I sir,
I have purchased a new yamaha fz v2 vehicle.. And company has offer ceat tyres for this vechile.

Its been only 7 month im using this bike.. Im tollay upset with the performances of ceat tyres..

I have addressed 7 punctures/patches for front tyre and rear/ back tyre is totally pathetic with close to 17 punctures/ patches in the span of last 7 months.

I am totally upset with this new bike sir..

This is not at all acceptable and i am totally disappointed with the quality of ceat tyres.

Since i bought a new yamaha bike before three months at chennai - 01 and within a month i got three punctures and my mechanic informed that this tubeless tyre is not a quality one, it will get puncture easily. When i call for the ceat customer care they intimated to contact the nearest manufacturer place. While contacting them they are telling that i want to bring only the fault tyre, telling a silly reason that they are not having the tools to remove the even tyre tube from bike. I am getting frustrated of ceat customer service.

I purchased 300x10 tube from balaji automobiles Adambakkam on 22.3.19.vide bill no. 15833 dt. 22.3.19.Today 26.3.19 while driving the vehicle the mouth of the tube devoloped a leak and I had to change the tube again. I am constrained to raise the complaint as I am retired and without income. I would like you to look into the matter and arrange to componsate me for the loss incurred. The tube has no punctures and is intact.

Last year i purchased a tyre from a ssd tyre dealer, nagpur for my hyundai i 10, on dt. 06.03.19 i'm on journey and suddenly i noticed that my car was not running properly so i came out and saw that my car's front tyre was punctured, so i changed it with stepney tyres
When i given it for repair, i noticed that tyre got some crack
So i returned it to dealer, now dealer told me that ceat company is not giving in exchange, so now i'm sending legal notice, because it's against your term told me while purchasing

Respected sir, 2 months back i bought a new himalayan sleet abs bike after running 4800 km the back tyre of my bike i full finished and i can't use it more and i complained it on royalenfield service and they ask me to its complaint from ceat tyre and we give u a letter of it and ask to go for complaint what can i do sir plz tell me u where cheating the customers...

मैंने 22 जनवरी 2018 को सृष्टि होन्डा सर्विस सेंटर कोटद्वार पौड़ी गढ़वाल उत्तराखंड से स्कूटी होन्डा125 ख़रीदी। खरीदने के कुछ माह के अंदर ही इसके पिछले टायर की हवा खड़े खड़े अपने आप लीक हो जा रही थी, हमने पहले कुछ दिन तक तो पंप से भरा पर जब प्रॉब्लम ज्यादा ही बाद गयी तो किसी तरह सर्विस सेंटर को बताया तो उन्होंने कहा ये हम ठीक नही कर सकते सिएट टायर कंपनी ही इसके लिये जिम्मेदार है। महोदय अब उस टायर में पंप से भी हवा नही भरी जा रही है, इसलिये उसमे ट्यूब डलवानी पड़ी है।
महोदय मैने इस संबंध में राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता अदालत में भी अपील की है जिसका रजिस्ट्रेसन नंबर 1080128 आपको इस आशय से प्रेषित किया जा रहा है कि आप इस संबंध में टायर का यथा शीघ्र संज्ञान लेगें। उपभोक्ता अदालत ने आपको सूचित करने के लिये कहा है साथ ही मुझे यह कहा है कि यदि 10 या 15 दिनों में कोई जबाब नही आता तो आप पुनः अदालत को सूचित करें, हम आगे की कार्यवाही खुद करेंगे।
अतः महोदय आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप प्रकरण पर तत्काल संज्ञान लेने का कष्ट करें, जिससे कि समस्या का समाधान हो सके।

Buying detail

Month of buy front tyre - feb - 2017

Month of buy back tyre - jan - 2017

1 tyre (Back tyre) out of 2 have stretch / torn / manufacture defect by itself from his radius (Circle line) both side of tyre, i show the same to above said dealer, his reaction is very rude.

A. He talk very arrogantly.
B. He force to me buy new tyre instead of replacement.
C. He guide me wrongly about your warranty policy in motorcycle category.
D. His word is "hamre pass kafi sare claim tyre hai", "aayega to dekh lenge"

When i check your warranty policy of motorcycle category i am shock because this type dealer is destroy market credibility / name and fame of big tyre manufacture company.

He said me that ceat tyre come with 2 yr warranty

When i check on your company office website the warranty period is 3 yr with unconditional and

6yr of manufacture defect

If defected tyre is burst the who will be responsible for that

Kindly take fast and necessary action on my genuine problem

I have purchased hero hf delauxe moter cycle in nov 5 2018. My motor cycle run 430 km. One side rubbing problen in rear tyre of my motor cycle has been observed in my motor cycle. For which i have informed hero service center for the same. But no fruitful solution have been arrived.

It is requested to replace the faulty tyre with new tyre as the same is under warranty and before living its life it has been rubbed onside...

Have bought ceat byke tube on 12th oct 2018 evening from perfect automobiles manikonda hyderbad within 2 hours tube got damaged and immediately next day 13th oct 2018 have visited dealer and he argued and refused to replace and asked me to visit ceat showroom as he was not responsible for replacement. On same day have called ceat customer care and they have asked me not to repair my byke till it get physical inspected. Have got the call from executive name called chandra shekar and he took the details and asked me to send the photos of damaged tube and he said like they will physically visit and do inspection. Have sent photos to him and then till 15th oct i didnt got any response from him and then again have called customer care and asked him for the update.3 days by there word i didnt repaired my byke in assumption that they will physically visit and inspect the cause of tube damage. After 3 days for followup i got answer in wats app that its external cut and it will not come in warranty. My question here is ceat tube tyre life span is only 2 hours? Why executive didnt visit physically for inspection? Intitally why they asked me to not to repair the byke till it get inspected physically? And why they have not visited or communicated? After 3 folllow up i got response in wats app saying its external cut and not. Come in warranty. Its all matter of 260 rupess but they have wasted lot of my precious time which i cannot get back. Ceat is ready to replace the material which cost 260 rupess does ceat really gives warranty on there products which costs in thousands.

I buy a two wheeler ceat tyre on 9 may 2018. Afterwards it’s been little shaky from both front & rear tyre. I checked with the dealer but they said it just because of new tyre which will ok after some days after using.
Because of tyre my bike is continually shaking while my speed is nearly 30-40km.

After 5 months i am still facing the problem of shaky ride all the time.
Hope you will resolve my problem asap.

I want to inform you that I was purchase a new bike last 3 months ago from hero but front tyre was damage my bike and it was run only 960 km, yesterday I was visit showroom and they seen the situation of tyre and do some paper work and suggest me to visit CEAT dealer shop but the dealer not entertaining to do any action. and also yesterday I was log a complaint to CEAT customer care and the complaint id is[protected].please do the needful

I registered the complaint (Complain number:[protected] for my bike tyres issue on 14 august but till now there is no response on that complaint and customer care didn't response professionally. They are not trying to solve the complaint. Please do response on my complaint. I am facing the issue very serious and this is not the professional way to handle customers.

Hi team,

I recently bought a kwid with which ceat tyres are fitted in the car. I am facing a frequent problem of punctures and air loss.
The tyres are used for 1400 km and they are just not worth if this issue is occurring so frequently.

The rear tyre nossles have to get changed because of the air loss and giving me a pain. Being the car is brand new with tyres the problem is persistent and painful.
Need help asap.

Hello sir, i am krishna kumar mudliar residing in raipur (C. G.). I had bought 2 tubeless tires for my car maruti alto k10 (155*65*r13) in 2500 rs. From hindustan automobiles raipur. But he didn't give me nozzle along with it. When i enquire about it, he said it does not come free with the tire. You have to buy it. And he charged me 100 rs per nozzle. I just wanted to ask is it true or he cheated on me.

one of our customer approached our workshop for tyre regarding problem .Latter i check its part the tyre found some little pore and it should be negligable but customer demands new tyre under warranty policy but it seems not any plucking or punching into the tyre and he is too much irrateting our people for giving such said part in under warranty policy.

It is with reference to my complaint no 109869 that I brought metzeler me22 tyre on 21/10/2016 from ceat distributor the details is attached in bill. The tyre is completely torned off in less than 18 months. But when I buy it I was assured that it will last for atleast 3years. So kindly consider my Tyre in warranty period and refund me the money or give me new tyre.
Moreover when I visited ceat website I don't find metzeler me22 tyre . So please let me know whether tyre given to me is make of ceat or not. If not then is it possible that ceat distributor can sell other tyre on ceat invoice as done in my case.
As I am not satisfied with verbal response to my complaint so Kindly consider it again and give written response to my complaint.

I have purchased new car from Mahindra sterling motors Gurgaon . Model TUV 300 T10 model where MAHINDRA is giving ceat tyres to the car . I have purchased my car on 20 Nov 17 .
Today I was coming from my work just reached to my home saw the tyre is flat . I checked over any puncher in tyre . But there no puncher in tyre . There was a small cut in outer side .
