I have paid all the dues and my credit limit approved was 10000rs when I apply for the loan its showing processing after 1 min its canceling.

      I have applied for a loan on cashe on 05/06/2023 but still not yet disbursed since day 3.
      company is sending mail regarding documents but i have updated the documents on app and the mail though.
      so please look into this matter asap.
      they are sending mail that the application is approved but we are facing technical issues for funds transfeering.

          Money not getting transferred even after excess credit limit. Its showing processing and at the end it says transfer failed in history. No support from the help desk. No reply on my email as well. I am constantly trying to apply fo loan feom last 5 days but no help. No customer support services. How is it an instatnt loan app when you cannot provide instant loan. My first experience with cashe was fabulous but this time its the worst

            My credit line is approved as my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com, but i am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried to apply but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write many mail to the cashe support team. They are giving the same reply as below.
            "we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
            Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved." Besides they replied we ll contact concerned department and ll be disbursal but not made yet. Request make it on priority as I need in emergency.

              I have applied loan from cashe and it was approved and still the money is not credited and showing it is on progress, it has been more than 3 Days. I have urgent need of money and even it is showing the emi details in the website. when I tried to mail the company from yesterday onwards there site is down only ticket is creating no follow ups, I cant call the customer care it is showing switch off please help me in this

                                Nach Mandate was signed on 28th May 2023, but still not credited. And showing as active loan in the app.

                                    We applied loan to cashe APP on 29.05.2023. but still showing in app is Processing. they given rules are mention as amount credited in your account with in 15 to 20 Minis.
