Dear Sir/ Madam, This refers to new set of TATA Nano tube less tyres (2 number) I purchased in Vishakapatnam (Ceat Shopee, Siripuram area) on date 16/04/2015. One of the tyre has failed and same was handed over to the above showroom for replacement on 04/11/2015. Till now no replacement was given. Further Showroom manager is telling me that I need to pay for the new tyre. I felt disappointed for purchasing a CEAT tyre. Hope some body at CEAT reads this message and respond.

I am parching tyres with tube in SHANI TYRES (CEAT TYRES), Big Motar stand Jabalpur M.P., I say sir It's tube leek Air 1/2 week's in breaked .
But shopkeeper say not change this tube because yours uses in 1 week,
Please requested solved my problems immediately, neither case in court

I purchased ceat tyres for my car recently dated 04.07.15 from Goel Motors -A8 west Jyoti nagar, Durgapuri Chowk Shadara, Delhi 110094. One of these tyres one tyre is defected. It has only one day air containing capacity. Please replace it.

I purchased ceat tyre milaze for my tata vista month ago... Only after a month tyre was cut from side...infact it was run only 800 km...when I claimed for replacement at Pooja tyres aurangabad... He sandpit for replacement and I hot my tyre after 15 days but I was shocked when I saw bill of 950 rs from ceat saying that these are charges for rubbing of tyre... If within 1 month so much tyre is rubbed then what is your quality... Please explain... Worst tyre quality if this is so...Never suggest anyone for ceat tyres henceforward...

Six month back my bike rear tyre was changed(CEAT tyre) at hero service centre(Vijayalakshmi motors - Keelkattalai). I found consecutive puncture in bike tube and found cut in outer side. I was contacted service centre and tyre was sent to CEAT service centre, After a week they returned the tyre and said warranty will not covered. Please do the needful. Nesarajan M Phone: [protected]

Sir I'm from modinager up I perched 2 tyres of sentro xing but after running 400km a fault of CUT in tyre happened. I went to ceat dealer SANSKAR MOTERS in modinager to change the tyre he accepted tyre for change after 3 or4 days. I went to take tyre after 1 week he ask for more time. till date the time is reached 15 days I contact him but still he denied .

God know if Ceat will ever read these complaints and take any positive action or not but still writing this complaint as I got some time now. I have purchased a new royal enfield elctra and it comes with rear ceat tyre 3.25 19 and it got cracks while driving my bike on highway. There are 3 cracks on the tyres. Please refer the attached pics for the same. I am not sure how to ask compensation about this but I want let ceat knows about their quality of tyre and that will help to improve the quality and save life of other riders. I have just saved falling from bike due to this on highway. Please take this seriously and improve the quality. I am going to write to Royal enfield about the same.

Respected sir, My name is piyush kalra i live in rohini sec -15 rohini delhi And i had purchased a tyre for my scooty from rs tyres rohini Mobile no : [protected] This person cheated me by giving ceat tube tyre which he fitted with trick and after a month without any puntcure the tyre was leaking so i went to nearby dealers and asked to check for punture Later i was told that this is not a tubeless tyre He has done some kind of jugaad in it It is unexpected from such a brand I request you to plz cancel his dealership and also give me a replacement or i shall file an RTI AGAINT THE COMPANY FOR CHEATING !! निवेदन है की मेने मेरी मोटरसाइकिल T.V.S STAR CITY के लिए तक़रीबन 15 से 20 दिन पहले एक नया ट्यूब SIZE 3.00-18 खरीदा था और आज अजानक दिनाक 31 मई शाम को मेरी बाइक पंचर हुई और मेने तुरंत में गाडी को रोका और मुश्किल से 50 मीटर दुरी पर पंचर वाले की दूकान पर गाडी को पैदल पैदल ले गया और गाडी के टायर को खोला तो हमने देखा की ट्यूब की नली BREAK हो चुकी थी, पंचर वाले बताया की ये ट्यूब खराब हो गया है, आपको नया ट्यूब डालना पड़ेगा सर जी निवेदन है, की पूर्व में हमने MRF COMPANY का भी ट्यूब डाला था तो चार से पाँच बार पंचर होने पर भी कभी भी हमारे ट्यूब की नली BREAK नहीं हुई और आराम से पंचर बना और सर जी हमने 20 दिन पहले आपकी CEAT कंपनी का नया ट्यूब डाला और पहले ही पंचर में ट्यूब की नली BREAK हो गई | अगर आप जेसी बड़े नाम वाली कंपनी के ट्यूब में अगर पहली बार में ऐसा हो तो फिर हमारे जैसा CUSTMOR जो दिन रात मेहनत कर पैसा कमाता है तो किस प्रकार और कैसे विश्वास करे | आज CEAT COMPANY में अगर ऐसा हो गया जो की WORLD BRAND है तो फिर हमारी सुनवाई किस के पास होगी | उपरोक्त MAIL के द्वारा आपसे निवेदन है की MAIL में लिखी सत्य कथन को पड़कर और समजकर हमारे हित में जो हमारा नुकसान हुआ है उसका निदान करे| From Sachin kothari (M) [protected]

Dear Sir, I am Arvind.CG from mysore.sir I'm very disappointed from CEAT tyre. Because I purchased Bajaj discover 100 bike on16-Jan-2014. The bike tyre was CEAT. After few months it got punctured for two times. That Time I was neglected as I thought it’s a common repair so I replaced the tube. After few months o[censored]sage I faced the same Problem again, after that again I changed the tube. Then after changing the new Tube I used it for again few months a new tube is also started giving the same problem. I heard from my mechanic that this problem is because of small crack in the tyre due to manufacturing defect (in-between Side valve and Beed). So my mechanic advised me to change the tyre. Sir I’m a service engineer for home appliances. Daily I use to attend lot of calls because of this tyre problem I’m facing lot of physical strain and lose my business. Sir I change the tube for 3 times who will bare the expenditure for me. I would like to know that whether CEAT tyre Life is only for a year? I need a replacement .but the tyre looks not erosive. Dear Ceat, I have purchased Passion pro bike on 21/3/2015. Only in one month my front tyre got crack & twice it got punctured, just because of this i had to change the inside tube twice. As per garrage guy's also ceat tyres are worst in quality. I purchased a ceat tyre (model 300 17) along with tube @ 1900 on 03/04/2015 at SRI RAM DEV AUTOMOBILES, Near E-seva, vennela gadda, quthbullapur road, suchitra, hyderabad - 500067. After fixing tyre and tube, i travelled for 3.7 Km and then i found that air leak so i abbruptly get off the bike and loosed the bolt near tube junction i went to repair shop and i found that tyre got toured off near joining manufacturing defect.. so that's the thing happened drastically at 9.45 pm and i am with my wife. There is no other shop to replace the tyre. This is the result of the beleif for what we had with the company.. Today my request is address the issue as soon as possible..I dont have the batch number of the tube as it is with the tyre in fixed condition. Please take an immediate action.. To, The Manager I have bought CEAT ZOOM Tyre around Six months before from R. G. Tyre Service the shop based in front of IIT Powai - Mumbai (India). It’s not even been a year now and the Tyre is cracked from outer side.I would request for a REPLACEMENT for my Tyre as the cut on tyre was observed within 1 year of purchase & warranty which informed to me at the time of purchased is 3 years; I don't expect such quality of tyres from a company like CEAT after paying so much it looks like “Black Spot" for such an expensive brand like CEAT I have given my tyre to the R. G. Tyre Service the shop based in front of IIT Powai - Mumbai (India). CEAT ZOOM tyre size is 100/90-18 56 P. And C 0913 ISI CN/L – S486208 and my vehicle no. is – MH-03 AS 4953 Please these all money is my father’s harden earn money & I have purchased this brand of tyre for long time use. Hi Ceat tyre Customer care, Few detail mentioned on tyre: EC – 78P R4 100 90/100-10 S3T NYLON BRAND:CEAT SECURA My Self Dinesh shah, this is to inform you regarding the ceat tyre defective as per new vehicle registration on 21-Nov-2012 Suzuki Access 125 (GJ-1-PH-2133) and till dated driven 12566 km and within 3years warranty period my tyre top layer looks fine. However, tyre one side portion cracked almost 1/3 part of the tyre diameter. These has been identified when my scooty air getting drained twice in last 2 days perhaps I met local puncture guy and then I realized tyre heavily damaged with big cracked and it will direct or indirect impact on person life hence I immediately changed and while I visited tyre shop for buy new tyre come to know tyre having 3years warranty (CEAT &amp; MRF). Eventually, Thank god to early indicate to save my life but my concern with company is that these type of defect cannot be accept as per company assured 3years warranty hence I urge you to take necessary action and replace me tyre as earliest as possible also my humble request you to take care on quality as it is crucial for company growth, assurance and brand image in market. Purchased tyre vide bill No.14528/27.04.2014 from Sri Balaji Automobiles, dhuravani Nagar Bangalore. Tin No.[protected]. Said Tyre had manufacture defect (Wobbling). Wobbling was identified on 06.03.15 after back to back complaints to mechanic. Till date have have changed Handle cone set, front tyres and RIM which as cost me Rs. 6200/-. When approached the retailer for replacement, he simply said remove the tyres and come after 15-20 days for replacement. Negotiated with outlet for 50% payment but to my disappointment retailers ensured i give him tyre removed and than he will give new tyres. 50% payment bill No. 15782/07.03.15. Just coz i choose ceat tyres had to spend extra 6200 and also harrased by retailer for replacement. Please ensure immediate replacement and 50% money back.

Hello Team, My name is Manoj Kumar PJ, I recently bought hero Impulse in the month of May 2014. From the day I have bought this bike I have been facing big time problems. Issues :- 1. Worst service every time when I leave my bike for service. 2. From the day I bought this bike every month I have been changing the tube. Ceat compnay sucks man lot of punctures. Its been 9 months and I have changed 6 tubes. I seriously do no whom to contact and inform these issues. I hope this website is not fake and some one would see to my problems and help me.
