plz give ur 5 min to this post....its helpfull for u ppl 2 So happy i was after buying d Chevrolet India car from baid motors... Such an awesome look.. Brilliant mialage n sophisticated color... I was flying with it.. But suddenly dis journey stopped..!! I met with an accident in which d car got broken... I was hurt.. But more den dat.. I was worried about d car. But insurance made me calm down.. I immediately ran towards baid motors (service station) n askes dem to estimate d expenses... Dey took a while to do that.. I had to work out my head n toes to do that.. Finally dey did dere job.. Now d next hurdle was d paperwork.. I was tensed.. But to my surprise, baid motors never asked for my permission to open d car up.. I bumped into d company n questioned dem.. Dey said... It has already gone for repairing n i m on safe side .der i askd for estimation of my car bt at dat time dey doesnt gave me.... Dey gave me date to check back d situation. I agreed happily..! Now in d final day.. I went to d service station n asked for my car.. Dey said its yet nt done so i was provided wid a date again.. Nw i was movin to n forth to dere service station.. Dere r see dat its lying down n has nt even been touched. I was furious..i lodged a complainin to Chevrolet. Got a reply on mail after 4 days ur car will be good. Bt dey were already buckled up with a bag of excuses.. The first was like this ' we need to work on d engine and dere will an extra cost to do that.' I countered back n question why dey initialy said dat everything is covered n i dnt hv to pay a xtra amnt for this.. N it has been 1 month since dey were behaving so. I was told dat everything will be covered in my claim bt a scam again.. Dey didnt even give it in estimate. I asked back who said no to u for this? D answer was dat dey wil do a re estimated... I was pissed n dejected. INSURANCE Company told me dat restimation cant be done after 1 month. As it can be done aftr 3 days of estimation . Would like to tell you smthin more that i have filed a case on them.. But as usual .. M getting d dates ... Its been 3 months... N m still suffering ...MY CAR IS WID DEM ONLY.. I requeste everyone dat if by any chance, u r buyin a new car dis navratri n diwali ..make sure to chk d service station n if d spare parts r available in d market .. M already in mess.. Hope this article save you from d scam which is going on ao smoothly. Hope you guys will tk a lesson from my case n wont repeat d same mistake as i did.. N I want ur suggestion for case gng on......m right or wrong....plz commnt

    I am purchasing new chevrolet beat in feb 2013 in patiala padam motors but there is a self starting problem in the car before 15 days for that i went to service station & ask for under warrenty replace ment of self. u know Sir/Mam without self car is not in running conditon.but they told me not safficiant stock of the self in his work shop and any work shop in punjab reasion they have already 2 cars to spair which is waitting for self,they dont comitment given to me how much time it will take.so what is the reason of delayaed. what is guarranty of your service? for 3 years how can i trust you?if you can not have safficiant parts of cars so what is the meaning for paying 3 years service contract?

      I purchased Chevrolet sail sedan on March 29th 2013 from chandigarh. Since then i am facing a lot of problems in my new car which is quite unexpected in any new car. First problem which i faced was noise coming from the front glass while driving. This problem was fixed by chevrolet service people by applying quick fix on the sides of the glass. Second problem which i faced after some time was noise coming out of clutch. Initially they were not able to fix the problem. Later on when i went again then the problem was fixed. Now again i am facing another problem in the car. Now while driving the car irritating knocking noise is coming repeatedly which has increased now. When i went to another mechanic to have a cross check i got informed that there are other customers as well who are facing the same problem and this sound could be axles. I took the numbers of these customers and spoken to them and to my surprise they were also having the same problem. Now i want a inquiry why so many problems are coming in the new car. We are planning to go to consumer court if our problem is not resolved. We are not expecting temporary solution from your side. I advice all of you not to go for cevrolet sail sedan as this car is having lots of defects and problems. This is not only my view as this is a feedback from lots o[censored]sers of this car in Chandigarh.

        I had given my sisters vehicle Chevrolet Spark for service at Trident Chevrolet at old Airport road on the 27th of July 2013. Earlier also the vehicle was serviced by Trident Chevrolet - Kalyan Nagar branch.

        I had requested for an early pick up so that the vehicle could be returned the same day. The respondent Ms. Sapna ([protected]) was courteous enough to communicate that she can have the veh picked up only at 11 AM.

        Subsequently i had called them back on the landline and spoke to a person by name Sanjay who confirmed that he will try having the vehicle picked up at earlier than 10.30 to 11 AM and assured if only service is to be carried out they will be able to deliver the vehicle the same day.

        Next day no one turned up until 11.15 AM and i had to call them. It was then i was informed that the driver is still in their office only. The driver called me and said he will then board the bus and took all the landmark. He subsequently reached the resi only at 12.30 PM and took the vehicle.

        I was told that the vehicle has reached the service centre only at 3 PM, when questioned they blamed the traffic. Its understood reaching 15 kms will not take 2.5 hrs.

        Now the service engineer was Dayanand who called and said the vehicle can not be delivered the same day and assured delivery by next day 11 or 12 noon positively, as i had to get the seat covers and the tyres replaced. Next day being Sunday i had asked them to deliver on priority.

        The next day another service engineer by name Eshwar calls up and says the veh can be delivered only by 3 PM and the estimate mentioned was Rs. 26 K. It was then i asked him the reason for delay he had no answer.

        The respondent Eshwar was pretty rude and he instructed someone next to him in Kannada language to wash the vehicle and have it delivered without doing much to the vehicle.

        This was the time i was shocked that how can a person speak this language as if he was doing some favor on the customer. When i said i will approach higher ups he said you can speak to anyone and he is least bothered. Though i had mentioned about speaking to Commander Kumar and MD of Trident Sameer as both these gentleman being reputed persons in the industry.

        Finally the vehicle was delivered at 5.30 PM and when checked the wash / cleaning quality was very poor. The driver who got the vehicle was shown that the dust particles and other marks inside the cars were intact.

        When we wanted to speak to certain higher ups the driver did not respond properly and subsequently made us speak to someone who passed on a discuout of Rs. 500.

        In the same time Sanjay called up and said why are you holding the driver and the payment. Until then he was no where.

        Similar issue happened almost 2 yrs back when the vehicle was picked up for service for Trident Kalyannagar branch wherein on delivery it was found that the centre locking was not functional. They made us come to their workshop and subsequently took some 3 hours to get it rectified.

        I also had tried reaching out to Commander Kumar of Trident on the Sunday morning but he also never answered the calls.

        Trident is a big group in Karnataka having dealership of Hyundai, Chevrolet, Renault etc but are poor on customer delivery.

        Chevrolet Spark — PATHETIC SERVICE

        Hi Good Evening ,

        Myself Ravindra customer of Cheverolet Spark , residing in Hyderabad, I have booked for service pickup on Monday i.e. 28.06.10 and as per concern Mr.Satyanaryana ( [protected] ) it would be picked up in between 8.30 am to 9 am as I need to catch up my office hence requested to pickup as said timings , since from monday morning i was chasing ur guy's for the pickup including the person who has commited for pickup , Even after Intimating 48hrs in advance , I think in service giving an intimation 48hrs in advance is a good time for picikng up from my house by M/S Kun Service ,Hyderabad ( Dealer for General Motors) , But unfortunate even after calling the concern who has fixed my service appointment he intimates , He has not been to workshop yet and need to check and revert back , i get a call around 9.45 / 10 am stating asking my residence address and after my followups car was pickedup around 11.30 am this is what the service levels maintained by your service associates , No corrutsy to call for delay and concerns says our workshop ,drivers ,staff comes only after 9 am but even i consider the same it should be picked up by 10 am from residence as priority intimated by customer, Your service workshop is less than 12km from my residence , THIS IS THE FIRST PATHETIC SERVICE ADHERANCE AND COMMITMENTS KEPT UPON , while pickingup the car driver in advance intimates it may be deliverd today or tomorrow afternoon........... Do you have any service levels to maintain or not , To have a general service does it requires 24hrs?????? Do you have so less manpower to service customers and you publicity 1 lac cars sold out........... After sales is more important to have a run rate business.

        Before giving to service we have intimated very clearly to check MILAGE , A/C , OIL & WATER , WHEEL ALIGNMENT etc and as per norms.

        The service concern calls me and tells me the estimate for Service would be around Rs.2000/- and i was ok with it and the person tells me the estimate to be around Rs.2549 for changing the oils and handling A/C( Most funny part is after intimating in advance you guys for get to check the A/C , Hence estimation is again revised from 2K TO 2.6K ) THIS IS THE SECOND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ADHERENCE.............

        Before completing the work i have asked to give a call so that during handover i wanted to be personally at residence for which again i need to chase and check when it's getting delivered but unfortunate again i need to chase and i get response stating we shall revert back saying service is done but driver not available , Do your service associates runs business by 1 / 2 drivers for entire HYDERABAD CITY , I have intimated stating i would be at residence by 7.30 p. so that my car can be sent , I get a call around 6.45 pm by Mr.Satyanarayana stating our driver is yet to come and expected in next 1/2 hrs time and he will call and start to ur residence and i was awaiting call from ur concerns / workshop and finally i get a call from driver around 8.30 pm stating , i reached workshop now only , I request i shall deliver your car by tomorrow i.e .11.30 am , As your aware car is not ment to give service for days together , Because of your unplanned schedule no backup Driver's , Driver who has picked up was trying to convience stating delivery would be done tomorrow but i have insisted to deliver today only i.e. 28.06.10, I have spoke with Mr.Satyanaryana the gentelman who was involved and commited from service pickup , I don't know finally want went among them and driver says sorrow voice , Even its delayed i will come and drop ur car at residence and finally gentelman comes for delivery around 9.30 p.m and gives bill and i was insisting to show the works done and explain me minimum check points which required by us........ He shown and finally i wanted to start and c the condition of car serviced and i open the door my cabin light was not glowing and which was very much glowing while giving for service , I asked gentelmen what is this and he was shocked and says everything was tested before moving out and then i asked show the Q.C. check points which went through , He says i will try to rectify the same and he opened the cover of the light and saw the bulb and among themself conversion seems to be ok and along with him other gentelman was there and said it might have problem in btry let us check and they started checking connectivity , finall they concluded that it might be fuse / bulb but still confusion what is the problem??????? I called up again MR.SATYANARYANA as single point of source even knowing never commitments kept but no choice , he said this would be a minor problem i will get it resolved tommorow by 10.30 am either at my office or residence and i informed pls do make it my residence only .......... As both gentelmens ie Mr.Satyanarayana & Driver wanted to collect the payment and commited it would be done , but i was insisitng him it would be done or not , Ensured by both that 100% it would be done , As customer no choice believed and paid them the service charges which suppose to be paid........THIS IS THE THIRD PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ADHERENCE.............SERVICE LEVELS ARE SO POOR THAT , SERVICE WORKSHOP DON'T HAVE BASIC CHECKPOINTS TO CHECK BEFORE DELIVERING TO CUSTOMER THAT TOO AT RESIDENCE.

        As day starts followups begins with MR.SATYANARAYANA seeking when my problem will be addressed , I have called up around 11 am and wanted to know the status , Immediately again as standard answer i will check and revert and i get a call ater 1hrs time stating this cannot be fixed by our drivers and need to be addressed by mobile service team , hence i will check and revert back where they are and finally i get a call stating those persons cannot resolve this as entire wiring need to check " I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL SERVICE WAS RENDERED BY YOUR SERVICE TEAM WHILE HANDLING THIS SERVICE AND DELIVERING CAR " , As said reason by Mr.Satyanarayan insisted he shall pickup the car again from my residence to workshop for which i have asked who shall bare the expenses in fuel as needs to bring from my residence to workshop and workshop to residence as fuel charges are blowing out and more over no cause of customer ,why should i bare this expenses which is going to occur ........ moreover the time which is been wasted in pursuing ,following etc for which he suggested , pls speak with our Service Manager ( MR.SMAPATH REDDY , [protected] ) , Hence suggested called up manager , He listens fully and teld me that he would speak to the concerns and get back to me by 3 pm today as i spoke with him around 2 pm and till now there is no call from his end and Great gentelman Mr.SAMPATH REDDY is not picking up my calls either from my mobile or landline , I have tried not less than 6 to 7 times sinces 4 pm till now.................. No use, HE IS LEAST BOTHERED TO PICKUP THE CALLS / ADDRESS THE MISTAKES MADE BY TEAM OR ANY ONE , BEING IN AN RESPONSIABLE PERSON AND SUPPOSE TO LEAD AND GUIDE THE LOWER STAFF , HE HIMSELF BEHAVES LIKE THIS WHAT'S THE HELL WE EXPECT FROM OTHER , Hence i was forced to to take up this higher ups , If i don't get response in next 12 hrs i would be forced to take up legal measures.

          I have taken a very worst decision in my life by purchasing Chevrolet beat diesel.

          I have purchased Chevy Beat Diesel car on 10th May'2011 (DL 10CB 3179). I always go to AutoVikas, Moti Nagar, Delhi for regular or timely car service. However, I am not satisfied from the services. I am facing multiple issue like Suspension, AC cooling, Cleaning, cost of service etc. I have provided feedback to them so many times but still no such solution comes out.

          1. At the time of purchasing the vehicle they have told me a fixed annual expense on service however every time they charge heavy expense on service.

          2. when I have raised an issue regarding suspension, no solution comes out. Later on I received a letter from them sorry for the inconvenience, in regards to this we provide you the free car wash along with solution from problem. However, later no solution provided.

          3. AC is not effective at all. When I told them that I am facing issues with CAR cooling they replied that in this model that is the problem that ac is not effective. we have no solution for this.



          Now I am writing this hoping that my issues will be resolved soon. My car service was due on 30000 kms however just because I was not satisfied from the services from Auto vikas moti nagar. Now, my car crosses 33000 kms & service is required. I would request you to please suggest what to do. Do i need to change the service center. Please suggest.

            I've purchased new car from the show-room.The customer representative have told me that this car is a best fuel efficient car.It gives almost 23km/litter average efficiency.Also chevrolet gives the promise of 25.30km/lit.average efficiency.
            Blindly I trust on them and purchase the car and when I've the efficiency,I get shocked that this car gives only 17-18Km/litter average.I've measured the average by consulting and taking guideline from Navsari chevo. workshop manager and other engineer.If I made any mistake than also i feel that I can't get the average as they have said.So it is absolutely true that they have misguide me and make me fool.
            Now i become worry about taking this decision.I've no idea what to do for this fake and wrong promise given by the chevrolet beat company
            So,please help me and also guide me to do further.

            Chevrolet Beat — fuel efficiency

            I h've purchased BEAT in the name of Dr. S.K.Dwivedi from Kanpur Cross Road Motors....I m not satisfied with fuel efficiency...In workshop average was tested by mechanic.he is agree with me...after testing av was 8 km/L every time he said ok but result is big ZERO.....I have not any solution except to go court....check my car from ur engineer..
            Even i have purchased BEAT in chennai sundaram motors. I am not satisfied with fuel efficiency. in their website they publishing false news that 18km per liter . but in true its not giving 13km also. I have contacted the customer care and explained my problem.
            That concern person told me one irresponsible answer that the millage they displayed only for test while in riding u will get only 12 i asked him then why u published false news in ur site we bought a car to drive only not for testing.
            At a same time the service in sundaram motors also very poor. I ever expereince such a worst service in any other service center

              My name is Pankaj Kodwani and I’m from Nagpur, Maharastra (India). I would like to draw your attention to certain things that has happened with me.
              Around 1 and half month ago we bought Chevrolet Beat from your authorised dealer Star Motors , Nagpur and around 15 days ago all of sudden car started getting over heated so we went to star motors and they said after deducting insurance clam total expenses would be[protected] rupees. I was amazed whether we have bought Chevrolet Beat or any car of BMW or Audi. Even BMW and Audi’s maintenance cost doesn’t so much after one month of buying. On the same time their behavior was very bad so we went to another dealer Tajshree, Nagpur.
              After inspecting the vehicle people at Tajshree said total expenses would be around 7000/- rupees after deducting insurance clam. Than after some days again they gave me a call and said expenses would be around 50000/- after deducting insurance clam. After that I spoke to your Zonal Manager of that area (I don’t remember his name), who is actually well trained to say ‘NO’. In my 20 mins conversation with him he never said- let me check with service station and I’ll get back to you. Only thing he was telling me it’s not possible so I thought he is well trained by the company to say ‘NO’ to its customers.
              Then again next day I got a call from service station and they said we will charge you[protected] after deducting insurance clam and I sent them a mail to confirm the final amount and they confirmed 43500/-.
              Now I have few questions for you-
              1) I truly understand that from past few months the demands of cars is going down so is there any internal policy that Chevrolet has made to cover this cost from his existing customers by charging them heavily at service stations.
              2) Why your CEO comes in TV ad and says “3 years Zero maintenance” It should be change to “3 weeks Zero Maintenance”
              3) Also pls confirm whether you people are selling cars or vegetable because the way your dealers are doing bargaining it seems you are selling vegetables.
              4) why should I pay for the things like piston, connecting rod etc which is actually a manufacturing defect.
              5) Would request you to pls contact your dealer Tajshree, Nagpur and ask them to change the required parts and I’m not going pay for any parts because it’s a manufacturing defect and company should give a free replacement.

              Your quick response and action in this regard will be highly appreciated. I’m expecting that I should get my vehicle in running condition within next 3 days.

                Hi, May I introduce myself, Mrs. Meenakshi Vijay Shah, from Andheri- west, Mumbai, India.

                We have purchased a Chevrolet Car on 12th Feb 2013, from the dealer Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd, Veera Desai Rd, Azad Nagar, Andheri West Maharashtra, India. Details of the same are given below:

                As you are aware it is the monsoons in India around these months, and it being the first monsoon post the purchace of the car we are already facing the following grivenace.
                1. There is water logging in the entire dicky as well as the back seats, esp the right side of the back seat. and once the water enters the car, it has to be manually removed.
                2. Thus now the car sensor too is not functioning.
                3. Apart from this major issue, the other prominent grievances which have been reported on several occasions and not been acknowledged are, air conditioning not working thoroughly, steering wheel is jam, car cover yet not delivered after 4 mnths...

                It has been a week since the car is taken back by the dealer to check the faults , however not only have we not heard from them, we yet have to receive an acknowledgement that my car is with the them. Despite of continous calls from our end to them, we have been just being forwarded from one personnel to the other. From the sales to the service, back and forth.

                There is a severe medical emergency in the family, which has been informed to the dealer, and we have been using public transport despite of our own car. Apart from the laid back service to look into the matter, we had also been refused another service car, whilst this one goes to the workshop to check for the manufacturing defect.

                On Monday late night, the dealer finally gave us a service vehicle, however not functioning properly.

                Under the given circumstances I refuse to take delivery of the above said car, and I need a replacement immediately, failing which I will be forced to approach the consumer court and media.

                Sorry cannot end the letter with best regards, as I have none for anyone who does not do their jobs and are occupying position without responsibility

                I have diesel Sail NB, I have also faced the problem of water logging inside the cabin which was resolved by deler, now i am facing some wiered noise coming while car is in move and vibration in steering, Average of the diesel car i am getting is around 11-12 KMPL while company clams it 22KMPL . Dealer is saying engine is fine and giving the good milege not sure on what ground he is telling, we al being made fool by cheverolet by giving the faulty product, not sure how come this product passed the quality check, everywhere there is noise inside cabin, in one month 4 days my car is in garage :(

                  With all your respect, I m not happy the way things are managed in the service centre. The staff working for you have no idea wat they are actually looking for or they have just been trained to make changes where not required and charge the customer. I have a chevy Beat that I have been making regular service in authorized sevice centre that's in vasant kunj. things were great until 15000km all the necessary changes were done and things were good since my last visit I noticed the guys in the service centre have changed who actually doesn't know how to handel a customer and while doing the last service for 15000km they told me to they need to change the filter I told them that ill be changing it on 20,000 they agreed sounds good but at 20,000 when I told the new guy to change it he told he that everything seems ok no changes should be made and charged me for nothing. he didn't even clean the car and was handed over the me the way it is and was late by 1hr 30 min. I would request a manager to look into this and get back to me otherwise I will be registering an official complain towards this.

                    This is to inform you theat my car was insured by Auto Vikas on 11the April'13 at 1250hrs withe Tata AIG for which I was given a cover note by te executive came from thee Unit of Auto Vikas Moti Nagar.
                    unfortunately in an accident my back glass broke down for which i went to thee body shop on 20the May'13 at 1000hrs and applied for the clain via insurance and filled all relevant documents. I was informed by thee body shop team theat thee car was surveyed and thee agent told theem thee claim cannot be approved due to the policy no. was not available coz thee policy was not yet punched in thee system.

                    I contacted ms. Archana in insurance dept. of Auto Vikas and she told me that let them check thee status. no response was given by evening and at around 1745hrs is spoke to Ms. Goldy and she said thee policy will be punched as soon as possible and you will be provided thee policy no. which would be valid for thee claim.

                    on 22nd may at around 1115hrs i received a call from Ms. Goldy to note down the policy no and the same was submitted in the body shop as well.

                    I was told by the manager of the body shop theat thee approval has come for the broken glass and the car will be ready by the evening of 23rd May.

                    Now, my major area of concern is that why the policy was not punched when thee cover note was valid for just one monthe and even theat period have crossed. secondly, i will not pay the extra parking charges posted in my bill due to this negligence. on thee top of all this leads to lots of extra time devotion to sort theis matter which involves my regular visit to the body shop as well as the coordination withe the insurance dept. of Auto Vikas.

                    Request you to take off thee parking charges from my bill as i am not ready to pay a single penny because of your improper coordination. and i also promise that i will be in touch to thee local agents for thee insurance of my car as they give better discounted rates as well as timely delivery of thee documents of thee policy done by theem ratheer thean relaying on thee Auto Vikas which leads costumer to this situation.

                            To Chevrolet India,

                            Chevrolet is one of the leading brand in Indian car market. But surprisingly its service is worthless. I have one Aveo, but I had very bad experience about Chevrolet within last 1 & 1/2 yrs. It's a very shameful. I have more cars of other brands but I never faced such humiliation. In future I will not buy any Chevy cars and also not recommend to any of my friends and relatives for chevrolet. Before buying Chevy cars first think about Bad/ worth/ high value service cost/ astronomical repairing charges.
                            Last year my car’s AC machine had stopped working for some fault, hence I contacted my nearest Chevrolet authorised service station (Longia Motors Pvt. ltd.) on 07.05.2012. But the service engineer told me that no leakage is there but the gas is low, so I will refill it. I repeatedly asked him and his service advisor that please check it properly (any leakage or any other parts is needed to be replaced) because every time it is not possible to come for the same work and also spending money for the same problem (Chevrolet and there service station always feel that customer means kill them through charging them highly.). But they did not worked properly and told me if you will face any problem, then next time we will not charge you for Gas..... It means they know they don't work properly fault is their so customer will come again. And secondly, that day I told them my car engine oil life is over so change it. But they charged me for one full paid service, which is Rs.900.(it's means when you want to change the engine oil of your car form Chevrolet authorised service station then you will have to pay double charge).
                            After 3 to 4 months later my car AC stopped cooling again. So I went to Longia for report but they told me that - it stopped because of some leakage in the AC pipeline so I was surprised, if they knew that there was a leakage then why they were not able to solve it before. It means they planned to take more money (double charge) for the same work.
                            So this time I went to another service center Dulichand Motors Pvt. ltd.on 11.02.13 for AC repairing again. As per them the AC gas is out because of leakage and the valve was not working, and the estimated cost is Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7000 for repairing. So again I was surprised and asked them why this value , then they told me the breakup cost where I found there was a Rs. 2000 extra cost they have added. So I told them don't make me fool, do exactly what the customer is demanding you to do. Then my bill comes down to Rs.5000. It means if any customer do not check / ask about the detailed breakup of the bill then they will (Chevy service center) charge astronomical amount to their customers. But from this month again the AC cooling is dropped and again Chevrolet makes me fool. So what Chevrolet wants from me for one AC repairing and also proved previously was duped by the service station (Longia and Dulichand). Actually all service center are doing same job as per the Chevrolet instruction.
                            So my suggestion to all the car owners is that before buying any Chevy car first think about it's worthless service & also Chevy car owner also check the work when you will go the Chevy service station.
                            I need to back my money or need solution against my paid money.

                            Diptendu is absolutely correct. Such bad service has never been seen before. I too am a Chevy car owner (Beat LT) since an year and i really regret of my decision of choosing Chevy over other's. The service is highly pathetic. They will always make sure to kill the customer by charging them. The parts which they will name to be replaced will be the one's which you might not have even heard about and would be high on cost. My car has been to the service station 5 times since the last 2 and half months. They will never check the vehicle thoroughly despite of telling them the severity and the frequency of the issue. They will just do some minor works and return the vehicle faulty so that after few days the situation becomes worse and the part has to be replaced forcibly and this way they can make money, can make a donkey out of the customers and achieve their targets of selling the spare parts. My car has a very low running and is a single-handed vehicle. Since its purchase in June 2012 till today, it has not even completed 10, 000 kms. Still i have spent Rs. 9000 when the last service was done which were the charges of the third service and the replacement of a part named "Oxygen Sensor". For this particular replacement I had to send my car thrice to the workshop which is 10 kms away from my place.The staff is so stupid that they will call the vehicle for a part replacement and will not even check the stock whether its available with them or not before calling the customer!!! They will keep you waiting for hours although they promise that they will not take morethan 30-40 mins still you are made a fool there and moreover the staff members and the Manager tell you to leave without the vehicle and will also not arrange for a drop when you are already late for the office. Now there is another issue of the power steering pump for which I sent the car 20-21 days back and they again did the same creepy thing of not checking the vehicle properly and sending it by doing minor works. Now since 5 days the same issue is coming and now they are so glad to tell me that the pump is damaged and it needs to be replaced with an expense of Rs. 20, 000. WHY THE HELL DIDNT THEY CHECK IT BEFORE PROPERLY TO AVOID THOIS SITUATION? IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE ISSUE THERE WOULD'NT HAVE BEEN ANY NEED TO SPEND THIS AMOUNT. BUT THE FACT REMAINS THAT THEY WANT THE CUSTOMERS TO STAY STUPID AND BELIEVE IN WHATEVER CRAP THEY SAY AND WHATEVER LOGICS THEY GIVE. I HAVE GIVEN UP WITH CHEVROLET AND WILL NOT SPEND ANY MONEY FOR THIS OR ANY ISSUE. I DONT NEED MY CAR BACK. KEEP IT WITH YOU SO THAT I GET RID OF YOU. SHEER HEADACHE IS CHEVROLET SERVICES.

                              I regret to inform you that I am very disappointed with behavior of Mr. Kiran Thakur at S. G Highway branch. Pls read below what happen……..

                              I went to SG Highway Chevrolet Car Showroom to book New sail UVA Basic Model in petrol (Grey Color) on 27/03/2013 Dhuleti Day on that day Mr. Kiran & Mr. Nitin was committed to me that we have said model in stock and can deliver on 29/03/2013 if you give us full amount cheque. So I paid them full amount cheque on same day to ensure I get delivery on 29/03/2013. second day I went to Chevrolet office to submit my document (address proof)at that time on second day Mr. Kiran said the car is not in stock you have to wait for 10-15 days more and also you have to pay Rs. 10,000/- extra due to price rised on Car TAX. I told him why I have to pay Rs. 10,000/- extra as it’s your wrong commitment and also you took full amount cheque from me before price rised. But Mr. Kiran Thakur was not agree any return me my full amount cheque and told me that I can’t do anything you can cancel your booking we don’t care. I was totally shock & surprised that Chevrolet sales guy doesn’t care for Rs. 5 Lac (As we all know that Rs. 5 Lac is not small amount) also his behavior with customer is totally not acceptable at all. So finally I reached to Mr. Sirohi (GM of Chevrolet SG Highway) he understand my situation and committed that I will book your car and at old price and will deliver on 25/04/2013. I appreciate his help. However I call Mr. Kiran Thakur on 25/04/2013 to know status of delivery and before he talk to me he hold my phone and talking with his internal Colleague with using bad words that ek chootiyo customer chhe kyarni gand mare che (I Have phone recording and I will take this in Consumer court because this type of behavior I have never seen in my life and not acceptable at all. I will take strictly action against him and your company.)after their internal communication Mr. Kiran said me that still we have no stock and we are not sure when we can deliver your car we can’t do anything for the same if you want to cancel you can cancel your booking.

                              I do not understand how Chevrolet sales person can talk with their customer like this it’s very shameful. I think there is no value of senior person or GM in Chevrolet that’s why Mr. Kiran can talk like this with customer. If Chevrolet will not take this action than I am sure that in future Chevrolet sale will down just due to bad behavior of sales staff like Mr. Kiran Thakur.

                              I hope above massage you understand well and take necessaries action against him on priority.

                              Also let me know final date of delivery of my car as I have already broken Rs. 5 Lac FD before 1 Month just because of your sales person wrong commitment.

                                WE PURCHASED CHEVEROLET BEAT LT ON DATE 10TH-FEB-2010,SINCE THE DAY WE HAVE PURCHASED IT TILL NOW DATE[protected], WE ARE NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE AC UNIT INSTALLED IN THE CAR,IT DOES NOT WORK EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY, WE GOT IT REPAIRED ATLEAST 5-6 TIMES AS INDICATED BY AUTHORIZED WORKSHOP AUTHORITIES.
                                SECONDLY THE INBUILT MUSIC SYSTEM ALSO STOPPED TAKING CD IN JUST AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF PURCHASE ,REGARDING THAT ALSO WE ASKED THE WORKSHOP PEOPLE BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO EITHER REPAIR IT OR GIVE ANY PROPER SOLUTION FOR THAT.
                                THEREFORE WE KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK FORWARD TO THIS MATTER EITHER THERE IS ANY INBUILT PROBLEM IN THE CAR OR IF IT IS AN INDIVIDUAL PROBLEM THAT IT SHOULD BE GOT REPAIRED ELSE WE WILL MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT..

                                  I had given my 1 year old chevrolet spark for servicing @ Subrai Motors , Vasco on the 2nd of this month and there were certain issues that i had mentioned to be rectified like the wheel bearings of both the front tyres.i had ordered for door locks and accuator for central locking on 3 rd february 2012 which i have not yet recieved.now evn after15 days my car is still not ready and evn after telling thm about the problem is with the wheel bearing they have replAced my mounting bushes and charged me for that bt still the problem is nt solved and my car is still lying in the workshop.today whn i cheked my car there were scratches on my car all over. Chevrolet has the most pathetic service in goa and they dont have any concern for their customers.i would never recommend this cars to ne one in future.

                                  Chevrolet Spark — poor servicing

                                  i have a cheverlet spark,i have gone through second paid service 19th sep 2010 at DPM auto at DEHRADUN CENTER..this time the quality of service was extremely poor..they called me for the feedback response after the above service i have inform them about my dissatisfaction about quality of service but till then there is no response from the Service center.i have register the complaint regarding uneven balding of both rear tyres,they told me that this is because of poor alignment of tyres and they have to be aligned and rotated, but nothing have done.Internal cleaning was also of very bad quality.apart from poor services of given complaint they have lost wheel cover of left front tyre..
                                  i was a admirer of Cheverlet for their World class products and i was completely satisfied with my car SPARK even i have recommended and convinced many of the persons for quality,class and services of Cheverlet but this time i am highly disappointed .

                                  spark — poor service

                                  I’m writing this out of sheer frustration. My car (Spark, red in color, Regn. Number - AS01-AG 5156) was given for repairing in Radiant motors of Jorhat, Assam on 19th April 2011 after I had an accident on 18th.

                                  I was informed that my car would be ready by 23 April, but it didn’t happen. Then they told me that the job will be done by 7th May. Some other development happened in between. The service manager (Rajiv) suddenly left the job, but before leaving it he promised me that he would get the job done at any circumstance on 14th May. It didn’t happen either. Today is 20 May, and when I investigated the case the service manager said that it may take another 10 days or so.

                                  Now my question is how a person can leave a job suddenly without completing his job. He lied to me. Moreover the present service manager(R K Das) doesn’t even have any clue what is happening to my car. He doesn’t reply properly. As per my information, the dealer doesn’t have a proper servicing infrastructure in jorhat. They get the job done in some other third party.

                                  Is this what Chevrolet service all about? You all boast that GM is the largest manufacturer of cars….and what not….I’m absolutely pissed off by the level of service that GM has provided me. This is the second time I’ve been deceived by Radiant Motors.

                                  Does it take more than a month to repair minor damages? Do you think that GM will shine by giving false promises? I’m sorry to say that yours is a failed company…….
                                  I’m selling off my car very soon and I promise I would never buy a Chevrolet product in future and I would make every effort to tell people to stay away of GM. I would do a big campaign against your company in all possible media channels, be it TV, social network, word of mouth and internet community. You won’t believe the how the propaganda will affect your reputation and sales….. At least in Assam…… That’s a promise.

                                    POOR SERVICES ---I Mr. Sunil i buy car before 8 month , i was very Happy with the technology used for Chevrolet Beat, and suggested the same car for few customer and my friends who already purchased the car.
