This is to inform you that i had submitted my car in megha dealers kursi road lucknow after meeting an accident on diwali. My car is zero depth insured from chevrolet. I was promised that my car will be maintained within 15 days. I was told that front left door and panel will be replaced and some nakka is broken and will be replaced. I was also informed that i will be charged rs 1400 approximately. After 15 days i received a call that wheel alignment could not be done as machine is out of order rest problem has been fixed. I was told that rs 7600 has to be paid. I inquired why i was being charged this much. They told it was due to suspension damage and a bearing costing rs 3300 was replaced which is not covered by insurance. Although i was given a verbal estimate of rs 1400 the final bill amount to 7600. I was not informed of any suspension damage initially. Kindly look into the matter. Dr esam mahmood. My beat was taken for service when the bill came it was rs. 20905. It was a fake bill with double gst. Kindly take action against chevorlet. Dealer is at venpalavattom trivandrum. Work was not satisfactory. No proper cleaning was done. I was overcharged on each and every item... Chevorlet cheaters

I have received call from tajshree chevrolet for free washing and checking of wheel alloys. When i visit tajshree chevrolet wadi nagpur on 2nd september 2017 they suggested me to change oil and oil filter likewise i agree with chevrolet service engineer. When they handover vehicle, it was very bad condition not cleaned and vaccume properly. I again complaint then they attend the same and handed over to me. Now when i came back and drive vehicle after 50-60 kms car ac not working 1to 3 level. Before going for servicing my vehicle ac up-to-date.

My self sanjeev goel from meerut (Up) and purchased chevrolet beat diesel passenger car from meerut dealer vardajyoti automobile on dated 23/10/2012 wide invoice no: r00143 and registration no: up15-bb-2288 dated 26/10/2012 and purchased warranty extension from shiva motors, vaishali ghaziabad on dated 19 august, 2015 wide ew registration no: cwir3139114.

I had made all service with due time with authorized dealer in meerut and much happy with performance of my beat and support with chevrolet.

From the august 2015, i am facing problem with my car as too much black smoke.

18 august, 2015 (Mileage 36580 km), namokar motors meerut, replaced sep pcv oil filter.
4 jan 2016 (Mileage 41089 km), shiva motors, ghaziabad, they replaced turbocharger, sep pcv filter and other parts.
6 march 2016 (Mileage 44137 km), shiva motors ghaziabad, replaced sep pcv oil filter.
30 april 2016 (Mileage 44879 km), namokar motors meerut, replaced turbocharger, sep pcv oil filter, valve kit egr, short block and parts.
29 sep 2016 (Mileage 49345 km), namokar motors meerut again replaced turbocharger
28 feb 2017 (Mileage 53347 km), namokar motors meerut turbocharger, oil pump and other parts replaced.
15 march 2017 again visit due to black smoke, no solution.
05 april 2017 (Mileage 54367 km), namokar motors meerut replaced sep pcv oil filter.
07 april 2017 again visit due to service led indicator
12 april 2017 (Mileage 54700 km), namokar motors - under supervision of mr rabinder kumar area manager gmi - replaced parts as suggested
17 sep 2017 (Mileage 60021 km), namokar motors for the same problem of black smoke. Now they are still diagnosing the problem.

Sir, every time dealer replaced parts some under warranty or some on payment basis and assures me that now the problem of black smoke fully resolved but still no permanent solution.

It seems that there are some technical defect in the vehicle and the entire engine with attached accessories will be replaced by the company.

I got break fails of my car on 08/07/2017 and when i sent my car to raj automobile service station they told me to provide it to me within seven days but still i am not able to get clarity that it's when i will get back my car. Their gm preeti ji making fun of customers and making false promises every time. I called her several times and she don't take my calls she is very irresponsible employee. First gm has stopped its operation in india and now they are not providing services even though my car is under warranty. I do not expect this from gm. Gm is a cheater and fraud company. It's a time of globalisation so i request to consumer of every country to not to buy gm cars as they make false promises and cheat their consumers.

Beat diesel reg no kl01 bc 7435 was admitted to deedi motors road near chakai, trivandrum for front wheel break jam, they changed back wheel cylinder, i faced the same problem again and got second time admitted for the same but was neglected. Third time my vehicle was stopped in mid traffic with same front side break jam. Some how i could make it reach to deedi motors. These three admission happened with in three weeks of time. Now they are saying brake booster which got manufacturing defect should be changed on payment. They are saying they have changed all break boosters of this series by conducting campaign which was not informed to me. During warranty period i faced the same problem but they never informed me regarding the manufacturing defect of brake booster instead they changed brake cylinders.
Apart from brake problems i have complained for front side noise and head light problem. They have changed front side suspension and mountings but no improvements now claiming for steering rack change.
I am astonished to find that an authorised service center with modern diagnostic equipment was unable to unleash such a small problem.
If the brake booster is having manufacturing defect, company is having its moral responsiblity to replace it free of cost to keep the name and trust of the reputed brand. Now my vehicle is lying unattended in sun at the above mentioned service center.
It is requested to take an immediate action for my grievence

My most horrible experience with an organization ever. My car is under insurance repair and is lying ready in dulichand workshop for two weeks now. But they are unable to make a bill because of a stupid excuse of gst implementation. I am facing this harassment for over a month now. My car was given to them for repair on 1st of may 2017 and still i am awaiting delivery.
Since gm has stopped sales in india they have probably they have started to ignore their valuable customers. It is funny and ridiculous to see that they have a quote laminated in their customer service desk saying-they promise to continue service to their existing customers even though gm sales has been stopped in india.
This is really really horrible and intolerable to see that someone can mistreat a client who once had been their valuable customer and leave him in a miserable state.
