Central Board of Secondary Education [CBSE] Complaints & Reviews

Sir/Madam,
Today class 10 had maths examination.The paper was moderately easy but it(set-2)was lengthy as compapered to other set(set-1 and set-3).
Most of the student in my school who attended set 2 could finish the paper in time.Also the paper had some misprints like question 21 which made me check my answer 2-3 times which resulted in loss of time.Also the tables and chairs we were told to sit in were so small that it made us to handle our things and thus we faced very difficulty, if this had been the criteria of CBSE then I am sorry to say but you people are not taking our exams seriously.Some of the question were so tricky that even after putting our 15 minutes we could not find answer.I request that if student of set when 1 and set 3 are given this much privilege then must also given some privilege while correction of paper.So I thereby request to please take initiatives.(school -Guru Nanak modern school)

There was the problem in the date of balance sheet of NPO question of set 3 in which we had been asked to prepare income and expenditure Account. There was a need of opening balance sheet but the balance sheet was given with closing date. This confused all the students due to which many time get wasted.
So, I requests you to please focus on this issue.

In response to the, grace marks, being awarded to only those students who got set 2 and set 1, I would like to express my deep emotions.All students faced same level of difficulty and irrespective of the sets, every student must awarded same marks. Often dealt questions like the potentiometer one were not under set 3.I hope and wait for or the best decision from the Cbse board.

I realize that students have become a joke for cbse.
As you may have already heard about the accountancy paper which was held on 6th march was very lengthy, also there were typo due to which a question which could be done in 15 minutes took 40 minutes and still could not be completed. I agree that although the paper was moderately difficult we were not able to attempt the questions efficiently because of lack of time due to the typo. I hereby request you to conduct reexamination of accounts. Lenient marking will not help a student who has worked hard whole year for a perfect 100. Please realize your duties cbse.

Respected cbse board members,
We had our physics paper on[protected].. And some of the questions were too complex to handle with.. And along with this there were many numerical in set 2.. Which took a lot of time.. And even the process of taking a supplementary sheet is time consuming... Due to all these things some of the questions which were tricky enough were left unsolved though spaces were left to handle them later..

Please help us with ur wisdom by considering our hard work put throughout the year as well... And provide us with the grace marks as well with those questions even if the were left unanswered...

There was a technical error in accountacy question paper in question number 14. It ask to prepare revaluation account but there is no revaluation account at the time of dissolution of a firm.. Due to which we accept it's technical mistake and prepare realisation account, i request you to kindly grant us the marks in that particular question on the basis of realisation account.

On 05.03.2019 physics paper was held and in the set 55/3/3 q.9 and q.17 are the questions not in ncert books. We except questions from topics like ac generator, transformer, cyclotron and such bigger topics to come in examination but to our bad luck were not given questions on these important topics. Now you are saying to give grace marks only in set 1 and 2. I don't know what questions were there in set 1 and 2 but set 3 was also difficult to solve. Give equality to everyone by giving grace marks to everyone, we want grace marks too!!

According to NCERT the questions from optional exercise are not from examination point of view but CBSE has put a question from optional exercise 6.6 question number 4 in class 10th CBSE mathematics paper 2018 set 1 code number 30/4/1 .This is quite unfair if CBSE wished to put such questions then it should not have mentioned the note at the bottom of the page " these questions are not from examination point of view "in which optional exercise is present .

Some questions in Set-1, 2, 3 and 4 of Mathematics paper 2018-19 were completely different This is clearly discrimination and CBSE should not so as it is the matter future prospects of millions of students and for CBSE it doesn't suit to be justified .

Therefore I demand gracd marks of 10-15 marks as all the all the question in mathematics 2018-19 set 1 Paper 1 not from NCERT

I want to say that that i have given my accountancy paper on 6 march 2019 n in set no 1 there was an error in ques. No 14 as the question belongs to dissolution n was asked to prepare the revaluation a/c instead of realization a/c so i did the same as i prepared revaluation n many hv prepared revaluation as wel as realisa. A/c. So its my humble request to the board, plz do lenient checking of answers n do give grace marks to all who have attempted that question, becz it is a matter of 6 marks n it can also increase or decrease the percentage of an individual... Please do give marks for that question to all..

There was a misprint in set 1code no. 67/1/1 . Ques no. 17, which had a choice between retirement and admission, the values in the balance sheet of retirement ques were not placed at the correct place which caused a lot a confusion and errors while calculating the amounts.for eg. - the value of furniture given in the balance sheet was 80, 000 while after the exam got over it was found that real value of furniture was misprinted at place of plant and machinery.

In gd global firstly there was no teacher of physics and chemistry for 11 and 12 classes.in october a physics teacher came but hasn't completed the books and said complete it yourself and chemistry teacher came in november and provide notes of 10 chapters and he also said to complete it by yourself. Now exams are going on and whole chapters are coming from each books.
All the students are facing toomuch problem. Kindly help us otherwise our future will be destroyed.

7 march 2019 10th board exam's "set 1" question paper is really tough and in comparable with set 2 & 3.in any principle this is not a right practice of discriminating set1 students. Highest respect on cbse board & system and highly principled system of cbse, but this specific 'discrimination set 1 ' paper is not going to give any light of ray, as such this is not a right "common platform" to calibrate the right students!!!

I am a student appearing for class 10 2019 board exams and i am highly dissapointed that for maths exam which was conducted on 7 march 2019 had 3 sets of qp and set a being the hardest and i find it very unfair so plz make sure that cbse takes correction of set a leniently otherwise many people will not be able to get nice marks plz make correction lenient

A particular set - set 1 of mathematics question paper (Exam on 07.03.19) was very tough compared to other sets. Series jms/4. Code no. 30/4/1. It will results in poor grade for those unlucky students who got set 1 question paper. This is not a fair approach by the cbse board. Kindly do the needful to award grace mark to those students who attempted set 1 mathematics question paper of x standard on 07.03.2019.

Sir i want to inform you that i am a student of class12 who is suffering from critical autism disorder. So i want to say that the paper was made very tough due to which i couldnot answer the questions. The paper was made complicated. I also had problem in answering it. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action in order to check the paper lineantly. So that students like us would get good marks in order to flourish in our carrier.

As per cbse core paper of english for class 12th there are two novels "silas manar" and "invisible man". And when the question is asked in exam, there is an option of attempting the question from either of the book. But the exam of english held on 02nd march 2019, set 1, question no. 11 (6 mark question) has four options out which only one was mandatory and question no. 12 (6 mark question) instead of one novel, questions got from the both novels and both the questions are mandatory. School has taught only one novel. Since the exam is over by now and no corrections where made regarding this, hence i would like cbse to provide grace mark.

There were errors in questions no 14 dissolution (Set1) in class 12 accountancy examination
And we were not informed about any corrections
So there is our humble request to the authorities of central board of secondary education to please adjust the marks.

This is not done cbse, are you trying to play with our career? None of the questions in the physics paper were common from 10 years or sample paper.
Even if you are trying to introduce a new pattern it should have been informed beforehand and must be vividly expressed in the sample paper issued by you. This is not fair. Please retake the exam please. :)

Sir with due respect i want to say you that the physics paper which was held on 5/3/2019 was difficult and too much lengthy it was impossible to do it in 3 hrs. Sir i request you to that it is the matter of our future please do lenient checking and if possible please provide grace marks to us. Sir we are too depressed with our physics paper we are not able to focus on our chemistry paper. Sir please respond to us as soon as possible. It is the matter of our future.😔😢😢

Regarding accountancy paper 2018-19

Dear sir,
Accountancy paper was easy but their was an error in question no. 16 which carried 8 marks, the question had 2 options 1st was of dissolution and 2nd was of retirement. The error was a misprint in 2nd option. The question was asking for realisation account but it was supposed to be revaluation account.

Because of this misprint i got confused and forcefully attempted the 1st option but i was familiar with the 2nd option, and i was sure that i would have done the 2nd option correctly.

So i request you to please give us grace marks for both the options.
