Respected Sir Chevrolet is the most trusted name in the world of car. But poor service (Paid) done by Eldee Motors, Allahabad. Invoice no -000504 dated- 30 Apr 15. Simply washed with water without using shampoo, changed engine oil and filter for these things they have been charged Rs. 2000/- not checked other parts. This is unsatisfactory service given by Chevrolet company in Allahabad. Good service given at Gorakhpur. So please intervene and inform

    I am having AVEO LT model May 2012 now warranty is getting expired in May itself, I tried to extend this warranty through your authorized service dealer “Padam Motors” Chandigarh but authorized dealer told me that there is a clause that warranty needs to extends before 2 months of its expiry period but I never got any intimation from GM side and also from dealer side that this is the clause and also sales executives didn’t told me. I am regular visiting Padam Motors for routine service but there service executive never told me the same thing, if they told me the same, then definitely I will get it extended, now somehow I am feeling cheated without having any fault on my side. I hope you understand customer concerns and take it to next level and provide me exceptional approvals to get this extended warranty support from you guys, My vehicle number is UP14 BR 6613 and you can also check in your records that all services were done in your authorized service center on time. Other issue which I am facing that Shockers got leaked in 22, 000 KM only, in last service I came to know that there is some problem with steering assembly, these problems are rare to have but unfortunately I am facing these issue also although the car only ran for 33, 000 KM only. Looking forward to get help from you.

      I have chevrolet beat diesel car. In last time date-26/11/2014 i give cargo motors gandhidham service station for accident work ok and bill ammount Rs.2, 14775 i recive my car date-3/3/15 i also do a paid service. paid service bill- rs.2700 but now in my car some engine problem and his manager say its a turbo problem i said ok he change my car turbo but not solutional i also paid rs for external warranty now company manager say to me its ur folt and make new engnie in my car. so please resolve my problem

          This mail is regarding my car: Chevrolet CRUZ which I bought almost 3 ½ yrs ago from Megha Automobile, Lucknow. This car has a chasis no 017317 and Engine no 48525K of 2011 make. Ihave few points to raise about the services as well as the quality of car whichI am having, these can be summarized as:

          1) Recently, I encountered a problem withthis car while going back to home it suddenly stop taking speed and virtuallystop, before this I was experiencing gear issues for 2-3 days. I called up yourservice center in Bangalore (Trident Automobiles, Kalyan Nagar). They told methat it could be a clutch issue. Now I have question for you, why this car hasto be undergo clutch replacement only after 38K kilometes ? while I haveanother Car _Honda City where clutch replacement happened after almost 70Kkilometers… I can understand and appreciate that clutch is subject to wear andtear and need to be replaced. But you cannot have such a vast difference inquality of product which two Companies offer.

          2) This is not all, I had to replace mybreak pads and shoes at almost 32K kilometers (Nov’14) which is again putquestion mark on the quality of product being sold by GM. Again if I comparethis with HONDA- break shoe got replaced at almost 52-53K kilometer level. Thisraises one more doubt in my mind why after paying almost double of the cost Iam getting much inferior quality product from your Company.

          3) The other issue which I have faced withyour Company is; when I took the vehicle to your authorized service center, they initially told me that cost of replacing clutch assembly would be appox80, 000…… ??? when I argued with them, it came down to 65000 (which they havementioned in the Vehicle service order). Plus I was told that it is not theclutch plate, pressure plate, clutch oil but also some rotator or something hasto be replaced and the costing of that will be 80000.. I am wondering, you people offer sub quality products which does not even last equal tocompetitive products, but you guys have made replacement so costly andcomplicated that, customer has to pay through his nose…..( please note thereplacing clutch in Honda city is 11000 only)

          4) Finally, the service quality is pathetic….. I would not even term it bad……. Firstly we will have to wait for gettingserviced (Booking are full), secondly, we don’t get what we have asked for(last time the vehicle was delivered much after the promised time). No reminderfor service due etc…


          5) At last, I would like to tell you thatwhen I booked the car in Lucknow, I was shown car where there was an emergencyexit from the rear seat was there but when I was delivered the car, I was toldthat the Company has stopped making this model. I had no choice but to takethis vehicle.

          At the end, I would like tosay, Please make quality products, compare with your competitors who areoffering far superior products as well as service and also ensure that yourdealers are not taking customers for ride ….. change everything just to makemoney……????

            The vehicle was given for service on 12 Mar 2015 as there was a gear issue. The car was picked from our home and the clutch plate was changed and given back on 14-Mar-2015. An amount of Rs 13400 was paid. Within two weeks, the same gear problem re-occured and we were asked to come and leave the car. Finally, after a week, they picked it up from our house. Kropex team said that some welding has to be done due to technical reasons and we were again billed Rs 1100 (Bill # 000333 dated 11 Apr 2015). The car was delivered back on 11-Apr-2015. When we received the car within a day we found that the dash board displays (Speedometer & Hodometer) were non functional. We were advised to drive to the service centre to rectify the same. On 18-Apr-2015, the car stopped in the middle of the road while driving and there was no break down service as well. We made our own arrangements and got the car towed back to our home spending extra money. We have completely lost trust in the services rendered by Kropex and General Motors in general. Further one of the car specialists confirmed that this is an EMS issue and the cause of the problem is the service guys are likely to have welded it without disconnecting the battery. I have no trust that GM or Kropex will resolve and settle the matter in our favour. We have once far all decided to hand it over to private agencies for service from now onwards. We are wondering why not take up the case to consumer council and claim the damages for dereliction of services and neglect from Kropex and General Motors

              I'm from bangalore I had purchased ENJOY LTZ PETROL VERSION on 02/07/14 it has run about 11500 kms till date. On 11/04/15 I went on an trip to ooty from bangalore with 5 adults among which an lady aged 83 years was traveling with us. At around 3pm the car suddenly stopped moving forward during the uphill drive to ooty, we were around 22 kms away, it was an dense forest in the hill stations of ooty and was raining heavily. We called CHEVROLET 's ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE EXECUTIVES they said the cluch might have burnt so, the car can't be driven, so they told they could arrange the toying vehicle and it would arrive the next (12/04/15) day to get to our location ( how would you expect us to wait in the dense forests of OOTY till the toying vehicle arivired and we couldn't even leave the vehicle and move forward to ooty expecting your toying executives to arrive at that spot leaving the car in an remote areas of the forest ) so we arranged an local toying vehicle and they arrived around 8:30 pm (we were stuck in the forest for about 6 hours with an aged person with us in that heavy rain) and me and my son had to help those toying people to get the car on to the toying vehicle, which was an struggle in that rain, we had to pay them 5000rs to get the car to ooty and we had to take an alternative vehicle for us to get to ooty and the costed us another 1700rs to reach ooty from the location were the car had stooped. The next day 12/04/15, ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE EXECUTIVES sent an toying vehicle to OOOTY and later the vehicle was bought to COIMBATORE to ANNAMALAI'S AGENCY (CHEVROLET'S AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER) and the same day we had to leave OOTY to COIMBATORE(as toying person had forgotten to collect the car key), we had to pay 2700rs to reach COIMBATORE taking an taxi, the toying vehicle reached around 3pm and we reached around 4:30 pm in taxi. Though the vehicle had arrived, no one bothered to have a look on what was the problem with car once it had arrived at the service center. And for accommodation we had to pay 3500 per room(we had to take two rooms for 5adults) for the stay in COIMBATORE. Today 13/04/15 once we arrived at the service center at around 9:30 am, still the car was not inspeced. We went to have an talk with the manager Mr.Elango he lied to us saying that (IN AN HIGH VOICE), the car is inspeced. Even though they didn't have an look at the car until, we had arrived and told them to take an look at what was the problem with the car. Now they say that the CLUCH KIT is to be replaced and it would cost us 8500, and the car would be fixed by tomorrow evening 14/04/15, now we have to again pay 7000rs for tonight's accommodation for two rooms. From day one of the purchase, there was problem with the transmission i.e there was problem in going to reverse gear. How do you expect an car's cluch to get burnt after running for only 11500 odd kms. Please look forward at this complain else will have to go the CONSUMER COURT and sue the company. And this is not the first car with such complaints related to transmission and cluch related problems, look forward about such problems either to stop this Car or give the customers good service and response. I want to know what best can the company can do, for these costly EXPENDITURES which i had to pay unnecessarily.

                I have bought a beat diesel on dec 2011. The vehicle was shown starting complaints after two years. I have complained this to the GM service the neglected the complaint by some battery voltage problem. After 3 year the vehicle was completed 50000km. Then the warranty over and i purchased extended warranty for Rs.4100/-. Last month the vehicle was breakdown and the mechanic from GM said it was due to engine failure and it is common for these series vehicle. So i given the vehicle for the checking the complaint. After checking the service people given an estimate of 25000/- and i asked about the amount. they said that these are engine parts not covered by the warranty. This not acceptable by me like common people because i have spent 500000k for purchasing the vehicle and before 60000 km the the engine was gone and for maintaining i have to spent again 25000/-. So my humble request is do not cheat the medium customer by giving these types of vehicle. Now my vehicle is in GM service Cochin and decided to file a consumer case before the consumer forum.

                      It has been a year since I bought a Chevrolet Enjoy from trident Chevrolet, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. Since then I have been having worst experiences with regards to wrong calls from the service centre mentioning the vehicle with register number that is not mine and the vehicle itself. I have been terribly disturbed by calls and sms's from trident Chevrolet on irrelevant issues with no connection to my vehicle. This happens even after requesting the executive who call me from the service centre and also after complaining in person to the assistant service manager Ms.Deepa. It is high time trident develops a mechanism to update customer information database and stops disturbing customers.

                          I got my service at 28000 kms and was told that brake boosters and shockers will be replaced under warranty but they are not available at the moment and they have ordered and will call me. I have not received any info about it till date. After 34000kms i again went to Showroom and the product were still unavailable now when i went again after 10 days only breake boosters are available and their service head is saying that only if you get your car serviced from us then only we will replace your parts in warranty This is so annoying the dealer is ambala automobiles oberoi.                             Took the car from General Motors Pvt. ltd I am writing this to draw your attention towards a particular matter that is caused due to a service centre of Chevrolet. I own a Cruze LTZ 2012, MH02CL3799, under warranty. This car has some problem that shows CODE95 while driving. I took this car to the service centre named AVK Workshop, Dahisar, opp Thakur Mall, Mumbai. Mr. Cloud; the advisor, told me an estimate about 15, 000 and informed me that they had to change some cylinder (bill attached) and explained that the problem is due to adulteration of the fuel supplied in the market. I agreed to leave my car for couple of days, they said I will get the car back within 2 days which was then extended up to 4 days. No information was provided regarding any matter and my calls were kept unattended. I went on to collect the car and the bill was 20, 000 which was not informed earlier and they took a thousand rupees more for an unknown reason. I asked the bill for that extra amount but they were unable to provide the bill. Hence I decided to get this matter into your notice because the problem is still not resolved and I was about to take the car for a scan but they denied to accept the car today due to no availability of scanning machine. This is one of the problem I have faced. They never inform any process details once the car is handed over to them. Previously for some problem they said the estimate will not be more than 30, 000 but ended up making a bill of 33, 000.                               Sir, I purchased Beat car in JAN14 from Jalgaon showroom.Sales manager promised to give remote central lock as a free gift .They wrote the things in sales file.They told that there is technical errors in the locks...so wait for some time..I enquired many many times after...still I did not get the things ...THEN they told to provide another accessories worth Rs 3600... but they were unable to do this also...                                 Chevrolet Beat K L 55 J 6027 . owner name, moosa mobile no.[protected] Dear sir Now my car km is 53000 .At the km of 45000 started a Starting problem. .Immediately l went to showroom palathara kottakkal(malappuram.kerela). From there they told me to replace the battery. I did it with my own expence.but still the problem was there.Due to unexpert your technician they didn't find out the real reason of engine problem.Then At 50000 km car has again started same starting problem . After that again I went to palathara showroom.From there they asked me to go malappuram showroom for engine checkup.After checking the engine they infomed me there is a engine problem Sir, I am a single owner.It is not my mistake to find out engine problem from beginning. Because i did all services & checkup tamely from your showroom. So I am kindly requesting you to make engine in good condition of my car . Please consider this my complaint seriously as early as possible Thanking you, yours truly.

                                    Hi sir/Madam, I have purchased a Chevrolet Beat car from KUN Motors Nagole Hyderabad on 31st Dec 2014 . I have exchanged my old Maruti-800 car, at the time of exchange they said that they will charge RS/-2000 for RC transfer but when it came to car delivery they charged me RS/-4000. At the time of car permanent Registration they dint even informed me till last date and they dint even provided me any documents till the final day of registration and when i went to showroom for enquiry the response was so rude that i cant even explain in word. All car manufacturing company will provide car registration also but when it comes to Chevrolet the company is not yet all bothered about the customer once they sell the car. I have taken car loan from HDFC bank. The bank as sent me that the loan amount of RS/-4, 62, 000/- as approved but the executive said that only RS/-4, 55, 000/- as approved . After repeated enquiry about the loan the executive said that for some suraksha plan the bank as charged 6000/-, but without my permission how they will charge all those charges. It was so worst that i dint even met the bank employee once, all the thing are done in secret. At the time of Purchase only there was RS/-10, 000/- loss & i am worried about how many things i have to face to continue with this Chevrolet .I Cant even Explain how worst was this experience with KUN Showroom Nagole Hyderabad.                                       I got the delivery of chevorlet sail ls abs petrol on 18 feb 2015 but they did not give me invoice they said it is not ready.its 23rd today they have not given me the invoice they are still saying it is not ready yet.The salesman was rude and did not took the pain to clarify the reason for delay.I think I have made a big mistake by buyin this car I can't recommend anyone to buy any chevrolet car .its not only dat their services are poor but also they have so many hidden cost which the salesman don't tell .I am really disappointed with chevorlet. I hope someone will help me after reading this..

                                        Sir, DPM Dehradun Uttarakhand service provider regret to do the service by saying that it has been already done to this car than I said how? Service coupon is with me. They did only one service of my car. Other complaint of mine is that they never call me or intimate me for any service or other information from the date of purchase to till now. We are also busy, they once call or intimate us for the same then we don't do it is our mistake. Please tell them to do it otherwise i have to complete it from outside on 2/3/15.
