I need to transfer fees of my ward to pune. After doing necessary procedure there is huge delay from bank to give utr number.
From last half an hour there is not a single customer in bank and staff is saying i will process it after lunch break.
1. Why there is delay
2. Arrogance of staff regarding same is not acceptable.

    My grandmother has passed away since 16 sept 2016. My father and me are visiting your brance again again but our problems still not resolve and your branch issue that our employee on leave due to sickness, our cmd is coming so your work not done today. Our system not working properly.

      I have a saving account [protected] in center bank of india athsaini hapur u. P.. Today i went to bank to deposit a cheque in my account in athsaini branch. But the manager told me if i deposit this in athsaini branch the amount will after 15 days because this is a rural branch. I was shocked after hear this. Sir this is computer technology time and our bank to slow.

        I was recharging my tata sky on 13/05/2017. The payment was deducted twice for one order rs. 3567.99. Freecharge is telling i have received only one time payment and i have not received against unsuccessful order and bank is telling your both payment was approved. So i am not able to trace my payment and this payment is not refunded to my ac yet. Please check and give me best solution

        I was reserving a ticket on 09-06-17 and my account has debited by 392 rs and again when I was reserving a ticket through irctc on 10-06-17 then my account has debited by 423 rs. Please help me .
        Our PM is inspiring us for digital transaction. Is this convenient, a person should leave from office for just roving around the bank????

          I durga prasad das, ex-poelr, no-165147-k retired from indian navy on 31jul 2001, my ppo no - 09/97/b/s/01782/2001, a/c -[protected], suryanagar branch, unit-6, bhubaneswar, odisha.

          As per pcda circular 568 dated 13/10/16, arrears of dl-33 revised of basic pension from 01/01/2006. All my batch-mates retired with me, whose pension account in other banks like state bank of india, have received the arrears. (Dec 2016/ jan 2017) less tds as applicable to each person.
          Even after three months i have not received the arrears, & on inquiring several times in bank, bank manager is not responding properly & lastly i had given a written complain to bank manager on dt:24/04/2017, but till to-date they have not taken any initiative to pay the arrears.

              I used central bank atm card on 13 june 17 and i receive 16000 frm corp bank atm machine in allahabad but 6000 more bal deducted frm my central bank account, i used atm on 13 june but on mini statement wrong bal 6000 thousand deducted showing on 14 june 17, kindly refund my money 6000 thousand as soon se possible, my 6000 thousand wrong bal deducted frm my central bank of india account, bal deducted by using atm card

                Miss behavior of branch manger mr. Dvandra shin we have kalol base n g o work in different government scheme since last 8 month we have going no of time in bank for (P. M. K. V. Y) account nobody can answer our question. At dated 13/06/2017 i had go to central bank kalol branch 2.05 o’clock for our pending account activity. They call us this is not possible. We are not your servant. And don’t came back in my bank i wail call you police. We are not responsible for it.

                  The employee of central bank almabagh branch are always irregular in time. All the time there is a delay of 1-2 hrs. So plz take some strict action regarding to my complain. It is a govt. Bank mainly there is the pblm for the senior citizen who are not able to. Wait in such a payhetic condition. I am very thankul to u i[censored] take this pblm seriously and reslove as soon as possible

Sir requested​ you no one can raise any rupee without the permission of the grandfather.                             I made an order on amazon of 551 rupees on 12/05/2017 by my debit card but i returned it and they refunded money back to my account on 27/05/2017. I couldn't got money back. The refund reference no. For transaction provided by them is 524800. I made contact to amazon for it but they told that we had refunded money on 27 may to your bank and if you couldn't got it you will have to contact to your bank. They told that dispute the transaction as refund never processed. Please check my refund status.

                              This is with reference to complain number cbi#1887523, i have withdrawn 10000/- rs but i did not get the cash from atm. The same was reported to bank on very same day and raised a complain on this.

                              They have also confirmed that there was an issue with the atm and hence this would have happened. You can see the comment from bank in the request mentioned. It was miss from bank end that they did not put any board mentioning "atm is out of order" also there was no guard in the atm on that day.

                              I have requested back over mail for support but they were talking very rude rather than providing solution to the issue later i also raised complain to the banking ombudsman and they also did not provide any solution rather trying to close this matter without giving proper solution to this issue by transferring to different region.

                              Please help me getting my money back as soon as possible.

                                  I had been using internet banking for last 4 years without any problem

                                  For last few months I am not able to access my account activity. I get Message that grid has expired when I log in. I Called your Race course Branch in Vadodara and was told to go through otp. When I did that, it said this mobile number is not registered and was advised to contact the branch for mobile registration. I called again to let them know that the phone no. has changed and gave them my new no ( 001 [protected]).
                                  Yet I have not be able to access my statement, I keep on getting message saying that grid has expired.
                                  I have made several phone calls to solve this problem, each time I get different answers from Mr S.M. Rathva, it seems he is not able to figure out what the problem is

                                      Online transaction money cut
                                      I have prepaid recharge online by mobile banking one is success another is failed. But balance is debited to my account. It cannot refund to me. I had already register my complaint to home branch but they don't take any action. So please refund balance in my account

                                        My name is prachi suryawanshi daughter of mr. Yavnath suryawanshi. My father was an ex employee in your fort office in central bank of india. He was working as an artist till 1997 bank. He passed away in the year 1997 and i am the only legal heir i am eligible to get the following benefits. Special provident fund-cum gratuity, g. P. F balance, lump sum payment under employees family security fund, relie[censored]nder house building advance, educational allowance to children which was not given to me, compassionate ground appointments to dependents, dcr gratuity, family pension, dearness allowance, medical allowance, pongal gift.
                                        I was brought up in an orphanage because my mother died before my father. And now i am currently staying at a working women’s hostel. When i was in the orphanage the superintendent had given you a letter which had clearly mentioned that i should be given all the benefits of on father when i am 18 and i have been trying for the same till date.
                                        I am really very upset with your services because from the pas one and a half year i have been coming regularly to your bank and have been in contact with mr. Ashok kamble [protected] the senior manager in the fort branch and have still not yet got any of the above things also he has said that i will be receiving an amount on 1.5 lakh but how can that be possible it has been 22 years since my father’s death because a person who has been working for 1 year gets that amount and my father has worked for many years in your bank. All my documents has been given to mr. Ashok kamble.

                                        You people have to do something or else i will have to give this matter in the court and will post this same mail on twitter and facebook. I request you to kindly help me and do something which will help in future because how long will i be staying in the hostel. Please help me i humbly request you.
