dear i have purchased a car Chevrolet Spark. it promise each drive make a happiness .BUT FOR ONLY THREE YEARS AFTER THAT PAST ONE I SUFFER FROM VARIOUS ISSUES LIKE CLUTCH PALTES, BEARING OF WHEEL, AND ALSO ALTERNATOR ARE BEING MALFUNCTIONING SO I CAN'T SAY THAT EVEY DRIVE MAKE HAPPINESS. ALL PROMISES ARE FAKE.

    I have purchased a chevrolet BEAT car from Frontline Automobiles(Chevrolet showroom, mangalore) on 2nd May, Its registered on 5th may 2014.I have made RTGS of Rs.602368/- on frontline automobiles on 29/04/2014 but they have not given any receipt against purchase of Car, Road tax, Registration fee, etc and even not yet refunded the access amount. The senior Sales Executive Had promised me at the time of car booking that he's gonna give me some accessories along with car and had not given anything, instead he behaved with me in a rude manner(very careless sales man ever). I'm totally harassed by Frontline automobile's service. Worse service ever i got. I'm calling them everyday but they are not bother to reply me. They have to refund me more than Rs.29000/-

        sir i bought a chevralot beat(petrol) in july 2014. the company tells the milage of 18.6 k.m./ltr. but since i bought the car the milage is 10 k.m./ltr in city and 13 k.m./ltr on highway. i take the car three times to service center. but the problem is not resolved. sir i m from neem ka thana and company service center is in jaipur or sikar both places are about 100 k.m frm me if i went again to the service center the estimated cost for me is about 1500.00 for petrol of car. i m bothered of this. because of i already paid 4500.00 for this. company give 3 yrs mantinance gurrentee for non consumable product. but second time when i want to vki(jaipur)service center they charged me rs 1100. so plz look in the matter and resolve the problem vishal somani vishal industries neem ka thana [protected]

          I have got the service done by kalyan auto and had a very bad experience. they charged 24000 inr for the service and spares. when i came back to mathura( my place) i found that the break pedal goes down. when i asked them they said that due to replacement of break pad it is is happening. but after enquiry with the costumer care i found it was the false statement . then i went again to agra and was told to replace the master cylinder and booster which cost 30000.00. tell me how is it possible that booster and cylinder got damaged just after the service?any ways i ordered them for cylinder and booster and was told that i will get the work done in 7 days.but till now approx 20 days i am not getting any answer. when i complaint to mr. abhishek roy i come to know that the spares has not even ordered yet. Mr. kamal singh at kalyan mot. said to me that it is his guarantee that nothin will happen you just drive the car in the same position the car is standing idly since 30 days kindly take the necessary action and suggest me what to do?

          Dear Sir,

          I am a proud owner of Chevrolet Beat ( KL- 41 F 3376). Had purchased my car on 2011 and is under 3 year warranty.

          Within a year or so my car had developed recurring maintenance problems even though i had always serviced my car at authorised service centres and on time.

          Now over a period of 9 month my cars service service lamp seems top be glow intermittently. When the service lamp is on, my car has very less pick up and its turbo becomes very noisy. For this i had taken the car to the service centre and each time they replaced some parts and ensure me that the problem is solved and wont come again.

          But the service lamp glows again and the problem starts within a few days o[censored]se after the service.

          The car had been to service twice with the same problem. and each time the problem could not be solved.

          Now on 10 July 2014my car was again given for maintenance at your GeeYeeM Showroom/ service centre at Nettoor, Ernakulam. They informed me that my cars intercooler is damaged and needs replacement. For which i had to pay Rs 16000/- to replace the same. Even after that the car was misfiring and was not performing well.

          Since 15 July 2014 i have been asking them about my cars repair status and what exactly is the problem, but there was no proper response from the service adviser. On enquiry when can i have the vehicle back, the service adviser was so ignorant. Even after repeated calls and request from my end no one seems to be bothered about at least updating me about my cars service status. Even the service Managers whom i had contacted today morning promised me to give a call back with the details. But he too failed to keep his promise. Later i tried hios no all day but was switched off.

          This was least expected from a company of your stature and name.

          The faith that i had with Chevrolet is let down by the recurring maintenance problem i am having with my car, even after regular & timely service.

          I request you to kindly do the needful, so my car can be serviced and solve all the maintenance problem which is yet to be discovered by the service people at the Nettoor centre.

            This is with reference to my Chevrolet Beat LT, which is 2010 model. I bought this car from SC Auto, Thane (Mumbai) in May 2010. My vehicle has run so far 29249 km. I did my last servicing on 22nd Feb, 2014 @ 28604 km. Surprisingly, the car is in SC Auto workshop under overheating engine case since last 7 days. After due check, the workshop people called me and told that the overheating still persists after few parts change and they have to change the entire head of the engine. There was a serious service lack in my last service, when I had oil change, break pad change and couple of other replacements, at that time the service people without go through the proper check up they just said everything is ok. Right after 1 month the vehicle is in workshop, cause of overheating of engine. Why did not the service people notice it in my last service. This is purely inefficiency of chevy service centre. They always misguide the loyal customers and very poor service. The service centre has given total estimation of Rs. 70000/- to be spent for entire head change, parts replacement, labour charges, etc. This is a serious concern, I wanted to bring this to all my dear chevy fans and appeal guys this also happens with Chevy cars. In all their TV commercials, print ads, they shout and say chevy gives the engine guarantee of 3 yrs or 100000 kms. How come the engine would be out @29000 km and at service level fault. The Chevy manufacturing of vehicle does not hold truth what they are committing... I am not in a state to spend 70K just for no reason and what is the guarantee that i will get my vehicle at the earlier condition or how much more i can drive tht defective piece.

            Sorry to hear about your car. I am too having exactly the same over-heating problem on my Chevrolet beat LS. It's a 2010 October model.
            I bought it second hand from Carnation Mira Road, about 3 months back. Exactly after a month o[censored]se, the car started giving over-heating problem. It completely broke down on the busy road at Chembur. in month of April.

            Eventually, it was taken to Carnation workshop at Chembur. Problem detected was 'Failed Water Pump'. It was replaced, and all went fine
            till about 3-4 weeks. Again, couple of weeks back ... the over-heat ghost came again. Coolant started boiling in the reservoir, and I had to pull
            back the car on road side. The car is back to Carnation Chembur ... its been 2 weeks. Earlier they said Head Gasket has failed ... but now its thermostat. Still haven't got my car.

            What I learned from the 2 incidents ... Chevrolet parts are very hard to buy. It took almost 4 weeks for the Carnation guys to get original water pump from the Chevy authorised dealers. Second, Chevy parts are not reliable. The car is only 3 years old ... first it was water pump, then oil pressure switch, and now Thermostat or Head Gasket.

            Lastly, avoid buying cars from Carnation. Their 160 point check is just a joke! ... It's been 3 months I bought this car, and out of that approx 40 days my car is at Carnation Chembur for repairs.

            AVOID Chevry Cars ... AVOID Carnation (if you want to save your hard earned money!)

            I had a same experience, with my Beat LT, and i bought it 2010 and ran only 33000 infect i did the service regularly and same problem like above happened after 3 months of Service .
            I bought Chevrolet beat diesel in 2011. Everything was just fine until I sent it for servicing in Carnations. They replaced my ac condenser and several other parts saying they need replacement urgently. After it came back, the pick up went terrible, ac condenser stopped working, smoke came out of the tail end, the display went off and basically the car was badly damaged internally. I found out later that the parts replaced are fake and when I approached Carnations, their executive told me that I replaced the genuine parts with fake ones. Can anyone buy that? I would kill my own car? Any way, in between all these, my car went to carnations several times because of the ac not working. Well, it is still not working and I have now filed a formal legal complaint against CARNATIONS, Noida, Sec-63. Avoid this place. They are all cheats. They gave me a bill of 21, 999.
            Model beat LT 2010 km 40000. I had same problem over heating water pump, leakage in exhaust & bad quality gear knob . The service centre has given total estimation of RS 60000.model beat LT 2010 km 40000
            Thats true chevrolet beat has such a poor quality vehicle. many problems with in this 4 yrs. for me its the diesel pump failure. very costly part, very poo quality, non availabilty. what to say chevy beat is a curse..

            also due to the malfunction of spark plug coils causing the car to vibrate allot
            I have a March 2010 Chevrolet Beat. I faced this problem of coolant boiling and overheating with smoke from the reservoir when the car was new only, Service centers did not point any fault and only topped up lost engine coolant. This is a manufacturing defect and Chevrolet India should recall these cars and fix it free of cost.
            Hi all Chevrolet Beat 2010;users facing engine coolant overheating boiling with smoke and have posted the issue here .I called[protected], Chevrolet complete care toll free and they have accepted this engine coolant overheating to be a manufacturing defect with a certain batch of cars. You can call and put ur complaint here, remember to take ur complaint number or they will just tell you that they will notify the concerned and do nothing.
            Calling[protected] or emailing them is a waste, they call you back and emphasize as trained to do but actually they don't do anything other than telling you to take the car to the dealer for inspection, as if to show they did some value addition by calling and telling you something one already knows. The csr at Chevrolet complete care accepted coolant overheating to be a manufacturing defect and a known issue with 2010 Chevy beats only to later deny it later. Very bad after sales I must say.My experience with these dealers has given me an impression that they are just out there to make money. During the free service they just wash the car and return it.The moment your free services are over they start Fleecing you, by even making you change parts which are not marked as replace in the inspect and replace chart in the car owner handbook. For eg. When I recently changed my engine oil filter they told me to change it again although I told them it's newly changed. And the original problem of coolant boiling and overheating with smoke is not even fixed. Every dealer I showed it to had a different diagnosis, is it possible if you go to a doctor one says you have cancer, the other says you have kidney problem and the other says you have diabetes for same symptoms, in the context of the car it's coolant boiling and overheating. Is this incompetence or Fleecing??? I would say both.
            I do own Beat LS 2010, and facing the similar issue. Is there any one got any positive assistance from Chevrolet to get this issue fixed.

              may car beat 2011 dec model, when it is in the speed above 80..two times happened car become auto off i informed to the dealer first they cannot find the complaint, 2nd time they fix it i think, two days before i read in other country Chevrolet calling back car for this same complaint, iam worried about this complaint, once again this complaint happen no more complaint from me ...bcz ...

                Dear Sir/Madam I am Mr. Kesarinath V. Tare Owner of Chevrolet sail LT Diesel- MH 04 GE 7707. Their is leakage problem near diesel tank and recurring diesel supplying pipe is damaged and when i went to servicing it has been asked for to wait for 8 to 10 days. if this kind bad servicing& delay in action is occur on regular basis than how does consumers will prefer to buy above or any model in future from Chevrolet India. More are hidden by Chevrolet. 1) In punjab : see attachment for photo 2) In Namakkal YOUTUBE : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFTHq26RkGc 3) In Gujarat : call [protected] for info 4) In northindia YOUTUBE : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvig7A6MzWk Though the vehicle is maintained thoroughly by authorized dealer of GM the car faced an ill fate while myself and my friend were travelling from Namakkal to Madurai for an official meet on 26.06.13 around 5 pm.While on move we experienced a melting smell from engine compartment and we realized it’s a kind of electrical short circuit.With no time we pulled off the vehicle and came out ..The ABS lamp was on and the speedo meter went to zero at the time of all of sudden. Head lamps were on at the time of accident even we removed the keys to cut off the battery.The actual cause of fire accident was not known to us but for sure its a technical error in the electrical wirings.Being a premium vehicle the vehicle was taken to dealer even for small repair works. Of my no mistake I have lost my vehicle. chevrolet is playing double standards in India and US. Cars sold in India are of poor quality. That is the reason chevrolet is not successful in India. Dont buy chevrolet captiva and put your dear ones in trouble. This is my kind request for innocent customers getting cheated by criminal chevrolet India.

                    Respected sir; I have sail uva(diesel) purchesed on 13 may 2013, which is giving problems 1) avg. 2)power window 3) roof top 4) doors i have contacted to dealer, cuustomer care & Mr.Shrikant also several times to solve the problem of my car, but there was no satisfactory & positive reply from your side. I am realy frustrated due to this attitude of your company.

                      Sir, I purchased a Chevrolet Beat-LT No. HR-LOT-3137 on 25 Jun 2013. I am a school teacher in Kaithal. On 23 Jan 2013, due to heavy fog, my car struck with a tree on the way to my school. I handed over the Car to M/s LR Motor, Kaithal, Dealer Code- NKT-386) for repair. The car was inspected by machanic in the workshop and I was convinced that the car shall be made fully serviceable within 10 days. They said that steering of car is not working properly and needs to be changed. According to M/s LR Motor, Kaithal, they have demanded the steering of above said car, but when inquired, they could not produce any documentary evidence of same. They just give false statement and not even attending the customer properly. After 10 days also, they made an excuse of not having received the spare part or full steering of car. Till date they could not rectify the fault or could not procure the spares as required in my damaged car. Nobody here giving the satisfy reply. They just beat around the bush. I am really upset. I have requested many a times to do the needful. But they just ignore my request. I request you to look into the matter, so that my car shall be made serviceable at earliest.. I am really upset with the service and behaviour of /s LR Motor, Kaithal, Dealer Code- NKT-386).

                        I am owner of chevrolet cruze reg no. Pl18 l 0074 and facing problem in its pick up from last 3 months and the chevrolet service dealer aakriti chevrolet in jalandhar cannot find the problem and its solution beacuse of which i cant use car because it is not working properly. The car is under warranty and i want chevrolet to replace my car other wise i will take a serious action against chevrolet. I am very dissapointed with chevrolet vehicles. I am also very annoyed with the aakriti chevrolet because they call my car in their service centre for more than 15 times for this complaint and after 2-3 days of testing said we cannot find the problem.

                          my vehicle no.is KL14 M 7767 my vehicle 16/01/2014 on wards is in kasaragod, kerala service center my vehicle runned only 47000 km now there is a high engine starting sound it is very high ur service advisory says that it has terbo complaint the warranty period is not completed but they are not ready to repair under warranty they says that we did not done service at time and oi lsump is damaged. the oil sump is touched is not because of our fault it is because of the road and also in the case of delay of service in time when we brought the vehicle their they told they have no time there is so many vehicle brought to service . so we returned. So please take necessary step our response will be according to your replay..otherwise we will make a press meet and well complaint in to the court. Many vehicle in our locality has got same complaint

                            Dear Sir, It's been 3 months I bought Chevrolet Beat Diesel LT, from your authorized dealer Raj N Dibyani Automobiles from Bongaigaon, Assam. At the time of delivering the car, the dealer has taken fees for insurance & registration. But till date they have not handed over the the registration of the our car. I have visited several times to your dealer but still they didn't provide me the registration no. In fact when I ask them regarding these matters they shifted me/my call from one person to another.                               Dear Team, Hi, I would like to register a complaint against Romi Motors, Kanpur for against their Faulty CAR & Pathetic Service. Ref: My BEAT Diesel Car Reg. No. UP74 H2779 I, Sudhir Kumar bought the above mentioned car from one of your dealers M/s. Romi Motors, Kanpur in 2011. I got all the service from Romi Motors. At the servicing there was a complaint of engine.On 20Dec, 13 We contacted at Romi Motors. We were very upset when we were informed by the staff that the engine(Parts) of the almost new car was not working and it needed to be replaced. The callous and indifferent attitude of Staff further gave us a rude shock when they told us that it would take a week’s time to fix the car. On 13Jan, 2013 I went to the workshop and was shocked to leastioning that it will not be covered in Warranty and total budget for it will be1.5L. But according to company it's warranty period will be three years.I am living in constant tension as I had taken a loan for this car which I am not being able to use. Therefore you are hereby requested to cover the entire parts of car in waranty which has serious manufacturing defects. yours truly Sudhir Kumar . Please help me to come out this problem.

                                I had purchased a spark Regn no DL 8 CV 1902, on 25 May 2012 from Triumph Motors, CP New Delhi. The car has just completed approx 15, 000 Kms and undergone third servicing recently in end Nov. I noticed one of the front tyres was worn out quite badly. The tyres had not been rotated during earlier servicing and I had requested for rotation during the third servicing which was done. However one of the tyres has been so badly worn out that the steel wires HAVE BEEN EXPOSED and it has started leaking after the third servicing . Presently I am using the spare tyre. This can be attributable entirely to the slackness in the part of service staff of Triumph motors, service centre. I had informed the same to the service centre when they rang me up for feedback after the third servicing, however the service centre has been non-committal and I have not heard from them again. The fact that only one tyre has been worn out so badly is a cause for concern and may be due to other problems like gross wheel mis-alignment or even a problem with the suspension. I am also not sure whether the tyre was replaced during one of the servicing. On the whole it has been a real bad experience for me as I have never faced a situation like this in my more than twenty years of driving experience, wherein I have used four new cars from different manufacturers. I sincerely hope the company takes notice of this and take effective steps to mitigate the trouble I had to undergo .

                                  This is my third such complaint on performance on Beat Diesel bearing number KA-04-ML-5465 purchased on 09/12/2012 from Trident Cheverlot, Kalyan nagar, Bangalore. From day 1 I am facing issues with all glass getting fogged while kept in the parking. This issue was raised earlier & Naveen ( Manager - Service) at Trident took it up for resolving the issue. Subsequently rainy season started and I did not face any issue at that time. Now since the rainy season is over, I am again facing the same issue when the car is parked under sun & when I come back in the evening from office I see that all the glass is completed covered with fog. This is not an ordinary fogging which will disappear with A/c on. I have to use cloth to clean my windscreen & even then the view is not clear. I had given my car for my 2nd servicing on 08/12/13 & again I have told them about this issue. But my service advisor (Sunil) told me that no such issue. Now it is more than 1 year since I am facing this issue and as per feedback from the service center, they have not come across any such complaints from any other users. Since this fogging disrupt my view while driving, I facing lot of difficulties. Now since service center is not able to resolve the issue, I instruct manufacturer to take back my car & inspect/investigate on the issue & replace with another car immediately. Since this is QC certified vehicle, how come certification was given when there was issue from day 1. If problem is not resolved immediately, I would like to move with consumer forum for wrong QC & putting lot of difficulty on the consumer holding all the earlier/present communications as record. Also I would like to mention few feedback on recent servicing. Two issues of Power windows not functioning & my seat cover(Driver Seat) was not fixed even after pointing out while leaving for service. I get feedback that qualified technician is not available to fix the issue presently. I was asked to come back again. This is the kind of service being delivered to the customer. Hope some resolution will be arrived with in 15 days, failing which I would directly seeking help of consumer forum.

                                    Hello Sir, My name is Vasisth Patel and i am from Panki, kanpur. We owned four cars from your showroom. 2 spark, Beat Diesel LT and recently Sail LS Abs Diesel. The problem is our recently bought Sail is having some serious manufacturing dedects such as Noise from different areas, under powered engine, low mileage of 11-12 kmpl on diesel, malfunctioned music player, poor fitting of dashboard and many more... After several visits to service center for recently purchased car your employees does not responds to any of the problemes and i was told to adjust with yhose persisting noise and wuth that poor engine.Your service managera use to laugh i told them about my issues.I reaaly got pissed by your servicing staff. I was getting a feeling of purchasing a used car at a price of new. The car was owned by my father: Mr.Upendra katiyar. Please do something and kindly resolve my issues as it really matters for a common man like us! Hope for a positive respons! Regards!

                                      car starter problem

                                      having beat diesel LT model bought from badhwar automotive from rohtak in november, 2012. the car starter is not working. this problem has occured twice in just one year. I informed them at last service (dated-27 july, 2013) that the key is not moving smoothly and hangs up sometimes, but they said part is not available with them, & after so many calls till today they have the same excuse that the ignition switch with key is not available...
