Dear Sir, My consumer no. is [protected] and the customer ID is[protected].The Electricity bill is in the name of Mrs Sharmila Rakhit. My Electricity Bill for the month of June 2015 is abnormally high. I am quite Shocked to receive the electric bill amounting Rs 2470/- Due date 30/7/2015. It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity in the month of June 2015. There seems an error in reading or Electricity Leakage or meter fault. So I requested you rectify the mistake so that I can pay the actual amount . It seems that there has been no meter checking by the department. Kindly look into the matter and check or verify the Meter to remove my worries as early as possible. Hope to get your kind co-operation and quick intervention. Thank you, Sincerely yours, N Rakhit.

    Jul 18 at 9:19 PM Dear Sir, MY complaint no.CESC - Docket Number :3159342 dt.20/07/2015 Reg: Consumer no.[protected] Customer No[protected].. Sub: Inflamed Bill This is to inform you that I have seen the bill for the month of June which is amounting to Rs.1540/- for 256 units. Earlier this meter stood in the name of Mrs. Bimala Agarwal though i had been using the same as I purchased the said flat. I seldom come to reside at this flat and precious 7 or 8 bills would be testimony to my contention considering the fact that those earlier bills were in the vicinity of Rs.150/-. The name was changed in my favour but the ground reality remains the same and I seldom come to reside here as before. considering the level of consumption in respect of this meter earmarked for this flat, though the name has changed few days ago your present bill is undoubtedly inflated, exaggerated and it requires urgent downward revision.       Dear sir, I found regularly in different places ( mostly near barahanagar railway station to dumdum stn) that the street lights are regularly not being switched off on day time.I think not only the bill for it is being charged from public but also it is draining the national property. Please punish them who are responsible for it or use technology like timer etc to avoid this.I think it is not an ignorable one and believe that drops make an ocean.--- With regards Nayan Ranjan Das

      Our house address is Triveni Appts, 49/101, Prince Golam MOHAMMAD Shah Road, just next to Better High School in Golf Garden Area.
      For past several week 3 to 4 lampposts Around our Building are non functional and lights are not on.
      Entire area around the building is dark and causing hardship and inconvenience to residents . Such darkness has given boost to unsocial activities after sunset .

        While going through last few months electricity bills including current bill have found that something is seriously wrong with the bill, the meter reading is wrong or the meter got faulty. Request you to get the fault rectified and raise correct bill for all previous bills including current bill on priority basis. As we are only 4 member residing in the home & out of which 2 member are out during the day for attending office. We are having very less time to solve our own issue of electricity bill as most of the time am on official tour, requesting you to pls help in getting the correcting done & raise correct bill.             Dear Sir, It has been observed Bills are highly inflated, in terms o[censored]sage . We have been using High end utilities but taking appropriate care and using sensible. Request during this Rainy season without reasonable doubt bills are suspicious and on higher side as per our track record and monitored observation. Kindly send concerned representative to check the meter, if defaulted and give rectify any any problem persists with M/c or any other faulty issue. Hope you address the problem at the earliest. I tried to lodge online complaints for severel times but this option in their WEB SITE was not working at all during the 2nd week of June '15. Normally in the month of May my consumption ranges from 60 to 70 Units and it would cost within Rs 350.00 but their dirty trick compelled me to pay an amount of Rs Rs 940.00. Their monopoly is nothing but fraudulent. They should reconcile the matter.

                            Dear Sir, Ref :-HIGH C.E.S.C Electricity Bill for the month of June 2015 and Bill No. : [protected] @ Docket Number :3158502, Our Customer Id : [protected] and Consumer No.[protected]. In the last 5 months our average unit consumption is 171 units and average monthly charges is Rs 1122 . But in the month of June 2015 you have not taken our meter reading and surprisingly charged us for 344 units and bill amount of Rs 2700.Sir please dont exploit the poor people by doing this kind of injustice. We cant pay such an abnormal bill. Pl rectify the bill and ask your person to take the meter reading every month. For the last 12 months the reading was taken and bill came on the basis of actual consumption but in June 2015 the reading was not taken. Pl help us to pay the bill as per our actual consumption. For your reference I have mentioned below the unit consumption and bill amount of last six months.                               I sold my 2 flats last year in May 2015. But even after one year i find that buyer has not registered properly with your office the same in his name.                                 Since today morning our domestic power supply is out of order. So far we have already lodged 4/5 docket no. [protected], [protected], ... etc. But till now nobody attended to restore the line. Every time they (customer care) are saying we are trying to restore the line as early as possible.                                     I am living on rent at 10/46, U block, DLF -3, Gurgaon. The meter installed here runs exceptionally fast. landlord charges electricity charges @ Rs 8/-. Which makes a dent in the tenant's pocket. may I request you to please get all sub meters tested of the building.

I would like to complaint about the unjustified high billing of my connection, whereas only 1 AC is in use for a maximum of 4 hours/ day...Then how such high billing is possible.Please look into the matter!
