Respected Sir/Madam,
Myself DUSHYANT SHARMA. I am 100% physical handicapped working as a teacher in govt.of Delhi.
Sir I have a saving account ([protected]) in Central bank of India, New Delhi
Sir on 18th February 2017 Rs.1000 was being deducted from my account. It was not done by me. It is showing in pass book as ATM POS deduction. Surprisingly my ATM PIN was still not generated till that day. In spite of it Rs.1000 was being deducted. I visited bank and also informed about this deduction to customer care but problem is still unsolved.
I made registered a complaint regarding this. Complaint no. 8019499
Sir plz look into the matter and refund my 1000 rs. I will be indebted to you forever.

    The employee mr. bhatia working here are spekaing badly with the customers and they even not respecting to any of the customers, they are not aware of the reginoal language. How should we have to communicate, this is really not at all accespatable, kindly raise a complaint on this branch emplyoee mr. bhatia and we want a proper action for this thing.

      i am CBI bank customer i was payment online by ATM card but my payment is not Successful and my balance is dedicated 1512 rupees. i was call same time toll free no but he is not rase my complaint and he is suggest me go to the local CBI bank branch and submit a application regarding your balance dedicate.
      we was goen local branch and i want submit application but BM is not accept my application. he is say me you go your branch and submit this application.
      and i inform that am now leaving other town & i request to you please check my account and refund my dedicated balance.

          I am CBI bank coustmor and as I used of POS services for shopping.On 18 Feb 2017 in Indore through UTTAM BHOG MISTHAN I tried to make payment through POS. it was deducted from my account two time as I two time but it didn't receive to vendor (UBM) Indore.
          Then i withdrawal 1916 rs. And pay in cash.
          So it's my humble request to you that please sort this matter ASAP and credit money in my account that doesn't actually paid.
          After visiting branch i again mail this on april 6 after making 5 -7 calls.

          I used my debit card on 18 feb 2017 in Indore at UTTAM BHOG MISHTHAN.
          I paid twice amount of 958 but it was failed as after complained one payment of 958 rs. has been receive but one still remaining. So its my kind request to you please request ASAP. Sharing you Details.

              Sir i have taken the Educational Loan from Central Bank of India for my Degree Engineering Course in 2011, The Loan amount sanctioned was 3, 89, 000 Rs . And i have withdrawn 3, 56, 000 Rs only . But after completion of the course in 2015 i joined the a vocotational Course for year . And when i started the Repayment i came to know that the Interest to my Amount is 4, 34, 429 Rs . And Total Amount is 8, 23, 429 Rs. My financial Condition is not so Sound . I cannot Pay this Huge Interest. So, kindly look into this matter at the earliest . My EMI per Month is 13, 629 Rs . Please waive this Interest so that i can Pay the Principal Amount .

                i was all document submit for loan in bank but the swapnil sir. is every time a new document accepted for me.
                i m 5 times goes to a bank but swpnil sir. his prosnal metter joint with my vihical loan application and his person is very much bed behevoiur with me.

                  It has been more than 45 days of a failed transaction and the bank has not provided any refund. Every time they are asking to wait. Worst banking experience ever. I have attached some screenshots of the conversations. No proper response from anyone. Branch Manager did nothing customer care did nothing and now Manager. EC - ZCC Lucknow is doing nothing. Need immediate response.

                      Respected sir I am Ragu Nathan I have got educational loan in 09-12_2011 for my diploma in central bank vadhanoor branch IFSC CBIN028312. course only 41500rs MYLOAN ACno [protected] only after completing diaploma I have joined ENGINEERING​ course 3years but they provide interest for my laon but we have ready request Ed to the bank manager but I have payed the interest nearly 16500rs.withouut employment how can I pay loans and interest so please change repayment date and reduce amount 16500 I paid in loan principal amount .

                            This branch is in rural area. People are mostly from low or average income background. And people need to go banks for different government schemes. And after experiencing service people just don't want to go there again. Staff is not courteous to customers and not helping too.

                            Bank premise is too small to accommodate number of customers daily visiting to bank.

                            My brother has applied for bank account for more than 3 weeks and he didn't got his bank account details yet.

                            And i am not able to send hi money as he dint have bank account.

                                I visited C.B.I, JHURAN CHAPRA BRANCH, DIST MUZAFFARPUR (BIHAR)today 28.03.17 for depositing a cheque into my savings account no.[protected]. As I wanted to confirm credit of cheque as I was not sure whether the account concerned has sufficient balance or not, i requested the cashier to credit the cheque in my presence. But he refused to my request. I then approached Branch Manager, for the same but he was more harsh and humiliated me for being a small saver of money and upon my insistence for service asked the bank security guard to push me away. I am a fresh entrepreneur in coaching industry apart from being a Govt Secondary School teacher. Being a fresh entrepreneur I do not have big sums in my account. But the way B.M humiliated me, it appeared that only the rich big depositors deserve a dignified treatment from bank employees. This is the state of public sector bank employees, who have nothing to think about future prospects of banks/nation. Humiliated this way in the days of my struggle towards economic prosperity, would I ever like to have a banking relationship with such banks in future when I become a big name in industry. For sure pvt sectors bank will take the edge in future, if the customer relationship of public sector banks remains the same.
                                My friend ZILLUR RAHMAN who accompanied me is an eye witness of this incident.

                                      It is to submit that i have made FD in central bank of India at barmer branchp But it is regratted to say that bank has deducted tax @ 20% for FY 2015-16 ( unverified form no 16A is enclosed for your ready reference ) but still not deposited to income tax department so its not showing in my 26 AS.
                                      Time line of submitting return is also going to over on 31st mar but I am not able to file my IT return and claim refund in absence of deposition of tax by bank further i have given my PAN to bank
                                      While opening the account even though they have deducted the tax @ 20%.
                                      I am highly disappointed that i am not able to file my return and claim refund in scheduled timeline due to bank' s fault and carelessness so you are requested to take strict action against the defaultets causing unnecessary harassment to public.

                                        2. That I m having an a/c ([protected]) with your bank branch Talwandi Sabo.

                                        3. That i had 2 FDs on my name and the FD's receipts were with my father at my home.

                                        4. On 23rd Nov. 2014 I got married.

                                        5. But FD's receipt were still in my father's home.

                                        6. But Now I became to know that My father has withdrawn the whole money with with the help of Manager by forged signature.

                                        7. I visited parent branch many times But They said they can never make such mistake ...while the signature flow is almost same...

                                        8. Passbook and ATM card were with me . But only FD"s were with them.

                                        9. Please help ! As I phoned on customer care of bank and visited parent branch many times, and written emails and even Registered Post to Head Office Bombay. But no reply. What should i do now ?
