I have purchased new car from Mahindra sterling motors Gurgaon . Model TUV 300 T10 model where MAHINDRA is giving ceat tyres to the car . I have purchased my car on 20 Nov 17 .
Today I was coming from my work just reached to my home saw the tyre is flat . I checked over any puncher in tyre . But there no puncher in tyre . There was a small cut in outer side . Where the tyre air is not staying in the tyre . I am attaching some of the photos below .and help me out my cont no ±91-[protected]

We purchased a new mahindra maxi truck in last week of march.

The tyres of the vehicle are of ceat. Our vehicle has just been driven 15000kms till date but there is a big problem in one of the tyre. We are really disappointed by the ceat

We heard that ceat tyre will wear off but will never tear off...

See what happened with your tire.

Got a cut at the center of tyre. Cut on the side face of tyre is ok as it may happen due to wrong driving.

But what is wrong with this... The tyre gpt cut of 2 cm in the center.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I bought ceat bike tyre in retailer...
After buying within 1 km travelling in my new ceat tube there was a little cut and so unable to move further...

Then i went to retailer for guarantee... But retailer refused to accept...

I highly disappointed by ceat tyre..
Pls do something for guarantee...

I ve purchased the ceat rear tyre for my honda activa scooter having size 3.50 -10 51j, 4pr nylon vide cash memo no, 8435 dt.21/02/2015, for rs.1200/ however, the tyre had a problem since begining and i faced several punctures and changed two tubes but the problem persisted. Now the mechanic told that the tyre had a cut and it is a manufacturing defect and unless tyre is replaced the puncture problem will not be resolved the dealers name is nashik tyres, ashok stambh, old agra road, nashik (Maharashtra) there is a warranty of three years for this tyre. Please advice me as to how this will be decided by the dealer as the tyre is within warranty.

I bought tyres from ceat certificate shoppe and i got unconditional warranty in case of any damage the tyres would be changed under warranty
But when i faced problem after 2 months, company said they stopped manufacture of that tyre and can’t do anything
Tyres are only 2 months old and it’s under warranty
But no response from ceat
Totally disappointed with ceat
Scammers
They do fake promises to sell they products
Don’t buy tyres from ceat guys
Be aware of fraud company

We are complaining on behalf of our customer mr. Raghubir chand who bought a tractor on[protected]. Said tractor has ceat tyres (Front). And one of them is blooming as can see in attached images. So we need to attand our complaint by converned engineer.

N order to change the tyre of the scooter today, but the M/s. MANGLA TYRES Shopkeeper-Ballabgarh would not change the tyre and started making various kinds of exits.

On my special request, he gave the CEAT Company Godown address (Sikand Complex, 61/5, NIT IND. AREA, Faridabad) and exchange claim letter (Serial No:9863, dated:14 September 2017).

I soon went to the same company and talked about all the situation, then the in-charge (Mr Micky:[protected] told me to change the tyre (In the showroom only) by giving a copy of the letter given to the shopkeeper on the letter given with Rs 720 with Depreciation Charge.

I visited the shop again but the shopkeeper refused the letter & started misbehaving with me without listening to me.

While misbehaving with me, both men (One person is wearing specs & another person is the long hair cut) have thrown my laptop bag and misbehave me continuously...

Is the guy who is bigger than the company or the two people who do it ...

Who will pay my tyre and bear the cost of my damage laptop during this period?

My message to the company is that we should punish those types of sellers STAFF who violate company rules and how to deal with customers...

Sir, before a month, I have purchased three tyres of your company .but it was too bad experience for me, in last one month . I want to inform you they are getting puncture very frequently near about at every 200 km. i have also observed that air filling valve broken many time near circular joint i was shocked to see this.i have also get it done the wheel alignment still tyres are spoiled and torn frequently.i also discussed these details with dealer who is not entertaining the complaint .Is this the service a customer expect from a major brand like you.it is highly dissatisfactory experience for me and this made me rethink twice to recommend your brand further.
could you let me know about the status of my complaint whether you have the solution for it or not.

Well my HIMALAYAN didn't have any other option rather than going along with cheap low standardized tyre manufacturer. Hope you have filled your pockets with this Royal Enfield Scam. Horrible Tyre grip. The quality is soo worse that the edges of the grip chip off, wavy cracks all along the tyre. Pretty sure even CEAT is getting a bite from the Court very soon along with RE.

Hi, I have a pulsar ns200, I belong from Pune and had purchased both tyres in June 2016. Have hardly used them till date . The rear tyre certainly lacks stickyness. And the dealer has mentioned 3 year warranty. But looking at similar complaint I believe that the dealer must have sold some old stock tyre which could be a cause for lack of sticky grip. Although the grip looks as if it's new, but the rubber compound lacks stickyness.

This is to inform you that I have purchased 4nos. 185/65x14 Ceat tyres from M/s AUTOMECHANIKA, 78, SHAMBHUNATH PANDIT STREET, KOLKATA - 700020 ([protected]..Mr. Harvinder Singh ) on 09-03-17 for my AVEO CHEVROLET CAR. My queries regarding the purchase are as follows:

1. Though verbally conveyed that the said tyres which are make of 39/16 (2nos), 41/16 and 43/16. Kindly confirm that the makes are okay.
2. I have been given tax invoice no. 4399 amounting to Rs. 15, 686/- but in the said invoice there is no mention of any guarantee or warranty. Kindly confirm the guarantee period.

Feeling very tired to bring into your knowledge that i will purchase a new tyre from ceat outlet damaged with in one year tyre damaged lots of bubbles
as per customer care tyre warranty one year but now staff not proving any solution providing lots of error my which are done from my side

Ceat is too much bad company and Ceat doing lots of fake promise

and with out any solution they are try to closed complaint

I bought a ceat tube for my activa 3 months ago.
I got a problem that near the circular valve of the tube there is leakage of air
I complained to krishna tyres mall road kanpur but they told me that tubes complains are pending a lot and resolution of complain is only 5% so we do not care to register your complain and suppose if we register there will b no result.
Please guide me where to change the tube.

i got the bike hero passion pro at September month and also i got full of problem because of both tyre wobbling . i given complaint and service also in hero showroom. they also said about wobbling have to change the tyre. but ceat showroom said there is no stock .is this the proper way your handling the customer ???? And also ceat showroom pupil charging for tyre . problem is in your side . kindly change the new tyre or else i will take severe action on your company ceat ...

I got a set of new ceat tyres for my car less than a year ago. 1 tyre out of that is getting swollen, when I went to the dealer from where I purchased the set, he is saying that it won't be replaced under warranty as I didn't came to his shop for wheel alignment and balancing every month after the purchase . Although I got that done from honda authorized service center, but dealer is saying, he entertains the complaints when car is regularly coming to his service center for alignment/balancing, the irony is he doesn't even have alignment machine, he use to do it manually with rope.

I just want to know, if this thing is the part of your warranty policy for replacements. Am I bound to get wheel alignment and balancing done from the dealer who sold me the product??

What is the significance of warranty when end user has to bleed his blood out to get that replaced.

I have genuine bill for the purchase, won't hesitate filing a case with consumer court. Please look into it at earliest.

Warranty of the tyre with more than 75% of rubber was rejected because dealer sold the old tyre with manufacturing date of more than 2 years. I purchased the tyre very much in good faith. It was no where mentioned that warranty will start from date of manufacturing and not purchasing. Also manufacturing date on tyre is mentioned in a way that general public can't understand it as a date, it only looks like a code like 2415
Also i got to know that dealer is not authorised dealer though he is falsely mentioning this on his bill, but ceat company is not ready to take any action on any of my complaint above.
I want ceat company to accept the warranty of the tyre and get it replaced. Also i request with the company to set the warranty from date of purchasing or else ceat company should have a policy with proper controls not to sell old tyres.

I have ceat tyre which was crack from side. Nd i purchase it from khillan motors panipat-132103

When i give it for replace. He replace it in 20 dys which show very late service. Nd he demand rs. 1000 for changing the tyre when i say it's too much price for change he rudly talk with me n said you never purchase ceat tyre.

He recive 1000 rs for replacement of tyre.

I have ceat mileage tyre claim for warranty in ceat tyre dealer Gandhi bagh Nagpur on 6 /8/16 .They say me test report send to company and get a positive response.you will get a new tyre but after some days due to lack of tyre. How it is possible?
Where is ceat loyalty to replaced a faulty tyre in two weeks.
