I have applied for a loan of amount ₹5000 on 16th June 2023 on Cashe, and I have completed the documentation, e-sign and E-mandate for the loan, and it has been 7 days I didn't get the loan amount. I have mailed the multiple times but the response I get is useless, they don't have proper customer service to whom I can contact. I have some medical emergency that's why I applied for the loan but It seems they are fraud and playing with the customerC

    My loan was approved and all processing done but after 5 days the amount still not disbursed. I trying connecting them over e-mail but now not even replying over mails or calls. Tried connecting them many ways but no luck. Needed this money really bad, in deep trouble now.
    CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    This is still not resolved. No one contacted nor i got the money.

        I paid my due before the due date and i pay through Google pay but still I'm getting notifications that my due is not paid i tried to connect with customer care but I'm not getting any response from them i dropped more than 10mails but I'm not getting any update from them it's worst then today i got call from someone he said he's from cashe he asked me to pay 5rs for the complaint registeration then later he asked me to install any desk i denied then he started using abusive language

          My loan was approved on 17th June but the amount is not credited till now.. I have raised a ticket on this issue[protected] I applied loan for an emergency need. The ticket raised will take 3 days to revert .
          Also when I checked cashe in chrome the emi amt details are coming but I have still not received the amount.. in cashe application the status is we are transferring your amount, thanks for your patience..

          Kindly resolve it soon by today as I am in need of the amt for an emergency purpose..

                My amount is not disbursed in my account and it shows that it is processing.I have completed all the requirements and my loan was approved on 6/19/2024.They even took e mandate and now they are not disbursing the amount.

                        My 2 emi are delayed due to medical issues and on 31st May i paid one emi and i informed them next emi i will pay on 30th june but they want tomorrow itself and they are telling dont give fake comittements
                        And this people called to all my references and asked about the loan.
                        Because of genuine reason only payment delayed earlier also i took the loan and i paid before the due dates only. But some collection team is harassing like anything.

                                      This is to express my disappointment towards your cashe loan.

                                      As you can check my history i have been taking loans from your application from past 2 to 3years, however this time it was an emergency situation for hospital expenses and i have cleared the old loan and applied for new loan on 12th June and yet the amount is not disbursed yet.

                                      When i checked by login from chrome, i see that my future emi is also showing for the loan amount that i have applied but i have not received any amount.

                                      In application there is no EMI details at all.

                                      Very pathetic customer service that you guys maintain because there is no number to get in touch with you or to get an email from your side we need to wait for 3 days.
                                      Do you really think when someone is admitted in hospital and we wait for loan to get processed for 2 days and after that we raise concern and again it takes 3 days to resolve.
