We traveled 800 kilometers and that trip had a tire problem due to poor quality tyre material. The dealer who sold us the same thing did not respond properly, says we can not change your tire immediately, it takes ten days or a week. One thing We donot understand here, but the thing is that it has not even been 15 days since we bought a new tire, yet how to wait all days to bear the problem tire, this is not the right approach, your service is actually the worst. I strongly oppose your service policy

I have purchased a bike make "yamaha fzs v3" on 14.08.2020 and this vehicle has covered 15000 kms. The rear tyre of the vehicle (140/60r17 m/c63p) has got damaged during normal course of running and it is not able to retain/hold the air in it. To get the tyre replaced under warranty i approached your dealer " ceat shoppe, shree balaji enterprises sector 4 gurugram", where the shop owner told me that 'to get the tyre replaced you need to go to the ceat tyre hub near daultabad flyover and if you want to replace it here i can replace it by lessing an amount of rs. 1000/- for the old tyre'. This is very shocking that your dealers are not helping the ceat customers they are interested in making money only even at the cost of ceat's customers.

In view of above it is requested to take strict action against the above said dealer and help me at the earliest.

I was purchased 4 tyre for my swift dezire in unconditional warranty of replacement. But i am suffering from 1 month today in ceat agency varanasi they are asking for deposit 2370 for replacement

I purchased three tyres for my vehicle (Xuv 500) from bm lal sales & service, mount road chennai, vide bill no. Lss/18-19/10983, dt.13.11.2018. The tyres were ok for nearly ten months from the date of purchase. Hardly the tyres would have run ten thousand kilometers. All the three tyres have three fourth button. The vehicle started to wobble and create an unusual noise which was unpleasant to drive. I thought it be a mechanical mistake and took the car to m/s. Mahindra dealer. After a complete checkup they informed me that all the tyres are have worn out and it is uneven throughout. I took the vehicle to m/s. Lal sales & service on17.7.2020, he immediately checked and found out one of the tyre was badly worn out at one side. The defective tyre is with m/s. Lal sales & service, mount road.

He immediately raised a complaint claim no. C[protected]dt.17.07.2020 and gave me a copy. I had to purchase one new tyre on the same date vide bill no. Lss/20-21/1782 dt, 17.07.2020. But the vehicles` complaint is still not solved. The balance two tyres are also defective. From march 2020 the vehicle was not used due to lock down.

My choice was only for ceat, but unfortunately this time i had to face huge problem. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for a replacement. The vehicle is at the above address for inspection.

I have drive on 975 km only because purchase time is only two months.
Yesterday i will drive car then i will check car. The car is damage on cut.
So please solve my complain.

I bought a pair of ceat tyres on 05/01/2019 which cam with 2 years unconditional warranty and further 3 years manufacturing warranty.
On 25th may, 2020 this year after lockdown relaxation i went to see a dealer chhabra tyre house, mohan nagar to claim warranty against wear and tear of my tyres, dealer refused providing any services and asked me to talk to company directly i. E ceat tyres.

Post that on 29th may 2020, i tried reaching out ceat tyres. Their representative called me up and mentioned that the tyres does not cover under warranty due to below reasons.

A) manufacturing dates of tyres are in the year 2017 and sold to me in the year 2019 so 2 years unconditional warranty gets automatically void. When i asked ceat representative, how is it mine fault if their dealer is selling me old stuff, i have been questioned to prove them these are the tyres sold to me in 2019 and i have not changed it. However company claims that they have online record of all their customers, instead they should check their records for serial number, they put this onus on the customer.

B) unconditional warranty comes with warranty such us wear & tear should not be less than 50%. They mentioned that company i. E ceat tyres as well as dealer chhabra tyre house, mohan nagar inform their customer about this, i have shown them a receipt where it is clearly mentioned that warranty is unconditional.

We have sold a new trator john deere 5039d on dated 13/3/2020
So we have face a problem in rear tyers pls check a solve that as soon as possible

Am using a new Ceat Tyre for my pulsar bike and its not yet completed 1 year of time. It has got damaged 3 times and i approached a tyre shop to clear the complainant, but the tyre is got damaged and air leakage also there.

I have purchased hero motorcycle from prem motors sco-22-23 janta nagar, chandigarh road kharar, contact number[protected]. After few days my son was driving suddenly he got unbalanced and find rear tyre got punchered. When he went for repair puncher mechanic told him that tyre got damage. It should be replaced under warranty because its new vehicle and tyre. You can see meter reading and tyre condition in atttached pictures.
I really very shocked that ceat company having very excellent brand in worldwide, not having these type of manufacturing. It may be some default in production.
Kindly see this matter and replace my bike tyre under warranty

I had bought 2 no's of ceat milaze tyre in industrybuying on 2016,

After a year itself one of the tyre got bulge on one side - pls refer attached photo evident and invoice,

Even after fitted this tyre in my vehicle i didn't driven the vehicle more than a 5k km in these years, that you can find in the tyre which does not got any frictions impression on tyres,

Also the ceat tyre have the 5yrs of warranty,

Kindly find the attached issues and take necessary action and render me your valuable feedback asap.

My bike tyre will damage in warranty period. It will broken in the middle of the tyre. So u plzz changed it as soon as possible. I have bought it with my bike no hr 52 f 5119. It is hardly a 10 month happens it will broken in the middle of the tyre and will panchar so fast. Kindly you will take a suitable action to change my tyre. I will thankful to u i[censored] do it as soon as possible sir. It will happen many time with me that u will not care about my complaint. This time i will take a strong action against u i[censored] will not solve my issue.

I made an order for my bike rear tyre on 29th september 2019 and order number is #[protected]. I did not receive any updates regarding my order till date. I raised this complaint through mail on their website twice i did not receive even a single response from them. Again i have contacted ceat customer center and spoke with their personal i did not receive any updates regarding my order.

I have visit ceat dealer krishnashray auto mobiles opp axis bank amit nagar circle vadodara on 12/09/2019 invoice no 131-19/20 change of tubeless tyre of honda cb shine and at the time of fitting they remove some parts we come to know at the time when some noice coming in bike without these parts wheel was no balanced parts cost rs 1500 and accident cause who is responsible

I am very disappointed ☹️ about this time.

I was first time use of ceat tyre and first experience become worst because the defective tyre has been given to me buy ceat distributor mr. Chawla tyres, i would request to please help to get replace the defective tyre, so that i can further trust the ceat brand name, also can recommend some other person for ceatt

My hiren and i purchased two-wheeler tire on 13 jul 2019, but still, the gst invoice is not received and your agent has closed the issue without confirmation.

Can crat support black money in india?, why you shopper is not the given the gst invoice at the time of purchase.

If my issue is not resolved i complain in consumer forum and sharing post on social media and i open the post in quora.
