I had call with Sravan Kumar and stated that Maruthi Suzuki Car is in sale for 35000 and due to reasonable was started discussion with him and follow the detail description below.
Day 1: 17-Nov-2020
- I have saw the post in facebook and chatted with him through whatsapp on 17-Nov late night
Day 2: 18-Nov-2020
- He (Sravan) started chat with me on 18-Nov morning onwards and stated that I'm CISF solider working in Ragiv Gandhi International and going to sale my own car for 35000. I (Hari Shantan) said, please share your ID card of CISF and Sravan shared the ID with car pics (I trusted 25% here). So started trusting him. Later I (Hari Shantan) ask him (Sravan) to do the video call through WhatsApp and Sravan called me whatsapp video call and happened deal with Sravan for car. While in the video Sravan is with Army dress and got 50% trust on him.
Later I (Hari Shantan) verified the car number (AP 28 AR 2592) in eChallan and name is matched with CISF card name and Name were mentioned in eChallan. Got trusted 75% and paid initial amount 3200 for open a transport receipt.
With in a hour Sravan Shared the transport receipt with full detail information like Origin and Destination information (Consignment number: [protected]). Hence I (Hari Shantan) trusted 90% with the receipt and looks totally original copy. On recepit it is clearly mentioned as Airport Service ARMY transport.
After 20mns Sravan called me and stated that car will delivered tomorrow Morning around 10-11 between as it is dispatched. I said and will wait for call from transport people.
Day 3: 19-Nov-2020
I got a call from [protected] around 11am and He said I'm location and please do the payment and will deliver the car in 30mns. While he calling to me got a trucaller states (Transport CISF) because I don't have number. So totally trusted and saved his number as a Transport CISF Swift and verified the number in WhatsApp and saw the profile pic with having Army people sat around on table with having a Juice drink. So totally trusted with him and started doing payment partially.
Initially paid: 9999
After paying 9999, transport guy called me and asking that how much did you paid, I said 9999. He mentioned, Sir please do the full payment then you will get the deliver or else not. Because in receipt it is their as a 3 batch wise.
1) 3200 - For receipt generation
2) 9999 - Transport purpose
3) 15999 - Car Deliver charges
Unfortunately I have paid full amount on 19-Nov due to Solider trust and he clearly stated I'm Solider and working for India. So trusted totally got trapped with him.
Attaching all pics, like Sravan's CISF ID, Delivery Receipt, Swift car, eChallan (which matched with name) and mobile number.
