn't hold the amount. It's torture. Consumer Complaint should look up the matter for permanent solution.

Dear sir my loan CLN NO 3617730, loan amount of 3 lakh is approved since 27th June but not disbursed till today 1st July 2023. Neither any concrete dead line is given only mailed about expected ETR to be issued by bank within 5 days.

My loan was approved on 23rd June. I did e mandate as well as e sign. But still money is not credited. Wrote a mail even to grievance team but surprisingly no reply. Very bad service

This is to inform you that, i am still waiting for disbursal of amount.As you know very well that my loan was approved on 22/6/2023 and the tentative ETR given by your bank was only for 5 days and today is 28/06/2023 that means today is 7 days.Now I want to know from you that how long I will have to wait for this process.If the process cannot be done, then you also give the answer so that I can see some other option.Even i tried many times to contact you on your contact numbers ([protected], [protected]) regarding this matter but there is no any response from your side.

The loan amount is approved for Rs- 145000/- on 22/06/2023 and emandate is complete but on the app still its showing processing and it said that the funds will credited within 5 days and so far it has not been credited in my account. I want the amount yo get credited ASAP.

In my active loans shows its processing from 21/06/2023, is it approved or not please let me know

I would like to express my sincere disappointment after applyig loan on Cashe app. I am old customer of cashe since 2018.

My loan approved on 16th June 2023 and same day completed Bank mandate and esign. Till today (9 days) Loan status in app showing as Transfer in process but in weblogin i can see loan EMI details with 1st EMI due on 16th July but i have not received loan amount yet.

Its very disappointed service to the customer with out sending loan amount you are showing EMI due dates and confusing customers.

Request you please check and transfer the loan amount and accordingly change the EMI due dates.

Waiting for your loan amount.

Have applied loan on 23rd still showing under process.

Now also getting calls and abusing like anything. Executive is Mr. Swapnil. Contact details [protected], [protected] and many. I have all recordings how they are behaving. Telling different names and harassing badly. Requesting someone to support and revert quickly.

Kindly help to respond someone as I m getting threatened calls. Cashe team has hacked the phone and calling to all my contact list and call list even though am in contact with Mr. Swapnil and Mr. Maybank.

I am requesting to cahse team members to follow the guidelines and don't threaten by abusing badly.

Payment is delayed but will clear soon. I am fed up and mentally harrased by recovery team.
