Order awaiting even after the payment is completed

I was doing online payment for my college tuition fees using my kvb debit card. The amount Rs.34340 got deducted from my account through CCAvenue but the order was not confirmed. The status was "Your order # (some number) is Awaited". I tried reaching the technical support or service team of CCAvenue but no response still...

Failure of Transaction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a domain from godaddy, I had to make the transaction via CC avenue, the amount was debited from my bank account but the status is pending..

Please look into the matter seriously...

Money deducted from Hdfc account and still the cc avenue page showing "your order #41847 is awaited" yet the order is not delivered. Please solve this and make way for the payment. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

Money Deducted, order not placed

I placed an order on street style for worth Rs 3700. Money got deducted from cc avenue but order did not get place.
I am worried if they are a scam?...

Order confirmation

I placed an order of juicy chemistry from bank debit card. The amount Rs.1315 got deducted from my account but the order was not confirmed. The status was "Your order is Awaited". I tried reaching the technical support or service team of CCAvenue but no response still.

Please help to get this resolved.

Stuck in Payment Page But Amount Got Debited

Yesterday I have made a payment of Rs. 1, 479.72 in CSC (http://www.cscentrepreneur.in/) via CCAvenue using SBI net banking and my payment was successful and Rs. 1, 479.72 got debited in my account but I didn't get payment done in CSC website. I have attached the transaction details for your reference. Please check and do the needful....

Wallet payment not received by the merchant but debited

I did payment on 25 Dec 2021 9:30pm through Cc Avenue as a payment gateway but the merchant did not receive the payment .The amount has been debited from my paytm wallet but not received to the merchant .
i have received a message that it has been debited.
kindly look into the matter urgently!...

I ordered for magazine "B Positive" on 27/11/2021 07:40:34 using career prakashan website but neither the book has been delivered no refund has been done.

Contact no. Of company and other no. Which is appear on site is also not responding. Cost of my order is 1632/- with additional transaction charges.

Money debited from ICICI account and NOT SENT through

Hi team,

I have made a payment of INR 1, 90, 501.00 while booking the ticket on qatarairways from the email below chaitanya.[protected]@gmail.com and the money has been debited from my account but the transaction is cancelled.

it did not even provide me any reference number. attached the screenshot for reference....

KSPC fresh registration payment

This is regarding a fresh application for KSPC registration. I have made a payment of Rs. 3850 to KSPC which was done successfully but payment of Rs. 4200 to KSPC welfare trust has been debited from my account but payment was unsuccessful. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful....

College fee payment

I was paying my fees amount 50, 000/- through Upi ( Googlepay) . Everything was fine and at the end I got the message about amount deduction from my bank account, but money didn't reach to recepient.Also i didn't get reference number from ccavenue....
