Very recently, Ive brought a Chevrolet Spark for my Wife. I must Say this is a wonderful car on the Road. This is my first experience with Chevy , However I feel few points which will permit me to chose GM going forward are as below.

1. We have brought this car from your Dealer(Auto Vikas-Dwarka), My wife since starting insisted for buying the Mistic blue lake colour As she has been shown a same colour car "beat" due to unavailability of " Spark" for Demonstration.Ive paid premium to buy this colour,However when We collect this car it was a big dissappointment.

2. Secondly We have been offered with some free gifts as an accessories as Spark is celebrating thier 100,000 cars on the road.I was highly dissapointed with freebee's as none them reflect GM's Standards. Ive been offered with filthy brown seat covers which allmost demolished the beige interiors of the Car. On over that the qulaity of JVC stereo was terrible. It looks like Chevy's as just served a formality & made some unhappy customers due to that. Now Ive stories to tell to my known one's As after spending 3.5 lakhs for this car, Despite of great looks & power I stayed unhappy.

    i was bought new spark 9 month ago from nanavati motors before 3month it was been an accident and some scratches at left side front door when i went at the service center there told me it is not in a claim rules so we do some new scratches on the body and after we will claim now after do this they told me its charge 6000rs job u must pay it now what can i do i cant understand about this.

      Sub : The vehicle Tavera Cheverolet not working properly

      With reference to Cheverlet Tavera Engine number : 3 K J 97739 - Model number : Nov - 2009. Owner name : Gulam Abbas Noormohamad Bhurani, VIN : MAGAB605K9H097275.

      The above vehicle has been purchased from Gallop Motors, Bhavnagar.

      The vehicle is not working proper after it pick up the speed 100 km / h. The vehicle starts loosing it's balance and starts shivering. It, seems the spare parts are getting imbalanced at the load of 2 persons. At the speed of 100 km the vehicles breaks are also not working properly as it should be. Overall, the there is no balance between the engine and body of the vehicle. The average of the vehicle is only 11 km / h with respec to companies data 17 .Km / h. We would like to know how shall we proceeed smoothly to solve the problem without any trouble. The complaints has been informed 2wice to the dealer. But, till date there is no response. If, necessary we are ready to regiester this case at Court & CNBC AWAJ

      The above vehicle has been purchased from INDIAN AUTOMOBILE LTD.

      The steraring of this vecale was not working properly. we have face this problem from one year ago, we contract our service provider (Priti Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd. 20, salkia school road, Howrah - 711108) but they could not solve our problem, last we have checking our car to priti motor on 09/01/2012, they told us one purse of our car will be changing, at this movment it is not available but they told us they will change with in 7 days
      but still now we have not gate any result. Please you will check the matter immidiatly.

        i met with an accident on 16 April .. no body was injured in that accident.Cause of accident was the burst of left front wheel.i called up the nearest service station for help . they ignored my request and said they can't help in transportation. This is worst part of there service. Then i myself arranged for truck and bring back to the nearest showroom near my home. Now its more than a month i not getting my car ( AVEO) back. Also i have to pay for all the scratch and loss during made during transportation. Its a pathetic service given by Chevrolet. Do Chevrolet have any answer of my questions..? If they are not providing any service after accident then they should at least pay for the loss made during transportation or all the things have to faced by customer only. There duty is only to sell the cars and fool the customers by saying that we will give you the best service? This is really the height. i wont even recommend any of my relative or friend to even look at a Chevrolet car. Because of them i am daily facing mental torture.

        chevrolet aveo u va — service grievance

        i had purchase aveo u-va car in the month of april 2007 with CHASIS NO. MA6TF482M7H01659 & ENGINE NO. B12S17516002KA2 from your Agra(uttar prades,india) dealer Kalyan Auto sales.
        during the first service on 8/10/2007 it was found that a part name o2 sensor was out of order due to short of that part in the store the damage sensor was not replaced.
        i was been told that the part will be made avaible within 7 days & that i will be informed about it. but till 40 days i was not been informed about the availability of the part,atlast i made the reminder to the dealer about it.At the time of my reminder i was been told that the part have been made available & they called me to get the sensor replaced.
        it was really ridiculous to find that when i reached to them to get the part replaced they told me that they are again out of stock with the part,though the demand been made for the sensor was been made for my car.
        it was really disguisting to find such a support after sales from the company like GENERAL MOTORS. till this time of my mail draft the damage sensor of my car is yet not been replaced.

        BHAVNA INFOTECH — INCONVENIENCY AND WORST SERVICE AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        This is to inform you that i Dwijesh S Dave holding a current a/c into your bank bopal branch since more than 2 years. I am even holding an OD a/c in the same branch. I am finding one or the other difficulty to get through your system and the staff as well. I would more clearly write to you that the manager of this branch is very rude in talking. When it was a operational branch only having no powers at all than i was not supposed to be forced to open any account with a wrong information. I am never been informed by the bank for my services. I even found a pathetic problem when my instrument was lost from the bank due to improper handling. It was a outstation cheque which generally takes max 4 days to reflect balance into the account whereas in this branch this same clearing took 24 days and that to twice. I am really fed up with all this but still i continue to hold this account and service because i know its not a problem of system but its a problem of management. When Mr. Shrivastav was manager he use to be very kind and keen to provide one small service till end and this lady really needs proper training in this industry. She must be aware that banks are through and for customers and not the customers. When there is no security of the instrument even after in the bank premises, they shouldnt expect or divert the customers to drop the cheques in drop box by giving examples of other big banks.
        Before i close both the accounts by the end of this month i would like to be satisfied from your response which is action in result. this is not because of the bank but because of slow but very slow and pathetic system going into this branch. Pls clear whether its just a non operational branch or operational as the bank staff is always unaware of any serivce or any request for the customers. They are only aware of the pinnacle system which is one and the same answer given to me each and every time. I even hold 5 more accounts savings but in other branch but have never faced such worst problems. thus i dont blame the bank but the management. Even after such experience..

        hi, this manish jain, i have taken a cruze car six month back, there is a problem of (ABS Light, BRAKE Light, lots of smoke comming from silencer in the car, this complain was given to the service center for three times to ashatvinayak jogeshwari for my car, they cldnt solve the problem . after getting tired then i gave my car to national garage mahalaxmi, these people say tht the problem cannot get solve, and they dnt hv parts available and to get the part it will aleast take 15 days . the national garage mahalaxmi r just there to sell new cars and nt to give service . My car is in warranty
        the main thing is tht the services center r badly manage, there is nt a single responsible person to answer.

        I booked my beat ps model on18th dec2010 with ashtavinayak, veera desai rd. Andheri west, and they promised would get the delivery of the car after payment made fully on 24thdec2010 in the first week of 2011, which they didnot fulfilled saying company has stopped manufacturing ps model so we had to obtained beat ls and after several reminds, requests got it on 28thjan2011 as per new increased rates! We paid rs.433600/- which we think been overcharged, and very badly served by the dealer! If you get dealers like ashtavinayak you will have to packup your bussiness for sure!

        I've a chevrolet beat, bought before a couple of months by United Motors, Gorakhpur...
        I just faced a shocking incident...
        on monday, 31st January while driving suddenly my clutch padel broked at a breaker and the car got disbalanced.I tried my best to escaped by a danger accident but a rickshaw scratched at the left side door, left side mirror also broked..
        Thank God ! I am alive right now but at that point of time I thought that's going last moment of my life..after that I called up the nearest service station for help but they ignored my request and said they can't help in transportation.anyway lastly I had to tochan my car at deoria workshop..And after four days till now this is very disgusting that even they've not transfer the car to gorakhpur workshop and no buddy has checked the fault.Whenever I talk to anyone, they all are saying that the part (Clutch padel ) is not available in stock..
        I also talked about claim but this is rediculious thing that after this major fault of company they all are saying that the paddal is made by plastic & I;ve to pay for all damages...
        This is very disgusting & never before seen problem..to breaking of clutch padal,
        might be I died in that accident then...who took the responsibility?
        Now I am in trouble & without car I am getting very much loss in my business..because I am a marketing professional..
        After buying a car of 4.5Lakh who wants to take his life at risk ?
        Who will pay the value of my time, money and harrassment ?
        Why I should not go to court to claim against your risky car manufacturing ?
        I had recommended many of my collegues to buy chevrolet car but after getting your poor service and CRM i've decided not to recommend anyone.

        I also had a very bad experience with Chevrolet. After my spark met with an accident, it took nearly a month to repair the vehicle. The worst thing is that the estimated time for repairs would always be wrong and i got the car back only after umpteen number of visits to the authorised service center (KLN Motors, Chennai). More recently, my car seat had a problem. The authorised Service center agreed to replace the same under warranty, but it is now over two weeks and we are still waiting for the car seat to arrive. Dont know where it is coming from. Two weeks is enough to ship an item even from outer space. The problem i think is that the Chevrolet's authorised dealers do not share the 'bhavna' of providing service. I will never again buy a Chevrolet.
        I've bought Chevy Cruze Ltz on March 24th, 2010 from Dulichand Motors, Kolkata...in just one year i have faced so many problems..
        1) Air Conditioning..in just 2months the a/c of my car isint working, after getting 3 services done...its still the same..after complaining..it is said that the pollen filter has to be changed..after the pollen filter is changed the problem still arises.
        2) Right wheel alighnment problem..after service and complain..the problem arises again!!
        3) Diesel fuel line pipe burst..it is more than 10days...the car is in workshop...when asked ?
        the answer which we get is that the pipe is not in stock so it need to be aired from pune...does it take a weeks time for a pipe to come by air from pune ? :?

        NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH CHEVROLET CRUZE...WILL SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO OPT FOR THIS CAR !!

        Hi i am liladhar manghnani from udaipur rajasthan i own a new chevrolet spark and the dealer is atharva motors pvt. Ltd. They are not giving me free srvice as per the chevrolet promise of 3 year free service and maintainance package my last service was due on 8th april 2011 and but i have met with an accident last month and due to this i cant send my car to the sevice station and any how i arranged it yesterday and sent it to the workshop but now they are not allowing me a free service and they are making reason that i got late by 4 or 5 days i agree that i was late but it was not due to mine fault i have injured badly and occered a fracture in my left leg i now even cant walk docter has advised me a two months bed rest and yesterday i somehow arranged and sent my car so i kindly request chevrolet team to solve my problems.         My Name is Tarun reddy, I am using chevrolet Aveo where we purchased in 2008 august as i am facing huge problem with your service station in hyderabad. where there is no customer service in proper process i am facing hugh problems in AVEO which has ENGINE problems in it. where the which ruined only 29000 km in less than 3 years of warranty. where the car is in still warranty and its a petrol car as per standards of GM Motors the car should be problem free but i am facing huge problems with your cars as they are charging huge amount from customers and still my car is in visiting service station from past TWO months and the problem is not solved and faced a huge problem on the occasion of my knees wedding day my car was brooked down away from 50 km from Hyderabad where there was no help from 24 hrs helpline and i myself suffered a lot my paying huge amount for toying the car to service station where my family as suffered a lot and bare extra convince to transport my family to attend wedding as i would like to know if there is a warranty is under cover will the ENGINE of my car should be repaired for no cost as its a manufacturing defect of car i would like to ask GM Motors where is warranty covered to not even ENGINE which i trusted the GM motors where there are no customer satisfaction which is promised my company standards.

        The sanat nagar service manger in Hyderabad is so rude as suggest me to complain on consumer court as his behavior to customers is untroubled as customer satisfaction norms . i herby want to register a complaint on service manager .

        i m rani kamat from Goa experiencing the same sort of servicing from chevrolet company. i had met with an accident with aveo Uva on 2nd march and till date my car is lying down in the workshop of subrai motors, Vasco.
        i have been to the service centre more than 15 times.i used to travel evryday by my car, n thus i am facing lot problems for my daily routine also.
        service centre says that The car parts are not available. Even they are not having window wipers also. after pressurising them to give my car early, one day ie. 12th may they called me to take the car.
        Go to see many parts were not fitted to the car. The power steering oil was less than minimal, the battery wasnt secured, the exhaust pipes werent clamped, the coolant was less, the dashboard wasnt fitted properly.Since it was an urgency i made them repair evything in front of my eyes & took the car. They lied to me saying that they had taken test drive of car & evrytihing ws proper but i found that there some bering problem in the gear box of car. Also there was problem in the drive shaft. I told them to take the car back to their service centre. They took the car back since they themself knew that they hadnot repaired the car properly. & they expected me to take the car that way. They have already taken the full payment from me.
        They are crying that the parts arent receive yet. They offer 3rd class service to the customers. they only fool people for buying their cars. The service offered by them is far below the expectations. I have already told my friends not to buy chevrolet cars.i am totally frustrated coz of their servicing.
        now its height that i go to the consumer court.
        The service as well as the behaviour of the personnel in the service centre is poor..

        WE bought the chervolet Beat(white) car in december28 2010 ..at ORANGE showroom, Rajahmundry, Andhra pradesh.IN THE NAME OF v.Madhavarao.MY contact num, [protected]
        i met with an accident on may 10 .. no body was injured in that accident.Cause of accident was the damage of front body of the car..i called up the nearest service station for help .They ignored my request and said they can't help in transportation. This is worst part of there service.I called to the showroom, spoke with regarding person.they said me to bring the car to the showroom.. Then i myself arranged for truck and bring back to the nearest showroom near my home.They said all the repairs will be done there itself, there is no need for me to go to another showroom.they told me that my car's repair will be done in 15 days...
        I even claimed for the insurance.I submitted all the requiring documents..EVERY DAY I AM VISITING THE SHOWROOM AND MY CAR...no work is done to my car...they are saying that there arte no mechanics...MY car is getting worse in the showroom day by day...laying in dust, in shed...The executives are talking very rudely, no response from anyone...IF i ask, there is no proper response from anyone...Now they are saying that the work cannot be done there and have to send my car to vizag showroom...they are saying that the i have to bear the transportation charges which costs around Rs8000 Now its more than a one and half month.IF they said that the repair cant be done earlier itself, i would have dropped my car in another showroom.How am i going to get my car back.. Do Chevrolet have any answer of my questions..?

        Chevrolet India — Poor Service by dealer

        Grievance - Complaint and disappointment towards the appalling service rendered by Deedi Motors,Trivandrum


        Poor after sales offered by Deedi Motors on Chevorlet Aveo.
        Dear sir, i have chevrolet spark registered (UP81AA8867) in the name of Mohd. Hanzala. On 4 Sept. 2011 i visited your service centre in Aligarh to get my car serviced. It was very embarrassing for me when the gate keeper asked me to get your dicky checked. When i refused to do so he called someone who argued that u have to get dicky checked as it is the order of the higher officials.
        Sir, my suggestion for the betterment of the company is that make a system in which u check a car thoroughly before issuing gate pass but once GATE PASS is issued a customer should not be treated like a CHOR (thief). If this trend continues, i would have to think a lot before getting my car serviced in the service centre after the expiry of warranty. Hope u will consider my suggestion positively.

        I came here to make a complaint about my spark - and good heavens, what I see here are real horror stories!
        My problem seemed so insignificant after reading all the complaints here.

        Now, in the beginning, after the first post there seemed to have been a reply from the Chevrolet PR / CR team but nothing after that. Why? Did they get over whelmed by the number of complaints? This really shocking. expectations from a car buyer will always be high, but if the company does not take action, it gets compounded.

        After seeing the newspapers about Beat Diesel fuel efficiency, 24 Ltr / Ltr made me buy the vehicle. Chassis No. MA6BFBHNBBT069054, Engine No. 10AB5Z[protected] on 13-Oct-2011. I filled 40 Ltrs diesel and I travelled for 490 Km. in town The mileage came to about 14 Km/Lit of Diesel. I complained to the Dealer M/S Kaysons Motors, Siliguri, West Bengal who tested the vehicle and found that it gave 14-15 Km/Lit. They informed me that Service Enginer would be visiting Siliguri around 15/16 Nov and the matter will be taken up. It is a matter of surprise how such a difference can come between your proclaim and actual use. This type of advertisement is only misleading a customer. Please do let me know what steps your are taking to see that I get the milage as proclaimed by you.

        I feel sorry write this complaint. In spite of repeated advise from my friends about the poor service of GM India since I had some affection towards GM I purchased a Spark from Puducherry Dealer (Aaakash). While delivering the vehicle itself I found a problem in painting (uneven) in the front door. They forced me to take the vehicle with a promise that during the first service they will clear the problem.

        With prior appointment I took my vehicle to the service center (which is far away from the town). They told me that it would take 3 days to complete service. I was not happy about the way in which they park the vehicle, just outside the road. Then I got a call after a day from service center that they will not do the painting work. Then I spoke to the dealer. He told me that he will inform to the service person. However I did not receive any information from either dealer or from service people. When I called them back the service person told me that it will take some more days to complete the service. I was surprised by the attitude and service of dealer and service people of GM.
        First GM to teach the dealers and service people about the customers service. otherwise this will backfire on GM.

        In a bizzare of events, a local resident, the owner of luxurious SUV Chevrolet-Captiva was obscured on the repeated failures
        for the support from General Motors India Ltd. On 10th feb the owner's SUV had caught fire while on the way to Saharanpur
        and till now no help has been received either from General Motors or the company dealers by him.Ludhiana based local
        businessman, was extremely disappointed and frustrated with poor after sales service of the company's dealer m/s padam motors.
        Accordingly, after growing frustrated of visiting and calling local Chevrolet stores and suffering delays and loss in the business also
        he took the matter in his own hands and vent out his anger with the public outburst.
        The entrepreneur, vig said, "The moving car caught fire due to sudden short-circuiting
        and I somehow managed to jump out of the car and fell off in the pithole on the highway and got several injuries and bruises.
        I had been constantly calling up the authorities for the help and co-operation, but no body is ready to look into the matter.
        I called up at Oberoi Motors, Yamuna nagar for the assistance but they failed to provide it . I also tried to take the matter
        to Sanmukh Singh from General Motors who came to ludhiana at chevrolet outlet-Padam Motors to acertain the reason
        about the incident, after four days of repeated calls made by me, an incomplete report was sent to the higher officials which was unsatisfactory to me as well surveyor from
        designated insurance company. I thereafter called vikas jain ( DIRECTOR SALES-GENERAL MOTORS INDIA LTD.) at his cell number who forwarded the matter to nitin kohli,
        who is the after sales zonal manager ( GENERAL MOTORS INDIA LTD.) but they both showed inability to help me out. This was never expected from such a high esteemed company like chevrolet.The company has been delaying the matter by quoting silly excuses."

        Just wanted to take your attention towards the worst service provided by Chevrolet Service Center.

        I have purchased a Beat Petrol Reg. No. MP 20 CB 8236 on March 2012 from Orinetal Motors Jabalpur M.P, and from starting the Ac is not working properly.I have taken my car to Service Center and there i was advised that the Air Con is fine there is no problem. Again in First Service i told them the AC is no working, the way it should work, there is no cooling. But again the engineers told me that the AC is fine.
        On[protected] i again took my car to service as i was fed up with AC problem and this time they me fool by saying that its fine. I know that this is a manufacturing defect, by they are not even ready to listen.
        Also all the time they say no for parts. Parts are not available int there Service Center. With his view they a just dropping the name of Chevrolet for there service and Chevrolet's product.

        This is worst thing of Chevrolet, if i would have know of this picture of Chevrolet, i would have not purchased Beat.

        Oh after reading all the above comments i felt i have many freinds with me to fight against chevrolets poor service and negligence.
        In my case i have given my beat lt 1.2 petrol car for routine paid service in good running condition.
        .. During service engine oil was replaced along with filter and they asked me to replace coolant and hose pipes which i did, even radiator flush was done.. So almost the entire cooling system of the car was serviced... Immediately post service i had problem with starting the car after traveling few kilometers. I informed saideep motors ahmednagar about the same but they ignored it.. After that i had same problem couple of time and finally the car stopped /broke down on my way to saideep motors ahmednagar just 10 kms away... The mechanic from saideep motors told me that the engine is seized due to overheating and there was zero coolant left...
        Now within 15days after servicing my engine has got seized and they r not ready to accept their poor negligence and inefficient service.. They r asking me to pay a amount of 1, 18000. For the repair due to their improper servicing...
        Really bad service... Chevrolet cars wont be recommended to anyone hence forth.. I did a mistake by forcing 4 of my freinds to buy it.

        I was going to Faridabad. My car stopped at Karnal at 9:00 P.M. and was
        not in drive mode. Then I made a call to your customer care number they transferred my call
        to Mr. Ajay dealer of Karnal agency. Then he asked me to park the car at the patrol pump near
        Namaste Chowk. When I told him that the car is not in the position to be taken to the patrol
        pump. After heavy discussion he sent a private toeing person to toe the car to the patrol pump.
        Whether comapny does not have its own toein men? Whethet it is in the company policy that
        dealer can send the private toe man. If any thing happens to the car then who will be
        responsible? So it is better don't make fool of your customers that you provide 24x7 services.
        Toeing person charged Rs.1000 from me for toeing. I was standing on road in midnight with my
        family but your dealer didn't provide even any taxi service. Then I hired a taxi from Karnal
        to Faridabad and was charged Rs.4000. Then I again had to hire a Taxi from Faridabad to
        Jalandhar for Rs.8500. All that harassed me very much. From last 15 days the car is lying in
        your agency but they have not repaired it yet. They have only said trasmission box is not working
        and sent their PCR report to company. They have not given any satisfactory answer to me till
        now. Now please tell me what is my mistake in all that? Mr.Sanmukh only said that it has
        transmission problem but please tell how this problem occured? My business is suffering due
        to non availability of vehicle and I am daily hiring a taxi for Rs.1200+diesel. Now total
        expenses I have made who will reimburse the total amount. It is a request from the harassed
        person.

        I am Sri Abinash Dash, At/po/ps- panikoili, Dist- jajpur, Odisha. We have two numbers of Chevrolet Cruze 2.0 LTZ. We are facing a typical problem with one of the vehicle, which was purchased on 24.09.2011 bearing Regd.. No. OR02BS 1515 followed by Chassis no. MA6JADHDBBH017045 & Engine no. Z20S1445788K. The vehicle is showing so many problems which include a very serious issue of sudden stop of the engine while the vehicle is in running condition. Fortunately no accident has made so far but we have faced this problem many times & the the same was being reported with the dealer named VENUS AUTO, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. They really failed to resolve this issue and now they are buying time to sort it out. Six months passed in between, we have literally failed and fed up now, now finding with no other alternative we are raising this issue in this forum with a hope to resolve this problem.

        A company like General Motors is producing this kind of vehicles which is really a danger to mankind and playing with lives, this is just unbelievable. The channel partners/ dealers are least bother about this problem even after our several attempts made in this regard. Hence We are appealing to everybody, who is planning to buy vehicles from Chevrolet/ General Motors that they should not go for the vehicles made by Chevrolet, as because their life will also be at risk, they will ask for help and help will not come at all.

        As this particular defect is a manufacturing defect, the Company is hereby summoned to take necessary steps with immediate effect to bring back their goodwill. We will wait for maximum one moth from today and then we will move to court of law for getting justice, if not resolved.

        Bought SAil five month back and from day one i am very upset .. with car performance and the behaviour of showroom and service station of chevlet .. i bought it from TRIO cheverlet at OKhla .. Today again there is break down as the gear lever is not working.. every month there is one or the other issue and today the leaver road is free and not able to shift gear .. It is highly unpredictable that when it start giving trouble .. The average is a big issue and against 17-19 claim i am getting hardly 10 to 11.only.. on top of it the part of the car were changed durign service and break road were told that it automatically working ang getting lock.. It looks as if it is a tou car... or car
        febricated by a local mechanic... I am very upset and on the top of it the behaviour of car showrrom was so irresponsble that it make me cary when remember..         all the Technical Pandits of Enjoy Chevrolet MPV.
        Let me first give some idea as to how I landed upon ENJOY MPV. I wanted a MPV which was SPACIOUS, excellent driveability, Feels less fatigue on long distance, Mileage oriented. Lastly, I wanted this MPV or any big car to be used ONLY on highways for long distance. With such type of desire, the only options were Innova or any jeep. However, Jeeps were a bit out of question for me as it is not as comfortable as a car, hence Innova was the option left for me but again price was the factor.
        By the meantime, Ertiga landed and I was delighted to see this MPV as it had everything that I wanted. Hence decided to go for it. During that time may be NV200 that was the Chinese MPV was in the report as well as ecosport too was in the news. When I visited Infinity Mall where ecsport was on display, it was rejected right away. Then came the opportunity of Enjoy where I first had a practical feel of it in JMD Showroom at Andheri. Mr. Santosh sales executive at JMD attended me and looking at the SPACE and the sitting position and even experiencing the boot space I was like “Love at first sight” and that was the time I decided to go for it WITHOUT TAKING ANY IDEIA OF WHT IT IS OFFERING. That time Mr. Santosh was the person who literally mesmerised me with what ENJOY is compared to ERTIGA. From that time, I started comparing Eritga with Enjoy in every department. THIS IS WHERE I WENT WRONG BECAUSE OF MY MADNESS. There were reports and also critics for Ertiga coming in the auto sights, I also visited Worli Showroom to have the second opinion where the same story was repeated “comparing Ertiga with Enjoy”
        Hence, now whatever goes wrong I compare it with Ertiga. Now coming to the complaints of my Enjoy MPV. First, let me tell you inspite of you who are fully aware of what Ertiga is. If I am not mistaken Ertiga engine is same as Enjoy, not a single difference you can say mirror image. Then why does it has so impressive pickup, breaking system, speed, mileage and to top it up SILENT too, compared to Enjoy.
        I bought this MPV a year back on 3rd June 2013 from that day. Whatever I was told by technical dept. has never come right. In first 1000 KM, I got a pathetic average of 13 KMPL with horrible breaks. That time Mr. Kunal service advisor attended me. I had complained him over a dozen times. I even got him a firsthand experience when we went to Kolhapur. That time he too had this experience. This was the first time when there was some change of parts in the break section as Chevrolet had given the entire service outlet this bulletin.
        This problem still persisted, hence Mr. Manish / Mr. Vinesh the second Service advisor attended me as Mr. Kunal was no more with the service centre. This was the first call back call from Chevrolet. In this service air, filter and oil filters were changed. After that service, I was 50% happy as I used to get between 16 – 17 KMPL and that too with a smooth ride. My Mother did this observation when we were travelling to Kolhapur. I was riding at 130 KMPH and there was no extra sound of vibration rattling or any other sound. I felt that we were riding at around 100 KMPH. HOWEVER, breaking problem still persisted. Infact I was not completely satisfied as I was always comparing it with Ertiga as per what I was told at the start. I used to ask Ertiga owners about their experience and mileage. I used to get only one common answer “ Agar SPACE HOTI TO “ that means that this MPV was only lagging in space where as Enjoy was lagging in every department leaving ONLY the space department, even space provide to keep bottles, mobile etc. Are missing in Enjoy.
        Nevertheless this 50% happiness was short lived as we were called for the second call back when Mr. Vinesh was the service advisor. This time again the oil filter was changed along with up gradation of some EMC, some programming in engine was done. I had a word with the technician as to why it was done and the reply was to enhance the engine. I even asked him as to what would be the advantage to that he said “Aapki gaddi acha perform karegi" Your MPV will give good response. This statement was like a thousand ladoos in my mouth at one time. As I was planning a trip to Ratnagiri. Moreover, I even boosted to my friends that this trip would be smooth and Kharcha kum trip. HOWEVER, this trip was a disaster for my claims and me. We got a Pathetic, average of 13+ KMPL and the ride too was HORRIBLE. When we touched 100 KMPH all kind of engine sound were heard. It felt like we were travelling in a Diesel Fiat taxi. Even the breaks were the same as earlier. The paddle were also not smooth enough, which I would like to say wait and watch as it might take time to get it smoothen. As I had experienced the earlier trip to Kolhapur were even when I touched 130 KMPL I do not feel the ride but this time 100 KMPH and we used to feel as if we were at 15o + KMPH.
        Lastly, I can go on and on with the experiences and suggestions but REQUEST you one more thing PLEASE do something to enhance the front ac on the dashboard. The cooling is pathetic, hence we have to increase the seed of the fan and keep it at 2 0r 3 speed which results in pickup speed. This could be experienced specially when overtaking and climbing the Ghats, to get pickup or the climb the Ghats we are forced to keep the ac on 1 which again is of no use, as it does not cool in this summer. PLEASE compare this with Ertiga they are cool.
        In total, this trip where my friend who own Fusion, Desire and Toyota cars too experienced what a bad MPV this could be compared to ERTIGA. We even used to ask other Ertiga owner and Enjoy owners on the highway and the answer was common as said earlier. PLEASE do not let me down as I purchased this MPV after seeing the space and on Mr. Santosh words. Let me tell you one thing I never waited to see the performance of the MPV when I was told it is as good as Ertiga.
        HOPE YOU ALL UNDERSTAND ONE THING AFTER SPENING 7.5 LAKHS WE AS CUSTOMERS WILL NEVER ACCEPT SUCH AN MPV WHICH IS COMPARED WITH ERTIGA. MIND YOU, HONDA MOBILO TOO IS ENTERING THE MARKET. See to it that GM will not be at the bottom of this race and go on the footsteps of HM.

        Hi All,

        This is to bring to your notice and wanted to share my worst ever experience with Chevrolet-KLN Motors, Chennai I had during my 6 months service.

        I own Beat and my Car No. TN22 – CM – 8281 and my contact number is [protected]

        Point1 – On the right hand side there was scratch on the bumper which was not there before service but when I asked they said it was noted in the service note. But when I gave in front of me no one written that as point which clearly says they have tampered the service note without customer notice.

        Piont2 – This experience I have never heard or gone through so far in my life. When I gave my car I had 40% of petrol which is 4 pin in the petrol gauge. When I came during first day of delivery of my car I noticed that the petrol is totally zero I went asked “Balaji – Service Engineer” he said they used the petrol for checking mileage which sounds me very comical and stupid no car company I have seen or heard using the entire petrol to check mileage. This is totally fraud and intentional cheating by your service guys. After more than two hrs of argument the service manager “Prem Kumar” accepted to give Rs.500 to fill petrol again which I would say I not correct if they are customer centric they should got my car and filled petrol giving money to customer is not good customer service this shows the Chevi service engineer attitude is sky high.

        Point3 – Continuation to the petrol issues your service engineer took my car from inside the service station to delivery point which is again against company policy, the car should be driven by the chevi authorised person and it was not happened in my case. The service engineer just dropped my car into the drainage passage. This is really atrocious and I started shouting and arguing for almost three hrs and they said will check the car and handover next day. This should happen immediately the service guys should have accepted to take care of my car immediately not after arguing. Also just think as customer how my mental state would be petrol was snatched from my car and car was dropped in the passage. I have never seen such an worst service. The whole place itself so congested and they have service cars more than the place which can accommodate which again against the company policy.

        Point4 – Next day I came to collect my car and I was talking with one Mr Sathyaraj who thinks always customers as fools and he one big brilliant staff was telling me the reason that the petrol consumed high because of AC usage and the second point was he was telling while cleaning petrol hose there are chances of wastage of petrol. I have never heard of these kind of reasons its make to laugh and think why Chevi has recruited so much bunch of stupids and dumbos for their company. During that day they said we can take the car however there was no pinch drop petrol in the tank and to check the car the service guys literally pushing my car and when we asked with so much of anger they kept stupid smile in their face and said no petrol sir that’s y pushing car manually.

        Do you think this how you treat one customer car and just think if it’s a diesel car then air would have blocked so badly and it would have affected the engine. When we asked this to your Manager he just replied in a very easy manner yes that’s true. How come even a manager doesn’t take things serious in your service centre.

        One thing I can clearly say that your service and your service centre not customer centric and please go and check Maruti service they treat customers like god. You guys should do study about your service and revisit on your service strategy.

        Point 5 – my complaint was regarding mileage before service it was giving 13 per litre however I was told to check my car mileage and after service my car mileage is giving only 10 which is unbelievable after service this clearly shows Chev didn’t do proper service.

        Overall I had a very bad experience with this service centre and it is shocking for me as well.


        I have wasted/lost one and half days of my work completely and returned to home by share auto while raining on the first day.

        I need proper explanation and action plan for my compensation in place, I am expecting atleast someone will take this issue seriously and provide action towards it.

        i got my three years old my chevrolet beat car serviced at nikhil automobiles, darukhana rd, mumbai in the month of July 2014. when i went to take the car back i realised that my car was damaged with scratches near the license plate and the license plate was also damaged. Further, a fevistik was found stuck between the back head lights which had also left a mark on the body of the car. (i have photos of the same)the car was not washed when i went to take the delivery. After i took back the car i realised out of all my issues which i had reported only one had been resolved. Also, just next day of the servicing there was a screeching sound whilst changing gears. The car appeared to be badly serviced or not serviced at all. which was obvious after some days as the steering wheel also did not appear smooth and did not appeared to oiled. I was given a huge bill of 10000 rupees for changing back tyre cylinder kit and basic servicing with change in coolant however the corresponding changes in my car were nil and in fact my car developed further problems. I had also registered my feedback in the electronic feedback form. Although they assured that they would repair the damage to the car and also see to the screeching sound when i took my car again to the service centre they informed that they could not find the screeching problem and the damage repair to the body of the car would take 3-4 days. It goes to the say the least that im completely disappointed with the service and want serious action against the manhandling of my car. i may also be constrained to approach judicial forums if my issues are not resolved. Chevrolet india needs to look into the matter as the said service centre is giving a bad name to chevrolet product and there would be hesitation to purchase chevrolet products especially in south mumbai since nikhil automobile is the only closest service centre close to south mumbai.

        One of the worst customer service by Sumedha Vehicles & worst product by Chevrolet - Sail. Engine getting Siezed, oil sump coolan are having holes. Dealership is not co-operating. Car is still under warranty & dealership is cheating people during servicing by charging for parts & oil change without doing it.         Yesterday (24/10/14) i went for the second service and i mentioned them about the wheel condition. They said its because of wheel alignment. In my knowledge if its wheel alignment it will only tear in the sides, but in this case its teared almost 3/4 of the wheel. The employees take the car and went to the outside alignment shop and switched the back and frond tires. After that they did the Alignment test and return my car, without doing anything, I lost the trust in your company and its a big shame for a popular company like Chevrolet.

First time they told that there is some problem in part which we will replace and then it will be okay and they charged 18000 but the problem was not solved.         M first experience was Bad enough began with the delivery of the newly launched Sail Hatch Back. The Dealer Ashtavinayak promised delivery and took full money and delivered One month after the promise date and too following up at the General Manager Level of GM - Chevrolet. Still today it is a big pain even after 1 and half year. We took the 3 years service package. In the very first service they wanted to charge as my service book did not received from their own office, is it my fault. Then after following up again and getting into mails tussle and manager level talks they got me paid and refunded later. The Body of car is so pathetic that even a cycle touches to car, you get deep dent in it. The service is so bad that one do not even like to enter the service centre. For a very small work also they take 2 days to deliver back the vehicle.
        I do not know how such multinational company can function in this competition scenario. We have experience of TOYOTA, FORD, TATA, HYUNDAI and HONDA. We are being treated really as there valuable customer but at Chevrolet we never felt like going again to even to service center forget going to there any of there showroom.

Next day when I took my car back, it was not properly done. engine was heating up too much and pick up was slow.Secondly they lost my fuel tank cover and denying now.Very poor service.They have untrained staff and donot attend properly
        Dear All, Please don't even think of buying a Chevi Brand, if you dare to buy one you may have to regret for it later. Here is my story.. I booked a beat diesel top end model at Chevrolet showroom near Modi Hospital Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Took loan for that and paid immediately to showroom. But these people gave me delivery only after 2 months against promised immediate delivery. This is not all, i noticed a very low mileage of 12 KMPL Diesel, i brought it to their notice, but they were too unprofessional to say it gives good mileage after 1st servicing (7500KM). I was shocked to hear that since I am also a technical guy and knew that he is playing around but was helpless. I waited till 1st servicing and got it serviced hoping to get good mileage. But again the same fate 12KMPL they asked me to bring it so that they can check what’s wrong but i couldn’t make it since I had busy schedule. I drove it for nearly 12000 KM with the same mileage. Finally got time to visit them but they took my car for test drive every time 4-5 times at my cost, they used to drive for 40 Km every time and finally after a long wait they agreed to change the fuel nozzle. To my bad luck or their inefficiency i started getting 8KMPL..! much devastating. This time they gave another reason they told me that beat generally gives very good mileage but since I drive it in industrial area 12 kmpl is all what I can expect but gives 20+ in long drives. I decided to take it for a long drive too and noticed only 16KMPL. I was frustrated by this time and decided to sell it or bring the matter to consumer forum, but didn’t want others to go through the same ordeal. So decide not to sell it but to take it as a challenge. Brought it again to service centre by this time it was due for 2nd servicing (15000 KM). So asked them to take the issue seriously or face legal issue. Finally another part got replaced may be fuel injector. After that i took my car for another long drive and was a bit relaxed as it gave me 20KMPl. Not yet over my friends. On 2nd may 2015 I wanted to renew my insurance since it got lapsed. So had been to Chevrolet Showroom near Modi hospital road Rajajinagar and paid the whole amount after inspection. The person who took the responsibility told me that he is going to mail me softcopy the very next day and send me a hard copy through courier but even after 10 days I received nothing. So I decided to go to their place, my dad was also accompanied. I raised my voice for their inefficiency of not doing it in time. But to my surprise he also started raising voice and abused me and my dad verbally with singular words. There was a big exchange of words b/w we two and the manager intervened and apologized to us on behalf of him and not to elevate this to their superiors. That guy was not less than any rowdy and behaved in such an unprofessional manner. The whole day I was out of mood. This is the end I have decided not to go to their place any more. My only concern is that others should not suffer like me and my family.
        Better Brands to buy: Maruti Suzuki or Hyundai
        We had 2 Maruti 800’s and 3 Hyundai cars all were problem free and even servicing is good. People respect you as a customer and you will feel that pride.
        Hyundai cars are a bit expensive when it comes to servicing for Eg Approx Rs 10000/- for diesel Verna, but still worth it.

        years have been completed My warranty is over.Nobody informed me about
        the extended warranty otherwise I would have paid and extended the
        warranty.Now when I asked Saayar Chevrolette, they are telling that
        before 2 months of the expiry of the warranty the extended warranty
        amount should have been paid.Now what can I do? If
        you are not in a position to give extended warranty to me then I can go
        to any Multibrand Car service place and get it serviced.Since this is

        Service is something which is really bad for GM vehicles in india. I have given my car for service at Kropex, Singasandra in Bangalore and after 3 days they are telling they dont have the parts and they will give it after 1 week. They do not have the courtesy to call customer and inform. Chevy vehicles are good but because of poor service netwrok, GM is at the bottom 10% in terms of market share. Hope GM will do something to change this otherwise i can see their future in the next 5 years. They dont even publish service escalation email address or anything in their website other than the general email address and toll free number which is useless
        I'm living in kota city i gave my (CAPTIVA) sound system for repairing it was haiving prob of bass which was not cmming properly and they sent that sound system to jaipur and they charged 2300 ₹ for dvd ejector n lens repair but when i got that sound system again then i found that bass prob again inspite of informing them abt that prob they not solved my prob and now when i'm trying to contact them they are ignoring my calls so please take step as soon as posssible

        My name is Divyendu.I own a Chevrolet Beat 2012 model.I had an issue with my car AC, as there was no cooling at all.My car is out of warranty despite that I took my car to your authorized work shop Triumph motors GT Karnal Road Azadpur New Delhi last Saturday[protected].There I met your service advisor Vimal, he told me that there is a leakage of AC gas in my car and he would check and call me if any part is found to be faulty.I left my car at your work shop around 12:15 PM ON Saturday.Vimal told me that I can get my car only on Sunday evening by 4 PM, I agreed and left my car as I wanted my car to be completely repaired.Next day on Sunday around 1:30 Pm I got a call from Vimal, he said that Ac ccooling coil needs to be changed, engine tuning, radiator clean etc and told me that repairment of only AC would cost me 7800/- .I agreed and gave my consent to proceed further with part replacement. Vimal said that my car would be delivered by Monday evening only, I agreed to that because I though my car is in safe hands and when I will get it back everything will be alright.But I got a pathetic service & response from your work shop and I am rally fed up.I got a call from Vimal on Monday around 11 am, he said that my car is ready and I can go ahead and collect it.I said I am in office and can't come to workshop.I was promised that my car would be delivered to my Rohini Secor-7 address.Now the service center personals started victimizing me.Vimal promised me that my car would be delivered by 2pm Monday, I asked my father to be available at home to collect the car .My father was in bank, he left all his work and rushed towards home to collect the car.Around 2 Pm, I received a SMS from Vimal that my car would be delivered by 6 pm as driver has gone to India Gate, I still had patience and I said okay.Vimal called me again around 5 Pm and said that my car is ready to be dispatched but they couldn't wash the car as the car washing machine went faulty.I lost my faith and cool, and said you kept my car for almost 3 days and now you are giving me such a lame excuse and car could not be washed.Vimal I would like to tell you that I work in a corporate industry and only get 2 week offs, I wasted my precious time behind you guys, spent money like water to get my car in good condition and now you are saying that I have to visit your workshop another day to get it washed.Don't you people have any SLA, Any concern towards customer satisfaction? When I showed my aggression and disappointment, Vimal said that car washing machine has started working and they would wash my car and dispatch it with in few minutes.The whole conversation took place around 5 Pm and I got my car delivered at 6:10 pm.I was wondering how did they manage to wash it so quickly and got it delivered. When I came to my home pretty excited to see my car but everything turned against my expectations. I found a wire with LEDs hanging just underneath the dashboard, my gear lock system is completely blocked I don't know what they did as neither the key nor the lock can be inserted into the gear lock system both holes are blocked, I am not getting beep sound while locking and unlocking central locking system.I felt completely dissatisfied. I paid a huge bill of 14740/- and that's the kind of service I received. I called Vimal today on Tuesday to file my grievance regrading the service, Vimal started guiding me on phone that you can fix it by this way that way.My dear Vimal if I would be knowledgeable about cars, I wouldn't have given my car into your hands, I would have repaired it my self.Vimal said bring the car to workshop again he will get it checked.

        Now I wasted my money, my precious time, my mental peace behind you guys and now what I am getting another visit to service center.

        TOO POOR services at Chevrolet authorized dealer named - Metro Chevrolet, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 70.
        My Spark Car went through a major accident in August, 2015. To get it repaired, I approached Metro Chevrolet which they gladly accepted saying - Will make it like a new one, with complete finishing.
        When they called me to receive back the vehicle on 9th October, I spent 4 hours for petty fittings, next day it did not start, went again & spent 5 hours to know that battery is not working, also, worked on lighting, indicator, cleaning, etc.
        - Then I found GAS (CNG) was LEAKING;
        - Center Locking - Nonfunctional;
        - Radio - Nonfunctional;
        - Internal light - Improper;
        - Driver Door Hanging;
        - Nuts-volts open here & there, etc.
        This is the quality CHEVROLET's authorized dealer is maintaining...being a believer in General Motors, I found it necessary to make aware the Company about these grievances.

        Hello Sir, I am D.Josua Prem Kumar from chennai, I've bought chevrolet Enjoy in TVS sundram motors chevrolet in mount road. i got the car after registration on 04.01.2016, the registration No. TN 01 AZ3341, within two weeks the A/C was not working in the car. i went the service center they told me that there was a leak in the A/c. gas cylinder. they temporarily rectified it and gave me. within another one week i faced the same problem. and even my first service date as come. lodging the same complaint i left my vehicle for service. they told that they will rectify and give the car within two days. but still it is the third day they are telling they need another two more days for rectifying it.
        sir, what the problem is it is a T-board car. i am driving it for tenderer in a government office only. see my daily loss for four days is about Rs, 10000/-. They are not understanding our problem. and taking so many days.

        I had given my cheverolet spark KA-41 M4564 for service at K.H.T.Chevrolet ( Peenya). Since one bolt was broken during tightening at puncture shop. I had asked to repair that problem while handing over the vehicle to the driver who picked from from my office at Mysore Road. Next I received the car with only general service done without broken bolt replacement. They also informed that Front wheel bearing stock was there to replace the bolt and they said that once the bearing comes, they wold take the car and replace it. It happened on 18.12.2016. Even after ten days no information from the service station, Myself called the service station and inquired and receptionist connected me to service engineer who had serviced my car earlier. He has informed that wheel bearing received and i can send the car for replacement. Next day I took leave from my office for this purpose. before leaving to the service station I called the concerned service person and informed him about my visit. service person told me that since it was previous day of SANKRANTHI festival the that replacement work can not be done on the same day and it may take 2 days and hence he told me that he would inform me when to bring the car. Again waited.. no information from their side. After 10 days, I called again to inquire but the same service person told me that bearings are not available and he wold inform me once those are received. Same story repeated. I called up again to connect Customer Manager to inform about my problem. Receptionist told me hold for few minutes and not connected to Manager and said that she will call back after 10 minutes but no call back
        My problem remain unsolved. Concerned please look into it. Service is very poor

        This is regarding the model issue, we had booked the vehicle in Jan 2016 and got this in Feb 2016.. We had clearly specified we need 2016 model (every part) & Vibrant had assured the vehicle will be of 2016.

        Though the glass clearly says it is off 2015, tyres say it is of 2014, this has got a huge disappointed and embarrassment. Being a layman we recognize the vehicle based on the model written in the mirror.

        I request you to take this vehicle back and get us a vehicle which clearly says 2016 everywhere.. We are not bothered how it works, from where you get the glass, we will wait for 1 day and escalate this to Media, Chevrolet and GM CEOs and Directors I hope you understand the severity of the issue.

        We escalated to Chevrolet Sales Manager in Mangalore Rizwan who was of no help.

        Please get in touch with whosoever is responsible and action it. I have three more vehicles from Toyota and Ford which doesn't have these issues.

        If GM does it, its a shame and I will put this in media.

        I gave a car Chevrolet aveo for service on 17/1/2016.
        Company send there dfive to pick and drop the car, but there driver were all untrained, don't know how to handle car.
        While taking car to service centre they met with accident and damaged the left side of Bumber and broke a left headlight..
        After service they delibratly returend car late night, so there will ne no or less sunlight and the damage may be not noticed be car owner.
        Later we notice the damage to car.

        Even there service quality wad very poor, infact worse.
        Did not clean the car mats and used the bad quality liquid to clean the car seats that all the car seats are also damaged.
        Did not grease the doors of car.

        Chevrolet service is the most worst service provider in India. If you buy Chevrolet vehicle you are gone.. you would not satisfied with service of Chevrolet especially in Hyderabad (Telangana). No good service and you have to take your Vehicle to service center more times for one issue. Even they do not know how to fix any problems so at last you time and money gone. My suggestion do go with Chevrolet option.
        BEWARE

        You will pay for it it if you buy a General Motors cars in India. I am victim of falling in love with CRUZE car but later regret every day and resale value after 3 year is less than 35%.

        Please go to any other car manufacturer where you get descent service at least. A small spare part replacement takes 45 days and most of the running parts like Clutch, Gear, Break Pads fail in less than 6 months o[censored]se.

            I have purchased a Chevrolet Spark LT model from the authorised delaer at Nagpur, M/s Star Motors, Kamptee Road, Nagpur on 30/04/2010, bearing engine no. B10S1494721KC2 & Chasis No. MA6MF481CAH046270. At the time of delivery it was observed that the Plastis shell of tail lamp was cracked from inside. The dealer promised to replace the same . Though a period of 7 days has lapsed the replacement of tail lamp cover is not forthcoming.
            I have made a complaint in writing on 07/05/2010 & HR manager Mr. Sinha acknowledged the complaint by putting his signature but refused to put the dealer rubber stamp on the complaint.
            I request the Chevrolet India to kindly look into teh matter & direct teh dealer to replace the tail lamp immediately.

              I am owner of chevrolet cruze ltz recenlty my car met wid an small accident its rear bumper and n back part was damaged, i gave my car in astavinayak service station which is authorised service station of chevrolet at miraroad, they kept my car for nearly 1 month and then after month when they called me collect car, n i went it was too shocking cars ws vry badly done. very very bad service... car parts wear very loose, vry badly painted, and also car was in very bad condition with all mud and cement on it.... please take some action... atleast other peoples can save there cars from going there..........

                From the day i booked the beat car in January 10, the GM dealer Regent Automobile started commiting dates but everytime they fail to fullfill the commitment and after reqular follow up i got the delivery of black beat in place of red and at the time of delivery lots of accessories was not available then the Showroom manager promised me they will deliver the accessories at my place but till date i haven't received the same.

                After few day my car met an accident and sent to Aravali auto on 6th March 10 for the repair, And you will suprise that they had commited me to deliver the car on 25th March 10,from the day one i use to follow up but the response of the workshop employees is very poor and i use to sit at the workshop to get the job done and finally i got my car after one month from the commited date i.e. 26/04/10. So services of the company is really very pathetic and this is my first time i had turned up to GM but in future i will make sure not to go with GM and request my friends also not go for GM cars. And now i had planned to sell the existing Beat due to the same unprofessional behavious and the performance of the car because their is no pick in car and the fuel average is worst.

                I completely agree with raghapraveen regarding the bad attitude and irresponsible behavior of the GM employees .

                I took delivery my Beat LT from Orange Auto, Hyderabad in March 19th and from the fay I took I am getting noise from the rear seat in bumpy roads. I made complaint to the workshop engineer during the first servicing but found that the issue is still not resolved. I complaint the same to the service engineer at the showroom, who noticed the problem and told me that the issue will be fixed in a day or two, I will get a call from the workshop to pickup the vehicle from my home but I didn't get any call till now even after one month.

                Few days later I got a call from the customer care regarding the feedback of the vehicle, that time I even complaint the same, they assured me that they will take action but nothing happened till now.

                I am completely pissed off with the service provided by the workshop/showroom engineers, for providing service.

                attitude of crossroad auto having agency of cheverolet not positive towards complaint..even MD also support his staff....this is very hopeless
                I do agree with the above I have also raised my conern to the highest level of GM-India related to false promise done with me by the Senior Sales Executive of their dealership while taking booking of the product just within 15 dyas of launching of product.

                After esclating the issue at the highest level of GM-India now I am feeling cheated by the GM-India as well as their dealearship . I have all the copies of mails exchanged with them whch will be posted at complaint board for the information of reader.

                Chevrolet Beat Lt — mis behave & refuse to service

                sir, i purchaged my Chevorlet Beat from rohtak ,Haryana . I went to hissar for my first service after calling & asking from dealer of hisar on land line no.[protected] on dated 19/1/2011 & on mobile no. [protected] dated 19/1/2011 timing11:19am. when i went to hisar service station Mr. Vinay Kumar sales person & mr.bhoop Sing with other staff refused to nservice my car saying that you have no appointment and you didnot purchage car from here so we will not serve you. Then i asked to Rohtak for this for this . They also sid them for service saying that no provision for appointment. But they didnot hear him also.
                Sir, please tell me this is your service for which you are famous & i buy this car. I am very harrsed now and will tell others for this dealing to others trying to buy this car. I spent all my day at hissar on dated[protected] for this but all in vaiv. so solve this and take acton against this dealer at hissar. Thanking you.

                  We have bought Chevrolet Spark LT on Sep-2008, Vehicle No-GJ-6-CM-8012, from Dealer : Gopinathji Agency from Vadodara, There is major Engine Problems in Vehicle since last 3 months & we already registered complaint to Dealer & CRC complain unit os GM as well but that Representative Mr. Dixit from Pune not responded at all, We submitted our vehicle for repairs 1st time on 02-03-10 To 05-04-10 but same problems occurs again so we again submitted vehicle for repairs to Dealer on 20-04-10 To 23-04-10 but still vehicle not repairs properly & same problems continued, there is serious & critical Engine Manufacturing Defect so we demanded another same Car but GM from Pune clearly denied & said it's not serious Engine defect, We are facing big trouble since last 3 months due to harrashed by GM Customer Service & Dealer's poor Response & we are not able operate our Business without Car as it's very much important part for our business & loosing our business & clients as well since last 3 months, Kindly look into this matter & do the needful, Car is the name of Mr. Amit Shah, Vadodara, Gujarat (Contact No : [protected], [protected])

CHASSIS NO., COLOUR AND REG NO. Why should I disclose the personal details of my car to a org. which has not helped me in car buying process.                     Dear Sir,
                    Can you tell me is it posible to get new car engine (motor) for spark shevrolet, because I have car since august 2007., but the car engine was repaired after one year.The car was in servis for about 40 days, and it never worked as before as I complaid every time . My car is again in servise 11 days now, but I have information the car engine will be repaired again. So, please, tell me, can I have new car-engine or I have to wait for another repair?

                    I have purchased a Chevrolet Spark PS on janury 2008, and I was quite happy with my purchase, somehow the problem began since last year ie 2011 when I have to shell out a large sum of money for changing the sensor s etc, when In the dashboard, the indication for alert for engine malfunction continued to glow, the pickup become erring and the fuel consumption extremely high, The dealer Pashupati motors changed the sensor for ignition for which one of the plugs remained dysfunctional and the car ran again smoothly . However in this year also similar problem recurred and again I have to take it to the dealer and again the sensor was replaced, and the surprising thing is the indication for erring sensor began to glow again indicating malfunctioning engine after only two months of this from this morning today, The problem is I stay a lot of distance away from the dealer, and the sensor costs a lot (Apx Rs 4800), and it is not covered by insurances what should I do ?

                      I have booked a Cheverlet _Beat LT (O) (Green colour) on[protected] at A.R.A.S Pvt. Ltd., Tirunelveli with promised to make delivery the car within a month. I was told the vehicle will be delivered in the second week Feb. 2010.
                      When I enquired in the first week of March 2010, I was told another date after two weeks. Again I was given several other delivery dates like Monday, Thursday and so on. Since there was no proper reply, with great difficulty, I got the mobile number of a Senior Sales Manager of GM. I called him on[protected], and he has made some arrangements regarding invoice registration on[protected]. He also promised me the vehicle will be delivered within a week and also
                      asked me check with the local Dealer at Tirunelveli.

                      When I made an enquiry with local dealer, the sales man of Cheverlet beat told me the vehicle will reach Tirunelveli on Friday and it will be delivered on Monday[protected] only if I pay the Demand Draft for Rs. 5,03,300/-. I approached the bank and received a Demand Draft for Rs. 5,03,300/- and paid on[protected] in addition to the advance amount Rs. 25,000/- The sales man said the deposit amount RS. 25,000/) will be paid only after delivered the vehicle. On[protected] when I asked the sales man about the vehicle, I was
                      told the vehicle will be delivered only after 10 or 15 days, since it
                      has not been loaded in a TRUCK at the factory.

                      Therefore I come to know that I was totally cheated by our local ARAS Motors Pvt. Ltd people. My family members were anxiously waiting for the new car. I think I am thoroughly and totally cheated by Dealer A.R.A.S Motors Pvt. Ltd, Tirunelveli.
                      I think instead of booking and paid whole money for the vehicle, I would
                      have selected some other agency in Tamil Nadu or I would have selected some other car., other than Cheverlet Beat

                        I purchased Spark from Orange Motors, ( Hyderabad) and I wanted the delivery on 14th Feb, So I paid the money in cash and thru DD.

                        The worst part is they delivered the vehicle at 10 Pm and I opted Grey Color .. However the bumper color was not matching with the body color when I checked it in morning.

                        I called the executive and asked him.. he gave a foolish answer " saying when you come for re-assurance at 1000 Kms, they will rectify the problem ! I agreed for that !

                        Next Blunder is I wanted to go for the registration by myself.. as I was opting for a number ! I paid the DD for the number and took the vehicle to RTA, However the RTA simply rejected my papers saying " The Chassis number of my vehicle is not the same which is mentioned in Temporary RC.

                        I called the Agent ( Mr. Syed) again, he said : "Hand over the vehicle to me I will do the complete process".

                        Now I really don't understand how is he going to manage the RTA.

                        So on 9th April I gave my Vehicle to Orange Motors. ( I asked them to change the bumper color as promised earlier with my registration).

                        From then, I am calling them everyday for my vehicle..... The executive says" I will handle everything" and the driver is not available in the showroom to get the vehicle from Service center.

                        On 13th April.. he said I am out of the office.. please call my Manager.

                        I called his manager, He said he is out of the office.. he will call me when he goes back.

                        When I came to book my vehicle.. everyone started explaining me about the vehicle.. but after I booked my vehicle.. no one seems to be bothered.

                        This is the service given to a customer" More over .. I have to run around them to get my booklet for three years service..which they call it as Free servicing. They handed over my Invoice of the vehicle after a month.

                        I have three vehicles at home.. But I never face any problem with Maruti or Hyundai.

                        I think some freaks are working at this center.. by calling themselves as Managers and Executives.

                        I would never recommend any one .. for this kind of treatment to a customer .. who paid everything three days before the delivery.

                        They should have some shame.. for taking their salaries.

                        People who are go thru this.. please do not fall in the trap of these guys.

                        Worst will always be best in first glance..ultimately will fall apart when turn comes....

                        It is the same case with me as well, I have booked the SAIL Petrol Base model 1 month back with a promise to delivery the vechicle with in a month. There is no proper response from dealer, I have been calling them every 2nd day to findout the status on delivery they are telling the same story to go for a top end version. I have booked the vechicle in Hyderabad - Orange Motors. It is really frustrating... Can somebody from Orange Motors management take action on this. Thanks. Chanukya

                          We have Buy SPARK CHEVROLET car from Jaipur Car Dealer on October 2009. During that period there was a scheme of Free Gold Coin (10 gm) But that time Coin was not available with the dealer so he asked to us to collect it after few days. When after 20-25 days We asked them to give gold Coin, they denied to give it by saying that it was adjusted in the Cash payment But from Bill its clear to everyone that it was not adjusted in the bill. Again they told us that they will see the Registration file and then they will confirm about it. when again We went to them they deny to give it, by saying that it is not mentioned anywhere in the Bill so they can't give us.
                          So now what We have to do ? plz tell us.

                            I have purchased spark on 3rd july2007.the fuel meter is shows excess.but your service center in Patna
                            the are not agree with us.the meter show 8lt more fuel.

                            chevrolet spark car — LONG TIME TAKEN FOR REPAIRING

                            I had met with an accident on 12th April & had given my car (Chevrolet Spark) on14th April to Bharti Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Mumbai for repairing. The surveyor came & had given the survey report on 17th April. Its been almost 20 days after that but still my car is lying unrepaired there. The repair work includes change of dicky door & stepney chamber which are usually ready with most of the companies. The executives at BHARTI AUTOMOBILES are happy giving me false delivery date whenever i call them, that too after calling them atlest 7-8 times in line.

                            Also would like to inform you that as per the customer care executives of a reputed compny like GENERAL MOTORS dont have dicky door in stock & are not able to supply to the service centre for so long time. Its digusting to face such things from a reputed company like this. Its been a finacial, mental as well as physical harassment due to this.

                            Kindly advise on above.

                            No Alignment and Balancing is checked and advised by any of service Advisers. Now tyres are not in a condition to move more, I want to get it change by Chevrolet itself.

                              To whom so ever it may attract,

                              We purchased a CHEVROLET - CAPTIVA in Aug 2009. This year in March the air conditioner was not functioning properly and there was bad odour inside the car which was coming in through the AC.

                              I sent my car (with my driver) to one of the authorised service centers in Okhla New Delhi. The service center guys without inspecting properly and without taking the consent of me or my wife very promptly changed the filter of the AC. They then produced a reasonably heavy invoice for that. When we asked them about this invoice and why they had changed the filter without asking us, they said they will put the old part back if we don’t want a replacement . In putting the part back they turned out to be the most lazy as well as dirty people on this earth as they took 3 hours to replace the old filter and left the car really untidy and dirty. Interestingly, the old filter in the AC is working absolutely fine now and obviously did not need a replacement but just cleaning.

                              I can understand for any company it is very important to have a franchisee module but at the same time it is very important to have some standards maintained and CHEVROLET needs to take care of this.

                                we have booked a car chevrolet Captiva Automatic at AUTO VIKAS, DWARKA and we have paid Rs. 1 lac booking amount Vide cheque no. 518732 dt[protected] and the amount rs. 16,25000.00 paid through ICICI bank vide loan no. LADEL[protected] Dt. 30 Jan 2010.
                                We have paid 3 instalments to ICICI Bank but we have not received Captiva Automatic Car yet now. While the AUTOVIKAS committed the delivery within 7 days. Now we have talked to Mr. AGARWAL (MD AUTOVIKAS) Ph. [protected]. He commited for delivery many times but till date he could not sure about delivery and he said if you have problem you can talk General Motors. Please see the matter and kindly help us.

                                  I am planning to buy Chevrolet Beat, and I contacted the dealer over the phone to enquire about the price and quotation for Beat. I was told that a test drive will be given at your door step, however this never happened, even after giving two assurance by the customer service Team Leader. I am surprised by the attitude of employee at Nikhil Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Koperkhairane. This dealer is nearest to my residence that is the reason I approached them. There seems to be no honor for customers visiting their show room. They seem to have every excuse for the customer and blaming Chevrolet for everything.

                                  If this is the treatment given before buying the product I am wondering if I should go for the car or not

                                  I have few issues -

                                  1. I am not sure if Chevrolet has some premium on color variants on Beat or Its from Nikhil Automobile, and if it is Chevrolet then why its not included with Ex- showroom price.
                                  2. The Vehicle not sent for Test drive even after two commitments and booking amount given to the customer.
                                  3. No follow up, there is no call back given to the customer. It seems the dealer is flying high on the introduction of Beat by Chevrolet, but they are forgetting that customers looks more for the kind of service they will get in future that the product they are buying and Nikhil Automobile should re-think and they do not have MONOPOLY as a dealer...there are many in Mumbai. It will take seconds for a customer to turn away to others or probably other Manufacturer.

                                  I have many other issues with this dealer, and now I think i am not only the one there are many more like me.

                                  I am in double minded now with the behavior of Nikhil Automobile employees that should I go for Chevrolet. My second option is Maruti or Fiat.

We have purchased Chevrolet Spark in August,2009. from Ashtavinayak Auto, Vasai. no. of car is MH-04 DY 6124. company has offered us two years of extended warranty on additional payment of 5000/-Rps. the dealer was supposed to give booklet of that extended warranty. but still they haven't issued it. we have called them many times. as we don't have that extended warranty no. we had to pay the service charge 1000/- Rps. which we are not supposed to pay.

                                    I have purchaged spark in 2008.now there is a proble in engine about pistion.the service engineer refuces the warranty in varbal saying it is because of accident,whether thier is no damage in engine in accident.the car was running smoothly after accidental service about 350 kms.please suggess me what can i do now.

                                    spark — Warranty issue

                                    I have Spark Car since last 2 years.. regularly I had service to GM service station 6 service I had from Empire Motors Navsari and after that service from Nanavati Motors Surat.
                                    They both giving me services good and replace part if faulty and Cover in Warranty.
                                    Now the issue is that. I had sent my car to Nanavati Motors, Surat for my Last 10th service and I had mention some problems
                                    1. Gear Nob play
                                    2. 2nd and Revers Gear shifting problem
                                    3. Rear Shock absorber having some problem and making noise
                                    4. Starting problem in Morning
                                    5. Noise in Cabin
                                    6. Pickup issue when 5 Passenger + AC
                                    7. Door glass noise
                                    8. Rear wheel cross
                                    They called me and inform me that your Front Glass Power windows motor having problem so need to replace, Tap setting needed and rear shock absorber need to replace but all that things and not covered in Warranty and the reason is your car was CNG from other dealer not from us and you have not our regular customer.
                                    My CNG dealer also RTO approved.

                                      This is to put to you notice that I own 2 (two) Chevrolet Spark 1.Spark Petrol and the Registered Number is MH02BG-3149, 2. LPG spark and the registered number is MH04ED 9359 is not giving the mileage above
                                      7 kilometer per liter/kg. We have already raised a complaint in ashtavinayak service station at Jogeswari (west). But after several services mileage is the same.

                                      Kindly look the matter to do the needfull..

                                      Yes I do agree with him I purchase new car in June'10 from National Gurage, It is a pertrol ver. and I am also not getting more then 7km/ltr in city when I told service center eng. he told me to wait till first 6 month service.

                                      I too agree. I am also facing the sae problem. I purchased my Spark PS AP 29 BF 2436 on 24th April 2009. But still it is giving 8 km per litre in Hyderabad and 12 kmpl on highway. I complained number of times. They checked by filling tank and said it is giving more than 17. But I am not satisfied with the unscientific method of testing. And from that mileage testing day petrol leaks from the pipe drop by drop. I complained about it but they said rubber items are not covered in warranty. But I could not find that condition anywhere. I purchased Spark because of free maintenance for 3 years. But now what happenend? Is it not cheating? And I want to complain General Motors but could not get their mail id. Can you help?

                                      I baught SPARK in Feb 2011. The millage is never above 11 to 12 km/lit of petrol.

                                      The dealer & his gang ( yes their approach to customer makes me call them with this name) take efforts to convince you how your driving habit is wrong & it is the sole reson for the poor millage.

                                      I own car/s since last nearly 30 years. I now have to learn from these kids the method to drive the car to get the best millage.

                                      The dealer does not pay attention to other problems such as body noise, suspension noise etc.

                                      I am on the verge of saling this Petrol hungry Monster & go for a diesel car - but certainly not GM make

                                      Yes, I totally agree with all the above comments. I own a chevrolet spark 2011 model (economy) and has done 1500 kms. But the mileage sucks. I had expectations that the car would deliver atleast 8 Kms in the hills of Gangtok, Sikkim and yes offcourse an average of 15 kms in the highway traffic. But the mileage sucks. It hardly delivers 7 kms in the hills and 12 Kms on highway conditions. Given the kms it has already done, I feel it is enough to have the engine set. If my driving skill is to be blamed for, I have been driving for the last 17 years. Have owned a Maruti 800 previously and it delivered around 20 Kms on higways. Comparing the mileage and the difference in horse power, the mileage difference should not have been so much. Altogether, I am really confused whether I should sell it and opt for some other cars of other company.
                                      And yes, it produces a humming noise which I feel a brand new car should not sound like.

                                        I purchased one chevrolet spark from your showroom bearing the no.8386(Fancy No.) IN THE NAME OF MY FATHER SATYAJIT CHAUDHURI.
                                        Even, i have taken all the peripherials whatever your team members had said.

                                        As, we are very much interested in Music.So, i have brought one Latest Philips DVD with LCD from abroad and it can even play DVX and MP4.
                                        I asked your tean to give me the best amplifier and best speaker for this.
                                        They have given X-plode Sony amps and sony speaker.2 channels though 4 channels are there in the market.
                                        I agreed that also and now all in vain...

                                        There was an earthing problem also at the time of delivery, so i had to work whole night to solve it.
                                        Result--got the success.
                                        But today, when i went out to Dhakneswar to do some puja for the car.
                                        I was taken aback to see that suddenly the LCD tray came out. Then i saw in order to fix in the car they have open the system and even broke the plastic screws also.
                                        After spking with your team, they told that they have discussed this with me and taken the permission to make some drill to fix it in the wall of the car.
                                        I am a man of word and never tells lie, you can cross verify anywhere in the globe and even acan open google search engine ands type SUNIT CHAUDHURI and press enter.
                                        Alll details are there..
                                        I agree that, i have given the permission to use drill machine to make some holes to attach it to the wall of the car.
                                        There are so many things, availabe to fix something in the wall.
                                        NO PERSON WILL OPEN THE ITEM INTO 2 PARTS AND FROM INSIDE WILL FIX IT
                                        I AM PAYING THE PRICE FOR THIS, LOT OF MARKS IN THE PLAYER AND NOT WORKING FINE.
                                        EARTHING NOICE IS THERE LIKE ANYTHING.

                                        Pls suggest what to do, what i am thinking that i will go to your showrooma and hand over the music system to you as a gift from my end.
                                        Just think one thing that this was a gift from son to father and if the samething happens with you--What will you do(hopefully the same thing that i am doing)

                                        the dealer/company is not providing insurance certificate against cover note[protected].first insurance was free from car company. the dealer is not providing the document reqd for registration also. some accessories are also pending .bad service is the main reason behind chevrolet's failure to capture major market share.

                                        i have purchased spark ps 23 jan 2009 from ( Padam Motor Ludhiana ) Reg.
                                        No. (H.P. 36A-3393) , So Now our car has run only 9500 km. and the tyre of
                                        car has totaly lose . i don,t know what hpnd , in this regard i had told in
                                        custmor care and my complain no. 15998, - 2nd of jan 2010 i had recieved
                                        massage from custmor care abt this problem , to check my car M/s Bedi
                                        Automobile Hoshiarpur. , I went there on 4th of jan 2010 , from my home to
                                        hoshiarpur to expend Rs. 3000. After 4hrs Bedi told me to go Jalandhar at
                                        M/s MRF and tell them your problem. i have requested that why should i go
                                        there for my tyre problem , i have purchased from G.M. Motor so me only go
                                        G.M.Motor.none anywhere . If G.M. motor don"t solve my problem then i will
                                        go consumer court after 7 days. so pls take action as soon as poosible .

                                        spark — 1st check up refused

                                        I have purchased spark on 17.3.2010 from Apax auto,Gurgaon-car no HR26BB5035.,and using it at Agra.On 3.5.2010, I approached to M/s Kalyan auto sales,Sikandara,Agra for 1st checkup after 30days. The retailer refused to perform thorough chechup merely because it exeeds merely by 16 days over 30 days limit and also that vehicle was not purchased from them. So they would not allow 16 days delay.However had it been purchased from them they may consider the delay & may allow 1st checkup inspite of the delay.THE NOTABLE THING WAS THAT I WENT THERE AFTER TREVELING A DISTANCE OF 25 Km FROM MY RESIDENSE at Rajpur Chungi,Shamshabad Road,Agra .Would it be proper on there part. Was his noncooperation genuine from the costomer service point of view. Does this also not mean that I can not further avail free services for next 3 years which the company offered to me.Please take note of it and issue proper instructions to M/s Kalyan Auto Sales,Agra to behave properly with the GM costomers.Let me know,How you have taken it, and should I have further free services from them or would they cooperate me.
