Hi Cashe Team, the loan is approved on 27- Apr in app but everytime I apply for loan it shows transfer failed.

      Money was debited twice from my source account on 6th May, I raised a complaint on Email support team but no response, My ticket number[protected], please refund my money as soon as possible.

                  I have applied for Credit on 6th May 2023 and till today i.e 8th May 2023 amount is not credited and status is showing processing in application. On web, it is showing EMI due status for next month and so on..

                  Please process fund on immediate basis as I am in need else cancel the loan.

                  Last Date: 10th May 2023 else will report issues with RBI and cancel the loan as it was not credited.

                          With references to the loan amount I opted for 0 processing fee and it was my offer. But processing fee has been deducted.
                          Kindly arrange to refund the processing fee

                          Processing fee is applicable but 0 processing fee is offer given to me as shown in my cashe app.

                          Kindly apply the offer last time I got the loan with 0processing only. So refund the amount

                                    I’ve taken a loan from Cashe on May 2, 2023. The loan was approved and I’ve completed the mandatory steps of registering E mandate and signing the loan agreement. But I still haven’t received the loan amount and the app just shows processing, this is very disappointing as they promise quick disbursal writhing 20 minutes. It’s been more than 3 days now.

                                      I am trying to reach Cashe Team for last 3 days, but getting no response

                                      My loan was approved on dated 03/05/23, but the same has not been credited in my account yet, showing under disbursement

                                      Have checked the Application bot, WhatsApp bot, tried multiple numbers but no response

                                      Have already done 20 mail to concern teams for help

                                      But still haven’t attained any update on same

                                      Request your help in this, looking for some response here after
