Dear sir,

1. Thiis is about my unresolved complaint of my mobile and customer care service of celkon company.

2. Reference is made with please find the attached copy of work order no: cm [protected] dated 18 apr 14 and cm [protected] dated 05 feb 14.

3. I bought celkon a 119q hd mobile. After use of around 06 months i faced problem of loudspeaker u/s. Then i raised first work order against the defect at authorised celkon service center, then they take around 40 days to rectify but unfortunately they cant able to get it repaired. The i raised second work order at celkon care - ameerpet-secundrabad. They transfer my mobile to main branch repairing center . Till date they cant able to repair my mobile and fail to give proper solution. In due course i approched to celkon customer care services by teliphonically([protected]), around 20 times i called them, i talked with thier senior executive ms naina at celkon impex pvt ltd but she and her staff neither given solution nor guided me properly. Instead of they disconnected my calls.

4. Overall i deeply harasshed by the celkon mobile company and their customer care services.So please takeup my case and show me the way...

    I am a user of celkon mabile model a69.My cellphone battery has been spoiled.So i went to the service center to purchase another battery but the service center in vijayawada is not able to provide a battery even within 2 months after the order have been placed.
    So i kindly request you to provide atleast neccessary items at the service points in vijayawada.

      i have given my Q455 on 23.02.2015 about facing display problem... now its 23.03.2015 i dint received any cal from service center, its being 1 month, i never seen like this type of service.. its worst service and wasting time.

            I bought a Celkon A15 on last month(Apr 13 2014).The day i bought the camera was not working.it was almost 1 month but still they are saying camera has been ordered and it is still in progress.It is given in Madurai SRK mobiles service center.The guys are not responding properly. Guys dont buy celkon mobiles

                My mobile was recorded for repair in Om Sai communication in chandanagar and i was told that it will be sent to Company on 13 March 2014.
                The form number was CMELS[protected] and the IMEI no. is [protected].
                I have called to the number [protected] almost every week after 15 days of the mobile submission.
                The response was the spare part is inserted and is under observation. The same response was provided since last two weeks and i was told the mobile will be dispatched within two days. Even call number was provided as 540. This was the same answer which i received.
                On 02 May i was told that it is almost ready and will be dispatched on 03 May evening. So today i called up at 4.15 P.M and the answer was it is almost ready not yet dispatched and Team lead is following up and will be sending mail to internal team and is already escalated.
                Pls request to kindly observe the issue and let me know the excat status as to what is the issue and when can ths be resolved and what is the date at which this can be dispatched to Om Sai communication for me to collect. If the repair is not happening request to pls arrange for the alternative replacement. This is a long time for any allotted time for repair. Pls look into this and update as early as possible

                  Respected Sir, I have given CELKON C19 mobile to the SERVICE CENTRE at MACHILIPATNAM on December 17... Until now I did not get my mobile from service centre... Whenever I call him with this issue, He says call me tomorrow I have to check details... He has not been receving my call for 45 days... His mobile number is [protected]... So kindly solve my problem

                    i was trying for a touch screen for my mobile which is damaged with the service centres phone no.s available most the service centres either doesnot phones mentioned or numbers not working or doesnt lift and i have gone thru website of celkon they have mentioned prices for spares for mobiles but there is much gap in the service centres ex i have seen the price for my mobile touchscreen is 510 + taxes but service centres who doesnt even have stock say its price as 850 what will be taxes for 510rs ? kindly update the all service centres numbers for customers and check the prices what they giving for customers

                      I am buy a celkon a85 mobile poorvika with 1 year warranty.only use 12 days that mobile is full of problem.so stop the sell celkon a85 model mobile this company is cheat a people.SO DONT BUY MOBILE IN POORVIKA AND CELKON MOBILES Pls DONT WASTE MONEY!!!

                        Hi, I am B. Dhanunjeii purchased "Celkon A119Q Signature HD" mobile on 29/07/2013 online in snap-deal (which reached on 31/7/2013), it was worked fine till 3rd week of December. Problem = From 4th week of December : phone get hang up, and charging gets suddenly into very low and slowly its not getting "ON". Service Center on 02/01/2014 = So, i gave it to celkon service center (sri sai communications, M.G. road secunderabad ) on 2nd January 2014 and said to come after 3 days. I went after 5 days : they said there is a problem in socket of phone in which we keep charging pin and said it will be Rs 450/- and will be ready after 3 days. (make the payment, while taking the phone after 3 days). on 3rd day a lady called me and said the same again "as there is a socket problem, had to replace with new socket and it will be Rs 550/-, if you are OK with amount and permit us to do so, we will do" I said "OK", and asked about how much time it will take. She said " come after 2 days, it will be ready" Again i went after 4 days and shown my slip young man in reception. After 20 mins of investigation, he said " your phone shall to be send to company for socket replacement and it will be taking 25 days more and it can't be done here" " I " = I said you told me to come after 3 days and a lady called me again said to come after 2 more days after and it will be ready and i came after 7 days total and now you are saying it shall to be send to company "it can't be done here" He called the lady who talked to me in phone and she came out and said the same " charging socket in phone can't be replaced here and shall to be send to company and it will take 25 days more" (I thought if it is sent to company it may done more investigations and necessary changes done will be well and good in proper way and my phone may become as fast as new phone). " I "= " SAID OK " again. The young man said me 3 times that it will take 25 days and come after 25 days only. "i said OK" After 28 days i went shown the slip, they searched and said "It didn't came from company, it may take 10 days more" and they wrote " In () 30 to 35 days time" on the slip and extended again for 10 days. (Every time when i go there i can see 15-20 members, out of which 5-6 members shout on them always, 9-10 members will be newly members and other 5-6 members come for accessories) I used to think that I'm lucky to get my phone done in very few days than months to months like others and i can't able wait in their rush and shouting. march 1st = "they said it is coming in courier. come and collect on maonday" They didn't even given substitute mobile for these two months. I lost my contacts and suffered a lot with chakkars for celkon service care. Now i want to know the status of my mobile and also when shall i expect the mobile in my hand. Its almost Two months (2) still the process is going on. If I would have given it outside for repair, they would have kept my phone with in half -an-hour without losing my contact numbers from memory. SRI SAI COMMUNICATIONS opp: Chermas, M.G.Road, Secunderabad customer receipt SI no:2486 IMEI no: [protected] Model no: Celkon A119Q Signature HD (colour = white) the above service center authorities are postponing the dates of returning for 4 times (3 days, 30-35 days, 15 days). and now recently they are saying more 10 days for return.                             Sir/ Madam My Name is Madan Mohan, I have bought a celkon c7060 mobile on 27/05/13 from M/s Visakha Communications, Vizag, in Andhra pradesh. From the 2nd day, the mobile is getting hung up while on calls and I am unable to end the call. Hence I had to switch off the mobile phone. I went to the Celkon Servicing station, on July 05 2013 ( I have enclosed the copy of the service report) and got the phone. From the very next day, I am repeatedly getting the same problem. Because of my busy schedule, I went again on September 13 2013, to the service station for the same problem ( I have also enclosed the copy of the 2nd service report) . Again they did something on the mobile and gave it back to me with cracks on the screen glass. When I refused to take the mobile, the servicing engineers advised me to go to the dealer who sold me this mobile. I went to the seller who is M/s Visakha Communications and explained them the situation. The dealer was so rude and their staff along with 2 street rowdies, were literally attacking on us, stating that their responsibility ends after the sale. Till today, nobody contacted me on this, and the mobile phone is still lying unused because of the hang up issue. I request you to please help me in this matter and also to file a complaint in the consumer forum about the pathetic service after the sale. Also please help me in advising me how to proceed further on this issue, along with the criminal nature of the owner and the staff of the dealer M/s Visakha Communications. I wish to go to any extent in this matter, until this is resolved, because, the mobile is a gift to my wife and even my wife and son were also there where the dealer's staff was behaving so rude. NOW, IT IS NEAR ABOUT TWO MONTHS, WHEN I AM CONTACTING THE MM CELL CARE THEY ARE GIVING EXCUSE THAT WE ARE SORRY, AS PHONE IS IN HEAD OFFICE (HYDRABAD) AND DIRECTED ME TO CALL HEAD OFFICE FOR FURTHER ENQUIREY (HEAD OFFICE NO. [protected]). NOW, WHENEVER I CALL TO HEAD OFFICE THEY ARE TELLING NEXT WEDNESDAY THEY WILL DISPATCH. I DONT KNOW WHICH WEDNESDAY THEY ARE SPEAKING ABOUT.                                 I had ordered a product in the last week of October 2013 at Celkon mobiles (www.celkonmobiles.com). It was a basic feature phone (C3333) worth Rs. 1999. I even have the confirmation mail in my inbox. ORDER No. is 5952. Preferred mode of payment is CC/Debit/Net-Banking (through ICICI net banking online) About 2-3 weeks later I had requested for cancellation. I even spoke to the customer care and they also agreed and they told me to send a mail requesting for cancellation. I sent the mail on November 13th 2013. Then, no reply at all... Again I sent the mail on November 24th 2013. Again no reply. A week later I again called them up, they gave me some person's contact and asked me to contact him. His details are as follows Prashanth - [protected] I contacted him and he said I would be refunded the next day. I waited and waited - a week passed. So I again called him up and reminded, he said he would talk later... More than 2 days passed. I got a call from customer care and they told me send mail again, this time they told me to write mail asking for refund along with cancellation. I sent the mail accordingly on November 27th 2013. They said they would contact me within 48 hrs. Again no reply or any sort of confirmation from them. They have eaten up Rs. 1999 and it has been almost 2 months and nothing from their side despite repeated requests from my side. Kindly look into the issue and resolve as early as possible.                                   I BOUGHT CELKON C7030 MOBILE PHONE ON[protected], FROM RAJA MOBILE WORLD, VIDYANAGAR, WITHIN ONE MONTH THIS PHONE WAS NOT WORKING WHEN I TOOK IT TO THAT SHOP HE GAVE ME A SERVICE CENTER NAME, WHEN GIVEN FOR SERVICING THEY SAID IT CANNOT BE REPARIED.                                     I am using a Celkon A27 phone, recently I faced a charging problem with my phone, therefore took it to your authorized service center Sri Laxmi Ganesh Enterprises at Ameerpet. They informed me that it was a problem with the charging, where one connects the pin and it will be rectified. I have given the phone on 16th Nov 2013. They were supposed to return the phone on Tuesday 19th Nov. But when I went to the service station to collect my phone, they informed me that it was having a major problem and the phone had to be sent to the company for repairs. I had asked them to give me their work order No. So I can know that it's genuine excuse what they are saying. But inspite of my repeated calls they are not able to provide any concrete proof, that they have sent my phone to the company. I feel that your service center is fooling their customers. How many days do you expect your customers to be without their phones. I am facing serious problems without the phone as all my data is stored on the phone. Is it really rocket science for your service center, that they are not able to rectify my phone even after two weeks. I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this service center. Kindly rectify my phone and return it immediately. Software changed at Sri Laxmi Ganesh Enterprises, Ameerpet, Dt: july, 2013. 3. Software changed at Carmel Enterprises, Ameerpet, Dt: july, 2013. 4. Service Order No.6436 dt.[protected] 5. Service Order No.8448 dt.20.09.2013 6. Service Order No.15560 dt.1.10.2013. Dear Sir, I P.Siva Kumar purchased Celkon Mobile G.C.10 with IMEI No.[protected] on[protected]. Form the date of purchase, the handset is not functioning properly with lot of problems. In the first occasion when I have shown it at your authorised service centere M/S. Laxmi Ganesh Enterprises, Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet. They said due to same software problem the handset is not working properly and they have changed the software on date: July 2013. Even after that also the problem continued I was advised by your customer care executive to show the handset at Carmel Enterprises, Ameerpet. They have changed the software on date : July 2013. Since then I am getting problems regularly i.e., Contracts deleted automatically and the word Test is appearing on the Screen and the same problem is repeated twice/Again on[protected] the same problem i.e., Contacts deleted automatically has come. This kind of careless attitude and treatment was never expected from your organization. Your rude attitude has giving lot of mental agony to me and I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and provide me with suitable solution immediately. with best regards Siva kumar p.

                                        Respected sir, My name is H.Tharaka Rama. I have purchased a Celkon A200 on[protected] from BIG C Guntakul, and iam sorry to inform that the mobile failed within few days.(10/15days) Its screen touch(BACK BUTTON)is not working, ringer also not working properly. First i approached BIG C manager Guntakal, he reffered to consult Celkon service center guntakal, after i approached Celkon service center (GUNTAKAL)and explaned them the defect of mobile, they kept my mobile for 10 days with them and later informed me that "the required spare parts are not avilable with them and will contact me once they got them" and returned my mobile to me. Later I have given the same in Big C mobies (GUNTAKAL )and after 45 days they have returned saying that its problem has been rectified. But its not, the defect/problem remains as it was earlier. I don’t know what they checked and rectified in the piece. After keeping my mobile with them for more than one and half month nothing was done to rectify the problem, doesn’t the Big C have Enough skilled manpower solve a customers issue, if not for what sake are u maintaining service centers and showrooms in different cities and even in towns. Having a great expectation on the Celkon and to encourage an Indian company I have purchased the Celkon mobile but I am very much depressed by the service provided by your service center. Why Big C is not able to provide proper service and response to the customers ? Even street vendors are able to give response and service for the product they have warrentied for. Hence request you to kindly intervene and arrange for rectification of the problem immediately or else replace with a new piece. I would request you to kindly let me know the contact number of authorised person as I am not getting any good responce either from the service center or the customer care. I never expected such response, service job sheet no : JS/GTKL/104 date:09/12/2013. IMEI NO:- [protected].
