      This is to express my disappointment towards your cashe loan.

      As you can check my history i have been taking loans from your application from past 2 to 3years, however this time it was an emergency situation for hospital expenses and i have cleared the old loan and applied for new loan on 12th June and yet the amount is not disbursed yet.

      When i checked by login from chrome, i see that my future emi is also showing for the loan amount that i have applied but i have not received any amount.

      In application there is no EMI details at all.

      Very pathetic customer service that you guys maintain because there is no number to get in touch with you or to get an email from your side we need to wait for 3 days.
      Do you really think when someone is admitted in hospital and we wait for loan to get processed for 2 days and after that we raise concern and again it takes 3 days to resolve.

              I have made penalty amount of 494 on 12 June and forwarded the details to them. But today again they are sending me mails and link for payment and not updating the app.
              Even after multiple complains no response

                I applied for Cash Request from Cashe. At time of applying it is conveyed that Loan will be disbursed maximum in 24 hours. But today after lapse of 3 Days they are saying facing some technical issue.

                  As mentioned above I have cleared all the dues in cashe and now my credit line approved was 10000 when I want to take the money it's showing processing after a minute it's showing failed in history I have already raised this issue on 08/06/2023 but still not resolved the issue

                    I am trying to foreclose my loan with Cashe. The Support Team don't respond back to the emails and they have no number I can call. To date, I have sent more than 30 emails to the Cashe support team and got a single reply that also with an Invalid Account Number. I requested the support team to look into this concern and provide me with valid bank account details to foreclose my loan, but there is no response.
                    It seems like they are doing some fraud in the case of a foreclosing loan, providing wrong account details so your money will be credited to the wrong account and your loan still be active, and their call center guys asking you to pay the EMI on time.

                      I have made my last penalty amount of 494 to bhanix kotak bank account to close the loan on 12th June. But they have still not updated the app even after sending them screenshot and bank statement.
                      Does it take 24 hrs to check and update?

                          I have already closed my loan with Cashe on 22nd May 2023, but still I am getting payment link messages on my number ateound 10 times a day for no reason. Your email support is not replying me. I am very much frustrated now, please stop this non sense otherwise I will lodge a police complaint and will write to RBI too regarding the same.

                            I took loan from cashe app and I was paying the EMI without fail till April, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't able to do the payment for the past 2 months, because of this they are harassing me over the phone and threatening me tat they will come to my home for collecting the payment. I'm really feeling very bad as I'm a single mother, I requested for some time to do the payment. But they aren't ready n harassing me frequently. Kindly please help me so tat I can peacefully do the payment mostly by next month end with out any delay.

                                  I have made the due payment EMI for the month of June-23 on[protected] through Net banking manually and the receipt of payment was confirmed by Cashe.

                                  After 1 hour of my payment they have again auto-debited the same amount once again. Now after complaining the same, nobody is responding and not giving any feedback.

                                  This seems to be a proper planned scam and they are playing around us without responding. I will wait for 25 hours more and if they did not refund my money, will see it legally and will file an FIR too immediately.

                                    I have applied for the cashe loan on 2nd of June and after 6 days they have cancelled process saying that transaction has failed. I have raised complaint 2 twice and after confirming that they will process amount its still got failed

                                      its been 6 days and its still showing in process.

                                        I recieved the loan amount on 5th June 2023 finally, thanks alot.
                                        EMI due date is 5th July 2023 now.
                                        I just have repayment query, I sent email on support email also but not getting the reply there .
                                        My EMI will be auto deducted from my bank account on the due dates, correct ? Please confirm this ?

There can be further delay if the due date falls on weekends or public holidays.

                                        We would further request you to refrain from making manual payment during this period and maintain sufficient balance to avoid bounce charges.

                                        In case there is no auto debit even after 3 working days (excluding weekends) from the due date, kindly make a manual payment through IMPS / NEFT or UPI from your net banking account.
