respected sir, My name is P.V.Chanukya. I have purchased a Celkon TAB CT 2 in the month of july of this year and sorry to inform that it has failed within 20 days. Its battery was getting down very frequently. I have given the same in service center and after 2 days they have returned saying that its problem has been rectified. But again it has started giving same problem. I was forced to use the CT2 tab with the problem. Again from two dsys its touch screen is not working. Having a great expectation on the Celkon and to encourage an Indian company I have purchased the Celkon CT 2 tab but I am very much depressed by the performance of the tab. Hence request you to kindly intervene and arrange for rectification of the problem immediately or else replace me with a new piece. I would request you to kindly let me know the contact number of authorised person as I am not getting any good responce either from the service center or the customer care. I never expected such response

    mobile phone fault

    I purchased a mobile phone from saravana stores @chennai on 26/09/13 handset manufacterer celkon mobile model no A10 within two days the display was fault i return the retailer but the seller not return new one they instructed to go to the service center so i went service center the service people said we only change the display only not mobile phone kindly arrange to change a new mobile celkon A10 Thanking you Yours Sivasubramanian...

    Dear Sir

    after 20 days they kept in service centre i don't know what they have done but hand set is not worked for one week and 25th september they given my phone delivery and they said they replaced display but still iam facing problem with display and phone is getting hang getting heat even if iam not using also.
    request you to do the needful.

    now phone is totally dead and again i gave my mobile in servicing centre in Sri Sai Communications receipt no 7614 dated 03/10/2013 and request you to check problem and do the needful.

      I am facing different tab issues from the first week of purchasing (celkon tab CT888). Not detecting memory card/ Pendrives, Display issues, Headset is not working properly, Now again problem with display issues till now almost 3 times gave for servicing. every time they were asking to keep the TAB with them for one week. Waste of my money and warranty period. Purchased at "UniverCell", Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Now both UniverCell and CELKON people responding for this.
      Celkon customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      They took on 5-Oct-2013 for servicing till now not done with repair.
      Worst servicing/response from CELKON

      My celkon q 42 power button not working i give to celkon care it return after one month without repaired told me it was not reparid. I buy a phone on feburay 2015

        i just repaied me celkon tablet just 20 days ago my tab was for 3 months in the service centre but now as i received it new problem as occured problem is of battery it does not charge properly charge gets over in just 20minutes while charging the tab gets hotter please give me a new tab or return my money back i am fed up of the new problem that occurs daily

          Dear Sir

          this is to bring your notice that my celkon A19 model is having display problem and i gave it to service centre in Sri Sai Communications on 05/09/2013 Customer Receipt NO 6459 and whenever iam contacting on their office [protected] no body lifting and i contacted in site numbers of customer support spoke to them 3 times they said the part is indented and it is already sent but sourse service centre is not picking call or not replying it is almost 18 days is over till now it is not repaired request you to give me reply the status.

          till 2 days back customer support was taking my call but now they are directly disconnection after giving my IMEI No what is problem i don't know.

          request you to do the needful immeediately.

            PlI purchased Celkon mobile model no. A 119 Q HD signature from Big C, Dilsukhnagar on[protected] by paying an amount of Rs. 11,800/-. The piece which I purchase is having manufacturing defect with regard to power key and I dont know other items of the piece and I have shown to service center Mobile 9 H.no:[protected]/C/2B, beside Vijaya Dianositic, Nandhini Complex, 1st Floor, Dilsukhnagar,Hyderabad they told that the problem will be rectified automatically with in one week and the problem did not subside but the problem increased. I could not approach the service as I was not in Hyderabad for two weeks, after coming to Hyderabad, I once again approached service center i.e., Mobile 9 H.no:[protected]/C/2B, beside Vijaya Dianositic, Nandhini Complex, 1st Floor, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad on[protected] and they have checked the piece and admitted that there is serious problem and took the piece with an receipt and assured to give the piece fully rectifying within three days. When I approached them they say the problem is not rectified. Till date I have not received the mobile.

              This is Peeyush Dixit User of Celkon A19 purchased on 17-11-12 wants to express my grievance regarding the services of your esteemed organization. There was a problem of software in the mobile and I concern with the local service centre ? Shri Ganpati Computers? at Amravati Maharashtra. Since 08-07-13 they are not able to provide the service after that for last week I am asking them to return my mobile they are not returning my mobile. It is already 40 days gone they are not repairing & returning the handset. I am also following with customer care number- [protected] which is busy and other toll free number-[protected] is switched off round the clock.

              After a long followup and high disappointment I am writing this mail. Kindly to intervene to arrange to return my handset as early as possible in well condition.

                Biggest Scam celkon mobiles people are doing. when customers give their mobile for service, you took them for months and months, whenever we ask(after trying calling and calling ,we must try as if we writing IIT entrance exam, that much hard we have to try keeping all over work aside), rarely (most rarely) respond will come, saying it will be done in 3 days time. Again if we want to call..(beta!!! again we have to try that much) just for response and ultimately customer will loose interest. Again those collected mobiles will seen in showrooms with new packing.
                Don't know what Service manager- Tulasi Ram is doing. for small small repairs also celkon service will took months and months time. Manager should get replaced and also the service crew, No efficient service employees are there.

                  The Worst service, I ever saw. I deal with CRM in my IT, but never saw any poor service like this. MY A-22 celkon mobile gave to amerpet service center on 13th july, and they showed in the records, that I gave on 16th july, and until 26th july(in madhapur service) didnot opened. I wonder how long it will take a look on it. Earlier I'm big fan of celkon and told many people to buy, But now myself writing reviews on my exp, Sales are not only part of the business. Providing good service is very key. Most importantly, no matter how many times will call to amerpet service center, no one will lift the calls. customers like us, have to wait untill they give(maybe they can't give back our mobile also). We won't even know our status. Its been more than 1 month by now and I still don't know where my mobile handset.
                  I advise people not to buy cheap configuration celkon mobiles.

                    dear sir/mam before some month i bought a celkon mobile model name celkonA220,but sir my handset fell down from my hand,then my mobile screen had break,then i gave my mobile in celkon servious center in city plasa and state (A.P) because i bought from there. Afte breakage i gave for paid servious but no requirment after 2 month they did nt give me my mobile in two month.i m in problem because some important no. In that mobile please help me.                         I Bought a celkon A200 mobile at Anakapalli. After one week I found my mobile touch not working properly so that i gave to celkon service center at Arun cell care DR NO, 46-15-48, 1ST FLOOR, SHOP NO 2, SRI SURYA LAKSHMI COMPLEX, DONDAPARTHY, VISAKHAPATNAM. Touch complaint was rectified but my mobile display was changed and immediately i went to the service center but they are not responding.

                          I know there are many complaints filled every day. But please CONSUMER COURT don't only read the complaints but take action on it as well.
                          I purchased Celkon CT2 tablet on jan. 2013.
                          The tablet gets switch off automatically when I keep it on charging.battery backup is very very low,internet connection is very low, I can't access internet in it.
                          I can't access play store.
                          Loud speaker is not working
                          They did same with many other customers too.
                          Now I want justice, I want my money back thats all.
                          Consumer court please help me if you are existing.

                            Hello Not Responding Celkon,

                            My celkon c75 mobile i bought on June 7 2012 and 4 times i had given it to service bcoz of charging connector problem. This time they said if i pay R.S550 they will provide me a replacement set...but NOW after a month i had suffered without mobile and SV technologies Bangalore are Now giving me an old mobile and they are cheating me.I advice no one to go for celkon...again there is no response from their customer care also..tht guy name is Thanver and his no is.[protected]..note:more than 3months my mobile was with celkon service centre in a period of 10 months from the date of purchase.

                            celkon is total waste ..i want a replacement set..or i am going to consumer court

                            Cheating Service Center SV technologies Bangalore. Note:i know C75 was a Flop Model..Bcz of its Mother Board Problem.

                              I was purchased a Celkon A98 mobile in BIG C at vizag(Gajuwaka) on 11.04.13.
                              But it's touch was not working within 3days.I was handover the cell to BIG C through Celkon service center's DO letter and took new cell on 18.04.13 via bill no SI/GAJ/1308,mobile S.L.no [protected].But again it's touch also not working suddenly from 28.04.13 on wards.

                              I was go to the servicing center on the same day and shows the piece to them.They told that the touch was not working properly.they told me that the touch will be replaced and they didn't have stock of that with them.
                              Till today they have told me the same answer.I lost very important calls from 2SIMS which were used in that mobile.I need new mobile or return the money back due to the bad services and defective mobile from the CELKON Company

                                I bought CELKON A200 RS 8200, i used 11 days only ofter 11 days charger pin braked,i go to service center they its out of warranty,charger pin very delicate that's why its beaked,service center people observe my mobile 1 week ofter that they send to head office then finally they stick charger pin they charged 300 rupees,next day its break again,they observed 15 days they soldiering charger pin,this time they sad battery not working again they order new battery still its not come, i am not understand its celkon problem or service center problem i lost 2 months warranty
                                Who i will bare my warranty celkon or me, small small problems also they take month of time
                                celkon customer care no always says call transfer to next available executive its fake Number,how the government give the permission to celkon mobiles its a fake mobiles and fake service centers

                                i will take this issues very series,i plan to consumer court
                                all service center are not professionals

                                  sir,i buyed a celkon mobile(A225) on 21/2/2013. The mobile was fine for 4 days but after 4 days auto-rotation feature failed to work and later phones ear phones jack is crashed. I tried with installing other ear phones too but no use. i want to question about the quality of celkon mobiles??? is it the new way to cheat customers by selling problematic products at high costs??? i also approached customer care and gave my mobile for repair and till now(i.e, 25-march) i didn't received my mobile. Is it a good service? please help me

                                    I have purchased a celcon mobile A27 from Nokia Top 10 from Andheri East Station on 3rd March 2013.. and then i have faced some problem in mobile like battery issue . in one day only i have to charge my cell 2 to 3 times. And when i checked with mobile shop they save download some application your battery will be saved...and on the 3-4 day there was problem with the handfree and then sales person replaced my handfree and that was not celcon..within a 10-15 min i realised still i am facing the same issue, so again i went to the shop so he gave me nokia handfree from which i was able listen to songs but whenever i use to get a call the next person was not able to hear my voice. so i again i didnt went to shop.
                                    So on late evening on 13th March 2013 i realised that when i used to open or text msg from msg list or sit at whats app it was opening in vertical mode. so then i showed this problem in the showroom they said the censor of mobile is not working...so then i said them to replace it or give me another brand with same range. so he called me on the next day. i went there then he said if you go with another branch will charge u 12.5% on bill. so then i asked him to replace it.


                                    so he removed a new piece for me and in front of me only he broked the seal...so then i checked my new cell except my camera. so when again i checked the mobile camera clearity on corner of the right side of the mobile. i realised there photo when i checked i found there was 6 photos on phone storage.


                                    So guys pls help me how i should go with it, actually i dont want to go with this celcon and now i dont trust them and i will neven recommend anyone to go with celconA27 or any other celcon model. i dont know who had cheated me celcon company or the nokia top 10 waala without any mistake of mine why i should bear 12.5% charges.
                                    And still my issue is not their landline is also not working nor celcon call center number nor nokia top 10
