I have paid emi of May 2023 on Cashe link on 1st June 2023.

However Cashe debited same amount on 2nd June 2023 again

Now Cashe asking June emi again however they have debited the amount already.
All documents attached.

    I have paid cashe emi on 1st June 2023 of Rs9756.

    However they deducted again the emi on 2nd June 2023 by ecs.

    Both payments screenshot attached.

    First payment was for May 2023 and second CASHe deducted which I consider as June emi.

    However Cashe continue to notice of default payment and not replying to my mails.

      My credit says approved and after doing emandate formalities now it's saying processing from past 2 days.. i am in urgent need of money and there is no contact number or chat option to get an update on when the amount will be disbursed to my account.. please help. This is something that you people are not going by the way you promise. It says that tge funds will get credited in 48hours but it's always bring more than 48hrs and still it's under processing. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, AS YOU APPROVE THE LOAN AND IT DOESN'T GET CREDITED ON THE SAME DAY OT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME BUT IF IN CASE THE AMOUNT GETS CREDITED YOU WILL CHARGE THE INTEREST FROM THE DATE OF APPROVAL AND DEDUCT THE EMI ON THE DATE OF APPROVAL. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND SERIOUSLY IT'S LIKE CHEATING PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF CASH. STOP GIVING INCORRECT INFORMATION AND FALSE PROMISES, THAT WILL SERIOUSLY END UP IN BAD BUSINESS FOR YOU PEOPLE ONLY. WHEN A CUSTOMER DOESN'T PAY THE EMI AND IT'S PAST DUE YOU PEOPLE GO TO ANY EXTREME TO COLLECT IT AND THEN IT SHOULD BE SAME WHEN YOU APPROVE THE LOAN AMOUNT IT SHOULD BE PROCESSED AND CREDITED IMMEDIATELY.

        I had applied for a loan from cashe app. Submitted all the relevant documents and esign mandate as well. Loan got approved but did not received the amount in my bank account yet. Mailed cashe team several times but did not receive any response. Its been more than a week now and still not received the payment. Loan is still showing as processing in app. Please disburse the amount or cancel the loan

            Dear Team,

            After requesting the team member also, my friends, colleagues, relatives are getting threatened calls to clear the outstanding. They killed my mental health and calling more than 100 times for immediate payment.

            Please help me to get some more time to clear the loan amount. EMIs are delayed to family health issues and unexpected issues.

                  The loan amount is approved for rs. 120000/- and emandate is complete but on the app still its showing processing and it said that the funds will credited within 10-15mins and so far it has not been credited in my account.                   My issue is not resolved I want to know when the loan amount will be credited in my bank account. As Cashe team said that they will process and credit within 10-20mins but is taking several days time. This seems to be phishy and incorrect. I want my complaint to be open until I get proper reply and resolution from them. No more cheating

                        I withdraw my credit line on 20th june, 2023 but my amount not credited in my account yet and CASHe mentioned in terms and condition loan will be disbursement in 15 to 20 minutes.

                                Hello I applied for a loan and they called and asked me to fo emandate i did and got approved, credit line shows as used and disbursed processing, but i have not received money in my account yet . As per the policy company mentions that it should credit in 15-20minutes its been 24hours i still did not receive the money in my account.

                                Why it is still not credited? If you dont credit the money then you should not show as disbursed or processing . How do you expect to pay back when it is not even credited?

Despite the stated policy of 15-20 minutes disbursal, my loan application, which was approved on 20th June, has not been disbursed to date.
