I would like to highlight one complaint against Regent Automobiles (authorised dealer of General Motors India).
My car bearing registration number DL3CAE 3240 met with an accident on 3rd of Feb 2009 on the very same day i handed over the car in the gurgaon (haryana) service center of Regent Automobiles and i was told that it will take 04 to 06 days for getting the repair work done in my car and according to the Body shop Manager Mr. Devender and the General Manager of the workshop i was supposed to get back the car on either 9th or 10th.

To My surperise today on 14th of Feb 2009 while confirming the status of my car i have been told that Regent automobiles does not have the parts available in the stock and they can not specify me the vehicle handover date.

i'm stayin in Janak Puri New delhi and my work place is in Noida (U.P.) with ZEE News and it's really very tough for me to manage daily to office without the car, majority of the days i get delayed to work and become a late comer in the office.

I request to you to kindly highlight my plight to the concerned department and people so that the kind of pain and misery i have gone through and the kind of bad experience i had with Regent Automobiles no one other faces that and corrective measure can be taken to rectify the same.

if possible kindly provide me with the contact numbers of the customer grevience cell of General Motors India.

hello!iam neeraj of india.i am very dissappointed of GMI's service towards india.i think GMI is not so concerned of india.if it why dont it improve its quality towards its cars.i being the owner of chevy sprk hear many complaints from my onmline friends.they say that GM has been fixing faulty odo's, leaky gear box oil, un availabilty of spares, parts, good workman ship at the it's workshops.though the matiz has done well due to unavailability of parts owners fell dissgused.if daewoo would be in india matiz would be a ever green car.


i think GMI is not taking proper care of its car owners.

if any one could please post this complaint letter to GMI.
I had an experience with Regent Automobiles that is somewhat similar in nature. Regent Automobiles took initiative to make me buy the LT Spark without Airbag. I wanted to buy in a day. They took the SBI/New Delhi Account Payee cheque of Rs. 3, 48, 744/- on 06th May'09 giving me a calculation towards the cost of the LT Model with the Metallic Platinum colour for Gurgaon Registration and after 55, 000/- rebate as the exchange offer.
The car without any number plate or temporary registration number was finally delivered to me on 10th May evening but the invoice amount does not match at all.
The temporary Delhi Registration Number was sent to me on 10th evening and so far no registration of Haryana has been done.
I am really sad to see the involvement of GM India. I had spent a month in training with GM Locomotives in Chicago and London Ontario (Canada) and thus when I find such awfully irresponsible dealers of General Motors India (GMI) makes me disheartened to a great degree. I am suffering quietly and really do not know how to get the justice.

yeah, i was too harassed by the dealer in chandigarh. first at the time of purchase of my spark, then at the services.
this time i had to go for wheel alignment and checking loosened horn wires. after a long four hour wait, the next day i experienced the same problems thanks to the so called "SKILLED TECHNICIANS AND ENGINEERS" . i should have opted for a local garage for service.

i have purchased Chevrolet Aveo 1.4 LS from Triumph Motors, Alwar in the name of Mrs. Shweta dwivedi Whose Chassis no. M8HJ18828& Engine no. F14D37053131 this vehicle perform very good only for one month but from Second month Onwards vehicle RPM High At Ever Start & Reduces After 1 Minute, & Avergae reduces to 10 to 10.5 from 15 to 16 km/liters.
After that i complained to Alwar Dealer four to five times but i don't get any solution, after that i complaint to your tool free no. (Customer Care) from where alwar dealer brought our vehicle again 2 to 3 times at workshop but still my problem is same in the meantime my vehicle got another problem regarding noise in front wheel at the speed of 10 to 50 & rear tyre ( Inner Side) got damaged. in layman's language ( Tyre Khana from inside).

on 10 may 09 my vehicle has been checked by tech 2 ( a device) but problem remains same. after then they told me to take the vehicle to Jaipur workshop for checkup we went to jaipur on 1st june 09 but problem remains same. in between these process i have purchased three spark for my family & 2 fro my friends but now i am very much afraid that if my Aveo's problem is not rectified yet in 6 month then what will happened to rest of 5 spark's which i have purchased.
Sir i am businessman & my vehicle's average running 100 km / day approx. after calculating i am getting loss of 100 to 150/rs per day loss & mental tension is there. you please tell me what to do?
today i decided to gave back my all the vehicles to the company.

waiting for some favourable response from your company very early.

Chevrolet Spark — ACCIDENTAL REPAIR

i met with a minor accident in my chevorelet spark. i had given my car to thrissur (kerala) gm service station for the accidental damage works.
i met the insurance company person and he completed the inspecion and given the order to repair the same within 2 days.

still after 20 days of the inspection date the car dealer didnt complete my accidental damages, which the car dealer can complete within 4 days of time.

they are blaming on the staffs and other things for the delay.

the very poor experinece which i ever had in my life time like this.

dont buy any of the chevorelet cars in INDIA as they are not well equipped for the things after sales.

real story from a car lover.

never buy from GM. specially from KERALA.

    Dear sir, I am facing difficulty in getting my vehicle repair from GM Motors. Last 2 years I am using Chevrolet AVEO since 15th Dec08. On 30th Jan09 I had given my vehicle to Sundaram Motors at Kasturba Road, Bangalore as it had issue of gear box getting vibration. However, I was told that the vehicle engine got slanted down and it has to be given at Rajaji Nagar branch, Bangalore. I had paid 1500 Rs. for towing. However, when the vehicle was given to Rajaji Nagar branch, Bangalore, they told that surveyor has to some for the inspection.

    After continuous follow up I got the information from surveyor that Insurance can't be permitted as this is not an accident case. This is typical GM motors problem. Meanwhile I got an estimate from dealer of approx. Rs.87, 000/-

    Last 15 days I am running from pillar to post. I have no clue how to take up the matter forward. No one is resolving this issue from GM Motors dealers as well.

    Pl. help me urgent.

      Hi thsis is SAM, I bought a new Chevrolate Aveo 1.4, 6 month back.On 30th of december I met an minor accedent then on the same night I submit my car at General Motor servicing station at gurgoan name Apex Auto.Till yet they are not delivering my car. I have given somany calls to the Contact center of GM Motor but still I am not getting any result. I think finally I have to sent this message to media and as well as consumer court.

      I just want to get to reach the manufacturer OPEL VECTRA and president of General Motors, I just want your help and comment regarding my plight of buying this car. I just bought this car with my hard earned money for me to have a luxury car at a cheapest price. I bought a second hand car only last year 2008 with P150, 000, now I experience a problem on the mechanical including the said system program. I brought it to a General Motors service center and they objected to look or check on it, instead they want me to go to another GM service outlet for a better checkup. Unforunately, as ive waited for 3 hrs to have it check up they want me to getback to them after 3 days because I don’t have advance reservation for that day but hoping to get my car check up, i returned after 3 days, but to my dismay that they told me that no one in the General Motors already knows how to repair the car. They did not even look at or open the hood before they told me, coz Ive waited again for 3 hrs. Instead they give me name and pointed me to another GM outlet. So to cut the story short, the person whom they told me, was laughing when they saw my car besides new GM cars. For me it is an insult. The general manager already told me that I have to wait till afternoon to have it check up, so i ve waited for a long time till 3pm, but they havent touch it nor look at it. Then the manager told me that they cannot work on in. Why is it that they cannot work on it I ask the manager, how unfortunate for me to buy this european cars, I thought with this techy year it parts already available and easy to repair. But even with this reasons, I ask them to explain it to me in detail so they pointed it to me. 1) No more program module 2) No more technician who can handle this model 3) parts is very expensive 4) labor is very expensive. I told them that this car is the blue print of new model of GM motorscars. Now since Im already tired of waiting and hoping to have it fixed. I already brought home the car without chance of have it repair. Now, I have to accept that I bought a car that it is not usable. For me I called it as a "TOY CAR" already since it is hopeless to use it coz its broken. Ive earned my money so manyyears just to buy this car but unfortunately its a big blunder buying a VECTRA CAR. Can somebody in the car industry explain why the scrap of there car of support to the buyer? All I have to do is to cry and have to accept the fact that im a ambitious person because I bought a European car hoping to have it for a long time. “ I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK”

        I HAVE A CAR CHEVROLET UVA PURCHASED IN ME IN MARCH 2007. IN 2008 THE SHOCKERS OF MY CAR AFTER RUNNING ABOUT 27000 KM WERE DAMAGED AS MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND REPLACE BY YOUR COMPANY AT OKHALA. AT THAT TIME MY FOUR TYRES WERE ALSO GET DAMAGED DUE TO THE DAMAGED SHOCKERS AND WHEN I ASK ABOUT MY TYRES I WAS ASSURED THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL NOT COME.
        AROUND 35000 KM I BOUGHT NEW TYRES FOR MY CAR ON 29.04.2008 OF MRF .. NOW ON 07.01.2009 ON 53326 KM RUNNING SHOCKERS OF MY CAR AGAIN FOUND DEAD AND REPLACED BY YOUR COMPANY. MY ALL 4 TYRES AGAIN DAMAGED DUE TO DEAD SHOCKERS.

        I PUT NEW TYRES IN 29-APRIL-2008 AND AFTER RUNNING ONLY AROUND 15000 KM AGAIN MY TYRES GET DAMAGED DUE TO SHOCKERS.

        FOR THIS I COMPLAINT TO COMPANY BY SELF AND TO YOUR CALL CENTRE AND I DEMAND MY TYRES FROM YOU BECAUSE TYRES ARE GET DAMAGE ONLY DUE TO SHOCKERS. I AM UNABLE TO PAY FOR NEW TYRES AFTER 6 MONTHS OF AFTER 15000 KM.

        TWO TIMES MY TYRES DAMAGED DUE TO YOUR COMPANY BAD SPARES PARTS WHEN YOUR COMPANY IS UNABLE TO INSTALL PROPER PARTS IN VECHLES THEN WHY IT MAKING VEHICLES. IN THE SHORT PERIOD OF 1.5 YEARS MY CARS TWO SETS OF TYRES (8 TYRES) WERE DAMAGED THAT MEANS DEFAULT IN YOUR CAR NOT IN TYRES SO YOU MUST CHECK YOUR CAR MANUFACTURING PROCESS. ALSO I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY FOR TYRES JUST IN 15000 KM. ON 13.01.2009 I WAS CALLED TO YOUR WORKSHOP AT FARIDABAD REGENT AUTOMOBILE AND ON PHONE I WAS SAID THAT YOU WILL COME YOUR COMPLAINT MUST BE SOLVED BUT WHEN I WENT THERE SPECIALLY THEY REFUSE TO DO ANY THING AND SAID WE CANT DO ANYTHING WHY THEY CALL ME FARIDABAD AND MY 1000 RS ARE GONE WASTE FOR PETROL AND I LEFT MY WORK TOO.

        Dear,

        I thought I had make big mistake to purchase this car. I bought this car (RJ-14 CD 0561) in Jun.07 in my wife’s Name Parul Consul after that there are so many complaints to your service center but your service was not improved. So that now I thought I will intimate to Co-operate office of the company what kind of service given by your appointed service station.

        First of all your people makes falls commitment to customers you will be served on his/her door step when customer asked this service every time your service center people told sir today its not possible due to heavy worked load on us so we bring your vehicle in weeks time. Please let me know is this a fault of customer.

        Before seven month's my car get accident I call to your service station they told me I bring yours car to service station. I do that what your car service advisor asked to do. When I reached your service station they told me there is some work which would be done to our body shop so you take this car to our body shop. Again I do same what your service advisors guide me. When I reached your body Shop I was guide to meet Mr. Yogesh Pareek (Body shop Manager) I wait more then 2 hour because that fellow was too busy. After a long wait he entertain me & visit my car then told me all the works of your car would be done in four days. After this I fallowed a lot for delivery my car but my car delivered to me after fifteen days. When I checked the work I told your body shop manager (Yogesh Pareek) I think the new color does not matched with the old color. He told me sir there is always some difference between old & new color on your car. I thought may be it is. I paid all my part payment of Rs.14, 210/-.

        Now after seven month’s gone for a routine check up of my car I take my vehicle to service station & told all the problems to your service advisor. When all the required worked done your service advisor asked me sir your mirror vibration problem would be resolved to our body shop because here is no denter present. We went together to body shop where I found to your body shop manager (Yogesh Pareek) I again asked him to difference between the color. He told me yes there is difference between the colors so you take another claim then we will do it again. Now tell me is this my fault? Why I take another claim when mistake done at your body shop?

        Revert me with proper salutation with in a week’s time on my cell no.[protected] otherwise I have only one option left to take legal action against your company.

        chevrolet uva car — Seeking Justice

        I have purchased a car ( Chevrolet UVA) from Autovikas, Lajpat Nagar on 25th May'2010.Mr.Hitesh was the person from their end who entertained me. at that time one offer was there for a Gold Coin with every Chevrolet Car. I was told by their represtative ( Mr. Hitesh) that i will get the coin within next one month.

        This is very unfortunate that i have not got that Gold Coin till now. it is already six months left. whenever i called to their shop, they told me that they will call me within 10 minutes. but never they called me back.

        This is not the question of a Gold coin. This is the question of the promise they have told me at the time of purchasing. I am feeling very embarrassed of this situation.

        I seek justice.

        I have bought Spark-LS in April 2009, after one month I got an accident left side door was damaged badly, it was repaired. but after few days I have found problems in shockers, it is not working properly. it makes noise even in small huddles. I have lodged complaints so many times but every time they were not solving my problems. still this problems continues. so I am requesting you to kindly take an action ASAP

        i had bought a new motor cycle from regent automobile from panchkula.some days later my bike battery is going low. i m going to the regent automobile service station to service my bike.i saw my battery to the mechanic & i told the problem.he replying me the battery is low.he is giving me after recharge my battery.two days later the problem again crate me.my bike no is HR03M-2747

          Dear Sir,

          During recent floods on 26& 27 Nov 08, my chevrolet spark car was flooded. On 01/12/08 we have towed the car to M/s Sundaram Motors in Royapettah, chennai. It was inspected by Mr. Jeyaprakash, who is handling insurance division in M/s Sundaram. He assured my car will be ready with in 20 days. When I went on 20th Dec 08, he informed that they have dismantled the engine and waiting for the spare parts from GM and it will take another 10 days and he assured that at any cost he will handover the car.

          Again when I went on 27th Dec 08, he again told he is waiting for the arrival of the spare from GM, and it will take 10 days more. Again I went yesterday 07/01/09, he was telling the same story that the spares are not arrived, we are waiting for the spare and it will take another 10 more days, I spoke to their manager Mr. Mohan of sundaram and he was telling the same.

          I have very high reputation of GM Motors and that's why I have opted a Spark, even though we have other cars in the same segment. But its absolutely ridiculous and shame on GM side that these guys cant able to give the spare parts for more than 45 days, that too in this recession period. I am literally fed up with the services, which you are providing to me, and it clearly shows your attitude and importance for the customer who have done a major mistake by bought a spark car.

          POOR SERVICE /INEFFICENT TEAM OF PEOPLE HANDLING THE COMPLAIN GENERAL MOTOR (CHEVROLET), BLACK DIAMOND, DHANBAD

          OUR TAVERA IS IN THE SERVICE STATION FOR LAST SEVEN DAYS, EVERYDAY THE SERVICE GROUP IS COMMING UP WITH NEW PROBLEM. THE MAINTANENCE TEAM IS LOOKING INTO THE PROBLEM IN TIRAL & ERROR BASIS. ONE DAY THEY CHANGED THE MOBILE FILTER, THEN THEY SAID THAT DIESEL WHICH WAS FILLED IN BY (BHARAT PETROLEUM OUTLET IS NOT GOOD), NOW THEY ARE TELLING THAT THE CALIBRATION OF PUMP IS NOT PROPER, SO THEY HAVE ASKED US TO REPLACE OR REPAIR THE PUMP ON OUR COST, AND YOU WILL SURPRISED TO KNOW THAT TAVERA IS UNDER WARRANT COVER. PLEASE HELP US OUT,

            Dear Sir,

            I am here for justice, chevrolet car dealer Padam Motors makes a Big Fraud with me.
            Their Rude behaviour towards me frustated and i met an accident while i was coming home from the Dealership, i just wanted them to fullfill the commitment as they made with in last month.

            This dealership charged 30, 000/- more than the price offered by company, Earlier they said this amount is for the luxury car accessories and bill for this amount will be given to you 5-6 days after the vehicle delivery,

            But neither they provided me any of the accessory they commited to gave & nor they gave me the bill for this amount, When i talked to their G.M Mr sharma regarding this issue they said go to sales boy who commited i cant do anything on this point.

            When I warned them for a legal action on this fraud, he laughed at me and left the room saying "we dont afraid from such wordings or warning", then I called Mr. Ruby(sales Boy) to tell for disgusting & Rude behaviour of Mr. Sharma, he picked up the phone and said " I dont have time for you, Next time if you will call me again you will get the same Rude behaviour from me."

            Their such behaviour makes me very very upset, they insulted me in front of their all employes and laughed at me, & wanted me to leave the dealership right that time to avoid more insulting & abusive Behaviour,

            I was shoked & very very upset while coming back from the dealership i met an serious accident on the way back to home which is around 70 km from Dealership, My car is badly damaged from the front side & luckily i am escaped from death.My wife, my younger sister werealso with me, three o[censored]s got internal injuries,

            I am a businessman and i always gave respect to my customers, being a chevrolet customer i experienced the worst behaviour of my life, I want justice on this point, Hope you understand what haapened to me.

            I shall be very thankful for the act if you will help me out to fullfill my health, wealth and psychological losses, waiting for ur reply..

            Total dissatisfaction from the Dealer(DPM, Dehradoon-Uttrakhand) by the Representative Mr Raj Sinha who commited the assessories did not provided to me & now he is not recieving my calls.
            Sir I have already puchased a Honda city & Mahindra Bolero But I have not experienced this things.So Iam thinking why I have puchased this car.

When I call the dealer he ignores my calls... am just very irritated with the service of the company..... Next time am sure I will not take any CHEVROLET car........

              DEALER OF THE ABOVE COMPANY M/S NARBHERAM MOTORS PVT LTD CHEATED BY PRODUCING FABRICATED BILL.EVEN TRIED TO SEND COMPLAINT BY REGD POST BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE REGD LETTER.EVEN COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANT GM MOTOR ALSO USELESS . NO ACTION BY GM MOTOR.SUCH DEALER MUST BE PENALISED.
              i purchased aveo u-va in september 2007 the average is below 13km/litre and after so many verbal complaints to your dealer crossroad auto kanpur no step is taken except giving excucess which creates
              low thoughts about your esteemed company pls lppk in to the matter and get my car up to the mark .

                This is to bring to your notice a service centre who denied honoring terms of service as agreed by Chevrolet Motors. It is for My Tavera Vehicle bought on 11th December, 2005, which came with 5Yrs / 150, 000Kms Warranty and the current reading is at 96, 298kms.
                The Vehicle Details are mentioned below.

                On visiting the United Motors, the job card mentioned problem of “Engine Oil Shortage Problem”. Once diagnosed, I was told that proper service schedule has not been maintained for this vehicle. I had to show each and every Job card to the supervisor in charge to convince him that there has been no delay in this regard and this has been done on time by Gemini Motors, Lucknow (which is now closed). I could clearly see the discomfort on their face for not getting this serviced from his service centre!

                Once no further point could be made, he then started complaining that proper service might have been maintained, the engine Oil was not changed in the last couple of services and hence warranty cannot be covered.

                This is a very clear indication of not following guidelines of warranty and trying to get unnecessary money from Customers. The only reason I could guess is that since this has not been serviced from this particular centre, hence the trouble.

                Also, incase the Oil was not replaced, how would a customer get to know about it and what is my fault in this. Why cant Chevrolet make sure that the service has been done properly? What is the guarantee that the schemes boasted of “Maintenance free” vehicles be maintained by such money centric service centers?

                Pls suggest and help me get proper service for 5-6 times more before I can retire this vehicle and get rid of Chevrolet Motors / General Motors for Life time. This would be my and complete families first and last vehicle from Chevrolet Motors / General Motors.

                  I took this vehicle Cheverolet Optra Magnum LT Diesel for almost 12 lakhs with a lot of expectation. However I let down badly by the dealers so far. I've also made three others friends and relatives of mine buy this same vehicle. Now after 6 Months I've started getting complaints which these people are unable to diagnose and fix, I finished the 1000Kms/5000kms & 10000 kms service, but I've visited Geeyem Motors Cochin for at least more than ten times because of silly complaints, i never bothered as the kinda fixed them evrytime though the complaints were arising again. But now it's even worse, they say that some compalints are not really a complaint, they talk like I've been seeing cars from last night or something... I'm not letting anyone down. But please don't waste your money, you really wanna buy a magnum like me then go for the petrol as you may expect lesser issues, or if these guys or actually General Motors fix my concerns then i'll definitely change my opinion...Yill then Optra Magnum Diesel Sucks for the Price but is powerful.

                  My car's fixed, everythig has been sorted out, they cleard all the complaints this time. They also apologized for the whole trouble i had. The car is doing really great and I have no more regrets in having the Magnum than any other cars that I had my mind open for . They went an extra mile arranged a stand by car and did everything they could to eaze me. Now I'd say it's better to go for Magum than SKODA checking out the service and customer care options. Now the new magnums also have the auto climate cotrol etc. You could also get the sun/moon roof model if required. And moreover Chevy fans the Cruiz is coming soon and that will take everything all over, I guess the cruiz's got the Captiva Engine
                  HI Everyone, the problem was fixed by replacing the fly wheel, clutch plate and pressue plates. However now I had a new problem that was a wierd sound from the steering wheel, well when I went to get that fixed I got to know that the Steering rack was damaged and some other parts nuts and bolts were hamered and tampered badly whic also led in replacing the complete Power steering oil pipes. Now another complaint again the silencer has a leakage and it is not replaced till now as they don't have the part. I'm very disaapointed as I have spent 12 lakhs as waste and my mind is very disturbed about this issue, I took the vehicle from MOOPAN motors and now ive come to bangalore Vijai Motors(GM Authorized) and checked the steering complaints and thats how i gotta see how badly my car was tampered. I'm requesting GM to provide me extended warranty, replacement or my money back as this is just going on and on. If any of you wanna have an experience like mine then go ahead, however it's not worth RS 1200000 not even 200000. My next step is to move to the consumer court for selling a faulty car...Let's see what this American Company GM is ging to do to correct their mistake, I guess they shouls realize how their sale could get affected because of an issue like this.
                  The Company has failed once again to provide better service...People at don't even know to speak to customers, forget english. They are all a bunch of rude and curt .
                  On reading this, I remember I had faced an issue with battery getting overcharged with my Magnum after 3 or 4th month of purchase. Fumes started to rise and the dealer from Cochin send a person the next day and got it repaired after 2 days. The service manager explained that a fuse burst in the relay chamber caused this issue. Overall, it went find but quite disappointed that the person who came for preliminary investigation did not try to attempt a check list on items to be checked...
                  I agree with these people.

                  My vehicle is now at Kropex, One of GM's new dealers in Bangalore, I gave the vehicle to get the alloy wheels, knuckle arm and bearing to be replaced. The vehicle was delivered on the 4th of May, 2009. And today is the 15th of May, 2009. My vehicle is not yet ready. And I have lost the trust in getting the vehicle on time according to my needs and requirements. PLEASE think twice of this. You buy a vehicle and you're unable to use it especially after paying huge amount for luxury and comfort. You're not even given another car nor an alternative for basic requirements and moreover your plans and time being ruined due to wrong commitments. There is no pro-active cutomer service from their end, it's rather passive. I have to call them every day...the after sales manager here had given them the option of giving me another car till i get the my car on road, however the dealer does not wanna give a car. Don't know why. Overall I'm very disappointed. Not only this i have a vehicle history sheet from the dealer where i bought this car from which actually shows that RS. 1, 77, 000 parts worth have been changed on my vehicle. Anyways. That is good one way that i have the data with me, but see from another angle a new car, so many negative experiences. Even if I'd to change a lot more parts and i had to take the vehicle for service many times it would not have been a problem if they'd taken good care of me, considering the end user's family needs etc and providing excellent service. They should first know for what do people buy B segment cars for private use...I have nothing more to say as it's getting hopeless day by day...rather they are not bothered.
                  Geeyem Ernakulam People are the most unskilled to diagnose problems of their vehicles. Its better always to ask them to induct qualified people with common sense for correct diagnosis of the problems.

                  I am planing to buy a Magnum. They are not ready to extend the warranty even if make a payment. Users can comment whether it is safe. I drive 3500 kms per month.

                  I am frustrated with Kropex, Bangalore Customer Service.
                  Right from sales, accessories and service their customer service is very very very poor that I have never ever faced till now.
                  I had Indica till 2008 and had serviced couple of times but never had problem with any of the department in Concorde Motors.
                  I would strongly suggest not to shop with Kropex.
                  Magnum is not aviliable in petrol man...

                  I , Anil Chopra bought a optra from SHIVA MOTORS , NOIDA in june 2005.The car was doing great and is still at very good condition .We do not have any kind of normal problem.Our problem is very different ,serious and unique I must say. This problem is faced by last 2 years and not only this dispite of so many complaints at your workshops and dealers in noida there is not even a single responce through them which is quite disappointing.and unacceptable.Because of my working hours I couldnt get time for this but now when I rescently talked to the staff of your company I was shocked to see there behaviour so I decieded to take this matter seriously.
                  The problem is that the body of my car itself is getting corrousion from all the sides??????which is really shocking .We had so many times word with your staff,they do admit that this should not happen and is strainge to them too as they had never heard this kind of complaint.They do promise to talk to seniors and get the car done up.But with great sorrow I am saying that no body calls back .I need a very fast reply and the matter to be taken very seriousely because this is not an engine problem but has to do with the kind of iron used by the company for making cars?
                  This kind of problem can never happen by over speeding or non maintainance of the vehicle .Even today the vehicle is at as good as new condition except the body from where it is getting damaged.kindly look into this matter ASAP and revert back.

                  hi guys, i bought chevy spark from GM eranakulam nettoor...but with in a month(l000km) my vechical started making noise while driving...Myself check the vechical and found wear and tear on the right side of tyre outer side..cross check the issue and found while running..right side tyre goes inside the. wheel compartment and touching wheel arch of the vechical body...i consult same GM Nettor(cochin service center)..they diagnosed the isssue and taken 4 days and replace right side shock for my vehical...

                  But guys am totaly disatisfied..because my vechical making same noise...iam sure that they dnt check my vehical after replacing parts..or they failed to diagnosed the problem...iam totaly stucked up...i dont know how to manage my chevy spark in furtur...because i drive around 2500km.only brand new vechical..and this service support people doesn't know how to disgnose.issues...again i regised a compalint(25412)..they told me to visit service center again for retifiying the same issue...i hop this cheverlet(gm) peoples take care of my issue ...otherwise i will fired my vehical infront of gm showroom...

                    I bought new optra magnum LT on 25/07/08 from Padam Motors Ludhiana...its been almost month now and on 24/08/08...
                    I was in chandigarh with my family. Car Air Conditioner was not working and I called up on 24hrs. helpline no. of chd dealer Dynamic Motors around 5 in the evening...they straight away said we cannot do anything because its too late...then I requested them to just give a general check up but they refused to do anything...its been very disappointing that Chevrolet 24hrs. service is so bad...and the worse part is its been like a month only and my car ac hav stopped working due to leakage of gas...the result is due to poor ac fittings and manufacturing defects ...spending so much and the outcome is so poor...I request to sort out my problem as soon as possible because the day I bought the car due to my fault the sun wiser broke down...and still padam motors service area has not been able to arrange for a new one...everytime they say next week new sun wiser will be fix...but the month has been passed and still nothing has been done...

                      Prasanta Marik, owner of Priyam Motors is a fraudulent person. He promised to buy my old zen for 70K and adjust the same amount to the new i20 sportz i booked through him frombengal hyundai. sell letter signed and given to him by me on 15th march. today 4th april payed only 38K to BH. rest 32 not paid ... absconding ... and I am stuck as did not get car fromBH inspite paying entire 5.58 lac to BH in various mode.

                        past 13 days my car Tavera TN38 AE 6667 car was lying down with General motors chennai's authorised dealer TVS people.i have already given a complaint at their toll free number my complaint number is 15825.Till the date they are not able to solve the problem, so guide me to file a case against GM.

                          i bought dis car on 5th march 2008 from triumph motors raja park jaipur...nd frm 9th march Ac of d car is nt wrking...i gv car 2 regent motors in delhi...dey solved out my problem nd noe car AC is wrkng properly...after 4 days Ac again stopped working...den Triumph motrs delhi has took my car 4 3 days dey changed my compressor cooling coil etc...den again ac start wrking...after 15 dayz again same problems den i gv d car 2 metro motors in vasant kunj dey again solved my problem...but nw on 24th june again my Ac stopped wrking...i m not at all satisfied wid dis car nd service of d general motors...if a new brand car is havin dis much problem den wat ll happen 2 d other cars...


                          I hope this communication is treated in the right spirit and request authorities at General Motors to look into the customer care divisions so as not to bring disrepute to themselves.

                          I brought optra cheverlet magnum last december 2007 under chevy promise condition . isend the vehicle for free service for three times which they have charged me around 4500 on the whole .but when my vehicle is under chevy promise is it right to collect the money.i have a writtn statement from company that my vehicle is under the promise.but there is no response when contacted .

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am very sorry to inform you that world's leader in automobiles M/s.General Motors (Chevrolet) name is been spoiled by M/s.Talera Motors Pvt. Ltd.
                            I would like to brief you about the incidents which i have faced right from the day one of my car purchase from M/s.Talera Motors Pvt. Ltd.

                            1.)I have booked Spark 1.0 PS model but the car test drive was done in 1.0 LT model and the information regarding back tray( dickey tray) was not

                            communicated to me and this was a shock for me when i went to take the delivery of the car.
                            2) Car was not delivered on the specified time.
                            3) Car was delivered with very less petrol and the low petrol alarm indicator was on when i took the delivery. After approaching to the executives of

                            M/s.Talera Motors then they told that they are helpless.
                            The car petrol tank got dried up soon after 1 km from the showroom and i had to tow the car to the nearest petrol pump.(its a shame for the car manufacturer

                            to have such 'D' grade authorised dealers)
                            4) I had given the car for servicing on[protected] and i told the car pick-up person to deliver the car sharp at 4:00pm as i have to travel out of station.

                            But after several reminders to the service station, my car was delivered to me at 5:40pm. I had to cancel all my appointment just because of your efficient

                            dealer.
                            5) The car petrol level indicator was showing more than 1/4th level before servicing, but after i got the car, the petrol level was just near to the empty

                            level.(This is what a middle class person expect from M/s. General Motors, authorised dealer service stations and that too in this era of costly petrol)????
                            6)Last and the most important, the car was delivered in a very very dirty conditions. The whole interior was dirty and there were mud stamps on the rear

                            seat. Dash board was also dirty with all types of permanent marks on it. The area near the mats was horrible and same was the condition of the exterior body.
                            When i called up the service manager, he told me that the washing people are new, so there might be complaints regarding cleanliness.

                            Now you only tell me what shall i do? This is my first car and this is how M/s.General Motor is treating their new family members. I had the worst experience

                            of my life by purchasing General Motor car. Shall i sell my car and buy some other good brand, who knows the customer value and importance.

                            I would humbly request you to take strict strict action against such evil practices. Its the GENERAL MOTOR'S name which is getting spoiled and not anybody

                            else. The end victim is the poor customers who are attched to General Motors.

                            Pity you.. and on me and on several others purchased the car from Talera motors.. They are the worst.

                            My car was delivered with the of every bird flew over the service center.

                            I Mr.Sandeep Prabhakar Parkhe, hereby inform you that, I have purchased TAVERA B4 Vehicle no. MH-12 FC 7725
                            from your Showroom at Ganeshkind Road, Shivajinagar, Pune on 27.03.2009, but I did not received any Original Papers
                            of the said vehiclei.e.RC Book, Insurance Policy, Invoice of the Vehicle till date. As per commitment given by your sales
                            executive Mr.Robbin Singh, all the accessories given to you in the compensation of delay in registration & wrong registration
                            of vehicle (i.e. Maharashtra Permit given instead All India permit ).Further he commit that if I bring more costumer for you
                            he will arrange to give me the said accessories free of cost.

                            Further I inform you that there is no response from your side from last 8 months.Now Mr.Robbin is now left your office.
                            There is detailed discussion with Mr.Gokhale & Mr.Sameer working in the said showroom.

                            In spite of continuous follow up I have not received any positive response from you.hence I need to take legal action
                            regarding that.

                            Hence kindly issue me such documents & accessories as early as possible.

                              I write this complaint with great concern to inform about the harassment and serious problems faced by me from your dealership M/s Padam Motors, LUDHIANA PUNJAB

                              I would like to bring to the notice, the quality of service being provided by your dealer . I bought one CHEVROLET Spark, LS Model on 27/03/08 from Padam Motors, G.T.Road, Ludhiana Punjab, under the name YASHPAL NARANG C/o M/s JATIN TRADERS, Textile Colony, Ludhiana, (ENGINE No. B10S1043336KB2 Chassie No. MA6MF481P8HA-16949.)

                              During negotiation about the value of car and finance of the car, sales team leader Mr. ROHIT SHARMA, provide me installment of Rs 9400/-for 36 months for Rs 3, 00, 000/- .When i ask about the processing fee, he simply said that if i buy insurance from him and apply car registration copy from him he will not charge processing fee Rs 1500/- from me .

                              I took this deal from him and pay the intial deposit and do all the formalities to buy the car.

                              Mr ROHIT SHARMA deliver the car to me.

                              After one month when i ask him about my second key and registration copy, ROHIT SHARMA say first pay Rs 2500/- as procession fee only then we will proceed further.Earlier he says processing fee is RS 1500/- now asking about Rs 2500/-.

                              He rather start blackmailing me and doesnot provied me any papers/second key/ and some other spare parts, which he promise me during the deal.

                              Sir,
                              General Motor have good reputation in the world market. I also have opel which i purchase from DADA MOTORS, LUDHIANA 5-6 yrs back. I was fully satisfy with the service provided by DADA MOTOR.I am fully satisfy by the GM car.

                              But Sir, Dealer like M/s PADAM MOTOR, LUDHIANA and Staff MR. ROHIT SHARMA are spoiling your market in INDIA .They not only spoiling their own image but also image of GENERAL MOTOR.

                              Company image is reflected by the dealer. IF you have such bad dealer and such bad sales team person MR ROHIT SHARMA. I am sorry to say that i will not buy GM car any more in future.

                              My temporary registration is valid only till[protected] and after that I cannot drive my car unless I get the permanent registration number. Now, whats the use of buying a car when one cannot drive it. While choosing the car, I was very proud to own GM car and was expecting a truly world class service from it. Now, all my expectations have gone. Last one month has really been miserable for me. It seems that the moment car is out of the showroom, the customer is on its own. There is nothing like after sale service. I never expected such kind of treatment from the world, s best car manufacturer. Now, I don't have any desire to be associated with GM and truly regret my association with GM.I will never suggest anyone to own a GM car.

                                DEAR SIR, MY SISTER HAD PURCHASED A CHEVROLET SPARK CAR ON 17/09/2007 WHICH WAS FINANCED BY MAHINDRA FINANCE BUT UNFORTUNATELY SHE DIED ON 13/10/2007. MY MUMMY WAS NOMINEE AS WELL AS GURANTER OF MY SISTER ON PURCHASE OF THE CAR. TILL THE DATE OF MY SISTER'S DEATH ALMOST 8 MONTHS GONE BUT MAHINDRA IS NOT READY TO TRANSFER THE CAR ON THE NAME OF MY MUMMY (NOMINEE). NOW CAR IS STILL ON STANDING MODE AND NOT BEING USED BY US, IN THIS TIME FRAM CAR IS GOING TO BE JUNK IF WE WILL NOT USE IT. MAHINDRA IS SAYING THAT IF WE WILL NOT PAY MANTHLY INSTALMENT THEY WILL PENALIZE US IN THE TERM OF PERCENTAGE. SIR, WE WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN WE GO FOR COURT FOR THE SAME BECAUSE IF WE WILL NOT USE THE CAR THEN WHY WE WILL PAY TO MAHINDRA.

                                  I have a chevrolet Tavera car bearing Regd. No. TN 37 AU 5791 purchased on April 2007 . I am facing a starting problem on and off which referred to your local service centre Anamalais agencies [ p ] Ltd.They also once changed self starter assembly with solinoid and again the same problem after two days and they said relay problem . Again today i could not start the vechile and struck on the road and i informed Anamalai agencies and they asked me to start the vehicle by pushing and the service personnals will be send by 10.30 am.to the spot.Since there was no responce again i called the sAMe number [protected], but the phone was switched off.Then i called GM Help line no[protected] and informed the matter.Since i could not take the vechile confidently anywhere, I request you to take this matter seriously to solve the problem immediatly.

                                  Just think Rs.10, 22000.Worth Vehicle is Not worth for or Value for Money

                                  After Buying this CHEVROLET TAVERA SS-D1 for Rs: 10, 22000 Vehicle all we got is HEDAKE, ANGER HUMAN BEHAVIOR, VIBRATION NOICE, BULLOCAT SMOOTHNESS, WORST PERFOMANCE & PICK UP, and DAINGEROUS DRIVING. The Dam Engine Noise & Vibration is so tourchér that It Sounds Grate Then DVD Player in the Vehicle *(u can feel that u sit on top of GENERAL MOTORS CHEVROLET ENGINE an driving the vehicle)
                                  GENERAL MOTORS CHEVROLET TAVERA SS-D1 2500 cc TURBO Can’t even See the BACK of Scorpio / Tata Safari / Innova. They just pass away TAVERA SS-D1 like Flash Light.
                                  1. The Engine Noise & Vibration: I promise u even a Gove’t Bus Driver Feel an Sees on his Right Side When we tried to OVER TAKE that bus at 90 K mph with AROUSING NOISE from Engine
                                  2. Worst Performance : CHEVROLET TAVERA SS-D1 2500 cc TURBO Engine has to Dye Hard to Reach its Top Speed 100 Kmph On A/C. Pick up is like Bullakat Fitted with 2500 cc Noise Engine( kindly Up Grade CHEVROLET TAVERA SS-D1 by Provide a Rope Tied With a Big Stone So it can be Placed Permanently on acceleratorPaddle )
                                  3. It’s very hard chase a MARUTHI 800cc Or TATA INDICA 1400 cc (Turbo) on Hi ways. We Can’t even See Their Back, I mean their Back.

I have 7 Years Driving Experience, 5.)My Vehicle’s Exelarator Pedal was Fully Floor Downed an Tavera Was STRUGLING In 98 to 105 Kmph IN Extreem Level With Huge Noice From Engine an My RS. 10, 30, 000/- TAVERA DID Not Go More then 110 Kmph that Van Just Flyed away i could not even see thear tail light, I thought My New Vehicle Should be Tuned UP For PICK UP.                                     Gemini Mobiles is the only dealer in Lucknow for Chevrolet Spark.The accesories provided to

                                    me are substandard and not branded.
                                    The body cover is not branded and is of a very substandard quality.
                                    The nippon stereo player is not playing the cd.
                                    The antenna provided is quality less and has broken within 2 days.
                                    The workshop has not entertained us at all.
                                    Even the workshop manager is not cooperative...

                                    Recently we purchased a Chevrolet Spark LS car at KLN Motors Agencies Pvt Ltd KILPAUK, Chennai. The Sales representative Mr.Pritiviraj[protected] of this company promised me to provide a roof rail at free of cost as his sales offer. It has been 7.5 months form the date of purchase there is no response either from the sales person or from the KLN motors.
                                    I have given the complaint several times over phone but no response. Now my car is in service center. I asked the sales representative to offer this facility to me now. He is not showing any interest on it. Then I called the sales manager Mr.Krishnasamy[protected] and explained my problem. And He says that it was not reached to his knowledge. Now Mr.Pritiviraj is not all picking up the phone.
                                    Mr.R.Nazeer, Service Advisor taking care of my vehicle service at Ambatuur service station. I asked Mr.R.Nazeer to call Mr.Pritiviraj to get the approval of providing this roof rail. But He fixed up the roof rail and keep on making calls to Mr.Pritiviraj, as usuals he is not picking up the phone .
                                    Now these service personals asking me to pay the roof rail amount to get back my vehicle from service station No control over it. I do not want to pay any amount.

                                    Yes 100% KLN Motor's guys's are very worst sales guys, last week i bought spark lt model now i have raise one complaint for insurance, you do one thing, directly go and met some higher officers and explain the offer other wise you won't get the offer.
                                    KLN motor for Chevrolet cars are one of the worst service center I have ever seen.

                                    I have purchased a Chevrolet Spark LS on 16.01.09 vide inv.no.000792 which was running nicely but found trouble in shifting of 1st2nd gear, it always jerks in gear shifting, sometimes it stops in a traffic.I have shown the car to your service centre at Gwuahati on 10.04.09., but they failed to satisfy me. I have been driving since 30 years, but never found such kind of troubles.
                                    I request you to suggestadvise me and arrange to make necessary service.

                                      I brought a new car only 2 days from KLN motors, Kilpauk, Chennai, chevrolet, spark LS model, number BA 1831, I was shocked to finfd MP3 player fitted upside, no fuse points etc.To top the car was taken to a local workshop on first day of purchase itself.After two days i was with my family and kids AC fused and we were standing 3 hours in the sun till 2 mecanics came who told me there was no fuse points filled.Utter disgust we came back from the trip 8 hours earlier than planned.Where do I go and complain now?

                                      Recently i too purcase Spark LT, On delivery date i noticed that the car has little scratches on the door side so i denied the delivery of the vehicle but the Sales executive bala Krishnan promoised that he will do some polish and puping on the scratches, finally i asked for a driver to ride the new car to my home the driver hit the car on the fishcart vehicle and again big scratches also happen in the front of the vehicle i called the executive and inform about the damage, He assured that he will take care, but till now i am trying to reach, no response and avoiding my call . The KLN providing worst service.

                                      Chevrolet Cruze

                                      The car has a severe clutch issue. Within two year the clutch plate goes for a toss. Avoid buying the car for this very reason.
