My loan is approved by Cashe but I am unable to complete the e-mandate and e-sign. How should I get it done?

The e-mandate and e-sign was successful after hours and hours of wait. But now I have a new problem. The disbursal. They need to work on their customer service.

      Dear Sir, my loan was finished yesterday. So i am applied a new loan Rs. 7000/- yesterday also. But loan approved and your cashe system showing chart emi also. Unfortunatly no more money to my registered bank account yet. My name is Subin CB, My registereed contact no is [protected]. Please disburse my loan Rs. 7000/- urgently. Status showing 48 hrs will credit those amount. But it for my urgent need.

                                  The company cashE has taken all my documents and said I have been issues 30K of loan amount. But when i tried to withdraw, the application says it is processing from past 10 days. And on their web portal it says i have to pay EMI next month. I haven’t received the amount so why should I pay the emi for the amount which I never received. They are fraud, I they have used my documents and taken loan from bank on on behalf of me but haven’t given me the amount. i wrote several emails to them, I also submitted the form they have givens but there is no response from them.

                                      I applied for loan on 20th jan, till date it's in processing as visible on my application,
                                      Also i had dropped mails regarding expecting a phone call on my contact number [protected].
                                      My mother is suffering through a severe disease for which i require the loan.
                                      This time it was totally unexpected from the support team. I really trusted cashe before this but this time it's really a long delay.
                                      I am expecting a quick resolution in this regard and want my loan to be disbursed as soon as possible.
