Dear sir,
I had handed over my beat diesel car at megha auto workshop in vikas nagar lucknow for general service and for problem of excel knocking sound on 12.6.2017 at 10 am. My vehicle is only three years old with an extended warranty of five years. I was told by service executive salman that estimated cost of the service would be 5000 and the vehicle would be delivered on 13.6.17 which i okayed. But next day when i enquired about 2.20 pm about the status of my car i was told your car was not yet processed for the service and later the car was handed over in the evening at 6 pm by saying that they are unable to open any single bolt of the all four wheels of the car. Is it possible? They asked to visit next time. The workshop wasted my two days and returned after two days without any service. Besides, when i asked for a glass of water they could not provide a glass of water too. I am totally fed up with the poor service of the workshop and customer care.
You are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action to provide better car service and customer care.

    Dear sir,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that i had met your service engineer mr muneer from kollam service centre near ashramam of deedi motors pvt limited with an complaint for my car on 18/05/17 vehicle no kl02aj3642, invoice no 000629, the malfunction in my car was made know to me by the service engineer and he convinced me to pay an advance money of rs5000/- which i did on the same date which was ment for ordering some dsr car cable which was not in the present service unit and asked me to come after 12 days by the time he gareenteed the availability of product hence get my car fully serviced. With great discomfort and regret i have to say till date it's close to one month when i get in touch with your service engineer he claims that the ordered stock has not reached the kollam deedi servicing centre. What should i do was it my fault that i brought a chevrolet car and beg in front of your service engineer to get it repaired. Do note that it's a rainy season and most probably i use my car to go to office and when i need my car the most i am not able to use it. Kindly look into the matter and help me in this regard.

          This complaint is regarding the pathetic service provided by the deedi motors trivandrum. I have been affected by their poor quality service for the second time now.
          It seems when we take our vehicle to them for service, they have a predefined budget in their mind, which they have to bill for us. For doing so, they say that following xyz component is not working or is damaged, it needs to be repaired else vehicle wont be functioning smoothly.
          In my case, i went to them with a problem that whenever my car rolls above a speed breaker, a sound can be heard from the front left tire part. After delivering my vehicle i got a call from service associate that, shock absorber is damaged and needs to be changed for the issue and total amount will be around 12k for the entire service.
          But even after the service i can still hear the same sound, when i called them they said there is no other issue from the car and also they haven't heard any sound.
          Also after the service, battery started developing issues, the vehicle take almost 5-10 minutes to get started. On calling them they said to replace the battery which again took around 6.5k. I said that after service this issue started, but they refused.
          This is really unprofessional behavior from their side. They will never listen to customer issue, they will fix a budget and ask us to pay that amount.
          I have decided one thing, i will never ever give my vehicle to any chevrolet center, as i don't trust them. They only know how to loot people.

            Smoke coming from my beat diesel car, got extended warranty expiring on 7th june 2017. Mail from warranty desk: "claim cannot be entertained, because the mentioned vehicle not done the service as per gmi schedule. Gap between 2 service was more than 12000kms. Kindly ask the customer to carry out the work as paid."
            Is there any possibility for getting the work done thru extended warranty.
            All the services are done from authorised service centers of general motors
            Please help.

              Sir, pls tell us this cheverolet company will going to stop its production in india... And obviously all the showrooms and service center will stop its functioning soon... We the genuine customers purchased your vehicle after spending our hard earned money... Where to go and to whom we approach for our services etc... It seems that your company looted us and now does not care about us any more.
              I got one message from Chevrolet regarding winning amount. And I send my details to them.. and today I got one message that(YOUR DEMAND DRAFT OF (3CRORE 35LAHK) FROM CHEVROLET MOTORS UK WILL BE ARRIVING INDIA BY THURSDAY MORNING PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL OR CALL[protected] BAR, STEVE MOORE) is it fake or making fun with customers??

                I bought Chevrolet spark car from Megha Chevrolet, ring Road Lucknow U.P. whose no is UP40M 8530. Since I bought this car i am suffering issues. Services of car is very poor, service company is not providing proper services. Everytime I have to give my car to other service centers for better service. Recently I am facing new problem i.e., I gave my car to Megha Services for repairing in last week of April 2016, they told to return the car next day but they did not repaired my car even after five days. After so much of insistance they returned car after 5 days telling that parts are not available suggested to book the parts by giving the advance and parts will come after 1 week and i did the same having no other option. When I called them after 10 days for parts they told me that parts are not arrived and it will take one more week to come. This time when i called them after 10 days their answer was same. Today it is 3rd of June and when I called them their answer is still same parts are not available. I am fed up of this now because i already booked the parts and its 1 month and their answer is same that parts will come after 10 days i.e., around 14 of June 2017. Now it is a request to you to please resolve the issue as soon as possible as it is a serious matter of concern. So please provide a solution for my problem.

                  I had booked beat lt on 12th may. I transferred the amount of rs 500000 to dealer aarya wheelz solalur on 18th may 2017 and 10000 rs vide cheque on 12th may. But i cancelled booking. I am following for my refund of rs 510000 but he said 10000 will be deducted. But other 500000 rs also still not transfered or refunded to me. This is the worst experience of chevrolet. I have taken loan. But still he hasent refunded my money..

                    I had purchased enjoy ltz in november 2015, petrol. The vehicle has run 14800 km till date, is the time belt to be replaced, and will there be a problem in shock obsorbver? I would like also to state that the petrol indicator is not working properly, even after filling around 12 litres the indicator shows down in around 1/2 hr even if the distance is small.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I have Spark LT LPG Model year Sep-12 and 40000 kms, which serviced during Apr'17. The issue was engine overheat and non coversion of LPG mode.
                      Dealer charged me Rs.12500 for this issue to replace the parts and labour charges.
                      However both the problem still unresolved and even after repeated reminders and follow ups the Service managers and technical staff is just avoiding to get issue resolved. They are even not trained to dignose the issue and are only towards selling the spare parts.
                      Instead of resolving the issue they are advising me to go in other garage since most of parts are not available at dealership. If they have knowledge of this fact then why they charged me?
                      Request you to please refund the amount as I dont belive Aurangabad service centre.

                        I have purchased chevy spark vehicle bearing reg no 4003 from pandey motors patna. The delivery of this vehicle was done on 17 sep 2015 at night 20:42 hours. After checking the vehicle thoroughly, i revealed that a used car was delivered to me, (Accidental signs were clearly visible on car body as well as too much dirt on interior). After too much struggle and mails to general motor, pandey motor agreed for rectification stating that vehicle was kept in yard for long hence these defects. I was interested for car replacement but they promised me no running defect will be faced later.
                        However, apart from very poor mileage, within 8042 km of running it's clutch got totally jam, same was communicated to pandey motors service center, patna on 5th may and while vehicle was brought to service center as per service center call, it broke down. Had to call roadside assistance to take the vehicle to service center on 5th may. Vehicle is still lying there due to no spare available.
                        Seeing severity, i have asked chevrolet for vehicle replacement now.
                        Sir due to some reason i m not sevicing a car so after that sevice centre said your warrantry is over can u solve this problem

                          My Beat diesel MH43 AL 1678 purchased in April 2012 has twice encountered a serious life threatening problem of brake failure, once in 2014 & again now in 2017. The service center has twice replaced the brake cylinder & brake booster. In 2014 they replaced it free of charge by acknowledging the parts manufacturing defect & assured me that further I won't be facing the problem again. I had clearly requested them to please take a note of the gravity of the issue as the vehicle was not at all safe for me to drive myself & my family.But again in April 2017 the problem reccured, but this time the same parts were replaced & I was made to pay for it.They refused to acknowledge their earlier assurances & manufacturing defect complaint. This substandard low quality performance was not at all expected from a GM Chevrolet vehicle & authorities too.

                            Hi I had sent my Chevrolet enjoy for routine service with few concerns on the car which is not new for the dealership as I have being putting across the same concerns for quite a long time. Today I had requested for headlights beam adjustment which was not carried out. And when I requested the service manager Mr. Sameer Shaikh as would it be possible to send your technician to my place so that he can get the needful done, but for my surprise the manager denied saying it's your car car you have to come to the dealership only then we can attend to the concern. I had also complained about A/C cooling insufficient but the manager tells me our technician is on leave and would not be available for 15 days so get the car later. The alignment of the car was totally spoilt. I was given an estimate of 7500/- for all the mandatory parts required for service. But during delivery the manager tells me we have not replaced few parts as the same is not available in our stock. Please Chevrolet India don't run your dealership in such a situation as it creates a lot of problems to your customer who have trusted and purchased a product from you. It's hot summer and I have to drive my car without A/C during idling. Pathetic and heart paining service by Angel Chevrolet goa.

                              I girish sardessai owner of chevrolet sail, had taken service appointment at chevrolet goa service centre on may 2nd 2017.
                              The service appointment was taken on 19th apr 2017 and while taking appointment had informed the service centre of my requirement of spares like 2nos lower arms, wiper blades set.

                              Inspite of such advance invitation the service centre personal did not bother to ensure spares availability and spares condition.
                              On the day of service when i called the service centre they confirmed spares availability. But when i reached at site
                              Low arm only 1no in okay condition was available, other one available but damaged. Wiper blades not available.

                              Technician waste 50% of their time in searching for correct size spanner.
                              The service centre is totally messed up, no one takes responsibility of ensurining spares availability.
                              Can you believe that the stores person when questioned by me "had he not inspected the spares on receipt for any transit damage /defect etc"
                              I was surprised to receive answer from him "we only check the quantity and part number".
                              I wonder who is suppose to check the quality / condition especially when you people claim of laurrels is customer satish action.
                              To add to this the last time i went for servicing at this centre basic requirement like air filter and coolant was not available.

                              This is a very bad experience i have had with respect to chevrolet service - goa especially when i have to travel approx 90 kms up /down to get my car serviced.

                              I am writting this complaint as i am totally frustrated and disgusted with the service offered to me and others. But service charges are claimed full for this bloody sheet service.

                              No person even has a courtesey to appologise or say sorry for the blunder, but behave as if they have done a great favour by making whatever little spare available.
                              I submitting this complaint with the hope that it will be taken up at highest level and bring some improvement in the service rendered to chevrolet goa customers

                                  Earlier said vehicle runing smoothly. On servicing in last month, found vechicle nt proper runing. Contact immediately for the same and replied u have "misconception ("veham"). On 23.04.2017 while moving on gt road near ambala cantt vehicle was jammed on the way. Contacted chevrolt agency ab cantt no any engg. Attended, guided parked the veh.in agency by crane. Then i approached to nearby wrkshp, they attended and tochen veh. On checking found clutch plate damaged due to no play kept on servicing. Spent 12000/- due to agency negligency. Kindly compensate & n/a taken

                                    Kind information i m customer of chevrolet enjoy, i just purchased the vehicle two months before, here problem is that after two days of servicing i m getting another problem in pipe line which is related to tank and some of portion in the pipe were leakage. When i saw, at that time i was call to showroom for service. After half an hour they were arrived and carrying on to show room. But still on date today no response and i m not getting my vehicle. If i do call they were told me you have to wait, but i would say here problem is nothing just they could change the pipe and issued was solved.

                                        I hava a enjoy LS 8 petrol car model of 2014. My complain is about AC and average. I have repaired Ac 2 to 3 time in three year in company's service center. But still the problem is same. There is a not proper solutions in three year warranty. My warranty is finish 26 march 2017. What can I do this problem. Can I go for grahak surksha ? I request resolve my problem easiest way.
