I complained the same jn many ways. No one is responding. It is not resolved yet.cashe app is not wrking. Took all the documents with e sign from m uh end. Still money not credited to account. The message I am receiving is transfer failed. Tried sending many emails.
Not resolved yet. Please consider

I have got the approval, all formalities has been completed but loan amount is not disbursed yet. It's been 6 days now !!!...

I applied for cashe loan on 24/04 the loan status is showing active but i have not received the money yet in my bank account . Tried to call and write an email to cashe team but no one is replying to it ....

I applied for 430000credit limit on 25th April 2023 and got my credit limit approval on 25th April 2023 afterwards .customer representative called and asked to e sign insurance. Cleared everything from my end. But the amount was jig credited.
Then today got a call from the customer representative told to apply for a smaller amount, even tried with that. Now I applied for the loan amount transfer in my account but it's not been credited...

Ive applied for loan on 24th april 23. All the documents are approved. However, Amount is still not disbursed....

No response from customer service. Tried mailing them multiple times...

I have requested for withdrawal of 7500 rs. but after 3 days also I didnt recieved any money in my account and customer support keep telling me to wait. How much I have to wait now....

I received a whatsapp message from CASHe stating I qualify for a loan. I applied and did the E-sign acknowledgment. Its been more than 4 days now 96 working hrs and still no money or response rather it now shows that I have active loan and also given EMI tenure. They are sending text and whatsapp messages for availing more loan when they never disbursed initial amount.

I’ve also sent them multiple email but to no avail....

Pls help me cashe policy for credit ammount in account is shown 15 to 20 minute but my loan ammount is still in procesing pls sir i need money for hospitalisation so pls help me my family...

My loan is approved on 22nd April 2023 but till date loan amount not credited.

I have written e mail related this to Cashe customer support but they not revert..

I have write around 16 to 17 email..

Please do support is their no customer support no. Even we talk.
E mandiate already active in my account.

Please resolve my issue.

Loan is approved and credit line is active for 50000 but from 22april 2023 they are showing only processing only due to their some issue or anything else and i want it on emergency basis
So kindly resolve it...

I applied for credit line which is already approved of Rs.50000 on 22april 2023
But from that day it is showing only processing and i required it on urgent basis as i am not getting amount in my account due to their only showing processing issue...

I have applied loan and it was approved and also processed but still the amount not credited in my account and now it was showing in app as the loan EMI date...

The loan is been approved on 20th April 2023 and still today i haven't received the amount..As per cashe once approved within 10-20 minutes it should be disbursed..i also dropped a mail too which the response was it will take place by next 48 hours due to some technical glitches...but it's been more than that and while responding to the mail chain no response...

In cashe app it shows your loan amount has been verified and approved on 24.04.2023. but amount still not disbursed in my bank account, but still now not yet recd ....

I have applied for loan and it got approved on April 21st 2023. Today is 25th April. It's been 4 days loan amount not credited....

Loan applied on 22/04/2023 not yet disbursed, when its instant should have disbursed instantly. We lend from you for urgent need paying high interest.
When you have technical issue with Bank you should have alternate option.

Dear team my loan was approved on 20th April and raised a request for fund transfer but till date it's pending and I am following Customer care on mail . I have sent so many mails but they did not reply .
I also sent mail for cancellation but still it's not cancelled .
My ACH mandate also activated by Cashe .

Please do the needful on priority . Please transfer the funds as requested or cancel the loan ....

@CASHeApp I applied for my 3rd credit limit on 20th April 2023 and got my credit limit approval on 20th April 2023 afterwards I applied for the loan amount transfer in my account but it's not been credited to my account also showing in process in the app but EMI dates are showing on the app.
Also mailed several times to support team did not get any update.
Kindly look into this as soon as possible.
