Today I had one for checkup of my new bikes tyres. The shop owner told that the problem is fitting issue not the tyres. I told him to give me in writing so that i can take it to local Hero dealer from where i bought the motor bike. He refuse to give it so i started to record the video of our conversation and he threaten me .. pushed me and the scuffle broke out in which we both hit each other. Then the RCM of our company came and threaten me. He tried to lock me inside the CEAT office of Ahmedabad which was above the same shop. I called police quickly. Thanks to police that they came in time. CEAT's RCM of gujarat instead he should try to resolve the thins smoothly he instigate it. He was shouting one me in English as Im illiterate who will listen what ever he 'll say. But I keep mum until the police come. He was assisted with other two people from CEAT's office. I lodge the complain but later withdrew it on the suggestion of police Inspector who got my problem solved. I'm posting it here so that you should know ... what kind of staff you have ... i would kicked his balls... but as Im law abiding citizen I waited for police to come and sort out the things. He was trying to lock me up and beaten by the staff...I'm giving this in local news paper also and going to shame him and CEAT on social media.

My father bought an active scooter during December 2015. Recently the back tyre got bulged due to some manufacturing defect. I contacted the service centre and had sent the defective tyre through my service center. But the company is not ready to give me a replacement. Please help me to get a replacement from the manufacturer. The tyre model is ceat zoom d and number is h4015

I have purchased new bajaj platina motorcycle from sai service borivali mumbai in february and I want to inform you that it get panchure at every 2000 km i was absorved that air filling valve broken many time near circular joint i was shocked to see this.I requested to you kindly check my bike tyre and tube. and wobbling also in my bike. at present my bike milage is 6500km.

Kindly think about my problem. And please change the tyre and tube.

I purchased splendor i smart bike on 29.09.2014. Ceat tyres are mounted on the rim. Now i found swelling in one of my tyre (Back side).
I contacted the bike dealer (Mihir hero, bounsi road, bhagalpur-812005), but they denied to replace the tyre and said there is no warranty/ guarantee of the tyre.
I attached a picture of the tyre.
Kindly take necessary action on my complain.

I purchased a new ceat tyre for my bike on june 2016. i have seen two cut inside the tyre and wire came out and punctured tube at 6 places.
Please help with this i hope you will replace that tyre with new tyre.

Rear ceat tyres was purchased nearly a year ago and got minimum 8-10 punctures with 2 major damages occurred inside portion of tyre with the help of patches made by puncture service man i am still managing it
Within this duration currently this is 4th tube which i am using in 1year span.
Sorry to say but its a manufacturing defects from ceat tyre rather than investing in huge endorsement if ceat make a quality product it automatically get endorsed by mouth advertisement.
My brother using ceat tyre past 3 years without any issue he suggested me to get this but now i feel is i was wrong in this.
Not with my brother suggestion but with bad quality product fron ceat.

Please replace it because rear tyre is wobbling now.

I have purchase a bike tyre from bansal tyres 130/90/65-l-1 baghi (Opp. Anandpuri gate) t. P. Nagar kanpur. The tyre has been defective under warranty. I give the tyre for exhange/replacement on date 9/6/2016 but the dealar says i send tyre to company for replace but not recd till date.
Plz exchane/replacement my tyre as soon as poosible.

Recently I was purchased Honda activa 2013 model rear wheel tubeless tyre from Ceat.when I purchased I was happy as I had good experience with Ceat in past.with that same trust and confidence I purchased it for my activa as well.Puncher shop person changed it and he said initially you use with normal air, once tyre got set right you can fill it with nitrogen air.After two days I went to same shop to replace air to nitrogen air.It was surprise for me that air was not at all filling in to tyre.you will not believe I wasted almost 30 min.shop person tried all the ways and means and he finally said I faced same problem with Ceat tyres in past as well with so many people.so you purchase tube and use it.my question is why Ceat is not rectifying the problem with tyres.Who will pay my money.here iam the looser.i have to face problem now.pain is mine.i need explanation for this..please answer my issue.

I have purchased Hero motor cycle and by default fitted ceat tyre and ceat tube but atfer purchase of 8 days it becomes puncture on regular basis sometimes twicw in a day. it is really worst experience for me of ceat tyres. i think instead of making heavy investment on advertisements ceat should concerntrate on quality of the product and shoulh consider customers problems if it wants to survive in long run.

I bought ceat two wheler yer from flipkart just two months ago its wobbling continuously.

To whomsoever it may concern,

I m a loyal customer of ceat tyres and have been using them across my vehicles over 10 years now and never faced any problem in my car tyres..

However to my surprise my bike tyre has turned to be a thrash in just 5 months and that too with a single puncture.. The only solution offered to me by my dealer is to add a tube inside or replace the tyre..

My question is why should i bear the cost of a new tyre in such a short span of time when i was told during purchase that the tyre life is more than 60k kms..

I have trusted ceat for over 10 years now and find that trust going into vain with this incident..

Request the officials from ceat to look into this and provide a customer centric solution to the same..

I have purchased ceat motorcycle tube. I want to inform you that it get panchure daily. It was third time on third day. It is panchuring only from circular joint i was shocked to see this.I also went to change the tube to vikas tyre house khimlasa road, bina 470113 madhya pradesh (Mr. Vikash jain mob. No. -[protected]) but he denied.Thats why i am complainting to you.

Kindly think about my problem. And please change the tube.

I have purchased and fitted 4 no.New ceat tyres size 165/80/14 in my maruti swift car from velocity, b-xxx,
29/1, sherpur chowk, g.T.Road, ludhiana. Bill no.6759 dt.17/3/16.

After driving for few days i noticed that some echo type sound is generated. I showed to dealer and mechanic, they found nothing wrong with my vehicle, and it is observed that it is tyres that are creating that sound.
My request is plz.Look into my complaiand replace the tyres because it is my hard earned money and with faith in ceat company i purchased tyres.
Plz.Look. Do the needful immediately.

Dear team,
as a well informed consumer, i am here by complaining that i am using a ceat tyre in my two wheeler since 2015 august(8 months)(9000km) but the tearing of the tyre is very high. is that CEAT tyres lasting upto only 9000 km ?

i am using ceat tyres in my car also, in that i am using it for last 2 years,
no problem till now, not even a punchure. but in this case i am tottally disappointed. how come it happen ? expecting the reply from you team.

Dear Sir

This is to clarify your procedure ​in case of mismatch in signature. TSR DARASHAW LIMITED on receipt of DRF form for demat has sort for Rs 100/- Stamp Paper along with with notarisation . We except you to simplified the procedure so that the same can be done. Only TATA companies is complicating the matter whereas all other companies are insisting of attestation of signature by Bank manager but DARASHAW is adamant and insisting on Affidavit. Why this difference from other companies thus making disparity and it seems that you do not have any specific rules set for the said matter, Please provide your valuable advise so that the same is resolved at the earliest.

Dear Team, I had purchased ceat tyre on 15th Feb 2014 with warranty of 3 years. But I had to replace the tyre in June 2015 due to air problem in it. I had paid Rs 500.
