I am a consumer of CESC and My consumer no is [protected] and consumer id is [protected]. I am not living in my house. So there should be no energy charge. I already paid the bill March 2015. I have applied for a new CESC meter. The reference no is: 05/10469/15. It is not sanctioned to me and the reason shown to me is that another person named Ramani Mohan Das has an outstanding amount of Rs 6000 from the same area. I don't know who this person is.
