I bought My Chevrolet Beat Diesel LS model in March 2012, Initially when I purchased this Car, Dealer claim its average 22 km/l in city and highway 24 km/l. Initially its giving same average but day by day even after timely services its come to now 16.5 kms/l. I had complaint so many times to service centre (Padam Motors). While every service I asked them to check its average thoroughly but nothing happened. Its decreasing day by day. I am from Middle class family I purchase this car after many hardships but if its not giving proper average its tough to manage. Request you to resolve this issue asap. My car number is CH01AN6220

    Purchased Chevrolet Beat on dated 31st Oct. 2013. My vehicle no. is RJ 09 CA 9970. At the time of purchase I was convinced by your dealer about its Performance, Service and Maintenance according to which I planned to purchase this vehicle. 1. I was convinced that Its engine oil & Filter will change after 15000 km which is also mentioned in the service booklet. But now when I went for regular service the dealer told me to change the oil & Filter within 7500Km according to new schedule from the company. For your kind information I was convinced and compared to another company vehicle now it will be a loss for me for the cost of oil & Filter change. 2. As per your new schedule my expense will be doubled then who will be responsible for this expense. 3. Your service center is not generally opened on Sunday’s which is also an expense for me to take leave from factory and take the vehicle 60 KM to & fro. So in all it is my demand from you to solve the issues and to provide us the extra free service and free oil change & filter for every 2nd service. Thanks & Regards, Prabhuram Deora

      Hello All,

      I am Arul Vijayan a disappointed Chevrolet car owner (from Alleppey, Kerala) with the service from your company and staff.I booked beat on[protected] and delivered car[protected] with temporary registration .As per the commitment from the staff every thing including registration will be done on same time when i was suppose to receive during my car delivery

      Unfortunately didn't happen till today mentioning some reasons and things getting postponed to future dates.
      Even though I was having very good experience and service with my Maruthi Swift Dzire, this is the first time i thought of moving Chevrolet Beat by exchanging my second car Maruthi esteem which i feel that big mistake did my life .

      I have gifted this car to my aged parents and now my father is completely disappointed with your service and unexpected expenses which was informed by your Staff/office mangers for getting this registration.There were several instances where your staff/manager commitment were not fulfilled during the payment schedule and other things related to registration .This is a serious concern from a customer and i am still waiting for registration to happen smoothly .


      I very much concerned now because my father is having many health issues and getting more stressed due to issues happening with him with regards to this car booking
      and registration .I am helpless here since not in town due to by business travel
      My complaint and concern is to settle the issues with respect to the registration and address the customer service related issues

        I bought my beat diesel LT on jan 2012..23000 km till today..very good car with VERY BAD SERVICE..every time my car goes to the service station for service, it comes out with some new scretches and dents..my car is in CPCO...once coolent level was low..i asked to refill .it was refilled with TAPE WATER ¡¡ ...till today 5tImes i have complained about front caliber pin noise..no solution...GM INDIA should pay serious attention to improve the quality of service..I like Chevy cars but only because of BAD SERVICE I WILL NOT BUY...

          dear sir, i have purchased a enjoy diesel tcdi 8 seater KA -51 -ME-2873, from TRIDENT motors bangalore, the mpv has the following complaints to be addressed seriously. the brakes create lot of noise after travelling every 250 kms, the cabin dash board is a bit noisy, the front shock absorbers are very noisy and cranky. the clutch plate gets heated up very soon if i travel any steep hill, very low pickup and torque, not suitable for driving on hill stations . the power supply to the company fitted stereo keeps switching off very often. the engine check indicator switches on if travel 400 kms a a strecth h i am fed up of complaining to the service centre every time and leaving the vehicle for repairs for repeated complaints. i need immediate action to be taken.

            My ch # MA6BFBE2BBT056545. I REPORTED A RUSTING PROBLEM WHICH WAS NOT CLOSED BY KLN AMBATTUR. THEY SAID AREA MANAG denied it.GM is not bothering to resolve my concern they backed out and said bye. I will never recommend this company to my family as their 3 yrs promise is scam. Plz dont buy if you read my comment. If someone from GM wants to resolve call me at [protected]. Note: Repair is not the solution. Replacement is the permanent fix.

              Dear Sir, I have repaired my CAR From the company service center.But due to the Quality inferiority, It immediately came into the disordered condition I immediately contacted to company's personal . And they say that you bring back the car.we will again repair free of cost. but you will have to leave the car for at least 3 days. My question is if i take back the car to their service station then the cost comes out to Rs.7000/- to me.because it is far away from my home and i will have to take the leave from the company for two days.                     I have purchased beat diesel from bhagat Motorways Cheverolet showroom situated at Rakkar colony, Una H.P.After ate day of purchase I regularly serviced my car from showroom at as per guidelines from company, my car is in guarantee's period and car engine get seized and I left car in showroom at motorways cheverolet from 2nd July 2014, till now they have repair the car and saying to half amount of maintennance.but at time of purchase company claims us to have a guaranteed of three years or up to 1, 000000 kms and I have purchased cay two years back and travel only 72, 000km.Please instruct the bhagat motorways technical manager otherwise I will move to consumer court for complaint against company Regards, Suresh Kumar s/o Sh.                         In Tamil there is a place called Madurai in Madurai there is a showroom called A.R.A.S motors Chevrolet and their address is No:35/1, Dindigul National Highways, Near A.R.C.Parcel service, Vilangudi,
                        Madurai-625018, Tamil Nadu, India. In that showroom sales manager called Mr.siva kumar, he told me that he will give exchange bouns and agricultural bonus.After loan has sanctioned they saying that now that they will not give that bouns.The manager of chevorlet mr.siva kumar now saying that once I pay the bonus of that amount than only they release the tavera car, he is saying like that pls do the needfull.They treating the customer very bad manner.In chevrolet in madurai customer service is not good...thay treating the whole cherovelt cutomers as a dog.I want a solution otherwise i will go to consumer court suerly..Pls consider this issues and here after it will not happened to others...

                          I purchased Chevrolet Beat Diesel (LT) on 11th Oct 20112 after deep deliberation which diesel small car with “GOOD MILLAGE” would be fitting for me.

                          Vehicle details given below: -

                          REGISTRATION NO. : KL 05 AD 3756
                          PURCHASE DATE : 11 – OCT – 2011
                          MFD DATE : SEP – 2011
                          TOTAL KM : 33000
                          CHASSIS NO : MA 6 BFBJNBBT 070251
                          ENGINE NO : 10 AB 5 X[protected]

                          It was travelled only 32, 000 km since the date of delivery i.e. 2 years and 4 months to my utter surprise I found some sound from the engine side. I had already given the car at Geyem Motors, Muttom, Cochin on 07.03.2014. After the details inspection from the workshop side, it has been confirmed that the turbo charger was damaged and it should replaced and it will do by free of cost as the vehicle is under warranty.

                          As the vehicle done only 32000 km with in below 2 and half year, the quality manufacturing of the same is suspected.

                          I would also let you know about another car purchased by my colleague on the same time, he also face with some problem in fuel injection pump near to 35 -– 40 thousand KM and after few thousand kilometers the turbo got damaged and again few thousand KM, once again the fuel injection pump was damaged and all the same was replaced by the company as the same is happened under warranty. Finally moreover at 75 km the engine was totally damaged condition and done engine overhauling at Workshop at Muttam, Eranakulam

                          another colleague only done 35000 km, the fuel injection damaged.

                          Finally my car reached 36500 km. again the turbo damaged and the car is at geeyem motors workshop, netoor, Cochin

                          I requested to geeyem as well as general motors and Chevrolet India for Extend The Warranty For The Next Three Years or minimum 1, 00, 000 KM For Free Of Cost

                          as they are refused to do so I am forced to file consumer case against poor quality of the said vehicle.

Now you please tell me, what is the use of replacement when problem is not resolved. • After this they took trial and said problem is not resolved. • This time they said a thing what you call is a Turbo, has to be replaced and engine will be fine. Now before you take any approval from me please explain following: • First you have to prove that Oil was not circulating before which now started circulating due to replacement of Oil sump and others parts. • Second why it was replaced when it is a Turbo problem? • Third Please explain if turbo and all it not an internal and part of engine and how it is not covered under warranty. Number HR31H0759 This email is regarding the severe problem I am facing with my Beat car and the quality of service offered by you dealer Triumph Motors, Peeragarhi, Delhi. I Would like to brief you how badly your dealer handles customers: • On 19th June 2014, suddenly my car problem started. Engine oil wiped out completely and don’t know where it gone. No leakage was found by me. Red indicator light up in the dash board. • On 20th June 2014, I called you service dealer Triumph Motors, Peeragarhi, Delhi for check up and service. They charged me Rs.150 for Pick and drop. They picked the vehicle around 2.00 PM on 20th June 2014 and took it to their service centre which is 1 Km from my office. • Whole day passed and I didn’t received any call from them. I was unaware where my vehicle is. • So in evening I called up the guy who picked my car. He said me to call at service centre. I called up but they were not able to find my vehicle and responded me to call in morning. • This is the level of service wherein your dealer never responds to customer and surprisingly not even able to find the vehicle coming in the workshop. • Anyhow next day I have to go to service centre myself whereas I have paid Rs.150 already for pick and drop. There also for about one hour no one responded. • Suddenly one service advisor came and started giving me reasons for this service quality. Now the best part which is about the problem of car • They saying that Oil sump below the car is damaged and Oil stopped going to engine so they have to replace it and vehicle will be fine. • They said about Rs.7000 approx. for this cost. • I agreed and they changed it. But the problem remains as it is. • Now they saying Turbo in the engine is to replaced and will cost around 15, 000. Do I look like a fool that whatever Chevrolet dealer will say, I will agree. Engine is under warranty of about 1, 00, 000kms whereas car had run only 54, 000kms. This is the quality if cars Chevrolet is making. The incidence shows the worst quality of service offered by Chevrolet. Best part is they never called me. Every time I have to call and ask. Note that this problem is inside the engine and hence as per warranty clause is to be resolved free of cost by Chevrolet. I am not sure this email will resolve my problem or not but this is sure that if it’s not I will be ready with the notice from the Consumer court which will cost me Rs.150 only to take Chevrolet to the courts.                             My name is Arijit Biswas and i am writing to you from Kolkata, I too have a Beat Diesel LT (Driven 35000 KM) and the problem told to me at the service station is exactly the same as mentioned to you and now they want to replace the oil sump and the Turbo. I do not find any logic on the same as this is a perfect case of a car not designed for Indian Roads.

                            Please let me know is your case has got resolved, if so then how

                            Hello Mr. gupta and arijith biswas,

                            I am kannan from Coimbatore. i own a diesel beat 2013 model and as far now i ve done 48000 kms fairly, now my authorized dealer says that my engine has to be overhauled due to oil sump damage but still my engine is under warranty period, but before i was not recommended for any kind of replacement of oil sump from their side. Still they say i should pay for the overhauling cost.

                            Please let me know what should i do further.

                              my name is (ravi venkateshwara raju) i am using chevrolet sait...using car since 7 months... its brand new car...since it ran 9000km only...but i given for serviceing more then 16 times...i have an engine problem...since company technicians from pune and chennai came tested my car...but my problem not solved...when get through the servicing center...they all times failed...but no responce from them...they tell me allways use for 1 full tank and come again...till now my car went for sevicing more then 16 times...its an brand new car...

                                I have left my beat Lt model TN09BQ 5279 vehicle for 3rd service(30000kms) in " KLN MOTORS" EKKADUTHANGAL BRANCH, TAMILNADU CHENNAI. I have requested the following complaints while leaving the vehicle for service. 1. Driver side master locking system doesnot operate so i have to get down through the left side door which this system is installed by "Auot corp" and is authorized by your company. But the service people just made adjustments and made me to pay the bill and than they said it could be rectified by the above said company only. They have been keeping the vehicle for last 2 days but said nothing and making the customers to go some where else to rectify the work but these works to be completed in one spot and that should be in your place and wasting another day to rectify the problem.These kind of action makes the BRAND un trusty to continue relationship with the company and change another Brand cars to choose. 2. I have asked to change the driver side outer Ripper in door which is lightly damaged but they have informed the service is finished and informed me to get delivery the vehicle when i visited the service center they have not completed the work giving an nonsense excuse "THERE IS NO STOCK" How an service center cant have an single piece of that and cant make arrangements in 2 days and fix it . They are asking me to come in another day. so i have to go in some other day leaving all my works behind and to waste my valuable time for there mistakes. 3. The way they have cleaned the vehicle is an worst class of SERVICE QUALITY which creates an worst name "CHEVROLET" IN SERVICE and Making the customer not to again come to company service centers anymore. I HAVE MADE MY MIND NOT TO GO AGAIN TO COMPANY SERVICE OUTLETS EVENTHOUGH IT AFFECTS MY WARRANTY. ITS more better than not going anymore for chevrolet service centers. More over when i asked all about the issues the way they have answered me is the worst class of CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP Makes me how they can improve the sale of new vehicles with this kind of after sales responsibilities not fulfilled and makes me an second opinion while selecting an new vehicle in future.

                                  HI, I am using Chevrolet Beat from past one year. I just hate the ground clearence of it. Everytime when I takeout the car from basement the bumper touches the ground. I have used many cars like Santro and Ritz none of them had this problem. my car num: ka 05 mm 4713

                                    Dear Sir, I own Chevrolet Beat LS (petrol) model (No- DL10 CB 1557) since May 2011. I purchased this car from Delhi. Last week I relocated to Hyderabad due to some official work. Yesterday (03-June) I took my car for servicing to "Kun Chevrolet Service Center Gachibowli Miyapur Rd, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad" service center. I reached there in morning 8:30 AM and I have given my car to supervisor "Srikanth" around 9’o clock. Mine was the first car for the servicing. Supervisor told me that I'll get the car by 5:30 PM max. I did not get any call from service center by 5'o clock so I reached there to see the status of servicing. Supervisor asked me to wait for 15 min. After half and hr when he didn't come to me then I my self-enquired about the car from local staff. Then I came to know that they have not touched my car since morning and it was parked in an open area unattended. When I asked the reason they said its due to labor crunch but when I said that my car was alloted1st number for servicing then why no one has done the servicing, then he was speechless. He just said sorry for the mistake and he told me that I'll get the car next day now. When I started shouting he said sir wait for 30 min we will do the servicing. Tell me, is it possible to complete the servicing in just 30 min that too when is servicing is due for 30K km. Is there any process followed by the Kun service center. If the servicing can be done in 30 min then why they didn’t do it since morning. Also I have noticed that the cars which came later, got serviced. I am really upset with the behavior of Kun Service Center. They spoiled my whole day. Is there any solution for this kind of behavior? I feel like I have taken a wrong decision by choosing Chevrolet car. Regards Amit Singh

                                      I own a Chevrolet Aveo Petrol. Three months back, while on the way to college, my car broke down. After 2 days of relentlessness, I anyhow managed to tow the vehicle to the showroom. The service team of the KUN-Chevrolet Service center at Nagole is so irresponsible that they did not call me even once. After one week, I called them and they get to know that I was supposed to call the service team. Three months of irresponsible and fake service, my car is still in the same condition like at the time of breakdown. Please avoid KUN-Chevrolet Nagole or better "DON'T BUY A CHEVROLET". Irresponsible customer care and fake service center.

                                        Dear Sir, I have purchased a Chevrolet Beat Car of GM Motors from Metro Motors Pvt Ltd, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi in January 2013 vide Registration Number DL9TC5645 and from the day one I have following complaints: 1. Average Mileage on highway and ring road not exceeding 13-14 at any point of time since I purchased, where as GM Motor claim it is 25.3 KM per Litre. I have requested number of time to their dealer about this but I got the reply that it is the normal average and all the customer are quoting the same average in city. Please guide me if the average is 12-13 only then why company is making misleading advertisement if that is only with my car they should take corrective action to improve the average. Is it not a unfair trade practice. If the fault is in my car then either you rectify or replace the car. I have send my car number of time to Metro service station for the same but there is no change in the average. 2. Back bumper of the car always having loos and not fitted in the car body whenever I compliant they reply that they could not do anything, They can tied it with screw only. 3.There is always internal body noise form the day one in the car. I have complaint but no change. 4.Focus of light is also not good rather I am unable to see on long distance road clearly on night. 5.Pick up of the car is extremely bad. I have to make full pressure on the paddle for speed. 6. In case of servicing with Metro, They have charged a full amount on second service but not done anything for •    No car cleaning and polishing. •    Inner body noise •    Back bumper Please have a look and do the needful to get remedy for my car purchased with my hard earned money on loan basis.
