        sir, doing a mistake from online payment two times bill payment from As requested, Rs. 2, 819.56 has been debited from my Account No. XX1018 on 17-JUN-15 through Kotak Mahindra Payment Gateway vide Ref No. [protected] for at 5.34 p.m for consumer no. [protected] but as before A Transaction of Rs.2846.8 has been done on my Kotak Credit Card No.xx1667 at CESC on 17-Jun-2015 5.27 p.m cesc.ltd confirm with online payment receipt of customer id [protected] for May, 15 paid through Bill Desk. that transaction reference no:DHMP[protected] has been success with 2815.00 eletricity bill amout.convenience bill desk fees 2846.77. but no further mail come from cesc.ltd has come for this mistake for there payment gateway system

VERY very shame on it !!! that consumer in this country never expect any justice.

          I am a consumer of CESC and My consumer no is [protected] and consumer id is [protected]. I am not living in my house. So there should be no energy charge. I already paid the bill March 2015. Despite this energy charge is incurred Rs.115 in April'2015 bill(?) and got the bill of Rs 170 in May, 2015.               LOW VOLTAGE Consumer No [protected] Dear Sir, We would like to your kind attention that now we are receiving supply voltage very poor and we are facing various problems for such low voltage . .Earlier we have lodged complaint in this regard for many a times over telephone. The technicians attended my complaints of course but without any fruitful result so far. Still it is very poor . Today I had made another complaint ( Complaint No.[protected] dt. 15-06-15; at 20.43 hrs.) about the similar problems but as a matter of surprise I was informed by your technical over the phone " The probs are because of low power supply following a considerable of consumption of power using a lot of AC Machines in this locality, hence they have nothing to do with this complaint. I was advised to contact the D.E.(Ex.) with this complaint.My question is that I had gone through all the formalities to acquire additional load of power for AC usage", I turned totally shocked with this resolution!!! Please tell me sir why on earth shall I convey my complaints to D.E.(Ex.) for remedy??? Had there been any irregularity in power supply in this locality that should be conveyed by those technicians themselves to D.E.(Ex.) as their inspection report. I think this is quite an injustice to a consumer of CESC. I have all the faith in your wisdom and ability to pass right judgement and hence I report the matter online to you desk for kind consideration and favourable gesture in this respect. Hope everything will be sorted out amicably in short span of time. Thanking You, Yours truly...

                  My monthly bills are exeeding day by day without much usage.. I informed this to one of the person from CESC who told me to change the main circuit board which was given by CESC as it is very old one that is why it is exceeding the usage o[censored]nits.. He told he will come the very next day for changing the circuit board but he did not came, he also told that there is a security deposit of Rs.5000 which i agreed to pay but he did not came to do his work.. Please look in this matter as soon as possible as i m facing a lot of difficulties to pay my electricity bills

                    This is to inform you that my father Mr Gobinda Prosad Sen Gupta was made to visit different different counters for an hour when he went there to submit advance payment against consumer numbers [protected] and [protected]. It happened due to sheer inefficiency of your staff on 13th June, 2015 in cesc taratala cesc office. Plz take strict action

                      Sir, I am writing to inform you about the poor service which is being provided by your executives and engineers. I applied for Ext. Of Load on 14/01/15 and paid for the same on 13/04/2015.On 15/04/2015 your executive came for job execution and said "There isn't enough space for a new meter in the "Meter Box" and I will arrange a new larger Meter Box within 3-4 days. I waited for some days and on 27/4/2015 I visited North Suburban Branch office for the Job Execution and met your Section Engineer and asked for the same. Again, On 18/05/15 I visited your District Engineer who was busy talking over the phone. I waited for half an hour and very kind of him at last he listened me and wrote some notes over the PC and said " I will look into the matter." No One seemed committed towards the work out there. I am very sorry to admit that it is the worst service I have received till date. I am fed up and hope that you will look into the matter and do the needful for the purpose.I am hereby enclosing the softcopy of all the visits. I look forward to hear from you shortly.

                        Dear Sir, Our meter consumer no [protected] is not used since Mar 2014 and the subsequent bill from Apr 14 to Feb 2015 is generated with remarks " Please do not pay this Bill " but the March 2015 bill was generated with amount Rs 1100/- and subsequently by mistake the payment was made with other bills. Again the April 2015 bill was raised with average meter reading though the meter is not used and the payment was not made by me so the May 2015 bill has come with disconnection notice but payment is not made as already March 2015 is paid against wrong bill.                         It has a reference to my complain lodged on 12 June regarding the Bill generation against stopped meter after a year followed by disconnection.                           Consumer no. [protected] Docket nos.[protected] & [protected] After the storm last evening 11.06.15 there is no electricity in our area, that is Goswami Para Road, Bally. And in spite of repeated dockets nothing has happened so far. But last night at 1.05 am there was an SMS from CESC saying my supply has been restored which came to my notice at 4.30 am. After that I made the second docket at 4.43 am which has also not produced any result so far. Please attend.

These executive people said that "sir wait for times, this problem will resolve shortly, technicians r working on that problem." Cattopadhya) Last one Year I am writing you m problems but you simply write one word that your compllaint registered and our representative will contact and after that what happened never any one contact, you open this depatment to amke fun with yr custmer, (Shame on you). My question that when your meter reading man name RANA MUKERJEE HAD ADMITTED HAT REALLY THIS METER IS RUNNIG FAST AND YOU SHOULD COMPLAINT TO RELATED DEPARTEMNT AND FOR YR informetion last one year I wrote several e-mails and personally spoke to yr ofice people but no body turned-up, why? HAVE I MNEY PRINTED MCINE IN MY HOUSE, why I should pay uncessary amout 700 to 800Rs extra every month. what was the fault in y previous meter and without informing me why they changed the meter and specially when no male member was presen in the house.why yr few culprits are defaming such CESC INTITUATE.

                                      Ref: Customer ID No.[protected] is, Consumer No.[protected] There is tremendous low voltage problem in my house due to attached street lights in my house were the power has been taken from the same source were my home electricity power consumption takes palce.There is often disturbance of power in my house due to the same reason and recently the fuse of the main meter blew and my whole house lost power. There has also been instances of fire sparks during the rainy season from the street lights which are now attached to my house which will definitely cause burning of the main meter box and my house at the same time if proper precaution is not taken before hand. The people from the CESC dept who had recently checked and worked on the installation of the main fuse has also informed us that the load of the two steer lights are too much for our meter box and will eventually result in low voltage problem in the future A line in confirmation to me at my registered mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com shall be mostly welcomed.                                         There was an issue with the meter and the same was tested and found true, instead of replacing my defective meter it has been taken away from my premises putting a notice as out o[censored]se however the same was supposed to be replaced by CESC, kindly help us to resolve the issue please. we are facing huge issues as we are getting stranded.
