Sub:Regarding Deducting amount with respect to on line transaction Sir, I am saving bank holder of CBI, Lal darwaja Ahmedabad branch.My a/c no is [protected] and mainly doing on line traction. It is regretted to inform that the following 2 transaction reported fail where as amount in both the case is debited.So kindly revert my amount as soon as possible . Sr Date Payment to Ref no Amount (Rs) 1 18/02/17 Make my trip-For Air booking NF[protected] 12838/- 2 03/03/17 Max life-Insurance premium 11486/- Please note that in both the case Make my trip and Max life not receiving mentioned amount. They insisting to contact bank. Now the question arise that where is my Amount? Is it in Air ?Is it real Digital India? Kindly resolve my query and revert back my Huge Amount as early as possible under intimation to above both non receiver .. Awaiting your reply.
