I have applied for a loan amount of 3L with CASHe, I have provided all the details to them. They have approved my loan after a through verification. Now the loan is approved but still not disbursed into my account.
Its been 2 days. this process according to them should not take more than 10-15 mins.

I have completed the e-mandate and Esign on Monday 24.01.2023 But till is showing me that still processing.

My credit line got approved and their customer care executive approached me for applying the amount & transferring the funds to my bank account. Its been 7 days the status is still under process. (rajmishra.[protected]@gmail.com) [protected]

Credit line approved but status pending for last 7 days. Data collection App.

One of my office friend take the loan of rs. 1 lakhs and already she paid emi only last emi is pending from last 4 months duw to some financial problem . But i am not aware that she put my no in refernece . The collection executive name is pooja sharma- [protected] call to her relative and all contact details and send mail call yo her compnay hr dept manager and said she is defaulter chor etc etc and today she call me and use high language and wrong words.

My loan disbursed is still pending from your bank end on 18th January 2023 my loan is approved which is still pending according to your reply my loan is disbursed within 5 days today is 24rd January 2023 but it still pending and showing in processing in your cashe application. Please do needful and on urgent basis plz confirmed when your technical issue resolved from your bank side. Plz confirmed me by when will it disbursed.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Cashe is good on time they have helped with loan but even made all the due still my noc pending i unable to contact them and no reply from email so requesting for my noc it's affecting my cibil score

Its been more than 5 days since my loan approved, but the amount is not disbursed. Sent multiple emails to cashe and no response from them

In the statement you can find the transaction of (Reference ID: S[protected] ₹5, 375 on 12th December (last transaction in the day).

The above mentioned transaction is not reflected in the app for the next two days. So I made additional payment of ₹5, 375 on 14th December (Reference ID: S[protected]

The same thing happened for me in november, but the excess paid amount refunded to my account at the end of the month. But in the case of December I did not get the refund till now. Please check on priority

I have applied for cashe270 loan on 19th jan 2023 which should have been disbursed by now but it is showing as processing. I have complained on cashe support mail id but no response from their side.

Not sure what is wrong with cashe but my loan showing emi due from next month without amount being disbursed.

Its been 3 days now.. still my loan amt is showing processing. got mail from suppoot team that it will be credited in 2 working days but its more than 3 days now. there is no response to the mails send nor im getting any calls from them on the update.
