Hi Support,

Is CCAvenue payment gateway supports PHP 7.3 version and above because we are facing the issue.
The below function is not working in the latest php 7.3 or higher version.

$encrypted_data=encrypt($merchant_data, $working_key);

The above code is used as per your example code given on your website but not working (https://phppot.com/php/ccavenue-payment-gateway-integration-in-php-website-with...⇄

Nowadays hosting server not offering PHP below then 7.3 so the mcrypt_encrypt() is not working and problems come.

I have paid for a application for two time and its paid, came a bank message to me as transfer amount to you . But not application came to me. Please refund to me.my debit card no.[protected]

First of all i am a stupid person for not believing my fellow merchants when they told me about how many scams cc avenue has done with them. I trusted the website and paid them 5000 inr to give a foreign country currency acceptance for my ecomm business. After paying and believing everything will be fine now and listing them as my preferred payment gateway i started accepting payments. I have 200$ still waiting as a payout in my cc account and I am tired of writing emails to the customer support asking them when I will get a payout for my money!!! they don't even reply and if they do its always WE ARE LOOKING INTO YOUR PROBLEM WILL GET BACK TO YOU ON TUESDAY MONDAY ETC ETC. This is a fraud company which steals money and never pays to their merchants or customers. i have wrote them a last final email and I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum in a week if my money isn't sent to me and I will ask everyone I have nearby to do the same because I have had enough patience. i am writing emails from 6-7 months and they haven't sent me a single penny from my payouts.

Actually 5 days before, I did double payment of q 750rs ... Which is 1500 . After that I got a mail from cc Avenue to refund the 750 rs within 2 to 4 working days . But till now I did not get any confirmation

Yet to receive a refund for cancellation of product of khadims payment reference[protected]. Please check and advise status

I ordered for an yearly subscription for an avast antivirus software and payment was done through ccavenue. Rs 1199 got deducted from my account but payment was not reflected at avast website.

I ordered some products in Gita press and paid the money through phone pay to [protected]@icici.my money was deducted but payment not confirmed by merchant and not showing any details in gitapress merchant

I made a payment for the premium antivirus yesterday through upi id [protected]@paytm of 699 rs. The amount debited from my account but the transaction failed, kindly make a refund promptly.

While purchasing avast premiere security from upi I'd amount got deducted rs 1548, and website shows transaction fails. Pls work on the request asap so that I will get refund in my account. A transaction of RS 2817.84 was made through ccavenue from my Bank Of Baroda account to Big Rock on 27.5.22 at 11:52.The Bank transaction ID is [protected] and the payment is made to EBank[protected].But the transaction remain incomplete as shown by Big Rock.

Regarding the above subject, I want to pull your kind attention that an online transaction of Rs.2000/(Two Thousand Only) was done by me on 19th May 2021.The transaction was successful and the amount along with the transaction charge was also deducted from my account at the real time but the beneficiary didn't received the money till the date. Nor the amount was refunded in my account till the date.
The detail of Transaction is as below:

I have made a payment of Rs 1068/- through paytm wallet through the QR code mentioned order id is CCAIE2VVV382 and transaction id is [protected] date 21- may-2021 time 12.44 am but it shows the payment is failed. please reimburse my payment.
