I am Karan Shah and purchased Chevrolet Beat petrol LS (LINEN-BEIGE) car on 15 December,2012.
The car has been running well but fails the big claims of the company. The car gave me a mere
mileage of 8 kilometers per litre instead of the company claimed 18-20 kmpl. i brought this to
the notice of the nearest service center REGENT AUTOMOBILES, FARDIDABAD and they did some tuning
stuff just to calm me down. No aftereffect could be observed. Thus heavy on the pockets, i got a
CNG kit installed in the car from a dealer and NOT FROM THE COMPANY. The dealer did a very good
job and the car had been running well till 13 August, 2012. I gave the car for my first service
at 5000 kms on Monday the 13th. The car was in a perfect condition. The big claims of the company
failed again when they charged me Rs.1011 for the service instead of the FREE SERVICE AND THEY SAY
SOME PARTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED. THE PARTS NEEDED TO BE CHANGED OR NOT WAS NOT AT ALL INSPECTED BEFORE
AND WRITTEN ON THE JOB CARD. I agreed to pay that amount also just to keep my car in good condition.
I got the car back the same day and while driving home i observed some faults.
1. the car gave a very troubling sound when accelerated.
2. the engine turned off whenever i stopped.
3. ac did not work properly on gas.
4. rpm was increasing and decreasing on its own.

i called the concerned executive and he said that the ACCELERATOR BELT MAY BE WET AND THUS THE SOUND CAME
AND AC AND OTHER PROBLEMS WOUD SOON BE FINE WHEN YOU DRIVE THE CAR.
THE PROBLEM CONTINUED TILL TUESDAY AND I CALLED THE EXECUTIVE AGAIN. HE ASKED ME TO BRING THE CAR ON
THURSDAY, 16 AUGUST,2012.

I COULD NOT DRIVE THE CAR ON TUESDAY AFTER I CHECKED THE FAULT AND WEDNESDAY AS I FEARED ANY FURTHER
PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN OPERATED 2 TIMES FOR PILONIDAL SINUS AND I CAN NOT TRAVEL WITHOUT THE CAR WHICH
I HAD TO AS I HAD SOME IMPORTANT CLASSES.

I took the car to the service center and they after just turning on and off the engine, asked me to
take the car to the cng dealer as IT WAS A FAULT IN THE CNG. I agreed and took it to the cng dealer.

TO MY SHOCK, THE CNG MECHANIC SHOWED ME A TRUE EXAMPLE OF THE NEGLIGENCE AND IGNORANCE OF THE STAFF
OF THE SERVICE CENTER. THE CNG KIT INSTALLED ALSO HAS A PART CALLED ""ADVANCER"" WHICH WAS CLAMPED
IN THE ENGINE.
THE CLAMPED BELT WAS BROKEN, ACCELERATOR WAS HANGING DOWN IN THE ENGINE AND IT HAD GOT "SHORT" AS
THE CAR WAS WASHED WITH PURE NEGLIGENT ATTITUDE.
I HAD TO GET THE ADVANCER CHANGED WHICH COSTED ME ANOTHER 700 RUPEES. THE TWO DAYS WHICH I COULD NOT
DRIVE HAS ACCELERATED MY PHYSICAL ILLNESS TOO AND I HAVE BEEN UNDER A CONSTANT FEAR OF ANY FURTHER
DAMAGE TO MY CAR IF I DRIVE IT. I AM PUTTING THIS COMPLAINT TO THE CONSUMER FORUM AND CLAIM ALL THE
MONEY THAT I LOST AND FOR THE FEAR AND AGGRIEVATED ILLNESS OF MINE WITH A COMPLETE WRITTEN APOLOGY
FROM THE SERVICE CENTER.
I HAVE REGISTERED THE COMPALINT WITH THE CHEVROLET COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT TOO.

I WILL DISCLOSE MY CAR REGISTRATION NUMBER ONCE SOMEONE FROM CHEVROLET CONTACT ME. MY EMAIL ID IS

    At the time Dealing / Offers, we were told that fog lamp will be given to us as a deal in Rs 4000 which is actually cost Rs 9000. After fitting the fog lamp, when I saw the bill, bill was of Rs 4000 only. So these people cheat us.

    Even at the time of installing FOG lamp in to the car, these people is not having some part available in the stock, what i saw is these people were removing that part from some other car and trying to install it in mine.

    Please be aware with the Chevrolet dealers ( Vardajyoti Automobiles Pvt Ltd ).

      Dear Sir/madam,

      I my self nilesh patel , i have purchased cruze LTZ car in 5 oct., 2011 from gopinathji altladara vadodara, it has problem of wobbling and vibration since i have purchased a car , every time service people commit for to give call you when Tyre manufacturer representative come at workshop at gopinathji atladra, till today for the last 4 to 5 service i have not received any call from Chevrolet service people for jk tyre engineer visit or any firm decision.

      They have concluded problem of tyre for wobbling and vibration , write now i am handicapped regarding this mater. I have make my mind to resell the car in such 10 months of age. I would be happy if i got some relief from Gopinathiji , Cevrolet, from JK tyre if my problem is solved.

      My car no. is GJ 6 - EH - 6495.
      Car KM driven till today 25000km.

      I am using a car registered at UP 14 BS 4536 MODEL : Cruz LTZ Automatic for last few years. I am a loyal customer of Chevrolet for last 10 years as i had owned various cars of Chevrolet like Optra, Beat, and Cruz Manual in [past.I have never face any problem in driving those cars. Their ride were very pleasant and smooth which helps to build a trust on your company. But for last 1 year i am facing huge problems in the Cruz Automatic i have owned.
      Problems started when the Transmission start having trouble in April 2016. On 21 April 2016, I have sent my car for transmission problem to Shiva Motors Noida. They diagnose that they have to change the transmission . My car has run 64494 KMs till that time and was in warranty period. They have delivered the car on 16 August 2016 after 3 Months and 26 days with a bill of 47, 000/- paid by me as it was in warranty period rest was taken care by the company.

      The car ran fine for 6 months but again car got a heating problem in February 2017. For which i have sent it to Shiva Motors and they changed the oil cooler and sent me the bill of 6481 and delivered me the car after 15 days. At that time my car has been driven to 70126 KMs.

      Again in May 2017, Car start having Heating trouble and Shiva Motors again diagnose faulty Radiator. They have changed the Radiator and again raised the bill of Rs 7545/- and delivered my car after 10 days. At that time I have also complain to them that in Coolant Department, Oil is coming from somewhere which seems to be a problem. But they said that you drive the Car for few KMs and problem will automatically be resolved but problem persists.

      Now, On 7 June 2017, My Car's Transmission stopped working . Car neither move forward nor backwards. In short it totally wrecked. Now i have sent to the Shiva Motors to be repaired. Within 1 year of Transmission change, it got faulty again which is a huge problem as the transmission didn't work for even 1 year.

        i am deepak agarwal i bought a beat petrol car from vardhman motors raipur on october 2010 but regret to say that company is not sincere about after sales service because since i bought it there is no service done by the company since 22 months a car without service can you imagine it and when i told to dealer about this he told me that we are sending our machenic to Raigarh but when he comes he did not carry oil and filters i told several times i told to the dealer but they are ignoring or what ever it is but my car is without service till now so i can say this CHEVROLET CO is cheater and promise failure so i will recommend to all buyers that they should no buy this company's car

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased a Chevrolet Cruze from National Motors, Haji Ali, Mumbai in June 2011. I found the head lights to be very weak hence i decided to go in for Xenon Lights. I was informed by National Garage that if I purchase the Xenon lights from an outside dealer/accessory store, I will loos the electrical warranty of my car. I had no option but to get lights fitted from them (in-spite of high prices quoted by them). I purchased the same on October 21, 2011. Now yesterday i.e July 14, 2012, my RHS light has stopped working. I have given my car to Nikhil Automobile, Reay Road, Mumbai, as I have been informed that National Garage, Haji Ali, Mumbai is no more a Authorised Dealer of GM.
            TO MY SHOCK I have been informed that one dealer does not take the responsibility of the other dealer. Further GM is no where responsible for accessories fitted by the dealers...
            THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.. is GM does not wanna take the responsibility then why compel us to get them fitted from their Authorized dealers???

            This is an absolute case of cheating.I called up the call centre some time back and Mr. Vincent informed me that he cannot help me either.
            This is no expected from a Company of the stature of GM and need be GM ought to be dragged to the consumer courts for this type of attitude. Sorry for being so harsh but the recent spat has forced me draft such a mail.

            Looking for your kind and IMMEDIATE co-operation. I have refused to take delivery of my car untill my lights problem is soughted

              This is to share some of the worst services I have got from Chevrolet car and seek your kind attention & help on same !

              I have bought one Spark car with 3 years of the great Chevrolet promise !

              I have never been satisfied with any of the services done by Chevrolet and every time i registered my complaint but of no use:

              None of the time my CAR was even cleaned properly, I have a doubt that even they have done service of just returned my car with Bill.
              They Also charge pick-up charges which none other company charges.

              Even I come to know that Car delivered to me was not as per Bharat-Stage-emission-standards to sell in Delhi NCR.

              Further to this I have got my last service done in Apr2012, after which car has run hardly 500 Km and Fan belt has broken on highway.
              My family was travelling in same and they visited your authorised workshop at Karnal, they repaired it and said some major work has to be done in CAR and you can get the same done in Delhi when you returned home.

              Just running 30 kms same problem occurs and belt has been broken again, we called your breakdown assistance at least 20 times but no response has been given we called around 18:00 and no one reaches to help the my family your tech guys were tried to support over phone,

              I have personally reach that place from NOIDA to help them from over 100 Km but your team was struggling to know that who should go,
              Delhi guys says it will come in Panipat, Panipat says it come in Karnal, Karnal said it will come in Sonepat, at the end your customer care executive confirmed that support VAN is on the way around 21:00 and will reach them in half an hour but to our surprise no one was on the way and no one reached. this all has caused us so much of mental trauma and inconvenience,

              After that I have reached the place and towed the car from Gannor to Kundli (Delhi Border) at 03:00 in night left the car at your Malwa Moters Showroom, Now what they are saying that they can not start working on same as they do not have approval from GM to start working

              Moreover they are charging Rs 250 per day as parking charges (Please see appended mail from Malwa Moters)

              This all has already caused much of inconvenience to us and now I am not ready for more,

              After all this I understood the phrase very Well PROMISES ARE MENT TO BE BROKEN.

              I suggest you add this line also along with your Chvrolet promise.


              Request your kind intervention on same on urgent basis.

              have below points to mention, please confirm on same !

              1.) In your given job card no signatures of my wife has been obtained on bill and remarks given by you, where as signatures have been done on gatepass which is mearly a formality that cnforms we are taking our car out of your premises, nowhere it says that in what conditions are we taking it back. (So an unsigned documents hold no value)

              2.) Comments written by Aryan Moters are in technical terms and can not be understood by a normal person who is non tech.

              3.) No where on job card its written that car still has internal damages and if we take out in this condition it could lead to breakdown of car and all gurantee & Warrenties of chvrolet will stand void.

              4.) Its only reflecting that car is in missing condition and missing can not be understood as so serious issue.

              5.) If some one faces some issue on highway and your authorised workshop repaires the car and say that it requires some work and you may get the same done once you reach your place till that car is OK and you may face some missing issue, what a normal person is supposed to do ?


              Now I request you to kindly confirm the same...

              i am totally satisfied that according to chevrolet PROMISES ARE MENT TO BE BROKEN...even i have got a pathetic and negligent service from chevrolet...even i would request to kindly provide me details of senior authorities who can understand and solve our issue...

                I had purchased the above mentioned Cruze Car on 30th October 2010. Till date the car has been driven only 14669 kms.

                From around 4 months from purchase, the tyres of the car started giving problems i.e. bubbling in the car. I had the same checked from outside and got balancing and alignment done thinking the same could be a one time problem. In the second free service which was done at Auto Vikas, Pira Garhi, the balancing and alignment was also done. In the third service, the balancing and alignment was done in Auto Vikas, Moti Nagar which was at 14400 kms.

                From the last 6 months, the car has been bubbling at the speeds of 30-40 kms. I took the car to Auto Vikas, Moti Nagar showroom today after confirming from the Service Incharge Mr. Sandeep Chopra, who had told that the JK engineer will come and look at the tyres. The engineer came and has given the report that they will change 2 tyres and that too I will have to pay 30% wear and tear.

                I am shocked and appalled at the audacity of the engineer and your service incharge to suggest such a thing when it is pretty evident from the facts that I was delivered a vehicle which had sub-standard or defective tyres to begin with.

                Have I paid 16 Lakhs of my hard earned money so that I drive a defective car i.e. with defective tyres? Is this the assurance of quality that GM promises to its customers so boldly on your website? And does the warranty provided by you holds just this much value that any engineer can undermines the same and suggest such a ridiculous thing as changing 2 tyres; knowing fully well that the same will not solve the problem.

                  Trident cheverlet Mysore sales reprasentative , customer relation manager & have assaured false promise before take booking, and also the behavior some of sales staff is not atract the customer , frankly speeking i purchased cheverle beat diesiel car knowing the performence not thro trident dealer , If this kind of cheating & attitude can not attract any customer

                    I have these complaints regarding Shiva Motor Service Workshop located at Vaishali against their level of service.

                    - Delay in service ; I had given my car for repair under insurance claim on 10th. However today is 20th and I still have not received my car.
                    - No information on processing of claim - They have billed me for replacing the parts, however no one called me after the survey was done by insurance company. I was not asked before processing the claim and billing me. I had tried calling the dealership personnel whose no. I had, but he never answered calls. (Mr. Shamim)
                    - Lack of service : I had made them note 3 other problems with the car and those were to be taken care of. Yet when I spoke to the floor manager yesterday, he was not even aware of those issues. I made him write again. He would now check for those issues, and that would again delay the delivery.

                    I am utterly dissatisfied and raise a serious complaint against the service standards of CHEVROLET. Please look into the matter and compensate me as regards the billing. Also, I would now want them to deliver the car at my place without any charges, since they have lacked in servicing the client.

                      I am a goct employee and i have established a contact with the employee namely Anuradha, of the Chevrolet dealer, Auto Vikas, Dwarka showroom. I have made request to provide me with the service of pick and drop of my new Chevrolet beat, newly purchased for its first servicing which was due of 10 Jun 12 i.e after 01 month or 1000 KM run which completed on 10 May 12 also.

                      The Lady on the desk was rude during conversation and was not at all supporting. Rather, she was behaving as if the service being provided is a kind of help even it is being chargeable i.e. Rs 150/-.

                      However, instead of getting into any further conversation, I made a booking for 14 Jun12 for the service. There was no call being made by the service provider regarding giving any confirmation of the booking and had a lackadaisical attitude towards providing any service. On being approached by me, the response was not expected.

                      Such Kind of response is not expected by a reputed company and its employ. Secondly, I would request you look into the matter making your company to be more approachable and not let any single person to damage the image of the company.

                      The individual must be counseled and the Auto Vikas Dwarka outlet must also look into the matter seriously so as any citizen is not troubled in future and the reputation of the company is not hampered

                      I Pawan kumar Agarwalla had a Chevrolet Spark LT model and as i had gone to showroom on 28 May, 2012 for servicing. But at that time i show that there is an exchange offer on getting an assured gift for purchasing Chevrolet beat diesel and it was the last day of booking the car and the gift will be deliver to my home within 45 days of booking and i have to pay Rs.25000 to book the car.

                      I went near the service executive and he took me near the Sales executive and as i told him that i want to exchange my old car and want to buy a new Beat Diesel. The sales executive explained me all the details and gave a valuation for my old car and i deposited the rest amount and while the time of purchasing the car he committed me to give the registration and other accessiors within 7-15 days and also the assured gift from the company and i deposited the amount for the new car at 3 pm but i got the delivery at 8 pm which was committed to give till 6 pm.

                      While exchanging of car the executive has asked the transfer copy from me and he had taken all the documents of the old car from me and after taking all the documents me took the old car and gave the key and temporary registration and bill and after completing all the formalities i took the car from the dealer.

                      After 15 days i called up to the executive for the papers and accessiors and insurance then he told that its on process and i will get it in 2-3 days and as i called after 3 days he told that he is out of station and talk to someone else and at last after hearing all the false talkies from the executive i reached showroom on 27th June, 2012 forcefully because it was my last day for temporary registration and on that the executive was out of station and no one helped me out.I reached showroom at morning 10am and i got the commitment from the other executive that i will get all the papers till 4 pm and at last after all disputes i got my papers at 8.30 pm and i cannot return home at that day because it was 250 km away from Bhubaneswar.

                      At the month of july i called the executive that for the transfer certificate of the old car i required the original papers and he told that he has sent it but he has sent the xerox and after few days he called me again and said that he is not having the original documents and he has returned it to me but as i explained that it is with you then again he called me and said that he has the smart card and insurance paper but not the particulars and again after few days he told he had courier the documents and till date he had only courier its xerox and when i asked him for the original then he started shouting at me and misbehaving me.

                      Whenever i use to call him for the accessories committed me to send or give me he says yes i will send it to you and also the assured gift which has to come by the end of June, 2012 but neither i got the accessories till date and nor the gifts from the company.And when i reached the showroom today i.e 23rd Aug, 2012 for servicing then i asked for the originals or the status of the car which i have sold, then he misbehaved me and used slang against me and told that "you have purchased car of Chevrolet and not the employees of the company so better you shut your mouth and move9 away" and not even gave the accessories or the status of the assured gift.

                      So i am really disappointed by the management of CHEVROLET and its dealer SUPER SALES AUTOMOBILES P LTD.
                      I just want that the pending works which are remaining regarding my CHEVROLET BEAT i.e accessories and the assured gift to be competed as soon as possible and the dealers and his executive who misbehaved with me and used slang and abusive words against me have to ask for sorry.

                      And its an advise for the CHEVROLET management that kindly teach the employees how to behave with the customers or i am sorry to say but i would advise everyone never to buy any car of CHEVROLET.

                          I had a very Bad experience with Chevrolet guys. I bought Chevrolet Beat diesel LS and there was one blunder mistake from Chevy.
                          The dashboard and front 2 doors are of basic model i.e. PS. if I would have not been aware of this glossy dash board I would have taken it without complaining.
                          Do I have to check each and every part of the car to make sure it belongs to LS option or not?
                          This is so bad.
                          I ask dealer to show me the vehicle before you deliver it they said it is in Wagholi and we cannot bring it unless we get the number from RTO. And now when I ask them to replace the vehicle, they say we cannot do it as it is already registered.
                          I need compensation for this blunder mistake from Chevrolet. Dealer says it is mistake from company so we cannot compensate you.

                            I had bought Beat Diesel from Autovikas Dwarka New Delhi(april 2012), Engine oil started leaking after very first service(within a month of purchase). I have still not got my car, they are now changing its engine itself. Worst after sales service ever seen.

                            Written mail to their sales GM, not a single response from him/her. Not available on the phone also, its really pathetic that one buy a car for the convenience and end up running around in the workshop.
                            I M.kishore Sagar using Chevrolet Spark car which is purchased on 16.3.2011 which is belongs to my sister D. Yamini Devi and car no is AP P1 BP 0880. On 20.8.2012 when I am driving the above car which was in 2nd gear and I tried to change to 3rd gear the gear lever totally free i.e. I can’t change the gear and I stopped the car and called to Customer Care the they diverted the call in to technical section and those people advise me to bring to the nearest Chevrolet Servicing Centre by loading in a truck. I agree their advice and on 22.8.2012, i loaded the car in a truck and took to the nearest Chevrolet Servicing Centre which is 238 km distance from the spot where the car was stopped. The name of Chevrolet Servicing Centre is Orange Auto, Visakhapataman, where I purchased the car. I had done all my servicing’s from time to time upto 19, 867 km at Orange Auto, Chevrolet Servicing Centre, Industrial Estate, Visakhapataman. On 22.8.12 I contacted the Orange Auto, Chevrolet Servicing Centre, Industrial Estate, Visakhapataman, manager and I requested him, that I may be late, hence please wait for me because I am coming from a distance of 238 km. Accordingly I reached above servicing centre at 7.45 pm, but there was nobody to receive and no response. And then I booked a crane and unloaded my car, myself without support of Servicing Centre people. On the next day the Servicing Centre’s Servicing Manager told me that there was little bit problem in Gear box which may be the estimated charges of spare part and servicing cost may be Rs 10, 000 /-. Then I contacted with my Insurance Company which is Reliance Auto Insurance. The insurance company manager told me that the Gear Box is in warranty so I need not pay anything for that spares and servicing. Then I again contacted to Orange Auto, Chevrolet Servicing Centre’s Servicing Manager and told him what the insurance company manager told me, then he replied me that he also send the photos of the gear box to the head office for warranty enquiry, and he is waiting for your orders. Today i.e. 25.8.2012 but there is no response from the Servicing Centre’s Servicing Manager, so please send your esteemed favourable orders to the concerned with a copy to the under singed with immediate effect, as I am help less and without car. Further I request please take up the issue on special care. For any further details about my car pl. contact Orange Auto, Chevrolet Servicing Centre, Industrial Estate, Visakhapataman.                             Hey hi, I got beat diesel and before the end of one year, the engine has seazed. This was shocking. The reason given to me is hydro-locking which happens when water goes into the engine. I have no idea how water can go in the new engine. Has anyone faced this problem, please let me know. This is can be taken up jointly at at bigger level with GM if we can get together. Else, it will become an individual struggle and cost of replacing an engine is as much as 1.5 Lakhs.

Dt.- 13/01/2012 Mfg.Date.-10/2011, It is networthy to state that due to the reputation of the company I have purchased this car just after the launching with great hopes.But very soon my all hopes have been shattered due to the technical problems aroused I would like to mention that taking utmost care doing servicings as per the schedule provided by company at star motors, Amravati. Though the car was in warranty period I had to spent nearly 40, 000/- only time to time to repaire and solve technical problems. Rs. 38.000/- one time expenses were made on the problem of turbo, pan and other part damage. secondly there was a serious battery down problems many times. As a result on many important juncture my programmes were affected. I had to put the car nearly 10 days to the garage.
                            Last time in the second week of June 2013 again the severe technical problem aroused and since then till the car is pendind at star motors, Nagpur. It is pertinent to the note that this serious technical problems occured just after two days of servicing. I wondered and every one may surprise what type of servicing it would have been. On the inspection by your expert technicians only 100 ml oil was remaining in the engine.I will like to put the question why the concern authority at servicing centre have not noticed this. Because of such casual and irresponsible treatement by the servicing centre serious problem of turbo emerged for the second time. In my opinion the concerns are mainly responsible for this plight.
                            This is to bring to your kind notice that the technicians at star motors, Amravati are untrained and rustics. Due to their casual approach and technical ignorance I have to face problems and compailed to becomes carless.
                            I will like to mention for your kind information that the owner of the car is a professor doing up and down daily from Washim to Chandur Bazar covering 175 km. He is also a renouned poet in vidarbha have a wide spread contact with educated and well to do people. And when he has compailed to describe about the problems of car.
                            It is also pertinent to mention here that for the last one month the car is pending with star motor garage which has badly affected the daily schedule of the owner. Whenever the owner try to contact the concerns he does not get response.
                            Taking into consideration the above facts I have cultivated the firm belief that the might have a damaged piece so yuo are earnestly requested to provide me a fresh model without any technical defects. I will like to make you cousious that if my complaint is not heeded to that extent to which my aurguments are reasonable I will be compailed to move to the consumer court for justice and approach to the media to bring reality to the society which can badly affect the reputation of your esteemed company.

                              I had sent my vehicle Chevrolet SPARK bearing reg no. OR 02 BC 5985 for body work at venus Auto work in Bhubaneswar. I would rate them as one of the worst service centre i have ever comes accrossed in my life. I had to wait for 3 hours to talk to the Service manager in their shop. And they had committed me to deliver my car within 10 days. And now they are saying parts are not available and would need another 7 days to deliver it. This is highly unethical and they dont have a slighest idea about customer service and how to keep the committments.

                                I had sent my vehicle Chevrolet beat bearing reg no. ka -05-mh-4556 for service at front line motors (near Mysore road) i had a very drastic time with these people in frontline motors....one of the worst service centre i have ever comes accrossed with. they have damaged my rear bumper and repaired with a screw ....there was a wierd noise at the back suspension and as of now the problem is not yet solved even inspite of taking the vehicle 6 times to the service center ..i seriously repent for buying such a vehicle which has no proper service background. the person in charge of the vehicle is mr.ravi shankar ,mobile no.[protected](service manager,frontline motors) this person has no knowledge about automobiles and is in a senior post

                                  I had a brake problem with my Chevrolet Beat Diesel and 18/5/12 and it was sent to workshop and back and forth with the same problem for few times and the vehicle was delivered on 24th Evening and subsequently it was sent back to workshop on 25th and and delivered to me back on 25th evening and I took the vehicle to Chennai on 26th morning and on the way the brake completely failed and met with an accident and informed the staff on 26th at 13:36pm and i returned back to Trichy on 27th. Subsequently I had to rush to chennai to settle the issue with the other vehicle and went bvack to chennai. I spoke to the staff on 29th 11.46am so that they can take the vehicle and they said that was not possible that day. Then we had discussions overphone on 30/5 at 11:07AM and 16:37Pm.

                                  After settling the issue at chennai I reurned back on 31st night and I reached to the work shop office 1/6/2012 with the vehicle so that I can discuss further. I was told to wait for 2 hours and refused to give me an work order or log book copy and asked to leave the car without even acknowledging the receipt. I spoke to the people at sales and they were kind enough to say that they will look into the matter. However no one called till evening . I called them in the evening and I was told that no responsible person is available to decide. I feel I am totally let down by Chevrolet and Jayaraj Karz.

                                  Now it is time that Chevrolet/Jayaraj Carz take the car and return the money what I ever I have paid.

                                    I have purchased a Chevrolet Beat Diesel white color car in the month of October 2011. Unfortunately my car met with an accident and the rear bumper has to be replaced. I was charged around Rs.7000/- for the same but the paint quality was very poor. I can see the dust on the bumper as the paint was done in the paint booth. I have asked the works manager for which he replied that the dust can be removed once rubbing work is done. I got satisfied with his answer and went back. Later I gave the car for service in a week or ten days to rectify this and they have done the rubbing work but the dust was still there.

                                    I was asked by the works manager to send the vehicle back for 10000kms service and then he will repaint the bumper. Later I gave the car for 10000kms service and to my embarrassment the bumper was further more looking horrible as they have just painted the bumper and the dust was visible. I didnt accept the car and told the works manager that I want the work to be done perfectly or else I wont take the car back. But he convinced me saying that he will re paint the bumper in few days in the newly installed paint booth and give me.

                                    But unfortunately my car again met with accident and both front and rear bumpers had to be changed. I asked the works manager if the paint booth was installed and working. he said this time the work will be perfect and there wont be any mistake.

                                    I was charged around Rs.57,000/- but the quality of the work was very poor. The paint job done was more worst than previous time. I couldnt see the car properly because I was in a hurry to go on a holiday. The outside bad odors were getting leaked into the car and when the diesel was filled the car smelled like a fuel tank.

                                    I really got disappointed and went to works shop for 15000kms service and pleaded works manager to rectify all the mistakes. The front bumper was so horrible that the paint was excess and it was clearly visible in a wavy form. I am attaching the snaps of the car for your ready reference. Even the outside odor is leaking into the car.

                                    I have used Maruthi Zen diesel from 1999 till 2002 and Maruthi Esteem D from 2002 till 2003, Honda City from 2003(which is still with my dad), Tata Safari[protected] and now am using Beat D from 2011. Am really happy with the performance of the car and the interior space. But the engine noice was very high and the driver can feel the vibrations of the engine when the car is in idle at traffic signals and when the AC compressor starts the car moves a bit. But over all user experience is very good.

                                    But am really shocked with the service experience. I want justice in this issue and am eagerly waiting for your kind and early response.

                                    Look at the front bumper closely by zoomin in and you can see some protruding thing which is like a bolt or some thing. Also you can see the wavy paint and see the right headlight is also not alligned properly. Also you can see that the right fender is not properly painted near the bumper/headlight area. The door handles were having paint marks and they didnt even clean that properly.
