The ATM provided at Central Bank of India, Peelamedu - Coimbatore branch is one of the worst ATM ever. There are two machines installed at this center. But most of the time, both machines will not be functioning. I need to transfer fees of my ward to pune. After doing necessary procedure there is huge delay from bank to give utr number.
From last half an hour there is not a single customer in bank and staff is saying i will process it after lunch break.
1. Why there is delay

Freecharge is telling i have received only one time payment and i have not received against unsuccessful order and bank is telling your both payment was approved.
