I purchased a tubeless tyre for my 2 wheeler activa in June 2019 from Hind Tyre Care (24/18, Karachi Khana, The Mall, Kanpur), which as on date has been damaged by 5 to 6 punctures, i used to get air check and filling once in a week. Being exposed to puncture so many times, i enquired with dealers and puncture making persons and i got to now that i had been sold an old tyre by the dealer as tyre is manufacured in 2018 & i have taken that on mid on June 2019. I was anaware about the fact that at the time of purchase that it was old tyre. And on complaining to dealer, the claim is being refused on the ground that puncture is not covered in cliam. Over telephonic conversation last week, dealer asked to come to shop for appraisal of tyre but when i reached shop he straightaway refused and said there is no staff to look after it. It is evident from pictures that 1 year old tyre is sold by dealer to me and that's why it is not adhering to that quality. I request you to look after it and as my tyre is still in unconditional warranty so please get my tyre replaced.

Dear sir i have purchase new car (kiger) on dated 26/04/21 with enbuiled ceat tyre. I have seen defect in tyre and went to renalt agency.agency.they have been prepared a letter to super king tyre agency zareeb chayki kanpur. As I visit your distributor yesterday he have been not taken interested and talk very rudely. की मत चलाओ गाड़ी मत ceat tyre use kro. My home is 150 km away from agency and he says to me came on next Monday than again next Monday.

Kindly replace my tyre as soon as possible. If something went wrong so ceat company will be responsible.

Hapur up ceat tyre agent is mis behaviour and he says tyre replacement with in minimum 25 days

I have one loader (heavy earth moving machine), which is fitted four ceat tyre, one of these tyre is abnormal wear in very early hour of machine running.

My new tractor tyre was bursted but our nearest executive not giving any responce

I has already visit ceat tyre stores regarding my complaint, but no response provided by them for cut in tyres.

For the 4 tyres purchased via Tyremarket, I'm not able to register the warranty. When I reach the Ceat support, they call me thinking its for purchase of new car but could not help and diverted to Tyremarket saying they can register on my behalf. Both of them have done nothing after having sold 2019 manufactured tyres to me.

For the car tyres, the serial number is '2019' & '3319' for two tyres each. However, unable to register...

I purchased Ceat tyre for my Activa.
The tyre having manufacturing defect
And having band in tyre.
The mechanic saying require replacement due to detect.
No such quality expected from Ceat

Please exchange my CEAT bike tyre because of Bulging in center of tyre, I had buy it on[protected].

Dealer is not accepting tyre claim

I am purchage new platina byke tyre in 3.17 last month so tyre is not perfect fit in byke wheel I said delar so don't replace and demand some pnalty this tyer is not proper fit and grip

I purchased a tubeless two wheeler rear tyre from Jose Tyres, Tirupparankundram, Madurai for my Activa 4G on 17/7/2019 fitted by their mechanic only. I hardly used my bike for a lesser time as from March 2020 it was covid 19 lockdown. But I found my two wheeler rear tyre rubbing one side in whole periphery. I checked with some of the tyre mechanics they said this hardly happens with two wheeler better change it otherwise very sooner it will burst. I went to the dealer with the bill but there are not giving proper answer and not even checked my bike tyre. I am very upset regarding this and told them I will complaint to ceat tyres but they said go to court also there is no problem. Kindly you cest tyres give me a answer.
I herewith attached some photos of the damaged tyre and the dealer bill.

I purches vehicle Access 125 before 6 months, now this vehicle have bubbles problem in back tyre.

I have bought a CEAT tyre for my bike(KL-13-AK-8524) from mukkam tyres, kannur district in july 2020.this product has mfg warranty till 26/07/2026 and unconditional waaranty till 26/07/2023. my tyre got worn down completely in 6 month so i contacted mukkam tyres, kannur where i bought the product. they gave me the conact of a person named mr.ghosh([protected]) who is in charge of the ceat tyres in this area. he told that their service engineer mr.vivek ([protected]) will inspect the vehicle. but no further action where took place. and today[protected] morning my tyre got burst, and i called the same people and sent the pictures and videos. but they denied to sanction my warranty and reasoned that the company does not allow the warranty for worn out and bursting. my vehicle has just done under 5000kms with this tyre. so this shows the poor quality of tyre and no warranty is providing. so i am forced to buy a new tyre in this short period.so please consider my complaint and do the needful.faithfully,

Air leakage due to improper bleeding in oe ceat tyre..kindly provide claim warranty.

I nead a new tyre for last month. In running time tyre will be shaked. Then my bike alloy wheel then bearing also very good.
I go to shop tell me a reason but not respond they tell me many reasons. So please replace my product 😔.

I'm using your tyres for more than 20 years I'm using your tyres in all my cars, Bike, Scooter But recently a few days back I'm Travelling from Delhi to surat via my Bike Pulsar 160 ns and suddenly your back tyre grip just tore apart it was a clean highway somehow I managed to take my bike nearby puncture shop he said your tyre grip was torn as I'm on highway no other option he used puncture tools so that I can go on & now I have to fill air daily because it leaking, I even went to your dealer as well but they are not happy to help us, Im sharing my bike details
Bike Age -2.5 year approx
Total Kilometer - 27000
So, I want you to look into my matter & pics and please change my tyre ASAP.
