My loan in cashe was approved on 30/04/2023the repayment schedule is also displayed in the app.But still the loan amount not credited to my account...

Dear Sir,

The loan CLN16895778 is showing as approved from 02.05.2023. The necessary mandate and E-Sign has been completed, still the amount is not credited to my registered Bank account. Requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Please suggest a single reason to recommend it to any of my known associates.

I’ve taken a loan from Cashe on May 2, 2023. The loan was approved and I’ve completed the mandatory steps of registering E mandate and signing the loan agreement. But I still haven’t received the loan amount and the app just shows processing, this is very disappointing as they promise quick disbursal writhing 20 minutes. It’s been more than 3 days now.

I am trying to reach Cashe Team for last 3 days, but getting no response

My loan was approved on dated 03/05/23, but the same has not been credited in my account yet, showing under disbursement

Have checked the Application bot, WhatsApp bot, tried multiple numbers but no response

Have already done 20 mail to concern teams for help

But still haven’t attained any update on same...

Yesterday i applied for a loan and still its not credited yet.Actually am applied earlier in the app and credited in 10 minutes.
Why this happening and how to resolve it....

I have applied for a loan of ₹35000 and was approved for the same amount as well. I have completed all the steps including signing the agreement and E-Mandate. But I still haven’t received my funds. My loan was approved on May 2, 2023. This is frustrating as they promise a disbursal time of 15-20 minutes. It’s hard to make decisions when the timeline is extended.

As aman told me to pay 2000 for processing it as for cashe as my family is facing medical issue ie of Cancer and also I have process it.

Even i have processed it from end however since 4 days it has not been reflected into my account.

One the employee have asked.for 2000 also I have paid because initially he has done the process so after 4 times amount has not been credited since 1 may as it is showing it has been processed so request you to kindly credit it and even support email is not working...

I have applied for a loan from cashe and the amount hasn't been received yet. and on the dashboard, it shows the loan has been approved and the amount has been sent to my account.

When I try to contact customer support, my email has failed to send an error is coming.

Please look into this matter they are making money like this we have to stop this type of activity....

I have applied for Rs 1 lakh from my approved credit line on 02-May-2023, but it is still showing as processing in MyCashe section. Please expedite and disburse the amount tomorrow o4-May-2023, since as per your policy amount should be disbursed in 20 minutes normally.

Booked the ticket in irctc and choose cashe option. They deducted the money from the cashe credit limit and the ticket is not booked. after booking the page asked to sign virtually with the Aadhar, which I did and entered the otp also. The document shows all green tick after entering the otp from the Aadhar registered mobile number which means they made to sign the contact. But there is no email or message I I have received.

Still no details showing up in app only showing processing and when checked from web 1 june 2023 is my due date for payment its showing!!!
I mean what nonsense is going on??
