No action has been taken till date. I have visited my branch at 70, janpath, new delhi. They told me the amount has to be refunded as soon as. But till date no action has been taken for.
I am requesting that kindly do the needful at the earliest. And communicate me at my above e mail. And oblige me forever.

money deducted but not refund

18 and 19 february 2017 i was trying to recharge my phone via debit card of cbi. The amount is 139 rs. Both this transaction are failed. I was continues report to bank but they will not give me a single response. So i was try to convince them for complaint no. But the same and and same response they will give. Worst staff i was seen in my life. Already 4 months are passed. One thing i let you know is that when i was in bank the my money deduction...

regarding debit of rs.7500 form saving account

Respected sir,
My account no. Is [protected] in branch cbi dhaneta (Hp). On dated 17.05.2017 there was 2458.12 rs.in my account.
I received a message that from account rs. 7500 is debit and balance shows -5040.38 rs. How can it possible. I also gave a complaint in local branch of cbi dhaneta three months before but till date no process is done by the branch. I am totally fed with process.
Please do the needull and explain...

no dues certificate

I had taken gold loan (A/c no [protected]) from central bank of india, the same has cleared on 11/11/2015, and i received no dues certificate on 21/10/2016, but still it's showing in cibil. And we requesting you to correct same. Because myself paying more interest rate due to showing less cibil score. On site purchasing loan taken from other bank.

deduction of 4000 rupees from account and 2000 refunded

I have done a payment of rs. 1000 by debit card swipe at petrol pump in meerut on 30 january 2017 around 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm they have swipe machine of hdfc bank. The machine replied message of payment decline 4 times after which i recieved 4 messages of money deduction of rs 1000 each and 1 message of money credit of rs 1000 after which i have complaint in branch and they provide help desk complaint number. After that i again recieved 1000...

Providing false information by branch manager

My name is sandhya pathak and holding a pension account in central bank of india, rohit nagar phase 1, bhopal (Madhya pradesh). My problem is i am getting less pension in my account. And i have made a complaint the branch manager (Pawan kumar) about this many time. But he is saying the system is showing less amount. I am not sure what to do to rectify this problem. Hence writing a complaint hoping the problem will be sorted by my bank....

Rs 5000 rupee short deposit in my account

But the bank staff deposit only 15000 rupee in my account
I have bank deposit slip as a proof and in slip there is clear mention 20000 thousand rupee
But bank is not consider this slip as a proof

Due to transaction failed i swiped two times in the following no machine: mid[protected]-t. D. No: 46452504. The amount rs.6900/ (Six thousand nine hundred) was debitted 2 times from my account out of this only one payment was trasfered to the merchant.
Hence, i request you to credit back my amount of rs.6900/-as...

ATM debited

I removed 500rs via atm from my account, 1000 was debited instead. I received a message that 500 is removed, yet the remaining amount in my account is 500 less. I called the customer care service but no one is picking up the call. Ive never had a problem uptill now with cbi, please uphold that reputation. I just want to know what has happened in this process. Kindly help me in this issue....

I'm complaining for the refund of my product!

I returned a product to Amazon on 1st july n they have olready sent it to bank...but I haven't received it, the amount is yet to come in my account! It should've come before 6th july...but it's been two more days than the expected time ...the payment was made through debit card !! I called my bank branch many times but the call got cut every time! I want the amount in my bank account as soon as possible...such irksome service of central bank...

Cash debited but physically not received

Last monday i tried to withdrawal 5000 rs from atm. When i completed all steps, i got msg, that my amount debited. But physially i did no receive any amount. Still this amount not credited. I checked several times, still amount wad not credited. Atm was axis banks atm. My acvount is in central bank. What should i do now. This is a harasment for me. Do necessary steps.
