Hi Team,

I have applied loan in CASHe .. it got approved and e mandate and esign was successfully completed.., but still the amount is not credited it's been 6 days the money is not credited.. in the app it's showing the upcoming instalments from upcoming month .. as I applied for medical emergency.. I dropped Several emails and tried contacting them but no response .. please look into it .. CLN- 5408946

    Hi Team,

    I have applied the loan in CASHe it got approved and e-mandate and e-sign got completed, but still the amount is not credited in my bank account as in the chrome website of CASHe the loan due date amount is reflecting without disbursement of money .. could you please help me on this as it's been 6days still the amount is not credited .

      Hi Team,

      It's been 4 days the loan got approved and e- mandate and e-sign was done successfully, but still the money is not credited in my bank account.. I don't know why there is no response from there team even after dropping number of emails no emails received nor there is no customer service is there to resolve my issue . Please look into these as there is medical emergency so I have applied the loan

        Hi,

        It's been 6 days I have applied for the CASHe loan, and it got approved for the medical emergency., , and e-mandate and esign got processed successfully, and still it's been 3 days I didn't received the money .. CLN - 5408946
        Please reslove my issue I dropped number of emails but non of the support team replied not either called me please look into it as the mandate is already got processed

              Dear leam
              I would like to inform you that i hava received threatened and abusing call from different different numbers our of that few i am mentioning CASHe +[protected], +91
              [protected], +[protected], +91 91522
              11987.
              I have informed due to some issue couldn't made payment on time. Which i will clear it before 15th February 2023, but they are using abusing word and badly talked. So i am raising this complaint. I hope you will take some actions against them as it does not suits on this kind of organisation.

                      Have good experience with cashe for the past 5-8 month's this time Iam facing problem I have applied loan on[protected] and it was approved and I have submitted nach e mandata also but still the amount was not credited and now it was showing in app as the loan was under processing

                        Hi i have pre approved credit limit against which i have applied the loan on 31st january 2023 but still loan amount is not credited in my bank account and on the app its showing processing from 31st january till date. Either put an option for cancellation or atleast give prior notification for any delay.

                          My Emi got auto debited on 16 January. I started getting multiple calls and messages and mails from CASHe and informed them that my EMI got debited and shared the bank statement with payment screenshots. Then also i didn't get any resolution. I followed up with their recover team and still in the application its showing me overdue. They are calling me and harassing me like anything. I would like to get a solution and request to update my payment as soon as possible

                                Hi Team,

                                I applied for a loan, all approvals went smoothly. But, I am still waiting for the loan disbursement to take place.
                                Loan amount still not credited to my account, On app it is reflecting"Disbursement is under process".
                                On chrome by opening Cashe site, it is reflecting loan is active and also reflecting EMI's due. If loan amount still not disbursed, how emi's due date can be decided (Never Mind)

                                    The amount is showing processing but not credited yet to my bank account. How long will it take? I believe that the processing time is for a couple of hours? Then why so long?
