[Resolved]  Ceat Tyres — Tyre cut found in outer side

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Six month back my bike rear tyre was changed(CEAT tyre) at hero service centre(Vijayalakshmi motors - Keelkattalai). I found consecutive puncture in bike tube and found cut in outer side. I was contacted service centre and tyre was sent to CEAT service centre, After a week they returned the tyre and said warranty will not covered. Please do the needful. Nesarajan M Phone: [protected]

After compliant, Received call from CEAT employees and i went to CEAT center for this replacement and done.. They have charged amount (458 INR) for this replacement...

Also Hero service centre person(Vijayalakshmi motors - Keelkattalai) will not give the duplicate bill of the service done at the new tyre replacement.

Finally my issue resolved. But, Lot of tries for this replacement nearly a month and also I have paid 458 for this replacement; Don't know why?;

FYI:
My previous tyre (Not CEAT) is ran with me up to 50000km.

Anyway i'm happy with your support and service.

To, Customer care officer, I am very sorry not yet taken note of my case with seriously . And I'm seriously thinking now I should knock to Consumer Court Regards Prem Shankar Dwivedi
