I had brought my celkon c9 mobile in last 9 months back and within the 2 months i got repaired regarding the battery and slowly i got problem wid the display so i hav taken it to the service provider of celkon and he has taken an amt of 300/ for just repairing the pin regarding to battery charging.As i said tat i got bfro display pblm after few days of repairing the screen gets black and got working and again i had taken it to the shop they said it cost one more 300/- n i had a warranty of 12months but the celkon service centers r taking alot of money n till now my mobile didnt get recover i want to pass my complaint to the main branch of celkon to get back the new piece again.........

CELKON C 9 — DISPLAY NOT WORKING

I brought celkon c9 model cellphone , but its display not working , where i can repair celkon showroom

network is not working outside of hyderbad and conference is also not option

sir i have purchased celkon q455 past 10 days ago from cell point at habsiguda in hyderbad today i went out of hyderbad and network is not working, and this is very worst mobile company i ever seen i want my money back

      CELKON C9 MOBILE IS WOREST AND THE SERVICE OF CELKON ALSO WOREST

      I bought a CELKON C9 mobile on jan 30, 2011 in Big C in Rajahmundry. It has a problem within 10 days. The phone is automaticall switched off and when i try it's again switch off. I gave it in Rajahmundry service centre, they are failed to repair it and they told me, it's better to send Hyderabad and it wil take 15 days time, after, but it taken 30 days to recollect it from Hyderabad, after i submit complaint in consumer complaint...

      Now again my mobile has same complaint on 25th October 2011, it had been switched off automatically and when i switchon found it's not working and also I LOST MY ALL CONTACTS DETAILS. I went to TUNI service centre on same day, the technician told me THE IMEI numbers are failed... he tried to solve the problem,,,, but he failed... he told me to send Hyderabad service centre. I submit in Tuni CELKON service centre on same day... and I spoke with HYDERABAD CELKON SERVICE CENTRE EXECUTIVES, and Technician Manager Madhu... and tell my problem... he promissed me the mobile will sent back with in 10days to my hand... already 12 days over... from 4 days i cal to Celkon service centre, the reply is bad.... and Madhu sir also didn't lift my phone on[protected], but when i cal with another number he lift and he said that "i m in traffic, i wil give u cal after some time..." but till now i didn't receive any call from him. Today also I call him, but he is not responding.. and today i cal to Hyderabad Celkon executives, simply they told my mobile is not received by courier till today....

      I m a marketing people, because of the worest celkon handset i lost my all contacts and my business.......

          I brought CELKON C9 from BIG C near RTC 'X' ROAD, Hyderabad (5) months back and recently mobile fell down and its speaker did not work and when I went to the showroom of BIG C near RTC 'X' ROAD, hyderabad for repair the repairing person told the speaker would cost Rs. 200/- and he told he will do it for Rs. 150/-. And he opened the phone and saw the speaker was in good condition only a wire of the speaker was disconnected so he attached the wire and the speaker worked and when I want him to take less amount, because the speaker was in good condition and he did attach a wire which was disconnected. He told that it is a service charge and he took Rs. 150/-. Is this the way to take huge amount because he did not replace speaker but he did a minor repair. This is for information to the HIGHER AUTHORITY FOR KIND INFORMATION AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THE MATTER, IF NOT IT WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSUMER COURT.           C-9 — MOBILE

          I HAVE PURCHASED THE C-9 MODEL CELKON MOBILE FROM BIG C DABA GARDENS. I WAS HAPPY OWN THE SAME TILL 360 DAYS BROGUHT IN JUL 2010. AND THEN AFTER IT HAD A PROBLEM OF NOT RESSTTING THE RED STOP BUTTON. I WENT TO DABA GARDENS THEY SAID IT NOT POSSIBLE AS THE TECHINICAIN IS NOT AVIALABLE YOU GO TO DAIMOND PARK BIG C AND YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED . I WENT HANDED OVER THE SET THEY IT TAKES TWO DAYS TIME . AFTER TWO DAYS I HAVE RECIVED THE REAPIRED ONE THEY CHARGED THREE HNDRED RUPEES AND WHEN ASKED FOR THE BILL THEY SAID THERE WILL NOT BILL FOR SERVICING. AFTER TWO DAYS AGIAN MOBILE HAS BECOME FAULTY. I HANDED OVER THE SET THEN THE TECHINICAN HAS SAID THAT THE MOBILE KEY BOARD HAS BEEN FAULTY. WE SENDING REQYUIREMNT TO HYDERABAD YOU COME AND COLECT THE SAME AFTER TEN DAYS. AFTER TEN DAYS WHEN I WENT THE REPLY THE IT IS TRANSIT DUE THE HOLIDAYS. THEN AFTER 15 DAYS THE MOBILE HAS COME. THEN NOW THE INCHARGE OF THE BIG C SAYS THAT SIR YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED NEXT TIME IT COME I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL REPALCE THE SET. i SAID HIM THAT TIME SHOULD NOT COME. IF YOU DONE WELL. UNFORTUNTELY THE MOBILE AFTER TWO DAYS BEHAVED IN THE SAME MANNER . WHEN I HAVE GONE TO BIG C THE INCHARGE SAYS YOUR WARRANTY IS ELAPSED AND WE DO NOT TAKE ANY WARRANTY OF YOUR SET. THEN iIH HAVE ASKED FOR THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT REGISTER HE SAYS THAT SUCH PROVISON IS NOT THERE IN BIG C. BUT HE HAS TAKEN MY MOBILE AND SAID I WILL TRY OUT LOCALLY. WHAT IS QUALITY ASSURENCE SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN ADOPTED BIG AND CELKON. I WOULD ASK ANNA HAZARE NOT ONLY TO FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION ON THE CORRUPT SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CORRUPT PRODUCT PROVIDERS.

            I had purchased Celkon Mobile(Model C9) on 07/12/2010. From that time, I had faced a lot of trouble with it. Nearly 4 or 5 times i had given it for service in this 8 months. Still the problems are coming one after one .
            The problem is: Volume of the phone goes low while making voice calls and sometimes battery drains without more usage.
            Every time they are doing something and saying that the problem is rectified. But the same problem is repeating and irritating me. I’m totally Unsatisfied with your product and I decided to change the company brand of the Mobile.
            At last I’m directly contacting you because of small hope that you can give any permanent solution for this problem

              i had purchased celcon mobile c9 ,5months before at big c show room khammam.
              From some days before my mobile is not charging properly, 2 days before mobile charging pin gets damaged. i brought mobile at big c showroom at habsiguda hyderabad, they replaced mobile charger pin at price of 150 Rupees, after replacement of mobile charger pin, its not charging with the celcon charger but mobile is charging with motorola e8 mobile charger and the cell con charger is also charging for motorola mobile , now iam confusing regarding celcon mobile and charger, is the problem is at celcon mobile or charger
              please guide me

              Celkon C9 — no modem for pc & pc suite

              there is no pc modem for internet throw pc & no software in the CD

              I bought celkon C9 handset on 3rd December 2010, from Big C, Opp Swapnalok Complex, Patny Center Secundrabad, I cant save my vodafone GPRS Settings in it so how can i use internet in my mobile, and avi format is not supporting for this handset is there any way to solve my problem or can i get xchange of mobile

              Battery not being charged and its showing invalid charger!, when the mobile is kept for charging.
              i had purchase celcon c9 mobile before 3months last 10 its not charging says"bad conduct of charger"iam disappointed this situation plzzzzzzzzzzzzz solve my problem

              after one day i observed battery is not working efficiently, i brought
              this complaint at khammam show room they replaced a new battery,
              i asked at big khammam for future servicing problem for mobile as iam
              staying at khammam
              your big c people told me, if any problem occurse for mobile we may
              brought mobile at any big c showroom at hyderabad.
              after 2months of operation of mobile not charging properly because of
              loose contact o[censored]SB port of mobile, after few days the USB port pin
              of battery soldering joints gone and pin fallen in mobile, ibrought
              mobile at big c habsiguda, your person at big c told me the pin not
              comes under warrenty, so i given money of 150 rs for replacing the
              pin.
              after some days same problem happend, iam unable to charge my mobile
              with your celcon supplied data cable but celcon mobile is charging
              with motorola E8 phone data cable, i think your celcon datacable is
              damaged but its(celcon data cable) working for motorola E8 phone, i
              brought this complaint at big c habsiguda, they told me some story as
              the USB port pin contains 5 sockets, and data cable of celcon is 4
              sockets, this is not a problem, they told me i may use motorola E8
              datacable for celcon mobile,
              i used the same for somedays, after 15 days usb port pin of celcon
              mobile pin soldering joint gone and pin again fallen in in side of
              mobile phone, i again contacted at celcon big c, they told me mobile
              was sending to company for repair, afer one week i got my mobile back, i used mobile for some days, but same problem happened again, i
              again asked at big c, they given address of celcon service center at
              tarnaka, hyderabad.which was opened at 4days back
              i given mobile to them, they told me the pin not comes under warrenty, so they asled me to pay amount of RS 225 for replacing the pin. i
              accepted for the same
              they try to solder the pin on that same day in front of me, but not
              succeeded, they told my mobile tracks were damaged, it takes some
              time to repair, i given my mobile to them, after 2 days they called
              me, and told me tracks were damaged it need to replace, , it not
              comes under warrenty, they asked me to pay 1075 rs for the same, i
              argued with them but they are told its not comes under warrenty
              because of tampering, in need to pay other wise they may give mobile
              as it is, i argued with them tampering is done at big c habsiguda not
              at my hands, they told me it not comes under warrenty i must have to
              pay money as at celcon company analisys told its damaged because of
              tampering, they convienced me to pay money if any problem comes we will
              do the repair under warrenty, i given money and take mobile, now iam
              having one doubt, whatis the meaning of warrenty, as my mobile mike
              also not worked properly before repair(now mike ok after repair)
              iasked for the same they its not come under under warrenty ineed to
              pay money,
              now iam telling every one to dont go to purchase celcon mobile as they
              not perfoming properly, and i think its cheting the customer, m
              telling every one to dont go to purchase celcon mobile as they not
              perfoming properly, and i think its cheating the customer, as every
              thing was done as told by your people but i need to pay money as
              mobile is still under warrenty, your service analisis and warrenty
              conditions and celcon mobile performance was very bad and worst, , and
              i feel this is cheating the custmers, iam shocked bigc service is
              like this, may i get any conclusions for this please inform me if or
              guide my for any suggestions for this issue. i purchased mobile 6
              months before, is it ok at your end such type of problem in this short
              period and suffering customers like this

              in my celkon c9 radio, bluetooth, internet services r not workin
              my celkon c9 modem is not detecting after the service had done by the service station in kukatpally. plz advise me. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
              when we charging celkon c9, the mobile it shows invalid charger and internet is not working wifi also bad. audio player is not good. service is very very bad
              I have purchased a celcon mobile A27 from Nokia Top 10 from Andheri East Station on 3rd March 2013.. and then i have faced some problem in mobile like battery issue . in one day only i have to charge my cell 2 to 3 times. And when i checked with mobile shop they save download some application your battery will be saved...and on the 3-4 day there was problem with the handfree and then sales person replaced my handfree and that was not celcon..within a 10-15 min i realised still i am facing the same issue, so again i went to the shop so he gave me nokia handfree from which i was able listen to songs but whenever i use to get a call the next person was not able to hear my voice. so i again i didnt went to shop.
              So on late evening on 13th March 2013 i realised that when i used to open or text msg from msg list or sit at whats app it was opening in vertical mode. so then i showed this problem in the showroom they said the censor of mobile is not working...so then i said them to replace it or give me another brand with same range. so he called me on the next day. i went there then he said if you go with another branch will charge u 12.5% on bill. so then i asked him to replace it.


              so he removed a new piece for me and in front of me only he broked the seal...so then i checked my new cell except my camera. so when again i checked the mobile camera clearity on corner of the right side of the mobile. i realised there photo when i checked i found there was 6 photos on phone storage.


              So guys pls help me how i should go with it, actually i dont want to go with this celcon and now i dont trust them and i will neven recommend anyone to go with celconA27 or any other celcon model. i dont know who had cheated me celcon company or the nokia top 10 waala without any mistake of mine why i should bear 12.5% charges.

                i perchaged celcon c999 mobile two months back. it was not charging. the show room manager says "switchoff mobile and charge it. " i done same but there is no result, it was not charging. second day i went to your office and told same ,the manager replace the battery and he says your problem end. third we put the mobile in charging. it was not charging .then i went to your showroom and ask the manager about this matter and replace the mobile. the manager talks roodly,reckless and meaningless. i am in banglore from 45 days. so please settle my problem as early as possible

                  i perchaged celcon c 999 mobile in your big c show room at laxmipuram branch in guntur. it is not charging .i told this matter to your manager. the manager told " switch off the mobile and charge it mobile." i done same. then there is no result until today. second time i went to your show room i told same and he replace its battery. then there is no result. its not charging i told show room manager to replace the mobil. he didnot replace the mibile and he answered recklessly and unreasonly. so please concider my problem and solve the problem as early as possible. my address. vvvappaiah,fno.304,bhararpet pet, 7th line, amaravathi road, guntur. cell no.                   Celkon C999 — CHEATING CUSTOMER

                  Respected Sir,
                  I have bought a CELCON C999 mobile in HYDERABAD, KUKATPALLY HOUSUNG BORD, PADMAVATHI PLAZA , SWAPNA MOBILES.
                  on 13th aprile 2011. Problem is The main option for CELCON C999 is 3G service but it is not working I also confimed with AIRCEL and IDEA networks they are clearly told me that this mobole will not suport for 3G service. Then I gave complint to Reailar but his not responding I worn him I am going to complaint on you to consumer court his said "you can do anything you want no body will not do anything. You will loss your time and money" So kindly please help me

                    I am P.Divakar Reddy. I purchased C-999 mobile on September 11th 2011 by seeing its advanced features. After I understood its problems. Batter problem, keypad problem and also many problems in C 999 smart phone. Many mobile shops they are selling second hand mobiles.Unfortunately I purchased second hand set from Mayfair mobile shop, Chikkadapally (cheated). I am facing many problems. who will solve my problem.

                    I purchased Celkon-999 mobile from a shop (Mayfair mobiles, Chikkadapally) in September 10th 2011. I am facing many problems with this mobile. First thing is the shop person cheated by selling the second handset (already used). Unfortunately without knowing I purchased. Secon thing is mobile also giving many problems like batter backup, mouse problem, keapad problem and also locked. I have contacted the shop person after 18 days due to my non availability in city. The shop person simply rejected my complaint and advised me to go to mobile service centre., I have given it to Primetech mobile servicing centre also but they didn't do anything. still it is giving problem.                     I am M.Sridhar Kumar, Police Department, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh State. I purchased C-999 mobile on January, 10th 2012 by seeing its advanced features. After I understood its problems. Batter problem, keypad problem, Hand set frequently hang-up and also many problems in C 999 smart phone. I am facing many problems. who will solve my problem. I have already given to authorized service center at Srikakulam. I have received my handset after 30 days and display was damaged when i asked the service center person at present they have no stock as well as not rectify my original problem... Please take necessary action and replace my hand-set as soon as posible.
                    Worst hand set ever seen. All Celkon hand sets having the issue with software. Don't spend money for buying any CELKON Hand set.

                      .i have purchased celkon c347 on 23.7.10 with IME no [protected].the mobile mike is not working recently and one of the button in keypad is also not responding.so i have given it for repair in authorised service centre i.e. laxmi ganapati communications(,moulana street,arundalpet,vijayawada ph.[protected]on 18.5.2011 with job sheet no 2568.that is one month ago .they actually told that it will be ready with in 2 days.after one week when i called they told it is ready and i can take it,but when i have gone to the shop they asked me come on the next day.like that i have gone to the shop for 4 times and they finally said ,it will take one more week.then i submitted a complaint in celkon website on 2.6.2011 at 5.30pm,on the very next one lady called to my no,i forgot to ask her name, and told that she will see that the mobile will get ready by 8.6.11.so i feel happy about services then ,but till now even after one month they are saying it will take one more week,the mobile was sent to the company we cant do anything...day before yesterday i have subitted second compalint in company website,een then no response.iam mandal veterinary officer here.so many farmers are facing much problem as iam unable to communicate.i,myself got my time and money wasted moving around the service centre

                        I am Stanis Clement, had purchase 1 Handset (C-111 celkon) from above dealer on 4th April 2011, but your product stop working (upper keypad buttons) within 1 month,
                        & for the last 1 month rest of the buttons stop working too.
                        I visited your given service centre in MSN comunication at arvind complex near Banshankri Maneshevra temple-Bangalore-on saterday 11th June 2011, my job card # is WIN11MC110314, was promise by them same day at 4:00 pm,given landline phone #[protected] which they never pick.on monday asked them regarding phone they told on tuesday, but tuesday never pick up phone, again on wednesday I sand my Son to pick up the handset but they are not giving my handset and not talking on phone too.
                        Plaese tell me what to do, because I am finding very difficulty to reach there from E-city to Banshankri Maneshevra temple-I am new in Bangalore city-God knows how I got in that place.

                          I am purchased Celkon mobile at Big C in Nizamabad in August 2010, and it's mother board problem attacked and i am given complaint at Big C at gandhichouk in Nizamabad on 18.04.2011 upto now no reason said by Company & anyone staff of BIG C but the Staff of Big C given me a another handset to keep at me on 23.05.2011 but i didnt taken & said to repair my Handset. they r saying it will take another 2 months. and I Lost my Contacts list on Celkon C9 mobile please solve my Problem

                          I have faced similar problem with Mother Board and they have replced the Mother Board, but no luck.
                          The un-resolved issues are
                          1. only one SIM slot will wrok at anytime
                          2. always signal bar will show high, but when you try to call, they signals will disappear and no netwok alert will come.
                          3. on new MB, ther is no option of welcone song, when you swithc on
                          4. when there is a answer for our outgoing call, they should be a vibration alert, that is notworking.
                          5. Volume is very low on new MB
                          6. not checked more options.

                                I bought a Celkon C11 mobile phone in the month of feb 2011. It got stopped working after 3 days. I submitted it to in Celkon service center in Dilsukh Nagar, Hyd. They said that mother has to be changed and it will atke 10 days. Unfortunately, its been more than 50 days they still not returning my mobile. They make some false reasons everytime I call them and hang off the phone rudely. It takes hardly 15 minutes to...

                                I have recently bought a celkon a125 on 1may 2014 the phone is a phone till today i.e 14th June 2014 they couldn't find the problem, when ever I am calling they are giving wrong answers, customer service is worst they didn't rectify my phone problem

                                  I tried many types solve the prob but no result. it always shows loading loading .....

                                    Yes, I do agree with the complaints on big-C. Big-C is proved a Big-Cheater !! I had purchased a mobile Celkon-C111 model in 20/03/2011 at Big-C showroom at Chandanagar beside swagat hotel, purchased 1 Hour ofter display problem,There was no physical damage but the Big-C man & Celkon service fellow says its a display problem. I thought my mobile may be replaced but the Big Cheater at chandangar says he can not replace the mobile.But to my surprise, I have purchased it at a cost of Rs.2500/-.The response at Big-C is very poor, and very cool.They dont bother about the customer once their goods is sold out.

                                    It is a waste mobile, i have purchased in Big-C Dilsukhnagar on 25th jan 2011 and i have a complain regarding battery standby, it was discharging in 2 hours so, Big-C told me to give to Celkon servicing center, then i went and given my mobile and i got back after one month and he told that now we have rectified the complaint but again something happens we are not responsilble now, you have to take it to Big-C nowonwards then again after 5 days i was getting drop calls frequently while i was doing outing, again i went to Big--c on 20th April 2011 and told him that i am getting dropped while i am talking, he checked one hour and told me that i have restored to factory settings and if some problems comes again kindly come to my shop again i will load software provided you have to give your instrument for 3 days atleast..I am fedup with this instrument.Kundly donot BUY...
