      I was paying my fees amount 21283/- through internet banking. Everything was fine and at the end I got the message of amount debited from my account and a message on screen as order is awaited. IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT PAYMENT. I don't know what to do. I need help ASAP.

                I was trying to pay for a watch on 5th September, 2021 on Shopper stop portal via CCAvenue transaction gateway.                               I have placed an order from https://chandigarhhairtransplant.com/ of cost Rs.2400 on 20 Aug 2021and the payment was made using Google pay application and cc avenue payment gateway. Amount got deducted from my bank account and got the message that the transaction is successful with transaction-id and also the order confirmation email from CCavenue also but when i checked the status of the order it is showing cancelled.

                              when i contacted chandigarhhairtransplant office they told me that the order is cancelled.

                              But I haven't received any refund from ccavenue however the order was cancelled

                                Hello! I had paid an amount for my exam related stuff viz the link sent to my mail by the service provider and it was ccAvenue secure payment. I entered my debit card details and and proceeded to pay. It even led me to bank page and OTP was asked. After entering OTP, the amount got deducted but the landing page for successful transaction did not appear. I guess there was some server issue hence it did not load and I had a Timeout error. The service provider said they didn't receive the payment. Please resolve the issue ASAP.

                                  I was trying to make an online appointment for booking a doctor's appointment at Peerles Hospital website. As I was making payment and completed the same by submitting my OTP, I was stalled at secure.ccavenue.com with a message displayed as

                                  Your order # EP[protected] is Awaited .

                                  Payment Reference no:[protected]
                                  You may use this number for any future communications.

                                  I was not taken back to the Peerless Hospital website, neither was there any link to go back to the same. I am not sure whether my booking has been done or not.

                                  Please resolve the issue and complete my booking asap.

                                    I ordered Rs 390 product from Lenskart and paid through net banking by CCavenue gateway but my order failed and money also got deducted.
                                    Now Lenskart is saying they don't got money and my bank is saying money got transferred to cc avenue.
                                    So CCavenue is real fraudsters.
                                    I am attaching proofs. Now it's been many days and my money is missing.
                                    GUYS pls don't pay money online through cc avenue gateway. They are thieves.
