I was paying my fees amount 50, 000/- through Upi ( Googlepay) . Everything was fine and at the end I got the message about amount deduction from my bank account, but money didn't reach to recepient.Also i didn't get reference number from ccavenue.

I purchased a test series from Vision Ias. I made the payment(Rs 12000). After filling in all the details and making the payment It is showing, your order #489213 is awaited. Payment reference number:[protected].

I have not got any confirmation message of whether my transaction is successfull or not.

On 13 nov 2021 6.22am morning i made a wallet topup of RS 45000 by using HDFC NETBANKING suddenly is transcation failed and amount got debited and its not reach to the wallet also please kindly refund my money as soon as possible .i attached my screenshot also in it.

I made a flight ticket booking from qatar airways through ICICI Debit card via CC Avenue but the amount 149779 was debited from my ICICI bank account and I didn't receive any confirmation of my ticket. After payment it was redirected to Your order # is Awaited .

can you please help me on this asap...!?

I have paid money 360 INR through cc Avenue, money was transferred but the order is not placed

By jio mart app.. Am done payment via google pay and money deducted and order was not placed. Cc avenue paynent gateway am used

I was doing an online purchase from the casioindiashop.com website using my HDFC bank debit card. The amount Rs.8, 500 got deducted from my account through CCAvenue but the order was not confirmed. The status was "Your order # (some number) is Awaited". I tried reaching the technical support or service team of CCAvenue but no response still.

The casino India shop is also not showing my order details. It says "You haven’t placed any orders yet." It's been 2 days already. I haven't received any response from either of the two companies.

Please help to get this resolved.

I have paid for my entrance exam fees through online having payment reference number[protected] and payment order PA_[protected]_909409 and its showing that your payment is awaited though the amount of 1100 has been deducted from my bank account.

I have done online booking for INDANE GAS on 19/10/2021 under my consumer no [protected] & my mobile no [protected]. On confirmation of booking I paid the demanded amount of Rs. 915, 50 + your service charges which was not displayed earlier. Total amount debited to my ICICI account is Rs.920.22. As this amount is not received by VIJAI GAS AGENCIES (CHENNAI), I have settled the bill by paying cash. Kindly refund the amount.

Performed a transaction in the Air Arabia airline mobile app while booking my flight ticket. After the process, I got a pop up message saying that forbidden and my ticket was not booked. However, the amount 14810 was deducted from my account. And I received a mail from ccavenue saying the order has been successfully placed. I also contacted airlines but they said that they did not get the money so they are helpless at their end. I would want ccavenue to respond ... I want my ticket urgently bcoz I wanted to travel to uae please solve my issue as soon as possible

There is a company who is payment gateway ccAvenue who takes our company documents and giving service for few months and when the payment comes frequently they hold our company payment and started creating problem for us. our company name is Navjodi Matrimony which is situated in Delhi. And our website is www.navjodimatrimony.com

They are on hold my payment and saying i m not giving service to the clients. Even after we have shared all the clients service what we have provided after they paid They started creating issues and asking to take mail from all the clients who paid since from the beginning. When few clients are stated they are getting service. But still they are not releasing our payment. I have raised complaint against them in online portals and cyber cell also. They are not releasing payment and keep on asking to share mail from clients. When the clients are getting service from our company and we have shared them all clients documents what we have provided. how come i dont know they are intentionally trying to cheat with our company. SO please avoid taking service from ccavenue company.
