I, rooprani devi, take pension from central bank of india, hayaghat branch, darbhanga, bihar. My ppo no. Is s/112251 and account number is [protected]. My pension was not revised by the branch wef april 1, 2007. Due to it, i am receiving pension on old rate. I gave application many times to the branch manager for revision of my pension. But he took no any action. I am physically, mentally and financially harassed by the branch manager. I also submitted letter of finance department of bihar, auditor general of bihar, senior treasury officer, darbhanga letter to him, but there was not taken further action by the branch manager.
Kindly solve my problem on urgent basis.

    Hello, this is priyadarshani singh account holder of bank central bank of india, branch sasaram rohtas, bihar, my father took education loan from this branch this is his first mistake, manager is not giving us the proper service and the language he used is not professional, when i am asking about my statement he is not responding properly he is always saying he is rushout with clients and idoubt the amount he is taking is more than the given calculation, hope i am writting to the correct person or on correct place, kindly anyone helping me out.

        I am jagannath mehatari an account holder of cbi bank. My account no a/c-[protected]. I was purchasing grocery at "more megastore" gurgaon on 18/2/2017 and try to payment (Rs.1615.87) though cbi debit card but payment was not successful but debited from my accounts it happens two times (Rs.1615.87+1615.87). Then went to my nearest cbi bank and put on a application request dt: - 20/02/2017, refund credited my account total amount rs. 1615.87+1615.87 on 28/02/2017. Again bank debited rs.1615.87 0n 06/03/2017 against 18/2/2017 payments and bank says this amount credited on "more megastore" accounts but they check their transaction history and gave me a latter this amount (Rs.1615.87) not credited their account.

        Again bank says this amount debited on "more megastore" account but "more megastore" refused transaction.

        Where is my money?

        Please help me.

          Website: I sent mail to concerned officer in MMO Branch and GM operation Central Bank of India

          Date of incidence 13/6/2017
          Phone no. 40575723, 40575701, 40575761, 22654577, 22652639
          When account matured and closed by the bank, less interest paid for last three months by central bank of india. I complained the mmo branch of central bank of india, regarding the same. I received mail, accordingly interest paid rs.66074 and tax deducted rs.9019. Then i queried how tds can be more than 10%. Further i received information, accordingly interest paid rs.62024.54 and tax deducted rs.4563/.in this way i received both information by the same officer.
          Reality is that amount of interest informed earlier was quite close to the amount calculated by me. It was only less rs.180/- but when informed latter difference increased to rs.4231/- which i must get.
          Thus i received less interest of rs 4231/- which is not paid by the bank in last 45 days though i sent mail to the mmo branch and g. M. Operation of the bank more than 10 times in last 45 days.
          In this way bank created loss in interest rs.4231/- and also not provided interest calculation sheet as i requested the same.
          Please provide difference in interest amount rs.4231 with interest because if the same amount was credited in my saving account on 13/6/2017, i would have entitled to get interest on the same.

            Sir,
            With due respect i would like to state that i have a savings account (Joint) in the name of abhishek dey and kuntala dey in central bank of india, belghoria branch (Bank ifsc code: cbin0281453 & acc no.: [protected]). I also have a locker in the same joint name at ghughudanga branch (Bank ifsc code: cbin0281182) linked to the above mentioned savings account.

            On 03.07.2017, rs.1416/- was deducted from the said account as per the locker rent for 2017 - 18. However the same amount has been deducted once again from the same account as per the same locker's rent and for the same period which is faulty and very unfortunate.

            Please do the needful to revert the excess amount for faulty deduction and take necessary steps against who ever is responsible.

              No action has been taken till date. I have visited my branch at 70, janpath, new delhi. They told me the amount has to be refunded as soon as. But till date no action has been taken for.

                18 and 19 february 2017 i was trying to recharge my phone via debit card of cbi. The amount is 139 rs. Both this transaction are failed. I was continues report to bank but they will not give me a single response. So i was try to convince them for complaint no. But the same and and same response they will give. Worst staff i was seen in my life. Already 4 months are passed. One thing i let you know is that when i was in bank the my money deduction status shows post process it clearly means that my transaction is not completed.

                  Respected sir,
                  My account no. Is [protected] in branch cbi dhaneta (Hp). On dated 17.05.2017 there was 2458.12 rs.in my account.
                  I received a message that from account rs. 7500 is debit and balance shows -5040.38 rs. How can it possible. I also gave a complaint in local branch of cbi dhaneta three months before but till date no process is done by the branch. I am totally fed with process.
                  Please do the needull and explain that if didn't debit the rupees then how can balance goes to minus.

                      I had taken gold loan (A/c no [protected]) from central bank of india, the same has cleared on 11/11/2015, and i received no dues certificate on 21/10/2016, but still it's showing in cibil. And we requesting you to correct same. Because myself paying more interest rate due to showing less cibil score. On site purchasing loan taken from other bank.

                      I have done a payment of rs. 1000 by debit card swipe at petrol pump in meerut on 30 january 2017 around 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm they have swipe machine of hdfc bank. The machine replied message of payment decline 4 times after which i recieved 4 messages of money deduction of rs 1000 each and 1 message of money credit of rs 1000 after which i have complaint in branch and they provide help desk complaint number. After that i again recieved 1000 rupees back to my account but still 2000 rupees are not returned to my account. I have contacted bank via mail many times but there is no reply and on contacting bank they are saying to contact via mail as they can not do anything now.

                              My name is sandhya pathak and holding a pension account in central bank of india, rohit nagar phase 1, bhopal (Madhya pradesh). My problem is i am getting less pension in my account. And i have made a complaint the branch manager (Pawan kumar) about this many time. But he is saying the system is showing less amount.
