It is regrettable that the receipt of payment yet to be received. I would like to request you to look in to the matter and take suitable action at an earliest date.

NON RECEIPT OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR BILL PAYMENT.
My CESC, Kolkata Customer ID no [protected] and Consumer no [protected].
I have paid my Electricity Bill no [protected] for JUNE 2015 through e-payment on 02.08.2015 at 09-25 hrs for Rs 1390/-
by Uco Bank Debit Card.
I received an SMS that Rs 1390/- spent on your debit card (my card no) on 02.08.2015 at C.E.S.C Mumbai . No payment acknowledgement receipt from C.E.S.C received at my e-mail till now.
I had been always paying through e-payment and immediately receipt acknowledgement sent to my emeil and e-portal of C.E.S.C, Kolkata.
I request C.E.S.C to look into the matter.

THE OLD WOODEN METER BOX AT 246/1 R.B.C.ROAD IS IN MISERABLE CONDITION. IT IS APPREHEND THAT AT ANY MOMENT OF TIME THE BOX MAY COME DOWN. THIS IS VERY URGENT
