My self ravi from ahmadabad and i owned chevrolet beat car. As i found some issue in my car i put it in authorized service center (Gallops) in ahmadabad at s. G highway.
Instead of solving issue they made it worst and make my car more noisy, apart from that they add unnecessary charges.

Moreover the staff do not know how to treat customers, they don't even have manners how to talk, how to behave, specially employee named mr hardik is highly unprofessional.

Please look in to matter, i know chevrolet is no more in india but as we belong from chevrolet family its your responsibilities to satisfy customer.

    Several times i had taken service in service centre but i had not got proper solution.
    I m very disappointed with service of rahul automobile /
    Its too much wastage of time /money /energy still problem is not rectified i m
    In situation to sell my car because i m tired
    Service of rahul automobile is not good only they are charging money but not providing solution.

      The worst service they have. They are here just for looting customers. First they will say that these parts are not working and are mandatory to be replaced but when you will say them that u have extended warranty then they will say part is ok there is no need of change. This happened with me twice. And again i have some issue in car. And in extended warranty manual there is no where written that the same is uncovered in warranty but these people are still denying and giving excuse that after shutting down the functions of chevorlet in india, warranty is being over looked by third party and they don’t approve things to be covered under warranty.
      Hence please i request all of the customers to get your cars serviced from somewhere else where the things are getting done at less than half price and tha too in far better way

        I have my chevrolet sail car (DL9CT5725). I went to DPM auto sales mohabewala saharnpur road industrial area, Near SBI dehradun on 13/04/2018.
        where ac compressor, condensor, supension was changed and billed 39, 331. after paying so much bill i again went to same service centre on 27/04/2018 because of suspension noise. When they checked they said suspension is leaking but they refuse to change the suspension and they bacame abusing me and Mr dilashad almost slapped me.
        its my request please change my car suspension.invoice is attached.

            Hi, this is kishore having chevrolet sail sedan car purchased in the year 2013. My car number ap37bs1561. Suddenly the car has got a complaint regarding the slow pick up and heating problem. I drove the vehicle to the show room with much difficulty with the help of the towing vehicle. After visiting the show room i was very shocked to see the in experienced technicians who dont even know to check the complaint properly. The customer service manager (Kishore) was not at all polite with the customers. They were very harsh and talking with very roughly with the customers. The laptop in the showroom was not working from one month which was used to diagnose the problem. The service manager has lied to me that it was working today and we are diagnosing the problem. But the technicians who were working on the vehicle told that the laptop is not yet working and we have n't diagnosed the problem. I have given them the vehicle last week and still they are not able to diagnose the problem of the car. This is very disgusting and worst experience with chevrolet. We are really ashamed to purchase this company vehicle.

            Shame on you chevrolet. Really shame on you.

              I have chevrolet car aveo gj1-kl-6046. Recently i have submitted the car for service & the for the ac as i have to rush to jamnagar. They charged me 10k for services which was of no need, they did not explain to me even why are the charges. On the very same day, my car started making noise of jumper and brake and race noises. I called them back on that same day for complain. As i have to rush to jamnagar i was not in contact for 5 days, later i have submitted the car again, and they are asking for more 45k approx. How is this possible? Does the foreman doesn't know how to trial? Or how the heck they have delivered me the car with no problem. I want to file a complaint regarding them, i got scam. Chevrolet is they bloody cheaters.
              I suggest to not to buy chevrolet car ever.

                I have received e mail stating that i won my chevrolet london car and price money of 2crore 30l inr and some one name called george called and came from london saying that i need to pay 14k rupes to delhi airport authority to release my prize shipment, and his address given below.

                  We are regular customers at Arravli Auto's service center Gurugram for service of our car HR26BT7268. we have following concerns regarding service:
                  1. From last 3 service we have to resend the car for service for some or the other problem again just after service is done.
                  2. The time taken to finally deliver car to us is very long even after they claim the car is ready .

                  Kindly provide refund due to inconvenience caused as the quality of service is expected to be high from authorized service center . Also, ensure it is not repeated again.

                      There is problem to continue in my car Chevrolet beat 2010 LT model, coolant exaust and engine heat upnormal conditions.
                      First they told it was thermostat problem we rectify it..
                      Secod time, same problem came they told it was due to Connecting hose problem we solve it.

                      Third time same issue acquire, they told it was water pump probem. You change the pump.??
                      What is the real solution for this issue.

                        I m using enjoy lt. Last 5 months my car is nt wrking properly. Need to take to garage every alternate days..

                        Every time i go for repair thy wrk nd tellshow me diff issues.

                        Once it was in garage for more than 2 months.

                        And garage means authorities workshop of chevrolet.

                        Every time i take to them and everytime they come up with new problems or issues.
                        In last 5 months more than 90days garage was in workshop. And this is case after doing regular maintenance..

                            Dear sir,

                            Failure to resolve vehicle engine oil problem
                            Vehicle chevrolet sail u-va abs
                            Registration no. Ka-17-b-8202

                            I am the owner of chevrolet sail u-va abs vehicle bearing registration no. Ka-17-b-8202. I have purchased the vehicle from m/s modi motors, davanagere in 2013. I have been servicing my vehicle at m/s vibrant motors, shimoga at regular intervals. After the vehicle had run about 132000 kms, there was low pickup and engine noise. On my complaining, m/s vibrant motors overhauled the engine on goodwill basis. After this overhauling was done, engine oil was becoming empty when the vehicle ran about 600 kms. Again i went to m/s vibrant motors, shimoga and complained of the issue. Even though they made some o-ring seal, the problem persisted. Later they changed the pcv filler, this also did not resolve the problem. After that they changed the turbo charger assembly, even this has not given solution to the problem of engine oil consumption. Then they were only topping up the engine oil and handing over the vehicle to me. Now they dismantled the engine and are advising that engine block is oversized and due to this the engine oil is getting consumed / exhausted instead of remaining in the engine. Now after dismantling the engine the service centre is saying that they are waiting for company reply in the matter.in the process, i have visited the service centre more than 25 times from my place which is about 60 kms. Sir, for no fault of mine i am losing my earnings and incurring unnecessary expenditure and waste of time. I am losing out on my earnings, due to which i am not able to repay loans to financiers, in addition to mental tension.

                            Under the circumstances, i request to ensure permanent solution the problem or replace the engine at company's cost, since the vehicle was under warranty / extended warranty at the time of my first raising the compliant. Till such time the issue is resolved pay financial compensation to me for the loss of earnings to me due to the problem.

                            In brief:

                            Engine overhaul by m/s vibrant motors shimoga at 132000 +/- km's.

                            Engine oil drying for every 600 +/- km's.

                            Dealer changes o-ring seals, pcv filter and turbocharger assembly for this issue.

                            During this time vehicle ha run 30000 km's

                            Now dealer has dismantled the engine and saying we are waiting for company reply

                            Anticipating an early and favourable reply.

Without any specific reason why anyone will give me Two Crore Thirty Five Lakhs. I have also not taken part in any of the lucky draw.                                 I have some problem with my chevrolet cruze for disc brake.
                                I have visited chevrolet jaipur service center, they told me that your disc plate is not working properly that's why it needs to be change.
                                They told me that your car is in warranty period so we will change it but right now parts is not available.
                                After one month i have intimated jaipur service center before one week for the part.
                                When i have visited second time service center they have told me that sir we are out of stock with parts again and you need to come again.
                                Now here i have bearded conveyance twice for my fuel charges and stay in jaipur.
                                I live at pali rajasthan, which is around 300+km from jaipur.
                                Afterwards i raised a complain on customer care and immediately they respond that part is available and we will pay the conveyance for your trip to jaipur and stay in hotel.
                                After 1-2 days, i have got call from area manager (Mr satish) and he asked me to third time to visit jodhpur service center, i do not want my car to be serviced at jodhpur service center, i am not even satisfied with previous service from jodhpur service center. Area manage also told me that we will not be able to pay you any conveyance for the same.
                                Note : now here first jaipur service center told me that they will pay me conveyance and now area manager told me that they wont pay me conveyance. Now i drove 1200+ km for servicing my car twice but both time i have got no solution. Now i can not bear these conveyance again and again for servicing my car.
                                I am not satisfied from jodhpur service center, as i have past experience for the same. Area manager "mr satish" do not even want to listen my problem and they have disconnect the call.
                                At last i again called on customer care (Toll free number) to discuss about the same matter but at the end i have got to know that complaint is already closed. Below is the comment for that complaint from area manager.
                                Comment : area manager told that car will be send to jodhpur and part will be replaced. I am not agree with that. I haven't accepted that too. Why i will bear these charges again and again.
                                How my complain can be closed even without resolving the issue.
                                Solution what i am thinking : as i already bear 2 time expense from pali to jaipur, now i can not afford more for just servicing my car and its not even worth it.
                                1. Either just let me know when part will be available in jaipur service center and provide me conveyance for fuel and stay in jaipur.
                                2. Or you can pick up my car from my residence ie. Pali and get my car serviced and hand over to me.
                                Kindly check the matter. I hope i will get solution from this consumer complaint. Thanks in advance for your kind support.

                                  I had summit my car 1 month before due to coolant pipe problem he said that pipes are harden you need to replace all pipes i said ok replace but he didn't replace all pipes only the broken and some pipes he replaced i had placed my car at there nearly 1 month a take my car to home again clutchplate replace with in 40km journey he didn't check car correctly so i had placed car again 10 days before the advisor said that it takes two days still now 12 days completed but car is remains same position i had visited showroom 4 times during these twelve days 1 day he said part is ordered it will take 2 days time.2nd time today technicians absent third time also same finally today i go there 1 car is in work after 5minutes your car started 1 waited there nearly 4hours but my car not even keep in repair place.

                                    During periodical service at platinum chevrolet ss road pune service adviser told me change rear wheel bearings. I asked him to change but he told we have no spares. I paid advance & order spares after that he said i call when spare available. Till fifteen days i wait & call he says spares are available from very before. I leave my enjoy car on 16 nov 17 till date they not delivered my vehicle. Nobody cooperating me.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I own chevrolet aveo which i had bought in 2007. I used it very sparingly and it has done only about 37000 km..

                                      It has been an excellent car and i felt concerned about a recent problem of its occasional jerking while on road.

                                      On 17 nov 17, i took the car to regent automobiles pvt ltd, your authorized service station at faridabad at the below mentioned address:-

                                      Plot no.57,, opp crown interiors, 13/1, mathura rd, sanjay mal colony, sector 27c, faridabad, haryana 121003.

                                      Test drive was done by their engineer who found occasional jerking and with no other problem in running of the car.

                                      This problem in the car was investigated and found the cause of occasional jerking was due to defective induction coil. I gave my consent for change of the defective coil followed by complete service

                                      The road trial was done with the mechanic sitting on the second seat. The car ran smoothly without jerking. The car was taken for washing etc after the test drive.

                                      After i paid the bill amounting to rs 13, 988-00, i returned to the repair bay. On return i noticed the mechanic had opened the bonnet and was doing some adjustments. I later discovered that he had dismantled the throttle body and was doing some work on it, without any reason or complaint by us.

                                      The car was handed over to us by the service station as fully fit to drive back home at about 5-30 pm on 17 nov 17..

                                      We barely went about a few kilometer when the car rpm rose very high. Without pressing accelerator, the speedometer was showing 30 plus.in the midst of traffic when i had to apply brake and clutch, the running of engine became very fast and noisy. And when i would leave the brake and clutch, this noise would subside. But due to heavy traffic we had to apply brake and use the clutch time and again with resultant increase of engine speed and too much noise coming from the engine every time. I tried reaching home by moving the car very slowly without having to do the clutch action and brakes, because we were scared of noise and fear of engine catching fire. This we had never experienced in the past in any of the cars we had owned.

                                      With great difficulty we reached home at noida after driving for almost three hours over a distance of barely about 40 km.

                                      Next morning i observed even petrol leakage which is spread on the floor of my garage and smelling strong.

                                      In the morning on 18 nov 17 i spoke with mr afzal hussain, the gm of the service station and narrated to him about the horrible performance of the car. He sent a technician who took the car back to the service station and returned with no improvement. The engine speed and noise was intolerable. He said some more replacements were needed for smooth running of the car. He was also shown profuse leakage from the car spread on my garage floor.

                                      These new defects obviously came up at the service station and after the mechanic started fiddling with throttle body. We are very disturbed with this new serious defects introduced in the car after we had given our approval of its fitness consequent to the test drive.

                                      The following may please be noted –

                                      1. The drive from our residence to the service station was smooth with occasional jerking or missing. This complaint was made in your authorized service station. The defect was diagnosed as improper supply of current by defective ignition coil. A new coil was fitted in place of the defective one. After changing the coil we drove the car for testing and we found no jerking and we were satisfied with its smooth running. After that the car was handed back for washing etc.
                                      2. The drive back home was a disaster. After going barely some distance, the rpm rose very very high with enormous noise. Slowing down the car in heavy traffic meant applying gentle brakes and clutch pedal which made the rpm go very high with too much noise every time i did it. It was exasperating travelling back with this new defect introduced in your authorized service station due to mishandling or any other malafide intentions. Even petrol leakage was caused at the service centre which had never occurred in the past.

                                      It is obvious that the car developed the serious defects during the process of repair and servicing of the car in the service station. Therefore, they are liable to rectify the faults at their expense.

                                      In view of the above it is requested that my aveo car should be made free of the new defects which were developed during the process of repair and mishandling of the car at the authorized service station.

                                      Smooth running of the car must be restored at the cost and expense of the service station at faridabad or by the general motors at the earliest. Also petrol leakage must be stopped immediately

                                      An immediate action is requested.

                                        Ma chevrolet beat was given for general service and check up two days prior to a planned kerala trip... I was informed i would get ma car same time next day... Just before time of delivery i was informed there was a delay coz there was something wrong with brake cylinder and they checked only during the final test drive... They ensured i would get it next day morning... But its now its next day eveng... And am still waiting fr ma car... Ma sis honeymoon trip s spoiled due to the lazy and lethargy attitude of the labours who fail to obey the manager orders... And also manager seems to have no control over them... Just whinning over their attitude... Its second time there s a delay in service... Worst ever service
