Based upon the review of the product, its quite good but the delivered product is unacceptable to consumer standards.

Issues:
* unable to use the Touch pad keyboard
* Screen flickers and open random applications automatically without even touching the handset

Request:
* the value for the money spent is nowhere to be seen.
* requesting a complete refund on the amount spent for this product

    sir i have bought one c6060 celikon mobile on19/1/2013 at 7.30pm from big c mehdipatnam on 22/12/2013 it was not working so i have visited the showroom on 23/1/2013 but they refused to exchange and authorised service centre people was also not available on that particular day as i do sand business i have lost my calls and may be some customers also sir pls help me as i have some mobiles in the past from big c only but this time no body is giving me response. iam ready to buy another handset in exchange of this .

      I know there are many complaints filled every day. But please CINSUMER COURT dont only read the complaints but take action on it as well.
      I purchased Celkon CT2 tablet on Dec. 2012.
      The tablet gets switch off automatically when I keep it on charging. I can't access internet in it.
      I can't access play store.
      Loud speaker is not working
      I went to gallery and they said we will repair it. I simply submitted the tablet and went to gallery to recollect it. But tablet has the same problem when I said this to customer executive thy abused me and started fighiting physically with me. They did same with many other customers too.
      No one is pucking up calls on consumer care number if celkon mobile.
      Now I want justice, I want my money back thts al. I can't go to their gallery every now and then leaving my job.
      Consumer court please help me if you are existing.

        mobile handset problem

        i just bought a celkon mobile.model-a19.i read the specifications and found that T9 is one of the feature but i tried using it and couldn't find it anywhere.i surfed the net reagrding its activation but there seemed to be nothing even remotely related to it.if is not available then why publisize it in the first place?it has been about 3 days since i bought my phone and it hangs up every now then already.i doubt the duration it would...

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchase Celkon A-88 model mobile phone from Big-C in the month of Aug-2012, since last five days Power on/off switch is not working,

        I visited Celkon Authorized service center, located at Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet , Hyderabad, They have informed me that Celkon A-88 model Power switch is separately not available in the market.


        Since last few days I was continuously calling to Celkon Company to find solution for my problem where I can get repaired my mobile phone, I have sent 4 request mail’s to them, But they did not give any reply to me I am forwarding all the mail written to Celkon

        I did not face such kind of irresponsible company in my life time, I have expand Rs.6600/- purchase above mobile, earlier I have used other company mobile phones, that time I used to get immediate response from the service provider’s

        Same thing I have informed by phone, their call center executive asking that I would have to purchase that company mobile instead of Celkon

        We purchased 3 celkon mobiles 1 year ago from one of the dealer, Now we are facing the problem that we didnot find any reparing center for this mobiles

            Bill No.13484 dated 15 11 2012 given at poorvika mobiles show room situated at 63 motilal street, prince tower, Kumbakonam. Model celkon c 17 IMW :[protected]/9953 Battery No.10135 Charger no.2014 Amount mentioned in the bill Rs.1550/- Total amount given Rs.2800/- (two mobiles, one memory 2 gb card) Battery is not charging within 2 days o[censored]sage. Service personnel at celcon situated at Kumbakonam told that there was a broken part which was not covered under warranty and to replace, we have to pay Rs.250/- Is it justified ? for no fault on me. I have not dipped it into water or wrong usage or fallen into ground. Why I am being penalised for no fault on me. For spending Rs.250/- better to inform many friends through social network and other forums for my agony. I have also decided to give handbills about consumer exploitation by the companies during festival season. New year is ahead.

              MY CELKON A97 PURCHASED ON 30.6.2012 IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE BEGINNING. SUDDENLY SHOWING BLANK SCREEN WHILE CHARGING AND ALSO WHILE IN USE. EVERYTIME BATTERY IS TO BE REMOVED FROM MOBILE AND INSERTED FOR FURTHER USE. SERVICE CENTRE PERSON WAS GIVEN THE MOBILE FOR UPDATION OF SOFTWARE. LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE (OTHER THAN THE ONE MENTIONED IN THEIR WEBSITE) TOOK FOR REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE, BUT AFTER 45 TO 50 DAYS, RETURNED SAYING SOFTWARE IS UPDATED AND CAN BE USED. EVEN NOW THE SCREEN GOES BLANK. DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THE ISSUE WILL BE RECTIFIED OR MOBILE WILL BE REPLACED. FOR RECTIFICATION AGAIN MOBILE HAS TO BE HANDED OVER FOR ANOTHER ONE OR TWO MONTHS. NOT SURE WHY CELKON IS TAKING SO MUCH TIME FOR RECTIFICATIONS ALSO.                 hello mr.concerned manager, I seshareddy (contact no:[protected]) being the customer bringing to your notice regarding very poor service and bluffing nature from the celkon mobiles brand servicing at prasad tele systems, kakinada, eastgodavari district, andhrapradesh. my actual problem is i purchased the cellphone on 22nd-august-2012 and i got an problem with in 1and half month ie: on 3rd-october-2012 as it is functioning on ear phones mode only not on normal speaking mode, so i deposited my cellphone on above said service center raising the problem. but after 15 days when i went to know the status he ruined my entire product and answered me in very uncourtesy and arrogant manner and returned me in worst status. actually i am about to claim in the consumer court but other service center advised me to take to your notice finally,so i ask you to take immediate action and do favour to the customer as soon as possible by justifieng me. here is the information of my Celkon mobile series no: C205 , IMA no:[protected] , purchase date: 22nd-august-2012.

                  I'm using the handset "Celkon A97" with Airtel Sim and the 3G net on it was working fine untill 2 or 3days from the date i bought it and then suddenly it stopped working.i waited for 2days thinking it might be some network problem from Airtel but when i called the customer care they said the device is not supported i was shocked to hear that and i asked them to check themselves anywhere on internet that its a 3G phone but not a 2G phone like they were saying.then they agreed with me and told me to change the mode from dual mode to UMTS and i tried that but still its not working.i don't know what's wrong with this phone.I also cleared my cookies and caches,deleted all access points,got new gprs settings and still its not working.i know its dual sim phone and im using the upper slot which is meant for 3G but still nothing.i hope its not a 2G phone.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I had purchased Celkon I4 having GPRS/WAP connectivity at BigC stores located at Lalbanglow. Hyderabad. When i tried to access internet using that phone it is not supporting and giving an error message. I had contacted my service provider for GPRS settings also the gave me a detailed procedure to set my phone to connect GPRS which i had followed as they told me. But i was unable to access internet. Later i had gone to the technical support people at BigC stores where i had bought it. They referred to contact the Celkon Care located at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. I gave my phone to solve mentioned problem at CelkonCare, Ameerpet. They told me that it would be resolved & to collect back the phone after 3 days. When i returned back to collect phone they told me that the problem isn't solved & phone needs to be sent to Celkon Servicing centre which needs 7 working days of time to return back. After the mentioned day when i called them they said 1more day is needed & the next day the answer from them was the same. After 5days of continuous visit to Celkoncare i had spent my whole day at celkoncare waiting anxious to take back mobile with problem rectified. At the end of the day they returned back me my phone & raised a DOA to replace that defective piece with a new one. I was given a new phone by replacing defective piece at BigC. I found that same problem existed in the new one also. So to my knowledge it was clear that there is no such a feature of internet access using Celkon I4 which was contradictory to the features mentioned by the Company.
                    So, I urge you Sir to take neccessary steps to solve my problem & people who are facing similar problem using this phone model.

                        PURCHASED CELKON A 97 FROM SANGEETHA MOBILES, HASSAN ON 30.06.2012. IT IS CLEARLY GIVEN IN WEBSITE OF CELKON MOBILES THAT HANDSET IS 3G FACILITY ENABLED.

                        BUT TO MY SURPRISE WHEN 3G SIM IS USED IN MOBILE, NOT ABLE TO WORK ON NET. WHEN CONTACTED VODAFONE THEY INFORMED THAT THE HANDSET IS NOT COMPATIBLE AND HENCE 3G DOES NOT WORK IN IT.

                        THIS IS COMPLETE VIOLATION OF GIVING WRONG INFORMATION AND INDUCING CONSUMERS TO PURCHASE THE SETS WHICH DOES NOT HAVE MENTIONED FACILITY. TRYING TO CONTACT TOLLFREE NO. GIVEN CELKONMOBILES WEBSITE. REPLY THAT NUMBER IS NOT VALID.

                        REQUEST YOUR HELP IN THIS AND ADVISE TO PURSUE THIS MATTER.

                        Hi Anil,

                        I do not think, the company is cheating you in this matter. It looks to me more like an user error. Read the manual completely and clearly.
                        The Celkon A97 has Two SIM Slots. The one on top is 3G enabled. One on the bottom is 2G. You have to put the 3G SIM at the correct slot to enjoy the 3G facility. I have been using the 3G on this phone from the day one and it works flawlessly.

                        The phone runs on Android OS, so the 3G configuration is similar to most of the android phones. Looks like the Vodaphone Customer care executive is not aware of this. Also make sure that the cellphone tower you are connecting to is 3G enabled. Even though your phone is 3G enabled, if the particular cellphone tower does not have the capability of 3g, you will connect in 2G/gprs/edge only.

                        If you still have an issue with 3G on your phone, it could be an isolated issue of 3G hardware. Take it to service centre and get a replacement.

                          I REQUEST CELKON TO GIVE SUPPORT TO CONSUMER AT BIG C ONLY , MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE FED UP WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT UNAVAILABILITY OF SPARES

                            i bought my mobile celkon c77before 3 weeks.it is not working.i want my money 2650 rs back.r else replace my piece.it is the worst company for buying.please try to replace.the shopkeeper said it is software problem.

                              i will brought the celkon A9 mobile in Feb. 1st... in the 2 nd day the mobile was software problem and in the 15 days its earphone symbol problem. i am also complaint to so many times. they not responding and rash to talk to me... the world waste mobile in the world.... i will give complaint in consumer court...

                                I have bought Celkon C999 in october 2011 worth of rs 4400 at big c mobilesat anantapur...
                                The price was reduced to 4000 after 1 week 7 now it is 3500 only...
                                within a week it was sent to company for repair , like that it has so many repairs & went to company 3times...
                                track ball of this mobile regularly does not work...
                                while buying the big c mobiles said that we will do service any where in India for 1year warranty...
                                but they are n't capable to do... now I am living in tirupathi... I am daily approaching celkon service centre for track ball repair...they are not responding properly and not repairing...

                                a63 cell hanging so many times

                                    i have purchased one "CELKON C 6 i" dual sim mobile phone from m/s.poorvika mobiles pvt.ltd.of thanjavur district.....i would like to furnish the details....

                                    and i wanna bring to your kind notice that after the usage of 2 months its charger is not working properly......i,then approached m/s.poorvika mobiles pvt.ltd.of thanjavur district and they have diverted me to contact the service centre "CARWIN ELECTRONICS" of thanjavur.....on the date[protected] when i claimed them for the warranty they refused to accept the warranty and i was asked to pay Rs.280 /- ( Cash Roll No :48/14.01.2012) of carwin electronics.....

                                    and am sorry to inform u that i was urged to pay the amount on the date and they informed me that they have changed the charger pin inside the mobile..only about 2 weeks it have worked well....after that it have not been working properly till now.....

                                    Again when i conatcted the m/s.poorvika mobiles pvt.ltd.of thanjavur district they told me only 50 /- will be deducted i exchange the mobile....under this circumstances,as a consumer o[censored]r firm what could i do???kindly give me ur favour and kind attention sir

                                      I bought Celkon c550 two months back. one week it worked fine then i got a problem battery not charging, then they replaced battery(in Big C) again after one month same problem came, went to service center(Kukatpally,Hyderabad).. they are not responding properly and said that board problem, even though i have warranty of one year they charged amount, and telling that it is not going to repair.. guys think before once again for buying celkon phones.. waste service
