I didn't even get past the registration as the app requires you to give comprehensive permission to everything in your phone. Not just the usual phone, sms, location, camera etc. They want access to each and every file in the phone memory and every contact in your list. That's probably to harass your contacts for effective recovery. They shouldn't be in this business if they feel they can't recover loans conventionally. And what do need every media or document file in our phones for? Finding potential fuel to be used as leverage? These crooked practitioners can just sod off. And the app probably needs to be reported too.

      On 13th of may i applied for loan on cashe it's approved showing will get deposited in 48 hours but till now it haven't Today it's 17th not got deposited in my bank account no response for cashe team please do something please

            Hi Team,

            Why is it taking so much time to respond to a simple question?

            I have been following up everyday with Cashe & there has been no response from their end?

            I have made the foreclosure payment for Rs 76, 650 for loan account number - CLN#[protected].
            Why is there a payment due date for dec 2023 (INR - 10583) & Jan 2024 (INR 10583)?

            This is not acceptable, kindly revert to me as soon as possible.

                  My loan was approved on 11.5.2023 and as per the Cashe it should have been credited in to the account within 3-4 hours but it has not been credited. When enquired the cashe support, they have told that money will be credited by 5 days from the date of approval.Its 6th day, and i am yet to receive the amount. Please help : CLN5707253

                  Atleast, let me know whether the disbursement is rejected or not. I will not pay EMI until i receive the amount to my account.

                                      Hi Cashe,

                                      I have been using cashe app from last two years. There is process and support always been good. Every time after approval they used to disburse money to my bank account within a day.in some cases it delayed means after sending a mail to support they would disburse within 1 hour. But this got delayed for more than 4 days and customer support said they are facing some technical issues. I thought money will be credited within 24 hours, that's why I have applied for loan. Kindly confirm if there any further delay will be there to disburse the money, or it will credit soon to my bank account.so that I can check on some alternative for my requirement. If possible, kindly disburse soon.
