    Hello Team,
    Your representative named Mr. Shahid Rafik Shaikh having mobile number +91 [protected] promised me for getting a loan from CashE and he told me to deposit an amount of Rs4500/- which is 18% GST of the loan amount Rs25000/-, I paid him via GooglePay to his number having transaction number[protected].

    After that he has not been responding to my calls or messages. Please i need help on this.

      I have applied for a cashe loan on 7th Feb 2023 they have approved my loan but till today the Money is not credited to my account. I the app it’s shows that loan transfer amount is pending however when I open the web cashe app they have already added my emi date to 7th nd March 2023 with even giving the amount. They do not respond to emails and do not have a customer care to resolve the issues, i applied emergency purpose. kindly resove soon.

      Hi, did you receive any help by them or receive the amount? Just in the same sort of situation so wanted to know if you’re getting helped or not. Since I’m very hopeful about this.

I the app it’s shows that loan transfer amount is pending however when I open the web cashe app they have already added my EMI date to 7th March 2023 with even giving the amount. They do not respond to emails and do not have a customer care to resolve the issues

            My loan has been approved and I have e-signed it as well, along with auto debit registration.
            Its been 2 days but on app its still showing "we are transferring your loan amount". However, on the website the next emi date is showing as 4-Mar.
            I am yet to receive the amount but the emi date is set.

                On Saturday(4/2/23) i applied for a loan all esign has been done it showing in processing but still I haven’t received the money this is the first time iam facing the issue from CASHe so please kindly help and solve the problem

                  I am using CASHe for last 1 year but this time it is my worst experience as it is showing loan is active but amount is not credited yet after 03 days. This is really bad from the company.

                            I had close a loan with cashe for 3rd jan but my emi was scheduled so it got deducted on 6th jan. I received and email from cashe that excess amount paid is paid for cln719834, the amount is 13361. I got confirmation email from cashe on 8th jan that i will receive refund in 24-48 hrs. Now its been more than a month since this incident. I have followed [protected]@cashe.co.in multiple emails and also [protected]@cashe.co.in but they only say that refund related request in sent to concerned team. There is no direct contact and nobody is really bothered about this issue of customer money plus no support from cashe. I have reached out on their facebook and twiiter page but there as well i have received no help at all. Please help me in getting my refund asap.

                                        I applied loan in CASHe .., everything got approved .., e-mandate and e-sign was done successfully.., it's been 6days the amount is not credited in my bank .. I emailed to CASHe support team as multiple emails.., but no response from them tried to contact in many ways but no resolution as it's medical emergency I have applied loan .. but not credited .. please look into these issue and resolve .. I can see the instalment is processed for the upcoming month as auto debit.. CLN-5408946
