my chevrolet tavera KL 22 C 9931 started having the problem of coolant leakage after running 50000km, i have taken it to my dealer deedi motors several times they ask me to pay the fees for the repair i does so still the problem exists.. this has repeated several times.. each tym the dealer makes me pay still no result

chevrolet/tavera — poor service

hi this is k.c. muduli.i brought a new Traver during the purchase to till date. i got so many problem in technical defect,so i depend upon your service station in bhubaneswar, but your technician was never operative with us, so we are suffering my job regularly.in last 4days we are in service in ur station bhubaneswar,now a day my string was not function,so i contact ur service station nobody will help me, so i wast my time and money in this company, so i decide me that car will sale out .

        I am sorry to inform you that i am totally dissatisfied with your sales representative Mr. Zubin Mehta (M) :- +91 [protected], working at CARGO CHEVROLET, Gandhidham, District Kutch, State :- Gujarat

        I was interested in buying Chevrolet Cruze New 2012 Model, I visited your local showroom on Friday the 8th November 2012, but to my surprise the demo car was not at your showroom, it had gone to another city for test drive, i checked the old model, but as i am buying a car which costs me 15 lacs i will definitely buy a newer model. I wanted the test drive for the new model. they promised me that they will give me a test drive on the next day, but somehow they didn't called me up on the next day, rather they called me up on Sunday The 10th November 2012, I asked them to give me test drive on Monday as i was out of town for personnel reasons.

        I contacted your stores person at Cargo Chevrolet on Monday the 12th November 2012, as he is the person whom i know Mr. Biru (M) :- +91 [protected], he was also surprised to know that I haven't got the test drive of the NEW Chevrolet Cruze. He then contacted the sales representative, and then they promised they will give me test drive by evening, which again to my surprise they didn't even cared to call back.

        The next time i met your stores person Mr. Biru was when he came to my Shop was on Friday the 16th November 2012, i asked him that is Cruze so much in demand that a person is not getting test drive of the car. so he called Mr. Zubin Mehta ( the busiest Sales Representative in whole of India) and asked him that you take Cruze for test drive everyday, then why haven't they given test drive to me, and where do they take the car for test drive, do they take it out of city everyday, that a person in the city is not able to get a test drive. By this time i had lost all hopes of getting the test drive of the NEW Chevrolet Cruze.

        Somehow on this Monday i went to CARGO FORD, which is almost in the same building as of CARGO Chevrolet in Gandhidham Kutch Gujarat. I again tried my luck by calling the stores person i know Mr. Biru , but he was in Delhi, he told that he is leaving on the same day, and will come the next day and give a test drive of the car, but somehow again my dream of test driving the New Chevrolet Cruze, has ran out of luck, and till today the 21st of November 2012, i have not got the test drive of the NEW CHEVROLET CRUZE.

        Now i have thought of not buying your car, as the company who doesn't even have time to give a test drive, how will it be able to give me service on time.


        I guess you have got many bookings, that's why your sales representative and your staff is not interested in giving test drive, to somebody who aspires to drive a Chevrolet.

        I had a very good perception about Brand "CHEVROLET" which has been tarnished by my recent experience with Chevrolet and now I may not think of Chevrolet as an option to go for.

        I wish your whole team of Employees, all the very best of luck, and success in selling the NEW CHEVROLET CRUZE.

        Thank you very much for giving me a true experience before I could buy your car.

          I MAYUR Ashok Salunke, I have purchased A new Chevrolet Cruze2012 on the 22nd 10 2012 during the occation of
          Dashera. I was travelling to goa on the 15th of this month . We had met with an major accident in a village called Ajzra near
          Kolhapur.. and got crashed on a tree. We all were wearing the seat belts at tht time. We were 5 People in the car . I
          mayur salunke was driving, My three brother n my sister.

          When we got hit on the tree. The Safety collision system did not get activated. The AirBags opened late. The person
          who was sitting besided me, Shekhar Salunke ( My Brother) he got badly injured as the air bad did not open on time.
          The windshild also broked. The pieces of glass had hit Shekhar on his head and he has got 15 stiches on his Eyelashes,
          Forehead & ear. When the accident happened immidietly there were heavy flame coming from the Aircondition flaps.
          My right hand got heavily burnt as the flame came from right side AC flap. Sameer Salunke , My brother who was sitting
          on the rear seat in the middle , His face got burnt as the flames came from the central flap and it went till the rear side.
          My Sister ,Ashwini Salunke, Her hairs got burned.

          This is Completely a Design & a manufacturing problem in the CRUZE. I was going to buy a honda city car, But when i
          saw the safety features given by your car (Cruze) . I thought to lets spend more as you are doing it for the safety of the family.
          What is the point of me now buying a car of nearly 17 lakhs on road When i m being not getting wht i was assured for.
          My car is being declared as a total loss . All of them in the car including me have been hit badly being in a so called safety car.
          I have left the Car in the Unique Automobiles, Kolhapur. I am going to complain about this is Consumer forum.
          Please think about it" ITS NOT SAFE AS CACOON"

            sir,
            i have a compaint with the chevrolet beat {diesel}, i complained so much time with the company customer care center on his email , and customer care all center. i booked complaint with his customer care with the compalint no 2062 dated 25/10/12 and than i booked one more time with the complint no 2524 dated 29/10/12. and yet they didnt do any necesary steps of my complaint and my complaint with the car is not solved. and i am remind them about my complaint regularly.
            so, i am requisting you to take necessary steps and try to make my car normal .

              MY CAR NO.UP93AD 5892(CHEVROLET BEAT-LT) PURCHASED FROM M/S VENKATESWAR AUTOMOBILES,JHANSI ON MAY-10TH -2012,DEVELOPED OPERATIONAL PROBLEM IN AIR CONDITION ,WHICH TILL DATE WAS CHECKED ON 4 OCCASIONS AT THE SAME SHOWROOM AND NOT YET RECTIFIED.EVEN THE RESPONSE FROM THEM IS NOT GOOD.I AM SORRY TO SAY I AM GETTING IMPATIENT AND MAY RESORT TO LEGAL ACTION IF MY CAR IS NOT REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am a owner of Chevrolet Aveo 1.4 CNG. I am having a Chevrolet cashless promise starting from purchasing the car. During the routine service at 25,000 Km, I feel some inconvenience with one of your dealer. Kindly suggest that what should I do.

                  During the routine service and the checking of alignment of the tyres, camber of tyres was almost out. Service manager said we have to change
                  one of the part named "Chimta". I said you may change, he replied that you have to pay for it. I said no, if it is to be changed it must come under running repair. But he was not agreed.

                  Kindly suggest that one of the part named "Chimta" does not come under the Chevrolet Cashless Promise.

                    i took chevrolet spark top model with LPG 1 yr back. i paid cash 4lac 15 thousand. while taking car they claim that it will give 18km/lt avg for petrol and 2-3km less for LPG. after taking it the avg for LPG was 10. when i complained, they said it will increase after 2500km running. but after that the avg did not improved. agin when i complained they did something but problem remains same. then they checked avg which was 11km/lt on highway. now they r saying that it will give this much avg only. the person who sold me the car was agreed that he claimed 15km avg but even after that no body was responded positively.avg for petrol is also 13.5km/lt. there also a very poor service. for a simple dash it will take 7-8 days to complete. most of the time there will not be water to clean the car.
                    i hv many friends who r having other company cars but with them this problem doesnt happen. i m big problem. i cant sold the car because there is no resell value for it and cant use becoz of poor avg & servicing. i m in big mess now. the first expirience with chevrolet was very bad. dont know what to do

                    GM - Spark — Avg very poor

                    The day I had a test drive of Spark I found Spark such good looking car, Value for money along with milage promise of 16.9 KMPL. Avg promised & told by sale executive during test drive that avg mentioned & claimed 16.9 KMPL is in city so be assure that u will get more on highways. Where as it is almost 10 KMPL only.

                    Complaint is as how one can advertise that thier car will give so & so avg when in fact it no where near by.

                    i hiren doshi has given my uva car for service after long period i got appointment & they have promise to give car duly service within 3 days but sorry to say that till date i have not got the car n make accuse that we dont have wiper motor & wiper blade which is most important in rainy season .

                          I have aveo 2009 model and its getting rust on whole body of the car when i complained they took almost 1 month to rply after that they said your car is under warranty and we will solve ur problem and it will take 4 to 5 days to repair it and they have taken 13 days and when i saw my car rust was still there and they have also damaged my car interior and now they are saying that your car is not under warranty and we cannot do anything. And the behaviour of whole staff was very rude. I am very dissappointed with chevrolet services and there staff behaviour because at the time of purchase they promised me warranty for 3 years.

                          Chevrolet Aveo — Service flaws.

                          I bought Aveo 1.4 from talera in November 2008. I have been regulary serviceing the vehicle from Talera only, and never ever gave the vehcile to service outside other than these guys. I have also been replacing the parts which were normally suggested by them. One day, my alternator belt broke on the Road and becasue of this all the sixteen valves have to be replaced costing me close to Rs. 30, 000/-. After Enquiry, I came to know that, the alternator belt needs to be replaced after 30000km. My car has been servicesd at 42000Km and even by that time, Talera has not suggested me to replace the Belt. I checked my vehicle records and found that, there has been no suggestion from talera to do this.

                          Its purely the talera Mistake and they are not ready to this hit on them,

                          I am very upset and I guess, G.M. should do something in about this.

                          As it is this is a dyeing time for G.M. so G.M. guys... take a call...

                          Chevrolet Aveo — Poorest Service

                          I am the owner of chevrolet aveo . I faced problem of high rpm on my way. I immediately next day went to Chevrolet Service Center in Jalandhar at BMC Chowk, Punjab. They after checking it said that it has problem in sensor which checks the accleration power. So I told them to fix it . They said that we have to put a new sensor .Then for getting sensor only they took 2 days as it was not in stock . Then after 2 days I inquired about it . they said the sensor is OK but the whole part that has more than 3 sensors is in which it also is integrated is not working properly. I calmly admitted it as they said that the spare part would be available after few days . I as per earlier agreeing that after 7 days my car would be ready . But this is the 10 th day in which only i got the confirmation that the part has just been dispatched today itself from Gurgaon . I would like u to take strict action against the GM and the customer dealer Yuvraj of Chevrolet Jalandhar as they didnt took any sort of responsibility .Mail me arashdeep.[protected]@rediffmail.com

                          I have booked a new aveo from triumph motors,wazirpur ,delhi...but when i reached there to take a delievery,i found a scratch at the drivers side window...when i asked the regarding person,she told me that it will not be rectified and you have to take the vehicle at any cost..later on Mr. P.K. tiwari and Mr. naresh of thetr showroom behave with me and my friend like that we are nothing for them...They screamed on us,produces bad behaviour and even screamed like we are the thiefs...When i told them that i will complaint to the customer care,they told do whatever u want,we will see everybody and you have to take car at any cost...Even mr. naresh jumped on me and told that i will see u...i nwver expect such type of behaviour with such a brand people.....Please take necessary action so that this can be eliminated in future....

                              CHEVROLET BEAT - PATHETIC CAR AND SERVICE

                              REVIEW OF CHEVROLET BEAT – PRODUCT AND SERVICE, EQUALLY MISERABLE

                              Hi,

                              I am buyer of a Chevrolet Beat 2011 November model where I now regret it all. I have had my worst of experiences and I am also providing all details of mine in this to prove that I am not agent of any competitor (as I once used to think when people post odd comments)

                              DURING SALES

                              At the point of sales, you see all efforts and smiles of the sales agent to get a car delivered which is usual. Initially I thought of purchasing the Beat LT which was at an on-road price of Rs.4, 75, 000

                              On the date of delivery, they come to say that the Beat LT optional pack which comes at an On-road price of Rs.5, 30,000 can be sold to me for Rs.5, 00,000!! On asking why they are selling me this vehicle at this price, all they said is that this car was already sent a purchase order at GM and the customer changed his mind.

                              Then I was infact delighted and agreed but requested that I have a complete check that the vehicle is not used when they say I can choose from 3 cars of the same colour!!! How come?



                              AFTER SALES ABOUT THE CAR

                              After driving an Indica Xeta, initially on test drives I found the car so light and manageable but on purchase I started seeing this car to be feather light that even another car that passes you will make you feel being shaken!

                              Ok being light, does it have the right torque and acceleration? Slows down easily in the 5th gear even at the far sight of a slightly elevated road! If we shift the gear to second after a bump, it literally cries to gain momentum

                              If you park the car with one of the wheels on a slope edge, you can see the back tyres in the air floating that you feel the car is a sea sow and we can see the car swinging! So funny a chassis…

                              The car talks about ABS and Alloy wheels, which costs you nearly Rs.50,000 more than the previous version and we think why ABS when the car itself has no control at high speeds. There is a limit to what an ABS can perform upon skidding…pathetically bad on controllability

                              The quality of fitments- The car is fitted with a music system that has its USB Port, a thing like never seen in the world where you cannot plug your pen drive in but instead need to find a connector chord, which is again not available anywhere, including the dealers

                              Speakers and Audio system - The front 2 inbuilt speakers got spoilt in the two weeks after purchase. The surprise is the audio system which they so claim in to be Nippon has no power to even have a high watt power speakers attached. Finally they say I should not park my car in the sun… I din’t know that bought an ice cream instead of a car!

                              Then where can we play high beats? Upon taking it to a Car accessory shop and on it being removed, they find that the speakers don’t even have a company name. Such poor quality ones and cannot be replaced by high quality ones as the player won’t withstand it!! Also people don’t choose one of such kinds and had to search for a one that matched its low power output. Now the speakers bought from outside works perfectly even after 9 months.

                              COMING TO THE MISERIES IN SERVCE

                              ISSUE 1-THE MUSIC SYSTEM AND SPEAKERS

                              In the first month, I happened to chase and chase the dealer - Chevrolet Deedi Motors in Trivandrumfor a right USB chord which I got after a week and then connected a Pen drive and to my surprise, the new pen drive showed up as Error – No File.

                              On getting that checked, I took my car to the workshop and instead of possible error findings, they removed the system and gave it for repairs, which took a week’s time. Then finally it came back when they said there is no problem with the system, instead argued with me that it was the problem with my pen drive.

                              Then I agreed on that date when one of the service people tried their pen drive and it worked by luck! Know how?? I came to know it late.

                              A car manufactured by GM fitted a system which can read only those songs uploaded from a Windows 2003 operating system and not XP or especially the 2007! How funny that after say 10 years, I will have to search for a 2003 version to upload my songs!!!!

                              Upon lots of argument I asked the agent to play it in their new version Chevrolet Beats with the standard pen drives and it worked perfectly!! Then I said, I wanted it replaced as the car is within the one year replacement warranty on faulty parts and accessories. For this, they have a 100 procedures and I have to end up shelling my time and money.

                              Till date I have neither got it replaced, repaired or should say nothing done. You call these service people for escalations, their managers are never at the seat and in case you get to a Manager, they have no authority to act… so funny!!



                              ISSUE 2-THE GREAT KEY LESS CENTRAL LOCKING

                              Got the car initially fitted with the GM genuine key less entry and I can’t avoid laughing saying the way it works. A keyless remote should work like this: - Open the doors using key less, get inside and close all doors. The auto lock should ideally fall when you start the engine or when you apply first breaks or when the vehicle reached 20 kmph

                              Know how it works on mine?? I get into the car and close all doors- put the key in and the vehicle auto locks, then on starting the engine it unlocks and then never locks again. Also even if we manually lock it and there be a situation that we need to unlock in between, it will never auto lock again

                              What should I say about the knowledge of the guys who fitted this?? Now I am running behind this with the garage and for this also they have 100 explanations.

                              ISSUE 3-WOW WHAT A WHEEL ALLIGNMENT AND BALANCING

                              My car has till date not jumped a ditch or pit to cause a deviation in wheel alignment so early but I should give credits to the strength of the mighty suspensions and wheel rods that my car started showing a clear lefting upon drive. Again told the service people to rectify it and finally got the car back with nothing done. All back to over bumpy feelings on irregular roads and car goes left side, always wanting us to apply pressure on the steering.

                              The other day, I took it to a nearby alignment and balancing center, now the car is back to its normal initial drive. Whom should I blame and where should a person who has not time to run behind go and complain?

                              ISSUE 4 – THEIR CHARGES, AWESOME

                              Upon a small loss of paint on the rear back on the bumpers, which I would say can be seen if you look carefully. The scratch may be the size of one finger that on the bumper only which required painting on just one plate. The dealers straightway said Rs.1700.

                              The same thing I went to a local garage where they took time in explaining the quality of paints which started from Rs.600 to Rs.900 including labour!! Look at the difference

                              I AM FED UP WITH THESE PEOPLE AND I AM JUST POSTING ON NET COZ…

                              You can easily ask me a question – why din’t I see all this at the time of purchase. I can only say that I din’t do my homework properly but I do not want the future buyers to suffer the plight I had been though. So please make a diligent choice else suffer the craps in the way I did. This is a genuine mail and I am open to all conversation with genuine planners to buy this vehicle. I have attached the pics and details below.

                                I have a complaint regarding poor mileage of my car. The current mileage is 12.25 kms/ltr as against 16-18 kms/ltr. As per my experience the fuel tank capacity is 45 ltrs. as against standard/written norms of 35 ltrs. The tank got completely filled with 40 ltrs. of petrol with 5 ltrs. already was in it. When i started after filling petrol the odometer reading was 40.0 kms and yesterday the fuel meter started blinking, which is the sign of reserved fuel, at 530 kms. So 40 ltrs. of fuel got consumed in 490 kms. giving only 12.25 kms/ltr of mileage.

                                  My Car no. is DL 4C AD 4490 Registered on 12.8.2008, i am very upset with car mileage, it has mileage of just 8-10 km on city traffic and 10-12 on highways. Kindly advise what i should do? At the time of sale company promise mileage of 20 plus this is totally cheating with customers. I heard and seen many reviews on internet with same problem. if there is some fault on cars Company should resolve these problems and should learn lesson from other car companies.

                                  Chevrolet Spark — Poor mileage & bad service

                                  Purchased SPARK petrol car in February 2011 from Soham Motors, Jalana Road, Aurangabad

                                  From day one, till date, after 11000 Km of running, the fuel consumption is 11 to 12 Km/ lit of petrol.

                                  Dealer is not interested to listen to the complaint. His team always tried to tell me that my wrong driving habit is the only reason for the high fuel consumption.

                                  I am fed up with this approach of the dealer & the attitude of GM

MY CAR HAD SOME PROBLEM REGARDING GLOWING YELLOW INDICATOR AND PICKUP PROBLEM ON 27/08/2012 & I CART MY CAR TO YOUR VKI JAIPUR WORKSHOP.YOUR WORKSOP MACHANIC CHECK WITH ELECTRO METER & TOLD ME YOUR CAR IS OK & I GOT MY CAR FROM WORKSHOP BUT PROBLEM REMAIN SAME.
                                    AGAIN I CART MY CAR TO YOUR WORKSHOP ON 28/08/2012.AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE YOUR MACHANIC TOLD ME THAT CENSER IS OUT OF ORDER & ADVISE ME TO REPLACE IT. NOW AS I THOUGHT REGARDING YOUR SERVICES THAT ---
                                    1.NO NEED OF REPLACEMENT OF CENSER.

                                      I Pawan kumar Agarwalla had a Chevrolet Spark LT model and as i had gone to showroom on 28 May,2012 for servicing. But at that time i show that there is an exchange offer on getting an assured gift for purchasing Chevrolet beat diesel and it was the last day of booking the car and the gift will be deliver to my home within 45 days of booking and i have to pay Rs.25000 to book the car.

                                      I went near the service executive and he took me near the Sales executive and as i told him that i want to exchange my old car and want to buy a new Beat Diesel. The sales executive explained me all the details and gave a valuation for my old car and i deposited the rest amount and while the time of purchasing the car he committed me to give the registration and other accessiors within 7-15 days and also the assured gift from the company and i deposited the amount for the new car at 3 pm but i got the delivery at 8 pm which was committed to give till 6 pm.

                                      While exchanging of car the executive has asked the transfer copy from me and he had taken all the documents of the old car from me and after taking all the documents me took the old car and gave the key and temporary registration and bill and after completing all the formalities i took the car from the dealer.

                                      After 15 days i called up to the executive for the papers and accessiors and insurance then he told that its on process and i will get it in 2-3 days and as i called after 3 days he told that he is out of station and talk to someone else and at last after hearing all the false talkies from the executive i reached showroom on 27th June,2012 forcefully because it was my last day for temporary registration and on that the executive was out of station and no one helped me out.I reached showroom at morning 10am and i got the commitment from the other executive that i will get all the papers till 4 pm and at last after all disputes i got my papers at 8.30 pm and i cannot return home at that day because it was 250 km away from Bhubaneswar.

                                      At the month of july i called the executive that for the transfer certificate of the old car i required the original papers and he told that he has sent it but he has sent the xerox and after few days he called me again and said that he is not having the original documents and he has returned it to me but as i explained that it is with you then again he called me and said that he has the smart card and insurance paper but not the particulars and again after few days he told he had courier the documents and till date he had only courier its xerox and when i asked him for the original then he started shouting at me and misbehaving me.

                                      Whenever i use to call him for the accessories committed me to send or give me he says yes i will send it to you and also the assured gift which has to come by the end of June,2012 but neither i got the accessories till date and nor the gifts from the company.And when i reached the showroom today i.e 23rd Aug,2012 for servicing then i asked for the originals or the status of the car which i have sold,then he misbehaved me and used slang against me and told that "you have purchased car of Chevrolet and not the employees of the company so better you shut your mouth and move9 away" and not even gave the accessories or the status of the assured gift.

                                      So i am really disappointed by the management of CHEVROLET and its dealer SUPER SALES AUTOMOBILES P LTD.
                                      I just want that the pending works which are remaining regarding my CHEVROLET BEAT i.e accessories and the assured gift to be competed as soon as possible and the dealers and his executive who misbehaved with me and used slang and abusive words against me have to ask for sorry.

                                      And its an advise for the CHEVROLET management that kindly teach the employees how to behave with the customers or i am sorry to say but i would advise everyone never to buy any car of CHEVROLET.

                                        I am anoop kumar , have recently buyed your chevrolet Beat on March 2012 having registration number HR 36R 9592 , I would like to lodge complain regarding Poor service of my car at Vardman Auto rewari.

                                        Only two months i have enjoyed my car and after that i was oversheded by millions of issues ( my honeymoon period with my sweet car will get ended in between) .

                                        i am fedup with the treatment i got after buying car. there is lot of difference in the behaviour of chevrolet representative before and after buying car. There are lot of promises regarding services and performance of Beat . but after buying i met TONS of problem and there is nobody to take care of that.

                                        my car is just parked in my home garage for the last two months due to lack of service from your side. There is long list of problem in my car but VARDMAN AUTO have raised their hands off as they ar unableto resolve the same.

                                        I am done with two free service and one paid service ( while chevrolet claims that there is no charges for first 3 years , but i have to pay only after 4 months) .

                                        There is long list of issue which i have faced but here i am mentioning few major ones ,which i came across while servicing my car at VARDMAN AUTO.

                                        1) Engine Oil Missing : every time i have visited service centre , Vardman Auto is not having Engine oil in their stock . they took one complete day to arrange engine oil , hence we have to give them two complete day for servicing , one day for them to arrange engine oil , second day to do servicing. HOLY CRAP !!!

                                        if any spares are required ...... then for sure they need time in MONTHS....

                                        2) Vardman Auto is also missing basic amenities like genset ,CAR WASHING , During my all three visits, they are not able to wash my car .Every time they are having problem like water motor not functioning well, no electricity , no gensets etc. i have to pay extra from my pocket everytime to get my car washed from outside.

                                        3) Mechanic present in VARDMAN auto not technically fit. there competence level are very low. ( extremely poor), On all services Technicians have themselves created many other problems which are not present before.

                                        Practical examples which i have faced :

                                        (i) During first service , when i turn ignition on, my power steering stop working , there are other visuals lamps also shown in meter, after my complain their GM Mr Vinay Malhotra has called several other technicians to look upon , they took one more day to fix it up and admits their faults.

                                        (ii) During second service : technician have again created problem with engine oil lamp, which was fixed at later stage

                                        (iii) During third service ( PAID ONE) they have done with servicing and not able to diagnose poblem with Engine Oil chamber. when i switch on ignition , i saw engine oil lamp and after my complain the technicians have examined the car and found problem in Engine OIL Chamber.

                                        Now secong long phase of problem started due to non availability of spare part at VARDMAN Auto .Rewari. TWO MONTHS have been passed since my car is taking rest at my home garage as you guys are not able to provide me spare part. i use to visit VARDMAN AUTO daily during first week to enquire about spare parts , and then on ODD days .Later on phone calls. i am in continous touch with them , but there is no update .

                                        still they are on same stage.


                                        TILL DATE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ARRANGE SPARE PARTS.

                                        Now tell me : what should i do of your car ,should i throw in garbage or should i ask KABADI WALA to take it OFF.


                                        Let me know , if you are having any answer of my mail , i would like to elcalate this issue to higher authorities , so please mail me back their contact number and email ID's.

                                        or otherwise i have to knock consumer court and media ( as i am also working in dainik jagran).

                                        Hope you take care of all my issues and get my problem fixed up soon.
