As the compliant was registered earlier by me (Hitesh Maheshwari- +91-[protected]), we have visited CEAT Tyre dealer in Anand on 01 Dec 2014. The CEAT Tyre dealer was not sown cooperation. They have asked that the he will not remove the tyre from wheel and we have to handover. Secondly, he has asked that the TYRE will be accepted by us and will be submit to CEAT company. If TYRE will be replaced by the company, then we have to pay the charges about usage of TYRE for 1.5 years. The cut on tyre was observed within 1 year of purchase of Vehicle. Dear Sir, i have purchased 2 nos ceat make tyres for I20 car from M/S A1 tyres, k-1/77, EPDP colony, chittaranjan park, new delhi110019 vide receipt no.2909 dt 13/10/2014 for Rs7500/-. the name of the owner of the ceat shop is mr sunil Anand. However both the tyres worn out fully in only 3 months and running of only 5000km. I am CA by profession and have office nearby the ceat shop. My running is only from home to office to home. on representing the matter to mr sunil anand he called mr ashwini godara -territory leader-cs for check up. He informed that both the tyre were worn out due to alignment problem. Mr sunil anand says he had done the proper alignment of the tyres at the time of fitment. please note that the rear wheel of the car are original and nothing has happend to those tyres in the last 3 years and of more than 40000km running. the car is being serviced on regular interval only from the authorised service centre. now both the persons have washed off their responsibilty ans as a buyer i am left wondering whether i made a mistake by buying tyres from your company. it seems both the persons are hand in globes and conniving to make customer fool. The incident has left a bad taste in mouth and there fore i request you to kindly investigate the matter as from the condition of tyres it looks to me that either the tyres were of defective quality or the dealer have sold duplicate retreated tyre. I am driving the car for the last 30years and i have witnessed this kind of quality defect for the first time in my life. I therefore request you to kindly investigate the matter on priority. Sir, I, Prem Shankar Dwivedi would bring to the notice of the facts, last December 20, 2014, I had gone your legal agency to "CEAT TYRE Company, 21, Dwarikapuri, 107 /-3A, GT Road, Jarib Chowki (Mob: [protected]) Kanpur-208 012 " and two tires had given for Claim under warranty. He said to me that these tyres deserve to claim and tell me about those (two tyres) to send to company for verification and suggest me that can try "Apollo Tyre". Its life is more than and also the three-year warranty and said to me that company will claim that you bring to you within 8 days. And suggest me to keep as my receipt of claim this new bill (APOLLO tyre bill). Now he is trying to cheat me ever say to show the receipt of the claim, and said to me that the company says the ever accept one of the tires and the other has rejected. Therefore, I request you to take appropriate action on my case as soon as possible. Otherwise I'd just be bound to the consumer court NOTE: For your helping, I am attaching related scan both bill (one is for the claiming tyres & and other is for new bill as receipt of the claim).

I am purchase a ceat tyre, i am beleived in name of ceat . but i am wrong after purchase this tyre i am facing too much problem, i am spend mote then 1000 on tube and pucher. its really harrased me, in future i am never sugest to any one to by CEAT tyre. Hi Team, I have purchased CEAT Gripp tyre on 7th-June-2014 at SPA ENTERPRISES, Moosapet `Y` Junction, Kukatpally. Now I am facing a problem with CEAT tyre ( HERO HONDA back tyre ). I have purchased a new ceat tyre and tube for my Honda Activa from Vikas Tyres on[protected] vide bill no.2950. On[protected] morning when I was taking the vehicle it was found that there is no air in the tube. I brought the mechanic and got the tyre removed and found the tube damaged. I contacted the dealer and handed over the tube for replacement with a receipt. The dealer informed that it will take minimum two weeks for replacement. On[protected] when I contacted Vikas Tyres, I was asked to contact Mr. Ajay, the representative of Ceat tyres and on contacting he informed me that he was out of station and would inspect the same on his return. Today the 15th October 2014, I again contacted Mr. Ajay and he said he has given the tube to his supervisor for inspection. Dear complain Team, I have purchase four Ceat tyre from Amar wheel mart (His office locate in shalimar bagh Delhi . I have purchased all tyres in August -2012as per your scheme & bill I am eligible for replace the Tyre & the same was adjusted but 1800 Appx has been charged from me, this is not acceptable for me when your tyre was cracked at the time of travelling, the tyre was craked from the outside not inner on the highway, then why should I pay, if any miss-happening happens with my family then who will be the responsible for this & and you people are charging to change the tyre. Dear Sir, I am using CEAT tyre for both rear and front wheels of my bike. The rear one was new, bought it a year ago, . It has got a hole in there and when it was inspected by the dealer, he said it needs to be replaced and replacement can be done at any CEAT center as it is under warranty . Since I totally dependent on my bike each day, It will be difficult to leave my bike at garage for 3-4 days. I asked dealer to get it replaced within a day if possible. Then dealer gave an suggestion that walking into a warehouse with the Doc-sheet would do the replacement in a day. It is been three weeks now that I am keep on visiting warehouse. Every time in charge is telling that there is no stock. I have requested with my best knowledge but he is so rude and does not know how to be good at customers. I really feel bad and wondered that how a company can recruit a guy of this kind.

I purchased CEAT tyre for honda Activa one year back. Within one month of purchasing, the tyre started wobbling. Due to personal reasons, i had to go out of my station for next three months. After that i reached dealer to replace the same which he pulled the day of changing for next two months. By then it was 6 months and finally he told to contact authorised dealer directly. Finally, i had to go for some other company after loosing money for CEAT tyre. I suggest everyone not to purchase CEAT tyres for any reason.

Current add running on tv regarding ceat tyres durability and strength, but it shows that it is hurting religious as well as personal sentiments of peoples believing in different religions. Many Hindu people put lemon and green chillies as a religious belief on their vehicles as well as at home but this add is indirectly hurting the religious sentiments of people. On humanitarian basis this add should be stopped on immediate basis or else we can take any other legal actions.

The General Assembly ,
Mindful of the pledge made by Member States, under the Charter of the United Nations to take joint and separate action in co-operation with the Organization to promote higher standards of living, full employment and conditions of economic and social progress and development,
Reaffirming its faith in human rights and fundamental freedoms and in the principles of peace, of the dignity and worth of the human person and of social justice proclaimed in the Charter,

Disabled persons have the right to medical, psychological and functional treatment, including prosthetic and orthetic appliances, to medical and social rehabilitation, education, vocational training and rehabilitation, aid, counselling, placement services and other services which will enable them to develop their capabilities and skills to the maximum and will hasten the processes of their social integration or reintegration.
7. Disabled persons have the right to economic and social security and to a decent level of living. They have the right, according to their capabilities, to secure and retain employment or to engage in a useful, productive and remunerative occupation and to join trade unions.
8. Disabled persons are entitled to have their special needs taken into consideration at all stages of economic and social planning.
9. Disabled persons have the right to live with their families or with foster parents and to participate in all social, creative or recreational activities. I purchased a Ceat Tyre - 350/10 for my Honda Dio on 5-9-2011 vide invoice no 4395 from Popular Tyres , No 89, Dr Rajkumar Road, 2nd Block Rajajinagar, Bangalore 10. Within two weeks the tube had a puncture.When for the second time there was a puncture , the mechanic noticed some cracks on the wall of the Tyre. He advised me to approach the dealer so that I could claim a replacement. I gave the Tyre to the dealer on[protected] and he informed me that he will send it to the Sales office in JC Nagar. It is 21 days and everytime I call them they inform me that they are waiting for the reposrt from the Office. I went thro the Company website and was suprised to notice that such a big Company has not provided Email Id wherein Customers can contact the Company for any complaints. However they have a lot of Email ID's of Sales personnel. I even contacted Mr. Anand, Service Engineer of the Company who informed me that he will look into the matter and get back to me which has never happened
I can only conclude that Ceat Tyres is only interested in Sales but doesnot bother about After Sales Service

I hope the company provides Email wherein Customers can air their complaints

both the advertisements of ceat tyres-one showing the man walking with a pram and talking on the cellphone admonishing the poor motorcyclist, and the other where the car driver suddenly opens the door of the car to spit are in poor taste because they are incomplete. I think it would be to the advantage of the company to use as a punch line," ceat tha isiliye ruk gayi warna.... " . Especially in these times where disciplined drivers actually have to suffer because of the callousness of the others like the mobileman and the cardriver. At least a caution at the end of the ad should be inserted, the careless father and the car driver should not be glorified.

i have purchase of new tyre & tube of ceat company on 20/01/2011 but after three days i loss my tube for two small hall in joint but the deler was said that was not a manufacturing folt so what i can do about that my loss about my tube. i submit the tube to deler but he return other defect tube not my tube, he cheat me and company also involve in this, the deler name was Maniyar Tyres Relif road, tin no. [protected]. so please help me and replace my tube.
no any puncher in this tube and hall is also in inner site, so why any khilli and stone tuched there? its only company folte.
